I paid Rs 1600 for petrol in my car on 17 Mar 2019 from Sapru Car Care, sector 47, Gurugram. Sales man did not turn meter to zero before filling petrol in my car. I objected immediately at the time of starting that meter is already showing reading of 240. But he said it was 2.40 and not 240. In the mean time during argument, sales did not stop and completed filling petrol till meter reading to 1600. I had getting fuel filled in my all three cars from this pump but this time I caught them cheating. He probably did this because I was busy on my mobile. I raised complaint in register. Snap shot of complaint, bill and payment receipt is attached.

Kindly esquire and penalise in such a way that they do not repeat in future. I may also be compensated for loss, cheating and inconvenience.

    But i do not know what is that but later i see my subsidy is not credited

    I have booked my gas refiling on date 3/03/2019 and also payment pay online but the cylinder not delivered til date.please take action against them.

      Cylinder not delivered
      Hi,
      I am VIKASH C JHA consumer no 61983334 have Bharat gas connection with JKM BHARATGAS (197003) . I booked gas cylinder las last month 20/02/2019 almost one month completed but cylinder is not been deliver and I get a delivered massage & one other things is Without Permission The Distributor Change The Connection RATHI GAS To JKM BHARATGAS (197003) I also call and complaint on customer care & JKM agency but not further action on the same.

      Pls help me to resolve this issue asap.

        When i was taking petrol of rs 100/- at bharat petrollium pump at 18.03.2019 .The boys are not properly locking the petrol and when i remind than misbehaving . i have also locked my complaint on nation consumer portal of com no-1212567.the petrol pump is situated at mai chouraha koharapeer bareilly U.P pin code 243003.

          Dear sir, i have booked my gas 9-3-2019, by online and done the payment online also, but nobody deliver the gas till now, my id is[protected]. Gajraula gas service delivery is poor please ensure the proper delivery. Delivery persons are provided the gas to out side agencies with additional cost immediately. Black marketing is on top rather than actual consumer supply. Please do the needful.

            My distributor name was h. M. Gas centre, & distributor code was 112248,
            Bopodi, poona, maharashtra.
            My lpg connection is deactivated & want to reactivate it, but unfortunately distributor is closed their agency. & i could not found which is my ne distributor, even i called on help line but they cant help me on this matter because they couldn't found distributor record,
            I request you to please find out any solution that i can get my lpg connection reactivated.

              मेरा भारत गैस कनेंक्शन श्री विनायक गैस सर्विस (वितरक कोड 133708) से है । मेरा कनेक्शन नंबर 2128 है,
              मेंने गैस बुकिंग 05/03/2019 को करवाई थी परन्तु आज तक गैस डिलीवर नहीं हुई है ।
              निरंतर कॉल करने पर भी एजेन्सी का कोई रेस्पॉन्स नहीं मिला है ऐवं हर दिन आज हो जाएगा कहकर टाल जाता गया ।
              गैस खत्म है घर में, अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि आप सेल्स ऑफिसर होने के नाते विनायक गैस सर्विस पर करवाई करें और हमारा गैस आज ही डिलीवर करवाने का कष्ट करे ।

                I already registered request for a new bharatgas connection. Request id is 66775075 dated 07-mar-2019. And same is under document verification process even after 6 days.

                I visited the saraswati bpcl dealear for the new connection according to them we have to take gas stove also as mandatory and without that they will not give the connection pls confirm the procedure to the staff to avoid the hassle to consumer.

                I need help to process the connection on priority as i recently shifted in lucknow

                    This is with reference to my gas connection no: 7302988 lying with alok gas agency, najafgarh, delhi phone:[protected].

                    I had booked gas cylinder with the name of savitri devi saxena by phone and the distributor delivered within one week of booking he delivered wrong weighted cylinder and the weight of the cylinder is not in true weight like new cylinder and he does not change the cylinder one and half month is completed for delivery but no response by the distributor i am very disappointed

                    This problem is everytime when we booked the cylinder and this is not my problem. This problem is with other customer also,

                      I purchased new gas connection from shree raksha gas agency.They charged full amount and provided damaged gas burner with different company warranty card inside the the packet.The delivery boys charged extra 180 rs for installation and had not tell us the burner pipe had broken. When I talked to customer care they helped me and told me that mechanic would come in 30 mins.This is the case of blast because we don't have any idear about pipe had broken.The mechanic as well as the delivery boy checked the gas but they didn't tell the issue to us.After my complain number registered.I got call from.mechanic and after 2nd esclation, same mechanic calls me tell me, I will not come.You will come to office tomorrow.The same mechanic is asking for 160/150 rs.Why should I again pay even at the very first day of installation? So much corruption in this agency...new gas stove named surya with warranty card of Kohinoor netanis.This gas stove is packed and is opened by delivery boy infront of me.Mechanic name is Jagdeesh.

                        I downlod the bharat gas app but somhow i wrongly selact give up subsidy option... I have no idea about this option before... When i go to bank after 4 month to check my account i found no subsidy was credited to my account couse of this give up system... And i feel so upset so sad cause we r so poor...                                 I booked a refill online on 9th march 19 morning. Expected that gas refill will be delivered till 11th march 19. But when enquired getting unsatisfactory answers like it's mrach end will take 2 more days. Also the helpline numbers provided are continuously busy. Totally disappointed with the service and the answers getting regarding delayed delivery. Don't know what prioritization and what waiting list they are maintaining. Seems to be suspicious as they are always giving such answers like we don't have stock and having waiting list.

                                    My self nilesh sawant have a bharat gas connection and stays in virar west dis palghar maharashtra

                                    We have noticed that the persone who comes to delive the gas connection always takes rs.10 extra per delivery

                                    It’s not concern of rs.10 but when we ask the amount they always add rs.10 and when bill is given it has lesser amount when we ask why the extra amount then they say i have lift the gas, i have came so far and so on

                                    We wish to give them the extra but this is not the way i request you to please take proper action against this and also to mentioned this is not pertaining to one persone but every one is doing the same

                                      No subsidy provided yet - got the connection on 2016 - complaint number 4065172. Consumer id: 75057663.
                                      I contacted my current distributor twice but no luck. First time they said aadhar is not updated and i submitted the aadhar copy to them, this was last year.
                                      Today when i checked with them, they are saying that fault was from my previous distributor. Question is why they have not informed this last year.

                                      Anyways, while taking new connection in 2016, i submitted all the required documents along with aadhar. But why i am not getting any subsidy.

                                        I got two cash memo for one booking. Ie cash memo no 142203 of rs. 692.00 generated for booking no.138432. On[protected] at 8.34am. And the next one on without date cash memo no. 142765 of rs.735.00 generated for booking no. 138432 at about 9-00am on 03 — 03-2019. They delivered on 3-3-2019 and i have paid rs.735.00 they didnot give the bill. And i got the other message on 6-2-2019 that your lpg refill order no. 138432 has been cancelled. Reason: empty cylinder not available. Please contact distributor for details.
                                        Note : for 3 days they are not delivered because of their fault. For that i have paid etc. Rs.43.00. And also the same order no. Is cancelled by themselves due to non-availability of cylinder (That is false report)
                                        I want to know what is the status of booking no. 138432 which one is correct.
