My name is lakshmi prasanna, we are getting bharat gas supply from sri kaleshwar bharat gas agency nagole hyderabad
I booked for the refill on oct 28 and made the payment online but still i haven't get supply or any information regarding the delivery date. Moreover, in online, i seen that cash memo generated on oct 30 2018 but till today i didn't get supply
Also last month so i got my gas supply behind schedule and it was delivered after 15 days.. Every time i used to chase these guys
Please take the necessary action.

      Dear sir, i have filled fuel for rs.2000/ today around 8pm in kamatchi enterprise, thirumazhisi. Car no tn09cl 2912. I was told after submitting credit card, machine not functioning and asked cash, paid vide case bill 681348. To my surprise after sometime i have seen my credit card was debited with 2000/- no telephone number in the bill. How to get back my money. I am not in chennai now.

        wrongly button click to subsidy give up

        I am mr. Pradeep m dubal from bhandup mumbai (Maharashtra) as a consmer of bharat gas. By mistake i am wrongly clicked give up subsidy. I am not getting any subsidy then. I kindly request you to deactivate give up subsidy. I want to avail subsidy cylinders. So this is humble request to you please deactivate from out of subsidy. I already talked to distributor but they told there is no option to change please inform further what can i do to...

        Dear sir/madam,
        Myself sneha saw. I am writing complaint about gas agency.
        Name of agency is mohan gas service and address is : shop no.1, amar kunj, pestom sagar, chembur, mumbai - 400089

        In our area i. E ramabai colony, ghatkopar east, we are forcefully paying 25 rp as delivered charge when we receive our gas cylinder... Till this it was fine...
        On 13 nov 18, we received our cylinder and as usual we was ready to pay 25 rp extra as "delivery charge". But this time the fellow asked for 75 rp which includes delivery charge and diwali for him...

        We was totally against of this... When my sister refuse to give the money, the person try to threaten us by say "from next time i'll see how your going to receive your gas"
        The exact word was "may bhi dekta hu tum logo ko kase cyclinder melega".
        And just because of my mom my sister paid him 75rp extra...

        I know 75 rp is nothing but how he can threaten us like that... We are from middle class family... The cylinder is for 913+25 (Delivery)+50 (Diwali) = 988. When we gave 1000 rp to him he only give us 10rp back... Instead asking for the tip he directly tooked it... Tip is meant to give as per our happiness but the fellow was forcing for that... This is the service they provide.

        I request you to take some action against this agency... Because they are neglecting this issues..

        The gas delivery boy charged 30 extra while delivering the gas cylinder.Even the slip also not properly printed.
        In our locality several people have same problems.They will not pickup phones.It may connect their land after several attempt only.

          My cosumer 23595. Our gas agency is at kayamkulam, kerala. After 28/08/2018 we didn't recive any gas cylinder. But we got the messages that from agency they cleared the booking up to 27/09/2018. But the supplay people never provide any cylinder after 28/08/2018. My old age parents waiting for the cylinder morethan two months. What should we do. My parents are not aware about the online services. So pls do necessary action immediately. Thanks and regards...

                Today I visited your petrol pump at Shastrinagar Ahmedabad.

                The delivery person did not provided petrol properly.
                I have visited the office for complaint..
                And ask for complaint book.
                But the person sitting in the office refused to provide me complain book..

                Now please let me know where I have to go for complaint book..

                Also The person sitting in office have misbehave with me..

                You can check the cc tv footage at the pump and in the office

                  Whenever i book a gas cylinder the delivery boy charges me 40 rupees as delivery charges above the bill amount. I repeated told him that everything is included in the bill itself he say to give me complaint to the agency and sometimes speaks rudely with me.                     Gas booked on november 5. Still not delivered.
                    They are selling the gas cylinder in black market with double the price.
                    Manager of jogeshwari west branch vijay is always on leave when ask to official. Whenever ask the reason of delay they have a standard answer staff shortage or previous delivery pending. But the real reason is that they sell in black. Request you to take strict action and do audit.

                      At the time of applying new gas connection am not opt out our subsidy, also link uid with lpg connection. But am not received subsidy till dt.

                        I have transferred the gas connection from bharat gas to indane gas, but since then i am not getting lpg subsidy in my account, when i contact the gas agency they have told me that my previous bharat gas connection still have my aadhar attached to it so i am facing aadhar issue with my new indane gas connection while attaching aadhar to it.
                        I have contacted bharat petroleum customer care and no respone given by them.

                            I have taken new gas connection 4months back on my wife's name on the basis aadhar proof itself but still they have created with wrong name as rksar anjum p where it has be ruksar anjum only. I have informed agency anekal pin-562106 to correct it but they say they can't change it and bcoz of it aadhar number not getting updated in records to get my subsidy amount.
                            Can somebody please help me out to correct name as am suffering from long time to change.

                              Earlier, my vijaya bank account was link for subsidy. My adhaar has been inactive because of we have closed this account. I am requesting to add my hdfc bank account. But he is not ready to up date. He told that for go to bank for delink and re link after 2 day. I went to hdfc bank. He told that it is not possible.
                              I am walking as pendulum.
                              Pl help & suggest to activate the adhaar in npci.

                                My lpg consumer no. Is[protected] in the name of
                                R. K. Pal. And gas service provider is bharat gas

                                It's been more than a year now, the amount is not getting credited to our vasai janta sahakari bank account even after providing the details to the service provider. We have linked our aadhar card also but still the situation is the same.

                                Every month we are paying extra amount for the gas. Please let us know what is the solution for this.

                                  Sir, i have applied for new bharat gas connection with request id[protected] dated 4th nov 18. All the required document have been uploaded successfully. On checking the status, it is still showing, the document verification is under process. I want to know how much time it will take to verify for kyc (Multiple connection). Please verify the kyc as soon as possible, so that i go further for online payment

                                    I have booked cylinder on dated 26-10-18 but still not delivered the cylinder and this is not first every time this type of service I got from this agency. Request you pls look into this.

                                    This is very worse service provided by only this agency and we are very frustrated about this.

                                    Request you pls take a strict action on it.

                                      My Bharat gas consumer no 58728771 & Log I'd[protected]. I am not received gas subsidy one year from 2017. My old bank HDFC account closed, and new SBI account with Aadhar connect and more time personally meet bank officer this problem, but not solved my subsidy problem.
