I am nandabai patil from bhalki dist: bidar (Karnataka) as a consumer of bharat gas. By mistake i am wrongly clicked give up subsidy september-2016. I am not getting any subsidy then. I kindly request you to deactivate give up subsidy. I want to avail subsidy cylinders. So this is humble request to you please deactivate from out of subsidy. I given request letter also to the distributor but they told there is no option to change. Please inform further what i can do to cancel the give up subsidy.

    I am bhekhar devi from sahebganj, muzaffarpur (Bihar) as a consumer of bharat gas. By mistake and illiteracy i wrongly clicked 'give up subsidy' in feb, 2015, i am not getting any subsidy since then. I kindly request you to deactivate 'give up subsidy'. Being a antyodaya card holder i want to avail subsidised cylinders.

    I also given request letter to distributor but he told that there is no option with them to deactivate 'give up subsidy'. Please inform further what can i do for cancellation of 'give up subsidy' if bharat gas not deactivated give up subsidy at their level.

      In karimnagar bharath gas agencies charging 30 rupees delivery charge. they are demanding delivery charge. it is not only in karimnagar every where they are demanding for delivery charge they are not listening what we say. they only need money. you can verify this because it is true they are charging everywhere. please do some thing and save all from being charged by them thank you

        I Mohinder Singh S/O Sh. Sangat Ram resident of H. No. 62/3 Adarsh Colony Rajgarh road Hisar, very kindly request that I am consumer of LPG of Bharat Gas with Consumer No 59981565, and SV No. [protected] Dated 20/06/17. Respected Sir, the subsidy of LPG was regularly deposited in my bank account before the month of May 2018 but it is stopped now without any prior notice or information.
        I booked my Cylinder of LPG with Booking No. 13759 in May 2018 Receipt no 15811 worth Rs. 668 and I got message on mobile that the subsidy of Rs. 175 Failed, I contacted to the distributor HLRDC Hisar and was advised by Sh. Sushil Kumar manager to contact with my bank to get my account updated with AADHAR. Sir, I verified in bank S.B.I. Mini Sect. Branch HISAR & SARV HARYANA GRAMIN BANK RAJPURA (HISAR) and find that my account are updated with Aadhar.
        During the month of July 2018 I booked LPG with B. no. 28926 Dated 14/03/18 and cash memo raised by HLRDC no. 27100 worth Rs. 774 and again I got the message that subsidy worth Rs. 275 Failed and contact to the distributor.
        Sir, I again contacted Sh. Sushil Kumar and he again replied that I should again contact to my Bank and he is no concerned to my subsidy and said it may have been booked to other account and he can’t do anything more this regard.
        I lodged my complaint to toll free no.[protected] on dated 15/07/18 with complaint no. 3056320 and in reply I was advised by Representative of Bharat gas that I should get my account linked with NPCI and it is the duty of concerned bank and they are not responsible for failure of subsidy.
        Sir, I again & again visited the bank and distributor HLRDC but no solution of problem was made either by bank or by manager HLRDC. The HLRDC manager said that it is not their responsibility regarding subsidy and bank will do the needful, bank said that your Aadhar is linked and they can’t do anything more in this regard.

          I had booked a cylinder bearing the consumer no-63 with booking no-19966 on[protected] with chittoor agencies kollam, kerala .The bill issued on[protected] vide cash memo no-29902 for Rs.758.50.Till date the cylinder has not yet issued.We are awaiting for the last few days.I have contacted the representative several times.But invain.Kindly do the needfull to issue the same as early as possible

            We had recently install BPCL mobile application and tired to explain my mother to have a useful methods of booking and requesting for help.

            Unfortunately, I found that she had explored all options and pressed opt out for subsidy.

            I consider this as a human error. Allowing her widow poverty line, kindly help her get her subsidy active.

            Appreciate your response. Your response is deeply awaited.

                  Hi BPCL,

                  Yesterday I went to fill my fuel tank on the "Ajit Service Station", after filling tank they refuse to take payment by card. Usually, I use my cards for the payments at the same petrol station.

                  Petrol pump staff hardly denied to take card payment, he said: "AAGE SE MANA KIYA HUA HE CARD ACCEPT KARNE KO"..

                  Our PM, want to make India digital, but I don't think this is the way we can follow to make it.

                  I request you to take action on it asap. Due to this:
                  - I got late and missed a meeting

                      This is regards to dealer of Bharat gas(Excel gas)i have booked cyclinder on 8/7/2018 but still havent received the cyclinder when called to agency they been rude ans telling me to wait more 5 days. There is nothong mentioned on the agency broucher that it can take to so many days.
                      Kindly take trict action or i would have to swith to Hp.

                              I got gas connection on Bharat gas agency at Ariyalur Abuba gas distributor, my bank account closed by bank so I given new one SBI account number and details, I requested to transfer the subsidy amount for this account number, but they are not transferred, so please advise to them to transfer to my account, I attached my bank account details, my gas Customer number is 37219121,

                                  I am holding valid Petro Card of BPCL, On[protected] I opted for redemption of my petro bonus points through online site of BPCL and I got the confirmation vide no: TID SA[protected] A/C ID- CA[protected] and the same was conveyed to BPCL for sending me voucher.

                                  How ever inspite of so many follow up I have not received my voucher for redemption and every time I got the reply from them as under -

                                  "We would like to inform you that we have resent your voucher on your registered email id - [protected]@yahoo.co.in and mobile number [protected]"

                                  Not a single time I have received the attachment of voucher on my mail or on my registered mobile number and I suspect the fraud being done with the voucher.

                                  Please look into

                                      The bharat petroleum corp ltd is not giving 0.75% credit on fuel transactions. Even after a series of mails there is no response from customer care of bpcl. Out of 8 transactions credit of 0.75% has been given only on 2 transactions. The amount of financial loss may be negligible for a single customer but this has huge financial impact in totality. Please look into as the benefit of 0.75% is not passing on to the consumers.
