Some of delivery boyz of baharat gas agency who leak the cylinder nd transfer the gas nd sell them in high rate black the gas cylinder in the front of public no one taking the legal action pls check once nd do some strict action against them there are certain agents who black nd leaking gas cylinder near to mahendra park rasil paint 110033 daily 3/4 bpcl delivery boys doing such activities near the main road in front of all public no one taking any action about this i request u to pls check once in a day so that these activities may get stopped or the persons get punished by the legal action

When i renewed my gas account because it was inactive i was suggested that i need to book additional cylinder by paying rs. 2500/- and this way my gas account would get reactivated and i was asked to produce aadhaar card and all other documents but they then auto selected subsidy opt out without my consent and now they are not opting me back for subsidy. I have visited the supplier keerti gas and requested numerous times but everytime i was told either server is down or some other reasons and they have not opted me for subsidy. I'm unemployed and cannot afford to not have subsidy and i don't know how to get this sorted. I feel really helpless and don't know where to turn to, please help i would be ever so grateful.

I was supposed to receive gas cylinder on 24feb 2019 but the cylinder has not been delivered to my house. I made the phone calls several times also but they kept on saying that we will deliver the cylinder soon.
Please deliver the cylinder as soon as possible. The family need it urgently.

I have booked a gas on 8/02/19 and my booking reference no. Is 37028. My booking agency is rabi bharat gas, vill. Bohar distt rohtak (Haryana0. A complaint was also registered in your customer care center whose no is 3988436 dated 19/02/19.

2. It is sorry to inform that till date no refile cylinder has been received to me.

3. It is once again requested to issue necessary direction to agency for early supply of gas cylinder.

This is the worst petrol pump ever... They are cheats.

On 2nd feb 2019 i asked him to fill rs 1500 diesel in my car, he put the nozzle inside the diesel tank and he start fill only 300. Then why i asked why "rs. 300 na?" as if he started fill without reset it to zero and he was hiding me the meter. But he is not yet reset it... Meter shows 1200 only but he informed like total 1500 previously 300 now 1200 = 1500.... I. E i only got rs 1200 diesel but paid rs 1500... This is not the only time i got cheated here. I asked him to remove the diesel from my car and check how much did you filled. But he is not even agreed. Also my car registration was done in different state.

I have booked the LPG Gas On Dt 26.02.19.& BOOKING No 101629. But Still not Received the Filling LPG from Bharadwaj Gas Agency . I have call to Agency that I think the agency mob no has been Changed & I am unable to Reached in agency person & my gas will be finished two / three days.

Pls help to get the filling syclender.

I am gadidala chinna somalingam as a consumer of bhart gas. By mistake im wrongly clicked giveup subsidy 6-7-2017. Im getting any subsidy then, i kindly request u to deactivate give up subsidy. I want to avail subsidy cylinders. So this is humble request to u, please deactivate from out of subsidy scheme. I given request letter also to the distributer but they told no option to change. My father radha raman mishra work as a godown keeper since 1989 in a gas agency that’s name is prem gas agency situated in village garhi ghaziabad uttar pradesh he is expired or die on 4-jun-2017. Then after some days i meet owner of this agency her name is usha singh and i ask her for pf or some other kind of compensation then she said that there is no law of pf or any other kind of compensation give in our company and they give nothing and said that do whatever you want to do. Please sir/ma’am take immediate action on my complaint.

When i complain to our agency he hi reply to me "informed to customer now your subsidy will be opt in after 365 days".
Sir i am allready saying its a my mistake, why punish me like that 365 days, i am not intersted, not able to provide subsidy amount, mistaklly choosing out of subsidy option, then this is the punishment sir.

Almost 4 days had been passed and yet i had not received cylinder.in fact nobody is receiving call and after that we call in office and i said that had not received my cylinder the person reply very roudly and the guy name is rishi mehra he said me that supply is not coming.. Every time the employees behaving like this to customers and not answering the satisfy solution they dont have manners to how to talk to customers every time they replying very badly please resolve my complaints and take action to this employee.

Kindly look into the same & get the deliver done.. Please take action or warn them..

I have opted out of subsidy by mistake through online when i was trying to join dbtl. Click the wrong option by mistake, but now i want to get subsidy and join dbtl. Now when i want to join dbtl through online it respond that i need not to join because i have opted out of subsidy. Please look into matter an my resolve my issue.

Booking # 39197 cylinder booked on 01 Feb 2019 and after complaining to customer service on 17 Feb over Phone. Cylinder was delivered without bill.
As always delivery personnel blames printer not working; receipt will be given later, etc And this is not the first time MAHESWARI AGENCIES does this. They are very consistent in DELAYED delivery of cylinder and that too after I make a complaint with Mumbai Telephone customer care.
BP Hyderabad office also doesn't take any steps to curb such attitude of agencies.They had closed my previous complaints with reasons as DOOR LOCKED; CUSTOMER REQUESTED TO CANCEL. I get SMS with booking number 42229 cylinder was delivered on 20 Feb 2019. Not sure Who and How they made this booking and to whom cylinder was delivered? such atrocities and unethical personnel both at MAHESHWARI Agency and BP Hyderabad office. Am sick and tired of dealing, complaining and wating my time with them. Sure to cancel the connection on my name with MAHESWARI GAS AGENCY.
