Upto Dec'18 premium amount was paid through ECS. From Jan'19 premium amount has not gone through bank (ICICI), not known the reason. When approached Rajajinagar post office to pay the premium by cash ( as it was given in the sheet of PLI at the time taking the policy) they are accepting the amount . now donot know where to pay and how to pay. pl guide

    Sir/madam
    I am a consumer of you company product for gas cylinder. Since the beginning any time delivery was not failed due to address. Last time i had booked my gas cylinder on 24/03/2019 but message received on 29/03/2019 that "lpg refill order has been cancelled, reason wrong address" how is it possible? I have not changed my address. My location is not in a remote area. More over delivery boys demand more money to deliver the cylinder about 30 to 40 rupees. I know company is paying the distributor for delivery but distributor is less concern about this matter. If booking is cancelled due to wrong address, no calls received from the distributor for confirmation. I am suffering for the act of the distributor.

      Even after generating my gas cylinder bill, I refused to give the cylinder.It has been said that the cylinders have ended. So how do I get the last cylinder subsidy of 2018-19?
      Because 2019-20 will start from tomorrow.

            I received the message communication on 27th april 2017 stating the subsidy transfer failed with a reason subsidy transfer failed due to aadhar number inactive. I called the help line number and they told me.
            Aadhar number not linked from your bank account. When i linked my aadhar number from the bank then i called to help line executive and ask abt my pending subsidy (April 2017 to december 2018) they said get your pending subsidy from january 2019 month. But still am not getting my pending subsidy from bharat gas. Please look into my case on high priority and resolve it.

              Now the problem is our old card is not working and new card still not receive.
              We called in customer care and also mail them but they don't give us the satisfactory answer about our card.

              We have hyundai authorized service station and too much use of perto card.
              Even at the time of new card purchase and at the time of renewal they called us too many time but now they don't give the satisfactory answer.

              We want our new card as soon as possible urgently.

                I am booked bharatgas cylinder refill i paid from my debit card it shows payment failed but amount is debited from my account. Kindly do the needful. Please let me know urgent basis and how i will taje delivery it shiwn as failed that means i have to pay again for it. Please sort out these asap.                   I had booked a cylinder on 24/03/2019 and made the payment online through Bharat gas android app. Today at 21:21 hours I received a message that cylinder is delivered. Whereas in reality it has not been delivered. I want cylinder immediately, how can you send a delivered message before delivery.
                  If I don't receive the cylinder tomorrow I will file a complaint in consumer forum.

                    I had received sms that under dbtl scheme for lpg subsidy amt. Of rs.180.18 is transferred to my bank account by bpcl for cylinder delivered by cash memo 312027 of 14/03/2019.
                    My last subsidy rs 281.93 also not transfered
                    However the subsidy has not been transferred. As yet even after eight days.

                      I am ratan kunwar as a consumer of bharat gas. By mistake i am wrongly clicked give up subsidy. I am not getting any subsidy then. I kindly request you to deactivate give up subsidy. I want to avail subsidy cylinders. So this is humble request to you please deactivate from out of subsidy. I given request letter also to the distributor but they told there is no option to change. Pls inform further what can i do to cancel the give up subsidy.                         I've received this message from im - bpclms

                        Thanks for fuelling 14.82ltrs diesel for rs.1020 in ka11a9672 at bp-channapatna in channapatna. Txn time 11:43 25/03/2019.https://tinyurl.com/y9zfh7he?id=lbpx5kD

                        My number is being misused by that vehicle owner. Kindly stop it from happening in the future. These text messages were coming from past few months to my number, i don't own this vehicle and i haven't linked my number anywhere to fueling station. Other than that this is not even my region. So someone is misusing my number for some evil purpose.

We are ordering food from out from last 3 day which is more costlier than 2 cylinder. Delivery person told us that he had sold are cylinder but he will deliver it in next two days... What nonsense.                               Hello, we have ordered online bharat gas cylinder on 16th mar. Order no. 329073. Gas agency is gujar enterprises bhosari pune. Total price was 693 rs.

                              On 20th mar i recieved sms as subsidy transferred. I called their agency number and asked when they delivered gas as still we are waiting for it. Agency asked to delivery boy and he said that reaching in 10 min to deliver.

                              On 20th mar delivery boy reached in 10 min to my address and called me sir it's locked. I asked why you come as you said delivered already.

                              Being 21st holiday. Another delivery boy came on 22 nd mar and delivered today. I said subsidy is already credited 3 days before and gas cylinder coming 7 days later. He said some times it happen.

                              Note issues - 1. Cylinder is sold in black market on 18th mar and they marked it as delivered.
                              2. Based on this delivered gas subsidy transferred to beneficiary account.
                              3. After getting sms i called gas agency when they delivered and they made false statements as already delivered.
                              4. Please take strong action and investigate this matter as gas cylinders are sold in black market.
                              5. Raising complaint to bharat gas.

                                Cylinder delivery guy demands money every time to deliver a booked cylinder, every time he is asking rs - 50 extrta amount, worst think today he deliverd the cylinder & he deamands rs 150 extra.
                                In my home my mother she is not aware the bill amount she gave rs-880.
                                Bill amount is 730, he asked 880, so 150 extra amount he taken.
                                Please help to take immediately action for this agency & delivery person

                                  I have filed Petrol for Rs.500/- on[protected] from Annai agency, Velachery Main Rd, Shanthi Nagar, New Kunagkurichi, Gowrivakkam, Sembakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600073. After filling the petrol I drove for approx 3 Kms and suddenly my car started giving trouble and then it completely off. I had taken to the car to datsun service station on Guindy Chennai, they have checked and told that the petrol is contaminated and mixed water in it. please refer the attached image which is given by car service center, because of that all three ignition coils are failed, the cost of three ignition coil and part are around RS. 25000, regarding this issue, next day I have checked with petrol pump manager, he denied that, so i have raised complaint on BPCL, (ID: 4119505) I have been using BPCL last two years, I totally lost my trust against BPCL and I won't recommend any of friends to fill petrol on BPCL

                                    Hi sir, i have booked a cylinder from ebharat gas through online on 27 feb 2019. My ebharat gas connection is located at 8-1-299/1/a/10, madhura hills, shaikpet opp. President function hall, hyderabad, telangana 500008. The cylinder was delivered after 9 days and they have charged more rs-80/- extra while delivered. This is the second time they have chared more. When i asked them they are simply saying the gas cost got increased. If they deliver cylinder within 2 to 3days the cost will be same. But they are delivering after 7 to days because of collecting more money. Please takcare of this.

                                      I paid Rs 1600 for petrol in my car on 17 Mar 2019 from Sapru Car Care, sector 47, Gurugram. Sales man did not turn meter to zero before filling petrol in my car. I objected immediately at the time of starting that meter is already showing reading of 240. But he said it was 2.40 and not 240. In the mean time during argument, sales did not stop and completed filling petrol till meter reading to 1600. I had getting fuel filled in my all three cars from this pump but this time I caught them cheating. He probably did this because I was busy on my mobile. I raised complaint in register. Snap shot of complaint, bill and payment receipt is attached.

                                      Kindly esquire and penalise in such a way that they do not repeat in future. I may also be compensated for loss, cheating and inconvenience.
