I have registered for a new connection in Bharat Gas on 11th Feb, 2015 & today from Bharat Gas I have received a message in my mobile in which it is written"Dear Sir/Madam, Based on your request id 14770295, we are pleased to offer you a Bharatgas Connection.To avail, please call on the Bharatgas distributor within 15 days ". So my father went to the Distributor (Distributors Name is Debdatta Gas Agency) & gave him the KYC form but they told him that they will not take the form & then my father asked him the reason that the company is ready to avail me with a new connection then why are you not taking the form & give me a new connection.They told him that let the company send you any message but we don't care of any of those messages, we will do what we think & so I will not take the form at this moment & will not avail you with new connection...You can do anything you can do but I will not take it now, I will call you later on around April & then I will think I can avail you a new connection or not... I beg you to please look into the matter & do something to solve the problem...

i am a new customer and my reff. id is 14631099. Destibuter forced me that I have to purchase cylender with Gas-Chulha at the rate of Rs 8100. But I do not want Gas-Chulha . But he is not ready to give me only Gas-Chulha. Kindly order him to supply me only Gas-Cylender.

Dear Sir, Due to wrong click on "opt out of subsidy option", It has been activated. Kindly deactivate this from my consumer number as soon as possible. Please help me on this. Dear sir I am Narinder singh s/o Dilbar singh I booked my gas cylinder on 22-Jan 2015 with booking no.[protected] . 21 days are passes, cylinder is not delivered yet by the distributer name as kalley gas agency which is bharat gas distributer . we are so frustrated by this kind of poor service . kindly take actions as soon as possible . my customer no. is 2029. National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) - AADHAR NOT LINKED WITH BANK User toajaysharma on Feb 13, 2015 Dear Sir, I have already linked my aadhar card no.[protected] with my sbi a/c no.[protected] in state bank of india having ifsc code SBIN0030199. But your data base is showing aadhar not linked with your bank account. I have already linked my aadhaar with my LPG distributer. Kindly help in this regards. Dear sir we have a gas conection named Gopal Ram. Has no 6472. We have booked a gas 4 fed2015 and 8 fed .2015 and today. My a/c no. is 49874761 and I done booking of cylinder on 30/01/2015 and still I am awaiting of
delivery. When I check online, it shown delivery has given on 11/02/2015 but I its not delivered on my address. Now the question is, they delivered to some one else from my account or supplier done the fake entry. I need my booked cylinder on urgent basis as I am awaiting from last 14 days. Can you please check this issue and provide delivery on my address ASAP.

Dear Sir I Have Linked My Adhaar[protected] With My Bank Account And My LPG Distributor also . But According to NCPI (Aadhaar Linking Status in Bank (as per NPCI : Not Submitted)) Not Submitted I Have Asked So Many Times In my Bank and they said they had done from his side and updated My Adhaar with my bank account, and Its not updated from NPCI . And how i know the status of this, bank person given the adhaar linking receipt with my bank account.Please tell me the solutions about this issue.my Mobile no.[protected].

Dear sir, my self pawan kumar s/o late sh. Gurdas ram Dr Ambedkar nagar kartarpur Jalandhar Punjab . I have submitted the complete document for new gas connection in March-2012, distributer gives no recieving & slip to me but i notted the serial no. from distributer, s register ie 192, sir i am working in block primary education office kartarpur jalandhar & parmanant home in Himachal Pradesh. Sir i have no source for cooking food, I request distributer but after long time they did, t issue my gas connetion PLZ attention on my request. my mobile no is [protected]

am Vipan Kumar residence in Baddi customer of Bhargat Gas Agency (Pong Gas Service).My LPG No is 4429 (ID[protected] wrongly choose the option of out of subsidy. I need subsidy .Kindly guide us how to removed this option and get subsidy in account.

My Bharat Gas Consumer No. is 44462. I booked my Gas Refill on 03.02.2015 online. My Order No. is 1318424. Still the cylinder is not delivered. This is not occurring first time. Prior to that also in December and January the refills were delivered after about 15 days and that too after complaining online daily and lastly by influencing through some of my acquiantance. For example, Booking No. 1302172 dt. 18.01.2015 was delivered on 31.01.2015. No concrete action was done on any of the complaints. Neither the Agency nor any of the Customer Care No. of Bharat Gas attend phone. Presently, the Complaint Page from website e-bharatgas has been removed, hence unable to lodge online complaint. Similarly the toll free no. [protected] is not accessable. Regarding other no., as usual, the same are not being picked up.

I do not understand what is the customer care service doing for the last three months. All the complaints go in vain. This clearly shows the high class hanky-panky between the agency and Bharat Gas.

Dear Sir, This is to inform you that in the current FY 2014-15; as on date I have received only 4 subsidized cylinders out of 12 on my connection no. 11082 in the name o[censored]ndersigned. (A detail for the four cylinders is given below for your ref. pls.) I have booked for the next delivery on 31/01/2015 vide booking no. 1098141 but till today I have not received 5th cylinder. I have visited the Gas Agency M/s Dhirendra Gas Service about this & they have confirmed me that due to some technical problem only 4 subsidized cylinders are allowed which were you have received. I request you to pls. resolve the said problem & update the numbers of subsidized cylinders quantity i.e. 12 so that I will get the same at the earliest possible. I hope you will take the positive action on that & solve my problem.

My name is Rahul Mantri.On Rent I live in GREEN CITY NR ARJUN ASHRAM ROAD, Ahmed bad, Gujarat I am having LPG connection in Bharat gas since last one year. I have also submitted my Aadhar card proof with all required documents for join DBTL Scheme, after submission of my al| required documents they immediately blocked my connection.My consumer number is 61921850 . I am not able to book cylinder through E bharat Gas portal, So I approached...

This is to request you that please allow me to avail Gas Subsidy option because when I consulted our Bharat Gas Agency, Utsav Gas Sewa Patna, they said that I was given under option out of subsidy and they can't do anything for this. So, I request you kindly do the needful at the earliest and help me.
