Respected sir i am a consumer of r m bharat gas gramin vitran manguradila jalalpur my adhar no is activated in gas agency as well as in union bank pawai azamgarh but it is not showing active in npci date base i visited my bank and reactivated my andhra no 24 hours before but it is still inactive in npci data base please suggest and help so that we can get gas subsidy' timely thank you my cosumrr no 68209721

    Sir i has not been received my lpg subsidy since dcember, 2017.

    Previously am having account in sbi, due to difficult in maintaining minimum balance in sbi account, i closed it and opened new account in syndicate bank on december, 2017.
    Now in my syndicate bank account adhar inactive and not connected to npci mapping. Kindly help me in this regard and deposit my lpg subsidy as soon as possible..

    Dear Sir/Madam, Today i received sms in my mobile regarding my transfer of Gas subsidy to my Vijaya bank account [[protected]] for the month of Dec, 2017 & October 2018.
    But Inbetween January, 2018 to September, 2018 not received.
    Kindly transfer my remaining gas subsidy from January, 2018 to September, 2018 as soon as possible.

      So please deactivate my bharat gas opt out subsidy.

        I received the message communication on 20th sep stating the subsidy transfer of rs 324.3 against order no. 58925 failed with a reason "subsidy transfer failed due to aadhaar number inactive". I called the helpline number "[protected]" and they told me to
        1. Delink my aadhaar from new bank account. And after 4 days
        2. Link my aadhaar with the bank account again under npci.

        Also they asked me to wait for 15 days. I completed the above mentioned 2 steps by 1st of oct and when i called them on 23rd oct they again said the same that my aadhaar number is inactive and is not linked to bank account. And now they are asking me to do the same again. Please look into my case on high priority and resolve it. Also, for your information, until sep 2018 i was getting the subsidy in my pnb account and i wanted to get the subsidy in hdfc bank account with which my aadhaar was already linked so i followed bharat gas helpline executive's instruction and de-link and linked the aadhaar with hdfc bank account.

          I am keep receiving this sms "dear consumer your lpg subsidy of rs. 376.60 failed, kindly provide your bank and aadhaar details to your distributor also link your aadhaar to your bank account." but previously i was receiving subsidy in same bank account which is bank of india.

            not unblocking my connection

            Dear sir/mam,
            I am a bharat gas consumer. Recently my connection was blocked under multiple connection. I went to distributor on 28 september and submitted my surrender papers of previous connection where i was told that it would take a week or so to unblock it.
            It has almost been a month now but my connection is still blocked. I have complained thrice in bharat gas website but no action has been taken. My consmer no is 90578295.br...

            We have not received our subsidy amount from February 2016 against Customer No-7411 (Distributor-Hina Gas Service Jais, Raebareli, Uttar pradesh). We are poor Farmers and can not give our subsidy. So please refund me all my back subsidy and start my account with subsidy.

                I was getting my lpg gas subsidy in one of my sbi account. But due to some reasons i had to close that account. And the new account to which i wanted the subsidy has been updated with bharat petroleum. But now i am not getting the subsidy to my new account for about 8 months. And the subsidy for about 8 months is pending.
                Please provide me with the necessary instructions to solve the problem.

                  Sir i am manish vij. I am very poor person my son by mistake click the button of opt out subsidy. Please i will request u plaese off my subsidy was given to the poor i was not able to pay the subsidy to the poor because i am also poor ye meri aapse hath jodkar beenti hai meri opt out subsidy band kardijiye me bahut pareshaan hi raha hoo. Aapki mere bahut bahut kripa hogi me is wajeh se aapke yaha se cylinder bhi nhi le paa raha hoon mujhe bahut dikkat ho rahi hai.

                        I sarveshkumar agarwal updated my adhar in bank on 2nd oct-10. But still my subsidy is not coming to account by saying that my adhar is inactive since last month. After biometric updation still they saying go to bank & update ur adhar.
                        Please do something in that. Regarding this i complaint to bharat gas but still they are saying go to bank and update your aadhar. I am tired of this now, please help me

                          Iam a bpcl cooking gas customer having consumer no 7493. Our dealer is aashirvad gas service panchkula. Subsidy not recd videlpg cylinder supplied vide cash memo no 85520due to aadhar deactivation in d bank. Now i got the aadhar linked to my panjal national bank a/c no [protected]. Hence, i request you to transfer subsidy amount of rsvp 398.51 to my bank a/c mentioned above n oblige.

                              I complaint to bharat gas through online complaint no.3447797 regarding reverse from none subsidy in lpg to subsidy category.                                 I am writing this complaint against your refill cylinder delivery service.

                                I am send a request for refill a cylinder on 16 - Oct -2018 in morning 8:45 AM and I am paid also but till date 17-Oct -2018 I am not getting cylinder.

                                I called so many time Bharat Gas Agency on Number[protected] and she told me don't worry today itself your cylinder will delivered but I am not getting, Now suggest me what should I do because tomorrow 18-Oct-2018 on holiday.

                                I need urgent basis if I am not getting cylinder as soon a possible then I will register RTI against Bharat Gas because that is not a good behavior from them side.

                                  Mechanic extorting money on behalf of changing valves of 3 months new bajaj cook top,
                                  Concluding it as faulty.
                                  We repeatedly inform mr. Gotra pratap (Mechanic) that it's a new cook top, please check for any other fault, but he was very sure to loot money from us 650₹.
                                  So i decided to repair it with warranty private showroom mechanic. Which was simply done with just cleaning a line.
                                  Today i visited shri sairam gas agency kamothe bharat gas office, where he arrogantly reply that, we do only this, and not ready to accept his mistake. I have paid him 50₹ for service charge, but not willing to give me a receipt. So
                                  If any mechanic is looting money from customer, so what is the use of our middle class family saving 1 ruppee.

                                  So please look in to the matter.
                                  We have also informed mr. Subramaniyam (Kalamboli branch) but yet no action against the mechanic.

                                    Hi Team, From 6 billings, my Gas Subsidy credit is failing. I approached Gas dealer, they are saying the ADHAAR is already mapped, reach out bank. Bank people also telling, ADHAAR is already linked to account. Eventually I am not getting credited with. Please look in to this concern and help me in getting the benefit. thanks,
