    Hi, I have booked a cylinder on Jan 08 2015 with reference number 42404.I keep on calling Keerthi gas Agency Ulsoor Bangalore([protected]) for getting the cylinder, and they keeps telling tomorrow we will be delivering and that didnt happen till Feb 6 2015. On Feb 6th I have seen that booking has been cancelled and another booking has been made with reference number 50549. This is also showing as cancelled. When we took connection from them they had told that they can deliver the cylinder in white field. Now its like after booking the cylinder we have to keep on calling them.

      Hello I booked the Bharath gas cylinder on 14/1/2015 and I got the booking number of[protected] under the name of JAYARAM, Anekal. Ph: [protected], [protected]. But the gas is not delivered since one month. And there is no response in any way even if we call them to office. We have properly submitted all the bank related documents to office. But they are not responding through phone also. And the distributor is: SAI SRI BHARATHGAS, DIST CODE: 185444 Please give some response and see to it that all the consumers get timely delivery of the gas cylinders. Thank you.
      Hello I booked the Bharath gas cylinder on 18/1/2015 and I got the booking number of[protected] under the name of Manoj kumar. Ph: [protected]. But the gas is not delivered since one month.           I have registered for a new connection in Bharat Gas on 11th Feb, 2015 & today from Bharat Gas I have received a message in my mobile in which it is written"Dear Sir/Madam, Based on your request id 14770295, we are pleased to offer you a Bharatgas Connection.To avail, please call on the Bharatgas distributor within 15 days ". So my father went to the Distributor (Distributors Name is Debdatta Gas Agency) & gave him the KYC form but they told him that they will not take the form & then my father asked him the reason that the company is ready to avail me with a new connection then why are you not taking the form & give me a new connection.They told him that let the company send you any message but we don't care of any of those messages, we will do what we think & so I will not take the form at this moment & will not avail you with new connection...You can do anything you can do but I will not take it now, I will call you later on around April & then I will think I can avail you a new connection or not... I beg you to please look into the matter & do something to solve the problem...

            i am a new customer and my reff. id is 14631099. Destibuter forced me that I have to purchase cylender with Gas-Chulha at the rate of Rs 8100. But I do not want Gas-Chulha . But he is not ready to give me only Gas-Chulha. Kindly order him to supply me only Gas-Cylender.

                            My a/c no. is 49874761 and I done booking of cylinder on 30/01/2015 and still I am awaiting of
                            delivery. When I check online, it shown delivery has given on 11/02/2015 but I its not delivered on my address. Now the question is, they delivered to some one else from my account or supplier done the fake entry. I need my booked cylinder on urgent basis as I am awaiting from last 14 days. Can you please check this issue and provide delivery on my address ASAP.

                                Dear Sir I Have Linked My Adhaar[protected] With My Bank Account And My LPG Distributor also . But According to NCPI (Aadhaar Linking Status in Bank (as per NPCI : Not Submitted)) Not Submitted I Have Asked So Many Times In my Bank and they said they had done from his side and updated My Adhaar with my bank account, and Its not updated from NPCI .                                       My Bharat Gas Consumer No. is 44462. I booked my Gas Refill on 03.02.2015 online. My Order No. is 1318424. Still the cylinder is not delivered. This is not occurring first time. Prior to that also in December and January the refills were delivered after about 15 days and that too after complaining online daily and lastly by influencing through some of my acquiantance. For example, Booking No. 1302172 dt. 18.01.2015 was delivered on 31.01.2015. No concrete action was done on any of the complaints. Neither the Agency nor any of the Customer Care No. of Bharat Gas attend phone. Presently, the Complaint Page from website e-bharatgas has been removed, hence unable to lodge online complaint. Similarly the toll free no. [protected] is not accessable. Regarding other no., as usual, the same are not being picked up.

                                      I do not understand what is the customer care service doing for the last three months. All the complaints go in vain. This clearly shows the high class hanky-panky between the agency and Bharat Gas.

                                        Dear Sir, This is to inform you that in the current FY 2014-15; as on date I have received only 4 subsidized cylinders out of 12 on my connection no. 11082 in the name o[censored]ndersigned. (A detail for the four cylinders is given below for your ref. pls.) I have booked for the next delivery on 31/01/2015 vide booking no. 1098141 but till today I have not received 5th cylinder. I have visited the Gas Agency M/s Dhirendra Gas Service about this & they have confirmed me that due to some technical problem only 4 subsidized cylinders are allowed which were you have received. I request you to pls. resolve the said problem & update the numbers of subsidized cylinders quantity i.e. 12 so that I will get the same at the earliest possible. I hope you will take the positive action on that & solve my problem.
