    Gas subsidy is not tranfered to my SBI a/c [protected]. I habe closed my earlier MCDC Bank a/c in Nov. 2017.
    So pl. Transfer my subsidy amount to SBI a/c.
    From last six months I followed every instruction given by Customer care of BPCL co. But they have not resolved it so kindly look into the matter and solved it to get my subsidy amount from December 2017 to till date

      Sms from bpcl says that transfer of the subsidy amount of rs. 308.59 against cash memo no. 31687 of 06.09.2018 to consumer no. 24016385 was failed. The reason was unknown. Please check up and transfer the amount to bank a/c. No.[protected] with pnb or a/c. No.[protected] with dlb. Both a/cs are maintained with aadhaar linked and i was receiving the subsidy through one of these accounts without any problem since the last delivery of lpg. Please do the needful at the earliest.

      Ref: Your SMS dt: 11.10.2018 regarding subsidy amount to A/c. Credit to Consumer No. 24016385

      Transfer of Subsidy amount of Rs. 308.59 against LPG cylinder was delivered vide cash Memo No. 31687 dt: 06.09.2018 was failed due to inactive of Aadhaar. My Aadhaar No.[protected] has been activated again
      by Punjab National Bank for my A/c. No.[protected] and A/c. No.[protected] of
      Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd. on 12.10.2018. You are requested to take necessary action immediately to credit the subsidy amount any one of my A/c. as stated above. I was receiving the subsidy amount through Punjab National Bank up to 20.06.2018 without any problem.

        From last around three months whenever i ask for air they are replying that compressor is having some problem. But they are not interesting to provide free air. Some times i refuse to buy petrol after asking for air and went to another petrol pump. Till date air facility is not provided to coustomers. (12.09.2018)

          Sir, i have not received my gas cylinder 12 days after booking date. Distributer is not given any response. So we are facing a problem plesae provide my gas cylinder he sad please doing any compaint ii am not worried. I have not any other gas connection. If you are not take any action then we take other company connection. So please provide my gas cylinder.

                Respected sir/madam,
                My name is sourabh soni and my consumer number is 88319462 and my aadhar number has been linked with my bank account. My gas subsidy is stopped from nov 2017 the day i bought gas cylinders. So my gas subsidy amount is not credited in my account. My account is active and working properly. The gas agency says that you linked your aadhar to npci through bank but the bank says that you linked your aadhar to npci through gas agency. I have visited to bank and gas agency multiple times but not getting any solution because both are pointing to each other. I have submitted my aadhar copy at bank and gas agency many times but nothing happens. Sir/ madam please action immediately. I am in fully depression as i belongs to middle class family.

                              I have makes online payment against my gas booking 15 aug 2018 rs 865. I have receive a successful receipt of online payment. But distributor denies your payment not yet receive. I had call to our bank they told me that your payment transferred successfully to the merchant.
                              Bharat gas customer care do not take any action on my complaint. I have lodge too many complaint in bharat gas online site and talk to customer care also. They replies your transaction failed. But i want to know that where is my money. Gone which i paid to bharat gas online

                                The bpcl petrol pump situated in mohadi (Runai) dist bhndara maharashtra. Employees misbehave and they provede fuel in big cantainers there is air machine always power off and they threatens to me for police complaint for i wrriten complaint agenst fuel station. Employe threaten to me "mil bahar dekhta tereko" and manager not listen to me for misbehaviour of employee.
                                Please help for this.

                                  I am 65 years senior citizen. Last year my subsidy was stopped due to income more then 10 lakhs.
                                  My pension is rs 27434.00 per month. As last year i got a rear of my services. So the income one time crossed 10 lakhs.
                                  My income from all the sources is not even 5 lakhs. I have submitted application to restart my subsidy to my agency on 25.08.2018. I have attached my income tax return of 2018-19. For your record.
                                  I request you to restart my subsidy at the earliest.

                                    I am not getting my LPG Gas subsidy.
                                    we use maximum of 6 Gas cylinders in an year.We are senior Citizens.I am not getting my subsidy for last 6 months/3 payments.Rs.146.91, Rs.190.66 and Rs.279.58.There is no justifications from your end.I was getting the subsidy regularly, now all of a sudden you find my Aadhar is not linked etc.
                                    I am giving below all the details for your ready reference.

                                    I had been to both my banks and again updated my Aadhar number.It is already active.Recently I closed all my other in-operative bank accounts.At present i have only 2 bank accounts. Details of that are mentioned above.Hence you are advised to send my gas subsidy to any of the above mentioned bank accounts only..As on today no money has come to my account.Once again i request you to take appropriate action in this case.Tell me what more details you need.
                                    I had send complaints to customer care and they are not able to solve.Also i called to [protected].They too are not able to solve the problem.

By mistake the option out subsidy activated so i request to deactivated soon since from 3 years i didn't got the subsidy once i got when i had taken connection after that i had not got subsidy it is humble request to deactivated that's my money i don't want to give it up it. Is more difficult to earn it...

                                        Details in below,

                                        Base rate - 722.86
                                        Csst (2.50%) - 19.57
                                        Sgst (2.50%) - 19.57

                                        Net - 822.00

                                        If we add the details, amount will not be rs.822, collected and made call to bharat petroleum customer care toll fre number [protected], they asked to pay the net amount but no explanation about above mismatch.

                                        Sir after Filling 2000rs petrol from Lakshmi Narasimha Mysore BPCL i requsted for Computer Bill they refused and i asked air check they used bad and scolded i feel ashmased to come to your petrol bunk, worst behavior of owner in outlet.
                                        Gas subsidy is not provided after continious effort
