    Dear Sir, I (manishi Tapariya), connection No. 20167, booked a gas cylinder on 06/02/2015, booking no.[protected] & now the agency representative is giving gas cylinder today(23/02/2015) & he is saying that we have to book a fresh gas cylinder for this gas cylinder which he is giving now(today, 23/02/2015) & when i refuses to book a new one and asking for the status of booking no.[protected] then he scold me and compelling me to book a fresh gas cylinder for taking that gas cylinder which he is giving now (23/02/2015) ans also he is saying that if i will not book that fresh gas cylinder then he will stop giving me gas cylinder, now i only wanted to check my status of booking no.[protected] & i do not know what kind of services you are providing to your customer & also wants your grievance policy.       Dear sir/madam. I wish to draw your kind attention towards not delivery cylinder at home. I am consumer of bharath gas. My agency name is Thirumal gas agency located at Tirupattur, Vellore district. Tamilnadu. My consumer no is 7695, the booking date is( 3-1-15) . Stil not yet to deliver the cylinder.so many time ask the agency, they are not responsible. Then i was made two consumer complient the fallowing date is 13-2-15, 18-2-15 the reference number is 461314, 469563 .So plesae take some attention in this regard and take a proper action in this matter. My agency name is Pankaj Gas Service at Mangol Puri Delhi.110083. The delivery man does not delivered the cylinder at designated address. I went to agency for enquiry and they said your cylinder is not coming wait till Monday.             Dear Sir, I am a consumer of your company. My consume no. is 12453.I have been facing harassment on the part of M/s Chandra Gas Agency(SAP No.118954) Station Road Mainpuri UP 205001 for last two months. Respected Sir, I booked my cylinder on 7th January 2015 which was deliverd on 23rd January 2015 after making many rounds and unlimited phone calls to the agency. Next, I booked my cylinder on 1st of February 2015 which they cancelled on their own without any information or reason and re-booked it themselves on date 12th Feb. 2015 .I was shocked and grieved to know when I was told that this booking of 12th Feb. 2015 also has been cancelled. Also they do not accept booking before 21 days of the last delivery as they say is the rule of the company. It seems that they have their own norms and rules, away from the rules and policies set by the Govt of India. Moreover, they blame upon me that I have not submitted my documents that is why they are not sending me my cylinder, however my documents are already submitted. Respected Sir I have not got my cylinder delivered till date and due to this I have been undergoing extreme mental, physical and financial trauma. It has disturbed my normal life abruptly. I am regularly pursuing them in person and through phone but they befool me and talk rudely. I am afraid to state that I have complained on the toll free no. [protected] on 22th Feb. 2015 and my complaint no. is 478817 but no action has been taken so far. I request you to look into the matter and take immediate steps in this regard.               I have a bharat gas connection from past 1.5 years.COnsumer number[protected]. I have been trying to order new cylinder from past 2 weeks - but unable to because they have again blocked my connection for some random reason like not ordering cylinder from past 2 months!!! Do they get to decide my usage and frequency..I have been continuously trying to reach for assistance but no help.. I cant skip my offices to run around my local gas provider every now and then..                 For my Consumer No.20432, the Customer Console shows the Bank's name wrongly as "State Bank of India" which was never linked by me. The Bank's name has to be corrected as ICICI bank, Srikakulam-532001. This mistake resulted in loss of my cash subsidy for the Gas refill cylinder delivered on 1st Jan., 2015 not yet credited.

                      i have been regularly facing problem of non delivery or delayed delivery of refill cylinder. i have registered online complaint three time on companies web site but still the problem is not solved. today i received a call from distributor asking me to take transfer to another distributor and the behaviour of lady was vary rude. Gas cylinder is now a primary requirement of every house and we are unable to cook food as refill is not delivered to us. This is regular harassment by the distributor and Bharat Gas company is supporting it by not taking any action. I am having videos and telephonic conversation record of rude behavior of distributors staff and same can be used as evidence for legal action.
                      relly very disgusting
                      if this is the situation with government organisation... really i feel very bad and harassed
                      MITTAL Aggencies acts as if we are dependent on them and they can do whatever they want

                            According to new law every gas connection should be connected with bank account, I followed the rules and submitted all the papers . But my father without knowing anything gave the proof papers to the Bharat gas branch officer . Our gas supply number got linked with other person as he holds my bank acc . We are not able to book gas now, so we asked the Bharat gas about this problem they told our bank acc s booked in third person name . When we talked about this to him he is not answering properly as I told I'll complaint to head office he told go anywhere you want you can't do anything . Still I'm nt able to book gas because of this problem . As I enquired about the third person I came to know that he is relative to the Bharat gas branch officier . What can do now, help me.

                              I have submitted all the required documents to my dealer - M/s Unitech Enterprises in Ahmednagar (Maharashtra) on[protected]. However till date they are not giving me the changed gas connection book. They are saying that I have come at the last moment and they don't have time to get my name changed in their records. I requested them that my bank details are in my present name Mrs. Pranoti Shelar whereas the connection is in my maiden name Ms. Pranoti Kurapati My connection number is 9206421, my S.V. No.3258294 date[protected]. Every week I am approaching them but till date my name has not been changed in their records. Under the circumstances I will have to pay more money for each cylinder in future. Already one month and 23 days have passed, I wonder how much more period is required by the dealer to give effect to the change in my name. Secondly this dealer never gives me home delivery of gas cylinder, everytime they make me collect the cylinder from their godown. Kindly solve my problems at the earliest.                                       my lpg id no is[protected]. i have received a message that transfer of lpg subsidy rs 281.64 has failed .my cash memo no is597080 dt 29-01-15.the reason cited was inactive aadhar number.but i checked with the bank as well as gas agency where the aadhar number is correctly entered. the bank account is active and operative . my aadhar no is[protected]. my bank account number is [protected] union bank of india mala branch . please do the needful to resolve the matter.
