I am namdeo bhor from pimpri chinchwad maharashtra as a consumer of bharat gas. By mistake i am wrongly clicked give up subsidy. I am not getting any subsidy then. I am requesting to you for deactivate subsidy lpg gas again and behalf of my letter on dated 11.08.2018.

Please change my lpg connection to subsidy category because i have clicked opt out of subsidy by mistake in the online.

Not getting subsidy till last 4 months 2 installments of subsidy is in held.

I have successfully linked my adhara to my uco bank account but not getting the subsidy.

I also given complaint to bharat gas smart-line but no positive resolution came,

What should i do, it feels like a helpless victim.

I received new cylinder which nozzle is damaged & it is also observed that regulator is not fitted properly to the nozzle. It is also observed that whenever i get the new cylinder i get gas leakage noise. It happened due to its rubber 'o' ring of nozzle. Pl. Take care about that 'o' ring replaced as early as possible.

Pl. Give me replacement new cylinder against damaged nozzle cylinder as early as possible.

I booked lpg refill cylinder on 5.8.2018 vide booking reference no. 34363. My consumer no is 30907524. On 12.8.18 i got a sms stating that your lpg cylinder delivered on[protected]. On[protected] again got a sms mentioning that subsidy amount of rs 291.48 is transferred to my bank a/c by bpcl under dbtl scheme for lpg cylinder delivered by cash memo 36461 of[protected].in this connection, it is inform to you that i have not received the refill cylinder from my supplier. I tried to contact the supplier several times through their telephone no.2656772 but they are not attending my call. Kindly look into the matter and request to provide filled lpg cylinder from the supplier at the earliest. Regards

My consumer number of gas is[protected] and m/s. Sheetal bharat gas distributor at keshab nagar 6th lane, po-lanjipalli, berhampur, dist:ganjam, state: odisha is my distributor. I am facing regular problem in receiving gas after booking. I have booked gas on 27.07.2018. My booking number is 7532. But till today i. E. 14.08.2018, i have not received any cylinder.

They r not providing proper quantity of petrol according to the prices or the limited litres this may be a kind of cheating can't do this everytime if it happens all the time then the people who buy are in loss this a serious issue and if we ask for proper petrol quantity according to prices then they are fighting without showing any respect... I request please look into this matter

मुझे भारत गैस से एक बार भी सब्सिडी नही मिली है जब में भारत गेस वालो के पास जाता हूँ तो कहते है कि मेरा आधार कार्ड बैंक एकाउंट से लिंक नही है लेकिन जब में एक्सिस बैंक में जाता हूँ तो वँहा बतलाया जाता है कि मेरा आधार कार्ड लिंक है ।
इस तरह से मुझे पिछले 10 महीनों से गुमराह किया जाता रहा है में समाधान के साथ साथ जिसकी भी गलती है उसपर कार्यवाही चाहता हूँ ताकि कम्पनी आगे से किसी ग्राहक के साथ ऐसा मजाक ना करे। और कम्पनी पर इसके बारे में जुर्माना लगाया जाए।

I have opted out of subsidy by mistake through online when I was trying to join DBTL click the wrong option by mistake but now I want to get subsidy and join DBTL now when I want to join DBTL through online it respond that I need not to join because I have opted out of subsidy . My consumer number of gas is 2944 and Banani distributor at Suren Tagore Road, Kolkata is my distributor. I am facing regular problem in receiving gas after booking. I have booked gas on 13.07.2018. My booking number is 19965. But till today i.e. 10.08.2018, I have not received any cylinder.It is quite ridiculous for a reputed company to deliver cylinder after so many days. I tried to lodge my complaint through your customer care number but i was unsuccessful to do so as I was informed by your executive that due to problem in server my complaint cannot be registered. I was not getting the subsidy amount and in the portal it shows a message as "dear consumer your lpg subsidy of rs.273.45 failed, kindly provide your bank and aadhar details to your distributor also link your adhaar to your bank account” on mobile. I visited for distributor and bank but i could not found my secticification answer. Please help me to get the subsidy amount. Bharat gas agency.

I am hemalatha from chennai my gas connection no.37747 agency name - rajni gas agency ambattur chennai - i have merged my gas connection with corporation bank ambattur branch and received gas subsidy promptly. But my gas subsidy was remitted with my new icici bank ambattur ot branch account without my knowledge subsequently that account was closed by me. Last two gas subsidy amount not remitted to my corporation bank account. Pray action to remit my subsidy amount in my corporation bank account. My contact no. [protected]. I undersigned mrs. Sindhu chunilal sali bearing consumer no.45898880 having lpg connection with m/s madhuraj bharat gas services nasik. (189008 dealer code)
Last month i have applied for safe custody of connection but transfer voucher was issued to me with wrong address over it.
Last 15 days i am following with agency but he is denying to do correction in the same and asking me to bear admin charges and stamp duty for doing so.
In above mentioned case i am not at any fault but the agency owner has done entry with wrong address at their record and i am being suffering for their mistake.
He has also threatened me to do whatever i wanted to and even not bothered about any complaint.

I want your intervention in the said issue and you should penalize such distributors.

Looking forward for your intervention to get me address corrected from distributor as provided in given kyc.

Dear sir i manoj kumar rathore submitted complete form of kyc in bharat gas agency but they have not update in his system. They told me this is not possible. And my gas subsidy is hold from 1.5 years due to not updation of kyc. So you are requested to kindly help me to update my kyc in gas agency in my gas connection so that the hold subsity will process.
