I am 65 years senior citizen. Last year my subsidy was stopped due to income more then 10 lakhs.
My pension is rs 27434.00 per month. As last year i got a rear of my services. So the income one time crossed 10 lakhs.
My income from all the sources is not even 5 lakhs. I have submitted application to restart my subsidy to my agency on 25.08.2018. I have attached my income tax return of 2018-19. For your record.
I request you to restart my subsidy at the earliest.
As i am retired person.

    Sir,
    I am not getting my LPG Gas subsidy.
    we use maximum of 6 Gas cylinders in an year.We are senior Citizens.I am not getting my subsidy for last 6 months/3 payments.Rs.146.91, Rs.190.66 and Rs.279.58.There is no justifications from your end.I was getting the subsidy regularly, now all of a sudden you find my Aadhar is not linked etc.
    I am giving below all the details for your ready reference.

    i would like to clarify certain facts.
    My Bank accounts details.

    2) Canara bank, Tripunithura Branch, Kochi, 682301, Kerala. Account No:[protected]. IFSC:CNRB0000818.
    3) My Aadhar Number:[protected].
    I had been to both my banks and again updated my Aadhar number.It is already active.Recently I closed all my other in-operative bank accounts.At present i have only 2 bank accounts. Details of that are mentioned above.Hence you are advised to send my gas subsidy to any of the above mentioned bank accounts only..As on today no money has come to my account.Once again i request you to take appropriate action in this case.Tell me what more details you need.
    I had send complaints to customer care and they are not able to solve.Also i called to [protected].They too are not able to solve the problem.

      My customers i'd is 67511961 i wanted to deactivate the opt out subsidy. By mistake the option out subsidy activated so i request to deactivated soon since from 3 years i didn't got the subsidy once i got when i had taken connection after that i had not got subsidy it is humble request to deactivated that's my money i don't want to give it up it. Is more difficult to earn it...

        Sir,

        Bharat gas complaint about refill cylinder cash invoice,
        Details in below,

        Base rate - 722.86
        Csst (2.50%) - 19.57
        Sgst (2.50%) - 19.57

        Net - 822.00

        If we add the details, amount will not be rs.822, collected and made call to bharat petroleum customer care toll fre number [protected], they asked to pay the net amount but no explanation about above mismatch.

        I unfortunately give up the subsidy can you please deactivate the give up subsidy
        Sir after Filling 2000rs petrol from Lakshmi Narasimha Mysore BPCL i requsted for Computer Bill they refused and i asked air check they used bad and scolded i feel ashmased to come to your petrol bunk, worst behavior of owner in outlet.
        Gas subsidy is not provided after continious effort

I kindly request you to deactivate give up subsidy. I want to avail subsidy cylinders. So this is humble request to you please deactivate from out of subsidy.             I am frequently getting a message from im-bpclms - "thanks for fuelling 6.58 ltrs diesel for rs.500 in tn324496 at bp ghar - ulundurpet in villupuram txn. Time 06.12 01/09/2018."

            This message is not at all connected to me and stop sending such unauthorised and irrelevent messages to my number

            It appears it is the same vehicle no. Too, everytime.

            Pl. Inform the vehicle of such mischief to the authorities.

                  I asked the attendant to fill diesel for rs 700, the meter reading started but my fuel indicator did not move, on complaining he told me fuel indicator is not working. I asked him to fill one more time for rs 100 and this time the fuel indicator moved, then i asked him to fill one more time for rs 200 again the fuel indicator was moving. When i complained they started abusing me and challenged me to fill diesel full tank, i agreed and this time they had to fill diesel worth rs 1931. My car already had more than 10 liters of diesel and there is no way 40 liters of diesel was filled in the tank. The staff was constantly abusing me and threatening me. I ended up filling diesel worth rs 2931 when i only needed for rs 700. I have taken all the receipts and also taken a picture of the attendant who cheated me. On checking online feedback i noticed that they have a history of cheating people in a similar manner. I request you to take strictest action against these people and give me a refund for the extra amount paid by me.

                      Please change it as earlier I mailed to that it haapen by mistake.Today I personally visited my agency and still they are suggesting to withdraw connection and take new connection with your wife name.

                          My no 111134, today the dealer had sent new cylinder vide cash memo no 59191 std 28 aug 2018. I had asked the delivery boy to get the weight of new cylinder.
                          He refused and said we do not have weighing scale and dealer donot provide.
                          I took weighing scale from my neighbors and took the weight of cylinder it was 27.2 kgs. We have returned the said cylinder.
                          But the boy tore the receipt and throw the receipt un my house.
                          This is very rude

                                  With reference to the, i would like to state that since long time, i have not heared any of your scheme to redeem petro points (Earlier it was regular)
                                  At present only way to redeem to petro points is go every month to your "in & out"and buy only rs.500/- (Five hundred only) items once in a month, which is not at all practical for higher number petro points. So i request to kindly give either good gift coupon scheme ot allow to redeem all petro points at a time at you "in & out"outlets.

                                      Myself sushma having bharat gas connection distributor kaveri gas moti nagar new delhi 15 gas connection no. Is 2055 not received subsidy from last one and half year i have submitted my aadhar from 2014 to both bank and distributor but suddenly subsidy was stopped credited to my account i was visiting several times to distributor and bank both told me that my aadhar was connected but no satisfactory answer given by them

                                        My name is ratan kumar dutta. I live in barasat housing estate noapara, d. T.-north 24pgs. I am a retired person. Deliver boy always demanding extra money because we are staying 3rd floor of the building. We pay it last few charges. But now he demanding more charges extra 50 rs per cylinder.
