Subject: lpg subsidy not received in my account
I had purchased two refilled gas cylinder on 23 september, 2017. Till date i have not received the gas subsidy in my bank a/cs. My lpg distributer shree balaji gas agencies, mathikere, bangalore.
My consumer number/id is 86865914. I approached my distributor. They informed me that subsidy is always transferred to beneficiaries in their bank accounts. Today morning by mistake i select wrong option that “not want subsidy”. I downloaded app in my mobile there is showing some confusing option section for subsidy. I request you to change or revoke non subsidy to subsidy
Please solve my problem and deposit the subsidy in my bank a/c submitted to the distributer kindly look into the issue and take necessary action to get subsidy credited as soon as possible. I have mentioned my details:
