Sir though complaint is not directly related to your company, it is actually related to a cng station located at bharat petroleum petrol pump, block g, vishwakarma colony, pul pehlad pur, mehrauli badarpur road, new delhi-110044, sir i don't know weather person filling cng at the station was your employee or employee of igl, but today at about 7 o'clock in the morning he allowed two bus of cisf (Central industrial security force) without queues that too from the wrong side (Means from the exit side) when i along with other those were in queue objected for the same the person filling the cng said "mere se faltu bakwas mat karo, manager se baat karo" when manager was contacted he also gave clear-cut reply " yeah bus to aise hi cng bharwati hai, aur aise hi bharwaegi, that time neither manager provided us with the complaint book nor we were provided the contact number of marketing manager, that time i tried my best to contact delhi police control room by dialling 100 number but i couldn't as number was showing busy, now i am requesting you to atleast pass an instruction to the faulty petrol pump mentioned above, to make the people maintain queue properly or provide me with the contact number of igl complaint cell.

      I have booked cyliner no:43046 on 31 july and c. M was issued no:44826 on 1 aug but no cylinder was delivered and again new c. M was issued 45215 of rs.546.5 on 4 aug and no delivery was made to my home nd subsidy and rs.24 was credited to my a/c
      When no gas cylinder delivered to my home how come i got subsidy?

        I had booked refill on 06/07/2019. The payment of rs609 was made through website. The amount was debited from my citi bank. But bharat gas site showed payment pending. Ccavenue confirmed having receipt of payment. But still amount not refunded back to me inspite of repeated complaints with customer care
        My bharat gas consumer no is 5658.
        Please rectify this problem asap.

          On 9/9/19 around 10'45 am i had taken my ford fiesta petrol to fill fuel in ashoka petrol pump in gopalapuram trichy road coimbatore, the car was kept in ideal and asked to fill petrol for 1000rs,, when the fuelling process was going on suddenly my car stopped,, after that i tried starting but it never did,, so the car was towed down to the nearest garage for inspection,, after inspection the garage showed me water coming from injectors,, will the dealer take responsibility or i have to file a case against bp for damaging my car fuel systems

            Incident took place at 1230 am on 10 august 2019, my car was punctured near forum mall and due to the long weekend there was heavy traffic in hosur main road, somehow i managed and drove until the bp bunk near madivala police station and parked the car near the air filling location without causing any difficulty for other cars to pass. All of a sudden the security comes and tells me i can't park over there, i request him let me check what happened and he started saying remove your car from here with no appropriate manners to talk and with very rude language. So i got irritated and asked him that i won't move the car let me check where the puncture shop is. For which he said it's on the opposite road and i could not drive for another 1km with my tyre completely punctured. When i requested him his response was so what the # should i do and get out from here. For this i responded i will not go and was looking for the puncture shop and then 5-6 staff came and started fighting verbally with me for that. This was unbelievable and unexpected that one mr pradeep started using foul language and claimed to be the manager of the bunk, he looked like he was drunk and so were some of the other staff. Later pradeep started saying this is not your land and other meanful things and asked me what can i do. Do what u want to do. I'll show u now. He started fighting and was so eager to pick up a brawl with me. For this even i also stood and argued with all the staff and asked them can't u not say in a decent way that i cannot park here. All of them were the rudest petrol bunk staff i have ever come across in my entire life. There has to be some action taken against these people or someday they will surely beat someone or start rowdism of such sort. It is necessary that the owner should take necessary action as none of them wore id cards so we don't even know if his name was pradeep. I request bpcl and the owner to look at the cctv footage and take a decision. Keeping such employees who don't care and humiliate customers will not only ruin the name of madival bp bunk but also result in public not using bpcl petrol bunks any more.
            And also the name of the bunk is also not mentioned or distribuor is not mentioned anywhere which can be visualised for us to write a complaint to bpcl directly. This is really horrible and horrific that the staff in the bunk behaved like that especially mr pradeep who doesn't have any manners and has to really learn the lesson to be good to people and not to be drunk on duty. They didn't even realise that i had my family in my car and they literally pushed me into the car, my friend was shocked looking at this behaviour and she is an eyewitness to all of the above.
            And to falsely claim that he is the manager.
            It's very easily identifiable on the cctv the way he has reacted and i request the owner and bpcl to take care of this one.

                  My name is Harishchandra maya patil my consumer no. Is 58502262. I am leave in Dhakta khanda, panvel, Raigad.
                  For my village dilevered gas by vishnu bharat gas service, plot no. B 11/12, shop no. 14/15, national complex chs, sec. 6, New panvel, east.
                  My complaint is when i ordered gas online from above agency. They didnot given gas cylinder me to home delivery. they come to my village in one place weekly two days and selling to cylinder to every person who not a booking gas online thatswhy cylinder not bring for online customer. So online customer have to go above office collect the gas cylinder.
                  I have three times to give that type of complaint in above agency office but he cannot take the complaint in written & told him that if you want a gas cylinder go to that place and collect the cylinder. No need to book online. Also he told to me if you not want to gas from our agency change it. So please look into this issue. Our villagiers also trouble about that type of issue. Actually our previous gas agency mittal agency old panvel is very good service. Can you help shifted my villegiers gas agency to mittal agency old panvel. Please help me as soon as possible.

                      Distribution problem in our area (Bihar sharif, nalanda). Sir i humble request you plz overview on the services given to this particular region of this because the so called home delivery service does not seem to happen in our region. Most of the time we have to come to gas station and wait for more than 2 hour tough we get cylinder but after tough most of the cylinders are selled by the venders ar� in black and they take away the cylinders at service distribution office. Plz sir import service for us.. Thank you

On 30.07.19 got message that cylinder was delivered on 30.07.19 at 9.43 pm. Cylinder has not been delivered to me so far. The reasons for such delivery message without delivery of cylinder may be examined and intimated to me. Please arrange delivery immediately.

                            My bharat gas no. 16671. I am staying in vikhroli, mumbai. Last year 2018 september my mother taken another connection in ratnagiri of hp gas and she had also account in bharat gas (Vikhroli) according to rule aadhar not connect to double account. And that time my vikhroli account was blocked. So i opened new account on my name (Vinay jadhav). But problem is, ratnagiri account is currently active but subsidy is not getting us because hp agency said you have remove aadhar from vikhroli bharat gas account. Which has deleted. So plz sir i request you to remove aadhar from bharat gas account (Vikhroli).

                                    I made a transaction of Rs634 towards refill of LPG on 6-7-2019 through the transaction ID[protected] through gpay UPI.Money got deducted and the receipt also shows that money has been debited and credited to the bpcl bill desk.But at the bpcl bill desk they told money is not credited.So they delivered refill through COD

                                    I contacted gpay several times but they couldn’t resolve the problem yet.I contacted BPCL but they are repeatedly telling that the payment is a failure.
                                    I have attached the photos.Kindly help me in this matter and get my money reverted back

                                      It has nothing to do with me and it is unnecessarily irritating me being a patient of high blood pressure

                                      The messages normally come for refueling done by some vehicles at amboli or some other petrol pump

                                        Bharat gas agency at muffasil (Dist - gaya, bihar). After booking of gas on telephone or online for rekha bharat gas. This agency never deliver cylinder at home. The agency come with vehicle with cylinder at nearby place on day and then they will distribute cylinders. They charge extra rs 50 per cylinder. Then you will get cylinder. You have to carry it on your own cost to your house. They will never deliver gas...
