I am Tondam Reena from Adilabad, Telangana. as a consumer of bharat gas. By mistake I am wrongly clicked Give up subsidy 10th August 2018. i am not getting any subsidy then. I kindly request you to deactivate give up subsidy. I want to avail subsidy cylinders. So this is humble request to you please deactivate from "GiveItup" Scheme. I given request letter also to the distributor but they told there is no option to change. Pls inform further what can i do to cancel the give up subsidy.           My sister take a new connection from vyshnavi bharat gas agency code no :767667coustomer no : 86210197.After taking new cylinder subsidy amount not came.We asked distributor for this.But he is properly not guided and misbehaving with carelessness.As this is ruler area proper guidence required.But this ditributor not behaving like this

            My complaint no. 643263 by dialing 1906 dated 21/08/2018 was attended by mechanic ask for coconut oil and put on cylinder nob then told have to change the LPG cylinder tomorrow and as start oiling on gas-top nob and then sit and charged rupee 160/- . without solving problem he earn money. what a distribute . and all knows every delivery person must charge min rs 20-25/- during delivery. otherwise go a unnecessary argument of low weight and rotten cylinder. see pic for what he call and what he done.

                  I also given complaint to bharat gas smart-line but no positive resolution came,

                  What should i do, it feels like a helpless victim.

                      I received new cylinder which nozzle is damaged & it is also observed that regulator is not fitted properly to the nozzle. It is also observed that whenever i get the new cylinder i get gas leakage noise. It happened due to its rubber 'o' ring of nozzle. Pl. Take care about that 'o' ring replaced as early as possible.

                      Pl. Give me replacement new cylinder against damaged nozzle cylinder as early as possible.

                        I booked lpg refill cylinder on 5.8.2018 vide booking reference no. 34363. My consumer no is 30907524. On 12.8.18 i got a sms stating that your lpg cylinder delivered on[protected]. On[protected] again got a sms mentioning that subsidy amount of rs 291.48 is transferred to my bank a/c by bpcl under dbtl scheme for lpg cylinder delivered by cash memo 36461 of[protected].in this connection, it is inform to you that i have not received the refill cylinder from my supplier. I tried to contact the supplier several times through their telephone no.2656772 but they are not attending my call. Kindly look into the matter and request to provide filled lpg cylinder from the supplier at the earliest. Regards

                                They r not providing proper quantity of petrol according to the prices or the limited litres this may be a kind of cheating can't do this everytime if it happens all the time then the people who buy are in loss this a serious issue and if we ask for proper petrol quantity according to prices then they are fighting without showing any respect... I request please look into this matter

                                  मुझे भारत गैस से एक बार भी सब्सिडी नही मिली है जब में भारत गेस वालो के पास जाता हूँ तो कहते है कि मेरा आधार कार्ड बैंक एकाउंट से लिंक नही है लेकिन जब में एक्सिस बैंक में जाता हूँ तो वँहा बतलाया जाता है कि मेरा आधार कार्ड लिंक है ।
                                  इस तरह से मुझे पिछले 10 महीनों से गुमराह किया जाता रहा है में समाधान के साथ साथ जिसकी भी गलती है उसपर कार्यवाही चाहता हूँ ताकि कम्पनी आगे से किसी ग्राहक के साथ ऐसा मजाक ना करे। और कम्पनी पर इसके बारे में जुर्माना लगाया जाए।

                                    I have opted out of subsidy by mistake through online when I was trying to join DBTL click the wrong option by mistake but now I want to get subsidy and join DBTL now when I want to join DBTL through online it respond that I need not to join because I have opted out of subsidy .                                         My consumer number of gas is 2944 and Banani distributor at Suren Tagore Road, Kolkata is my distributor. I am facing regular problem in receiving gas after booking. I have booked gas on 13.07.2018. My booking number is 19965. But till today i.e. 10.08.2018, I have not received any cylinder.It is quite ridiculous for a reputed company to deliver cylinder after so many days. I tried to lodge my complaint through your customer care number but i was unsuccessful to do so as I was informed by your executive that due to problem in server my complaint cannot be registered. Please do something to reduce my harassment.- Sulakhana Upadhyay
