Dear Sir,
Please note that today(05.10.2018) at 8:45 AM ihave made the payment of ruppess 917.80 form my SBI account against refilling of Bharat Gas Cylinder.The payment have done successfully but the site have shown that seession expired and it is showing that the payment is still pending.

    Hello team,
    I m rajendrakumar koi with customer no[protected] branch ssun bharatgas ambernath west, thane maharashtra. I request u all please provide my subsidy amount in my bank account this time i urgently need it. I m from bpl family group i know how hardly i m managing my gas booking amount 900/-every month,. From last 4 months i was not getting my subsidy amount... I m financially suffering alot, & of course since i registered my complaint before booking of gas this time also submitted application to my branch.

      I have applied for new bharat gas connection online on 12th sept, 2018 and have submitted all the relevant documents in the portal. Its have been 22 days but still the online status shows as new connection request no 58068802 is under document verification process.

      Please suggest how many days it will take to get the verification process completed so that i can get the connection and gas at the earliest.

          I two times complaint to bharat gas through online complaint no.3371455 & complaint no.3362244 regarding reverse from none subsidy in lpg to subsidy category. I have opted out of subsidy by mistake through online when i was trying to join dbtl. Click the wrong option by mistake, but now i want to get subsidy and join dbtl. Now when i want to join dbtl through online it respond that i need not to join because i have opted out of subsidy. Please look into matter an my resolve my issue.             Sir today our gas distributor delivery person delivered gas bottle and this time bottle has been leaking and this is not one thim problem this is second time and i will ask to delivery person this sectution so he was wrong asnwering and misbehaving and i was ask to bpcl office in charge this matter so he ask to delivery person so i will where to go please give a better response i have not any options so i will go consumer court.

              4kg gas is short in cylnder mr. Pramod the supplier man says i will change the cylnder with in a 30 min but today is 3rd day and cylnder is nt recve yet last month also the same situation face to me and again pramod the supplier man same

                I was charged extra rs60/- for delivery.. This is continously done since 2 months.. Strict action should be taken against these people for charging without the head office permission. And when we question him he starts arguing. Everyone are charged the same. So it should be stopped as soon as possible else it might be a bad impact on the company's reputation.

                    I will complaint to bharat gas through online complaint no. 3364652 regarding reverse from none subsidy in lpg to subsidy category.                       I have booked for refill on 12/09/2018, booking order reference is 70040. But still i have not received, it was cancelled on 22/09/2018, without my knowledge, on that i was in home full day. Then i spoke to the agency they said they will deliver after two days, my? Is after cancellation if they deliver the cylinder then how i will get subsidery amount. My neighbors have received the cylinder without bill?.

I already contacted BPCL customer care many times, but the problem is not solved, my name is not deactivated from the out of subsidy list. So I kindly request to cancel the out of subsidy list.and arrange to my name in subsidy scheme. My LPG ID 63199920

                            I visited gas refill at altread agencies located at fort road in belgaum city karnataka state and asked for refill for 110 rs and not to set your machine instead pour till metre reads 110 and give me bill. But the guy named shivam and his senior refused it. If you want refill or go to other bunk. How i should find petrol is flowing in tank or not. Because nozzle is inside. He would have set the metre running and petrol flowing rate slow. When i m paying money why don't you people give bill and give exact petrol for my money. I am paying government tax and you people are keeping with you. It's roudism.

                              I have booked my gas cylinder and done online payment trough Umang app. But at last error at app. But payment deducted from my account. Merchant informed that's transection was successful from there side.but Bhart gas denied of payment. I did complaint on toll free no and mail but no solution till now

                                    Sir i had booked gas on 03/09/18. (Booking reference no 61378) and i got the message in my mobile it is delivered on 14/09/18. And on 17/09/18 received the message subsidy is credited in your account. But gas cylinder is not yet delivered physically.

                                    I went to the office on 17/09/18 and informed them i received the messages as gas is delivered and subsidy is credited in account. They asked me to give the consumer no and location and told due to cylinder shortages it happened and will issue tomorrow or on 18th. But till saturday (22/09/18) they did not delivered the cylinder. Then i called them over phone and they told cylinder can be delivered only by next monday or tuesday. The pathetic condition is that till yesterday night (25/09/18) it is not delivered.. I do not know where to complaint. If the cylinder is shortage how this delivered message is created and how the bill is created.?. With out delivering the cylinder how the message is created.. Is this a full proof system to protect customers needs?. Pls have a look into this.

                                    Your ebharat gas website always shows error and not open, my lpghome page always shows site is under maintenance when I try to audit distributor option since 3 to 4 months
                                    I can't understand that what is the use of these sites

                                      My consumer no 31424. Since 7 months i faced problembs from varsha agency, bhubaneswar. They never give us cylinder in right time, some time they asking to collect from godown, iam frequently complained but no result from them, all my family members including my kids suffered a lot. Hope you might take some steps so i can got cylinder further in right time.
