    Hi sir, i am Sushil Vitthal Patane transfered my bharat gas connection from pune to Banglore and revived the connection and two cylinders on 1st june 2019. But my subsidy got failed saying that update my aadhaar card with bank.i have already linked my aadhar card with my bank account.My consumer id is 89391850.kindly look into the matter and help me out.thank you in advance.

        I two times complaint to bharat gas through online complaint no.446605 & complaint no.459423 regarding reverse from none subsidy in lpg to subsidy category. I have opted out of subsidy by mistake through online when i was trying to join dbtl. Click the wrong option by mistake, but now i want to get subsidy and join dbtl. Now when i want to join dbtl through online it respond that i need not to join because i have opted out of subsidy. Please look into matter an my resolve my issue.           I booked and paid for th lpg cylinder online on 25.05.2019, with booking reference no. 7074.

          My distributor is maaruti bharatgas distributors at old bowenpally, secunderabad. Distributor's code is 199160.

          I received an sms on 01.06.2019 saying the "lpg was delivered on 01.06.20019 and for any queries contact the distributor"

          I called up the distributor on their phone no.[protected]. They replied that they do not have any information and will see.

          Repetition: for my last booking also, the same thing happened, and it took 3 days follow up to get my cylinder delivered. That time the gas boy said, by mistake it was delivered to some other party. The distributor said, it would not repeat in future.

          But again the same problem is reprated by them, i receved this sms of having delivered the cylinder where as it is not yet delivered.

              Despite paying online, the delivery person said i have to pay 25/- more as the rates have increased from 1st june. I had paid and placed order on 31st may. The delivery person was very rude in speaking and took the cylinder back.

              While booking the cylinder its shows 684.50 and after payment it shows 690.40. Why the difference. Before also i received sms stating a certain amount has be refunded, but no amount was refunded. This is cheating the customer.

                  The villagers of village bir ghaggar chandimandir, (Haryana) suffer for the gas cylinder problem because gas cylinder delivery boy does not deliver the gas cylinder at home. By booking of gas cylinder we have no benefit of home delivery system. We have not benefitted to consumer right. Ladies of village and also old ladies can put the heavy gas cylinder on her head and go for buying cylinder and also come back with heavy cylinder on her head.

                      I am akhilesh chaubey from kaimur (Bihar) as a consumer of bharat gas. By mistake i am wrongly clicked give up subsidy march 2019. I am not getting any subsidy then.                         I am using bharath gas cylinder with below details:

                        Last cylinder got on - 28/5/2019 - with subsidy rs.214.45
                        (Note - i have submitted all proofs while getting cylinder including aadhar card.)

                        For the past 1.5 years i didn't get the subsidy for the cylinders in my hdfc bank account - [protected] (Ifsc - hdfc0001758)

                        Last subsidy i got on 28/11/2017 - rs.244.40

                        When i followed my gas agency (Shreeraksha gas agency - 138919) they keep on saying aadhar card is not properly linked in bank and
                        They suggested to check with bank (By trying delinking of aadhar and again linking it with same account)

                        But when i checked my bank they said it is properly linked (Even they tried delinking and linking of aadhar card few months back) and they said from their end they no need to do anything.

                        Even today i spoke with (Shreeraksha gas agency - 138919) on this issue they again saying the same stories and not depositing my subsidy amount.

                        Please investigate on this and kindly take necessary actions to deposit my pending subsidies to my mentioned bank.

Our dealer doesn't deliver refill on time. He gets late every time n behave rudely. I have asked him many times delay for late delivery, he always say "its delay by company.

                                I have been cheated by bharat petroleum employees multiple times at different branches. They have various gigs planned to scam the customer. One of them is that 2 guys will serve you together and the person filling will deliberately fill half the amount and pretend like he didn't listen and then the other person distracts you by asking for money while he presses some numbers on the console to display the actual amount but when you check your fuel, only the previous half amount is filled. When i ask for bill in such cases, they give me handwritten bill saying that the printing machine is not working.

                                If it was at one branch it was understandable that the employees have planned this but the same happening at multiple branches makes you wonder if the higher authority is also involved in this.

                                As of now, i have been scammed at the following bharat petroleum branches:
                                1) double road - shantinagar
                                2) near brand factory - wilson garden
                                3) banerghatta road - jayanagar

                                The double road branch being the most notorious as almost everyone i know who filled there have complained of the same and their google map reviews are also filled with similar incidents.

                                    I was using an hp gas connection in hyderabad (Telangana state) and also i was having another bharat gas connection (Uttar pradesh) with my name which my parent usually uses at my hometown. After booked couple of gas cylinder i did not receive my subsidy amount in my bank account then i called to mr. Rinku ([protected]) of jagat bharat gas agency manager and he checked in system and told that as i have am having another gas connect on my name with same aadhaar card that why i am not getting subsidy fund in my account and my connection has been blocked. He suggested me to return my hp gas another connection and take a new connection with another name after returning the another gas connection and at that time they would be able to see subsidy fund in the system and that subsidy fund i be getting in my account.
                                    Being an employee i took a day leave and load my both connection cylinder, stove, regulator pipe and booked a cab and submit all the stuffs in in hp gas agency. Finally i submitted all the hp gas connection documents to in hp gas agency and took a new connection.

                                    When i asked mr. Rinku aboout my subsidy fund he stated that “i would not be getting any subsidy amount at that time i was really shocked”, if i am not getting my a year subsidy amount its totally my big lost, as i request him for same again and again but he did not entertain much almost 2 months has been over i did not get my subsidy amount nor my jagat bharat gas got opend. I called mr. Rinku ([protected]) almost 4-5 time every day but he did not pickup my call nor reply on whatsapp message. I usually busy in office still i keep calling him but he never call back and most of the time his official number also got busy.
                                    My question is that if hp gas executive was not aware after returning gas connection i would not be getting subsidy amount at all, why why they suggested me to return old connection and take a new connection on different aadhaar card.
                                    My whole year subsidy amount lost who who will return my hard earning fund.
                                    If i would not be getting my subsidiary amount i be going to consumer forum and file a case against them i want my subsidy fund at any cost in my bank account.
                                    Suggestion: please take action against this type of lack of knowledge executive and provide them a session of process and procedure and if they do not know procedure they should not waste time of customer and provide them false hopes.

                                    I did online payment deducted my amount also but not got confirmation how can i get conformation I booked cylinder today and done online payment also but still processing it shows what to do now?
