Dear sir,
On booking of lpg cylinder on dated 16.01.2019 (Online) vide booking ref. No 51962, i get the sms of delivery of the product on dated 19.01.2019. But till the date i have not receive the delivery of the same. I have complained the same over telephone to the distributor but no proper response received fro their end. Please look into the matter and please arrange for delivery of the same.

    My lpg sv no [protected] dt 30/03/1999 and customer no is 56141330. On 31/05/2011 i had been allotted with d b c vide 61269073. Gas connection was being transferred to kattappana automatically by the opening new gas agency. This connection was being used by my parents, now both were diseased and subsequently i submitted an application in 2017 to change connection to my wife's name. During this process they observed that 3 cylinders mistakenly accounted. Due to this, processing of change not effected.

      With reference to the above id my petro card used for filling the fuel at bharath petroleum outlets for which i had online recharge done for rs.2000/. Not credited to my card but my account statement is showing downloaded and the same is not credited to my petro card.
      Kindly do the needful at the earliest to credit the same to my card.

      We haven't booked the gas on the month of october but on the booking history we came to know that our gas had been booked and we don't even get the gas . So please help us how can we get that gas and another thing we don't get the gas in time after booking.

            I have booked through consumer number 99021643 one gas on 02.01.2019. My booking ref no. Is 151965. I have followed up with the agency (Varsha enterprises) every day since 07.01.2019. They assured me that it will reached to my home. But yesterday i have got message that my order has been cancelled due to consumer out of station.

            So please look about this type of negligence & supply me immediately.

              My aadhar submitted in both lpg distributer &
              My sbi bank & hdfc bank. Thereafter my aadhar link in lpg distributor & aadhar link my sbi & hdfc account but npci showing in inactive. My lpg subsidy not transfer in my account. They showing aadhar not active.
              Many times i contact bank & told to active my adhar in my account but they said aadhar is already active. After when i check online in mylpg.in website there showing aadhar is active in bank but npci database is inactive. Please sir my problem solved. My all details as following

                    My consumer number is 61666702. I have booked a cylinder (15.01.2019 and received a message of delivery on sunday (18.01.2019) but no cylinder was delivered to me.
                    Please consider my complaint so that no one could face this.
                    Also delivery boy demands 20 to 30 rs more. Without that they not delivered cylinder. I have did complaint about it to trupti gas previously but no solution.

                      Contact but not response me... This men is saying me your subsidy is on 2 days.. After document submit to office...
                      But i already document submitted there office... And till now not subsidy not credit my bank... This is "mishra sir" contact then to not pick-up... And by-chance pick-up phone to answer is this is process.. Working 2 days on your subsidy...
                      Bharat gas company saying after 1 year started subsidy...?
                      And this problem face near about 8 month and comunication bharat gas agency but this agency not solved my problem... Please solved my problem...

                        This is Upendra Sahu, having RMN: [protected].
                        My subsidy was stopped in Sep-2016 and again after a lot of complaint it resumed for a month in Sep-2017. Again after that I am not receiving my subsidy. I had file complaints three times since Nov-2018 to till date and no resolution has been provided to us till date.

                          As i have connection consumer id 67354705, but unable to book refill bcoz i checked in the portal it says blocked, contacted local agency guy he said we don't have rights to unblock asked to contact headoffice where it far to travel and i don't have any other connection rather but still blocked can it unblocked it very severely urgent as running out of gas to cook hope you understand, can this request passed to m. G road trinity building office to unblock

                            Sir, i have applied for new bharat gas connection with request id[protected] dated 14 jan 19. All the required document have been uploaded successfully. On checking the status, it is still showing, the document verification is under process. I want to know how much time it will take to verify for kyc (Multiple connection). Please verify the kyc as soon as possible, so that i go further for online payment.

                                Respected sir/madam,

                                Am suma k an customer for bpcl lpg from minimum of 4+ years.
                                Currently residing in hunasanalli, bangarapet taluk, kolar district, pin-563114

                                On dated 16th jan 2019 at 09.51 i have booked a cylinder through ebharath gas android application, when i tried to make payment through upi, its failed but i went directly at store asked for gas cylinder delivery, they refused due to payment was not done so can't issue cylinder.

                                Around 11 o a. M clock i tried to contact customer care of bpcl and i got the fresh link for payment option, i paid amount of 691.82 rs at 11.12 a. M and i got a confirmation message as amount is paid.

                                Again i went to distributor store and asked for cylinder but their system is not shown the updated status of bill or payment paid. So because of this they once again refused to issue the cylinder.

                                Around time of 13.45 pm again went at the distributor store and asked for cylinder now they said no stocks come tomorrow.

                                So i need a compensation for
                                1. Traveling 3 complete trips to their distribution store and home, since which costs me ₹240 in minimum auto price.
                                2. Waited for more than 4 hours to reflect my payment status updation. This is an bpcl software issue, because of this i argument had with distributor. Compensation cost ₹800
                                3. No home delivery of gas cylinder eventhough the village residence around 1.5-2km of the city. Compensation cost ₹50

                                So overal the above inconvenience was happened to me was because of the negligence and improper handling of the respective customer by bpcl.
                                I need justice and compensation

                                  Npci why can not release my payment regarding gas subsidy linking to bank mapper.
                                  Subsidy transfer to my active bank account has fail. Due to bank linking problem to npci.

                                  The account no [protected] is already linked with aadhar. Bank have attached herewith cbs enquiry screenshot of the same mail to me by bank.

                                  This is for your information please.
