Respected Sir,
Today I visited your petrol pump at Shastrinagar Ahmedabad.

The delivery person did not provided petrol properly.
I have visited the office for complaint..
And ask for complaint book.
But the person sitting in the office refused to provide me complain book..

Now please let me know where I have to go for complaint book..

Also The person sitting in office have misbehave with me..

    Whenever i book a gas cylinder the delivery boy charges me 40 rupees as delivery charges above the bill amount. I repeated told him that everything is included in the bill itself he say to give me complaint to the agency and sometimes speaks rudely with me. Kindly request you see that the does not charge me extra henceforth

      Consumer number 11936.
      Gas booked on november 5. Still not delivered.
      They are selling the gas cylinder in black market with double the price.
      Manager of jogeshwari west branch vijay is always on leave when ask to official. Whenever ask the reason of delay they have a standard answer staff shortage or previous delivery pending. But the real reason is that they sell in black. Request you to take strict action and do audit.

        Dear sir,
        My consumer no. 69276550 & uid no.[protected] & consumer name is sanjay garg s/o mr. Om shanker garg h. No. 2 tha 2 teachers colony keshavpura kota.
        At the time of applying new gas connection am not opt out our subsidy, also link uid with lpg connection. But am not received subsidy till dt.
        It is requested to you that kindly open my gas subsidy at the earliest.

          I have transferred the gas connection from bharat gas to indane gas, but since then i am not getting lpg subsidy in my account, when i contact the gas agency they have told me that my previous bharat gas connection still have my aadhar attached to it so i am facing aadhar issue with my new indane gas connection while attaching aadhar to it.
          I have contacted bharat petroleum customer care and no respone given by them.

              I have taken new gas connection 4months back on my wife's name on the basis aadhar proof itself but still they have created with wrong name as rksar anjum p where it has be ruksar anjum only. I have informed agency anekal pin-562106 to correct it but they say they can't change it and bcoz of it aadhar number not getting updated in records to get my subsidy amount.
              Can somebody please help me out to correct name as am suffering from long time to change.

                We have gas connection from m/s ravi gas service of bharat gas distributor. Connection no. Is 11801.
                Earlier, my vijaya bank account was link for subsidy. My adhaar has been inactive because of we have closed this account. I am requesting to add my hdfc bank account. But he is not ready to up date. He told that for go to bank for delink and re link after 2 day. I went to hdfc bank. He told that it is not possible.
                I am walking as pendulum.
                Pl help & suggest to activate the adhaar in npci.

                  R. K. Pal. And gas service provider is bharat gas

                  It's been more than a year now, the amount is not getting credited to our vasai janta sahakari bank account even after providing the details to the service provider. We have linked our aadhar card also but still the situation is the same.

                  Every month we are paying extra amount for the gas. Please let us know what is the solution for this.

                    Sir, i have applied for new bharat gas connection with request id[protected] dated 4th nov 18. All the required document have been uploaded successfully. On checking the status, it is still showing, the document verification is under process. I want to know how much time it will take to verify for kyc (Multiple connection). Please verify the kyc as soon as possible, so that i go further for online payment

                      I have booked cylinder on dated 26-10-18 but still not delivered the cylinder and this is not first every time this type of service I got from this agency. Request you pls look into this.

                      This is very worse service provided by only this agency and we are very frustrated about this.

                      Request you pls take a strict action on it.

                        My Bharat gas consumer no 58728771 & Log I'd[protected]. I am not received gas subsidy one year from 2017. My old bank HDFC account closed, and new SBI account with Aadhar connect and more time personally meet bank officer this problem, but not solved my subsidy problem.                             Dear sir/ madam i am harwinder singh and bharat gas customer, my consumer no is 67032567. Few days ago i have downloaded bharat gas app and clicked subsidy opt out by mistake. Now i am not recieving subsidy in my account. I only touch the opt out option to view its function. I dont know that toching this feature i will loss my subsidy. I dont want to surrender my subsidy. Kindly cancell my opt out request. I shall be very thankful to you.

                                I M A Nasar Khan consumer of Bharat gas customer no. 86584594 with distributor M/S Hind Electronics, Madhura Hills, Shaikpet. Hyderabad

                                With reference to above stated distributed i took new connection on 14/08/2017 since then iam not getting my LPG subsidy amount to my account each time i booked for refill of gas, i told them many times always they say me your Aadhar is not linked. However I have linked my Aadhar twice going to my SBI branch and once online and bank authorities have confirmed that my Aadhar is linked to account

                                Could you please look in to my case and advise me whom to approach to get my LPG subsidy amount for which i shall be grateful to you

                                    I am gudepu shankar from ramagundam (T. S) as a consumer of bharat gas. By mistake i am wrongly clicked give up subsidy february 2017. I am not getting any subsidy then. I kindly request you to deactivate give up subsidy. I want to avail subsidy cylinders. So this is humble request to you please deactivate from out of subsidy.                                       I have recently taken bharat petroleum gas connection. From kohli gas service code no. 112250 (Gat no. 72/2b, bhimashankar vashat village kiwale - post dehu - pune - 412101).

                                      During the time of connection i have opted for 2 gas cylinders. I have paid a total rs. 5524.50 /- which included 3592.50 /- refundable deposit, 190 /- for gas pipe and 2 gas cylinders worth 871 /- each on 27th oct - 2018.

                                      I was not given receipt for the 2 cylinders after payment and cylinders were delivered 3 days later on 30th oct 2018. I was told i would receive the receipts during delivery bu that didn't happen as well. Totally disappointed with this type of service from kohli gas service.

                                      When i asked about the subsidy process to kohli gas service i was not given proper information about the subsidy process.
                                      I was told i would receive an sms when subsidy gets added to my bank account.

                                      Even after a week of delivery i did not receive any sms regarding subsidy. And because of poor response from kohli gas service
                                      I decided to download and check it on bharat gas app, which i thought would give proper information about how to get subsidy.

                                      In the bharat gas app, i saw one option for subsidy. I just pressed it in hope to receive more information on subsidy. The app hanged at this point and i got a message displaying, that i have opted out of subsidy. I was shocked because of this. I never intended to opt out of subsidy. Then i see there is no option to opt-in back in the app, even if someone has presses it by mistake. This is not how an app should work. This is misleading people to perform action which they are not aware of through such apps and there is no option to roll-back. This not acceptable at all. So many things are kept manual like even registering a mobile number with bharat gas even though we have adhaar linked mobile number and one time otp etc.. Why the opt-out just in one click without any thorough confirmation messages or warnings. For e. G. Bharat gas never asked me "are you sure you want to opt-out of subsidy". These are basic warnings and they are never asked on bharat gas app because of their malicious intent to fool people to opt-out of subsidy accidentally and then not allowing any option to opt-in back.

                                      Then i complained on the bharat gas customer care phone number and the first complaint number[protected] i received a response that it will take 365 days for any consumer to opt-in back for the subsidy. I mean seriously is this some joke. First of all my subsidy taken away because of the faulty misleading app and now i get a response that i have to wait for 365 days to opt-in back for subsidy for no mistake of mine.

                                      This is totally unacceptable. This is fraud. If i don't get my subsidy opted immediately. I taking this case to consumer court.

                                      If no proper solution is provide to me immediately then, i will close my gas connection with bharat gas as there is no point in buying as from gas a company like yours which does not allow a consumer to reverse opt-out which was done my mistake and unintentionally.

                                      I hope my subsidy will be restored on my second complaint[protected] and i don't need to take these drastic steps.
