Hi

Have connection with bharat lpg in karkamb and there was an issue as lpg subsidy amount not credited with my bank.

Have submitted a lot of complaints with banks and omc and finally the issue with aadhar and my bank npci mapping is completed.

But need to know when will i receive the pending lpg subsidy amounts.

Have sent again reminders and talked to field officer but no straight reply about the time and date credit for the pending amount.

    Bharat gas lpg — deactivate the opt out of subsidy option

    I two times complaint to bharat gas through online complaint no.3999580 & complaint no.4000490 regarding reverse from none subsidy in lpg to subsidy category. I have opted out of subsidy by mistake through online when i was trying to join dbtl. Click the wrong option by mistake, but now i want to get subsidy and join dbtl. Now when i want to join dbtl through online it respond that i need not to join because i have opted out of subsidy. Please look into matter an my resolve my issue.       Hi BPCL offers,

      "I am very disappointed with your services".

      I have called several times but your staff has disconnected my phone and long hold you should provide them proper training how to behave with customer otherwise don't appointed uneducated staff in your organisation which is they don't know how to speak on call if you're server or computer is not working you should note down the number of the customer's and call back or inform to customers call gain after some time because our system is not working properly now.

      Why putting call on hold for long time and then switch off your phone.

      It happens so many times with me I have neglected but now we are getting lot of frastation from your staff and system.

      You are not improving your service.

      After that I called on your all below mentioned number but all has been switched off .

      I have raised the issue because I have faced the lot of problems from so many months and still you are staff is not understanding the concern and saying again I have to visited in your office why.
      I show you all documents 3 times I came still you are saying I should come again.

      How many times I have to come because of you I have to take leave from office.

      Why you didn't do your work when I came 3 times in your office.

      My request to you fired these types of people and don't appointed because of your staff we have to face the problem.

      Now also I called but you didn't call back me you can do that I have mentioned my numbers in regards.

      But you don't have manners how to handle the customer's and respect to customer's.

By mistake i am not clicked any button but ur costumer care person say i am wrongly clicked deactivated subsidy so i request please give up my subsidy (But i no very well i am not done any such that type of condition) customer care number is [protected] please contact them and clear it's and they told me it's not activate near about one year...           My name is Munna Chaudhary holding a consumer no. 28450864 in Faridabad..
          Firstly the gas was suppy by Rathi Gas fariabd sec 37.. It was good to supply in time.

          Then our agency auto transferred to JKM Enterpises in Green Field... They do not supply the gas on time.. Its take more than 10 days to supply.

            Every time i have to face delivery issues with bharat gas lpg. From last 2 times, they delivered my cylinder to any other person and denied me to deliver by saying that we do not have stock. I got message on my mobile that cylinder has been delivered and received subsidy as well without receiving my cylinder. On calling to gas office noida sector 18, they avoid me. Last time delivery boy misbehaved with my wife on call. This is certainly not acceptable. I hope this would be fixed in short on this complaint.

                I am ravtaram a choudhary from bhiwandi (Mh) as a consumer of bharat gas. By mistake i am wrongly clicked give up subsidy 16 february 2019. I am not getting any subsidy then. I kindly request you to deactivate give up subsidy. I want to avail subsidy cylinders. So this is humble request to you please deactivate from out of subsidy.                   My distributor Name is: Noble Gas Agency.

                  They are giving different contact numbers to call and resolve this issue like Field Officer and Head office.

                  As per NPCI policy guideline, once the NPCI mapping is completed, the Oil Manufacturing company has to credit all the pending subsidy amounts.

                  But they are responding poorly. Please help.

                    I am also call my agency... Agency worker told me apply new connection or cancel this connection apply fresh.. This not possible sir.. Please resolve my issue i am mail bharat gas but didn't respond

                        I have opt out my Bharath gas subsidy by mistake and it's been a year now I didn't receive my subsidy amount, when I enquired at distributor agency informed that my my subsidy has been opt out.                             I am a consumer of Randhan Bharat Gas Gramin Vitrak, Rajhat, Hooghly, W.B - 712123. My consumer number 95 and consumer id is[protected]. I had mistakenly pressed option 5 at the time of gas booking from my mobile dated 24.3.2016. When inquired Company said it means that I had been opted out my gas subsidy. Since then I cant get my subsidy. Several times I have contact distributor, company customer care and also national consumer helpline but the condition is same. Is there no rectification measure of my mistake. Please look at the matter sympathetically as I am a very poor needy person and cant afford gas cylinder at a high price now a days. I am highly obliged if you grant it with concern so that I can be able to get my subsidy as I can get it before.

                            After your telephonic conversation I met with my distributor with adhaar copy & application but they did not receive it as they are saying they had receive it several times from me. But the situation is same till now.

                              I booked a new double gas Cylinder connection and paid in full but got delivery of one on the same day.
                              Got an sms stating that the cylinder was already delivered on 09/02/19.
                              Although the entire payment for the said cylinder had already been paid, the delivery boy and shop owners are committing regularly to deliver at home but in vain .

                                On 29th december i have booked a gas cylinder from m/s milind agenceis, vikapuri, bharat gas dealer. They never lift their telephone for booking and even after registering personally they do not supply in time. It is written as per bharat gas guide lines the delivery of gas is within 24 hours after booking. Kindly expedite the matter.

                                  Your fuel station"MAA SANTI fuel" illegally stabilised in forest area... kindly check and take a better step... Looking forward to solve this problem... because this station warned many time by DFO as well as local police...be honest and a further step ... Also this matter is regularly discussed with CM...your image is good in public be honest otherwise your shadow in public will be negetive...

                                    With due respect i want to say that i am a consumer of your gas agency blue flame gas service in Janakpuri, C2-D. My consumer number is 54280597 by the name of mr.Ajay kumar. I have booked a delivery for the delivery on dated 14/02/2019. But they neither send me any delivery at time nor give me satisfactory answer about that. I have tried many time on phone for delivery but they answer that today your delivery will be send to you but they didn’t sent. I am in very much trouble. Tell me is this type of attitude is appropriate with the customer?
