Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] Complaints & Reviews

I am holding valid Petro Card of BPCL, On[protected] I opted for redemption of my petro bonus points through online site of BPCL and I got the confirmation vide no: TID SA[protected] A/C ID- CA[protected] and the same was conveyed to BPCL for sending me voucher.

How ever inspite of so many follow up I have not received my voucher for redemption and every time I got the reply from them as under -

The bharat petroleum corp ltd is not giving 0.75% credit on fuel transactions. Even after a series of mails there is no response from customer care of bpcl. Out of 8 transactions credit of 0.75% has been given only on 2 transactions. The amount of financial loss may be negligible for a single customer but this has huge financial impact in totality. Please look into as the benefit of 0.75% is not passing on to the consumers....

If we have one rupee less then agent's tend to send back the consumer for the rupee..but sometimes they take extra rupees ...and also everytime i go to pick the cylinder then why i am paying for the delivery charges...
Pls help in this regards as agents are very rude and not suppotive then why should i pay for delivery charges...
They do not listen for anything...they just do what they want......

I am sk Ashabul from kalera, jamalpur, purbo burdwan (w.b) as a consumer of bharat gas. By mistake I am wrongly clicked Give up subsidy february 7/07/2018. i am not getting any subsidy then. Last three gas delivery i am not getting subsidy. Many times went to bank and gas agency ( Jyothi gas Tripunithura). Adhar is linked with Bank account and agent says there side every thing is ok.
I really fed up with Bpcl customer care..
No body could solve my problem.

I am carrying bpcl petro card and all my nearest bpcl petrol pump always dislike to accept bpcl petro card while payment thru petrocard. I had taken LPG Bharat gas at Siddhartha Bharat Gas LPG center (Hyderabad) as I had booked my refill on 12/05/2018 & 02/06/2018 thought mobile App as the booking was successful but after I didn't know what happened my subsidiary amount not credit to my bank account . Id[protected]. Distributor code 112298. Cosumer number 211815. Name mohan baliram deshmukh. Madhukrishna gas service. I have registered the site and using for booking the refill with online payment. Since from 02/07/2018 the site is not opening and showing the server error. Error 404. Fter refreshing the site is not opening. I am senier citizen. It is requested to help me in this matter and do the needful as early as possible....

My bharat gas account is blocked for the reason that apparently there are nore connections active for the same user. Agency is not helping in resolving this problem. Agency representative is telling me to contact helpline number and vice verca. My connection is booked in grewal gas sales, sunami gate, patiala. Consumer no. 17995.
There's being lot of trouble due to this situation. Hope it will be solved soon....

I transfer my gas(HP GAS & ALIDE -NASHIK) connection from NASHIK to JODHPUR (Bharat gas divyanshi gas).
(1)I got cylender regularly.
(2)But suddenly last month I informationed by dealer(bharat gas) that your connection got block due ADHAR CARD still Lincked with old dealer.
(3)I severally contected with HP GAS NASHIK and Sales manager also.
(4) Please help me Unblock my ADHAR CARD with previous dealer...
