I (Dhananjay kumar) last cylinder taken from my agency m/s utasav gas sewa, mehta market rajiv nagar patna-24 on dated-14/11/2015. Due changing of my job company, i was far from patna city. So i could not utilized my gas connections. So my connection should blocked, but now i am shifting at patna. I want to continue my gas connection. There my request is please unblocked my connection and regularised my connection.

    My aadhar[protected] already linked with bank of Maharashtra nandes main branch account but in status depict linked with axis bank which was already closed pls correct it and link with Bank of Maharashtra A/c I m suffering problems to get LPG subsidies from last one and half year. When I visit Bank of Maharashtra my aadhar[protected] is already linked with my account. I have closed my axis bank account but in aadhar status it shows linked with axis bank pls link or correct and update my status. My aadhar linked with bank of Maharashtra

      I am a consumer[protected] and my issue is I have booked a cylinder and got it the next day(20/02/2018). Good service. Now, yesterday(19/03/2018) when we tried to fix the regulator the gas started leaking .Made a complaint immediately. Receiver answered that will attend tomorrow morning as he was attending some other complaint.
      When he attends the complaint today, he came in and fixed a Small rubber washer at the mouth of the cylinder which was missing while supply.
      Having fixed the Rubber washer, the problem was solved. He charged us Rs.50/-.No bill. Thats fine, because he solved our problem which could have been a big big danger/accident.
      Now my question is why is there no quality check or is someone purposely doing this so that we become anxious, frighten and get this solved by paying money?
      Why are we charged for the mistake of your Company? Also have to suffer without a cylinder which means we need to spend extra money to buy outside quality food(19/03/2018) which is costly, wait for the next day, which means we buy breakfast(20/03/2018) from outside, its examination time for kids, which means tension for all o[censored]s at home, also it had rained heavily here yesterday and we struggle from all ends .Who is at fault??
      A person later next day comes fixes a small Rubber washer and also charges us.
      How great is the Customer here and what is the value of the customer, above all what safety does the customer have, in case there is a fire accident ?

        Yesterday i came to advaita fuel station with my car honda civic and i clearly mentioned fill petrol for 2000, and in the tank lid also its clearly mentioned as unleaded petrol, but your staff has filled the diesel,, i have mentioned the time and transaction details below, because of your mistakes now i m facing trouble. Need action regarding this. [protected],, this is my number.

        Your a/c 810842 is debited with inr 2000.00 on[protected]:27:26 a/c bal is inr 1019.36 info: pur/advaita/bangalore/advaita/seq no 195757. Call [protected] (If in india) if you have not done this transaction.

        I have not received the subsidy since last two refill of January February 2018.
        I have been to distributor several tomes. They are not responding setisfecterly.
        Please look into.

          Dear sir/medam. My lpg distributor name prateek enterprises bharat gas, no 201 3rd c main ombr layout banaswadi 560043.

          My adhaar no :[[protected]]. My consumer no :27522. My bank name sbi (Ifsc code : sbin0010366) marathahalli. My adhaar card is updated in lpg distributor and also updated in my bank account and confirmed with bank also. I am not getting subsidy because it is showing aadhaar linking is "aadhar not active" (Subsidy payment is not getting processed due to: aadhaar not active) as per npci.

          Kindly help

                Staff is not at all doing their job. Gas cylinder was in the name of my late father. I have submitted all documents on nov 2017 to get it transfer to my mother's account. But still they have not done. Everytime i visits to know the status the staff is just pushing their dates. I have been visiting every 10 days without any response from their end. Doy think we people are jobless? Don't we have other work to do? So disgusting!

                    I am a bharat gas customer. My name is u s lucky. I own bharat gas connection with customer no.11102 at m/s jagdeep gas services at bathinda (Punjab). My bharat gas eid no. Is.[protected]. Bpcl is not crediting my gas subsidy to bank a/c linked by me with my aadhaar no. For the last five months i am lodging complaints with bpcl customer help mobile no. [protected]. But of no use. Balance amount of subsidy lying with bpcl. They are forcing me to get my subsidy amount credited to indusind bank where my aadhaar no. Is not linked. Please help me to get my subsidy amount transfered to my a/c in hdfc bank where it was earlier being done&stopped without my consent. My saving a/c in hfdc bank no. Is duly linked with my aadhaar no. Information about my hdfc bank a/c &aadhaar no. Is available bharat gas company.

                    Reference my complaint regarding nontransfer of gas subsidy amount to my bank a/c dated 14 -03-18 & updated on15-03-18, BPCL has marked it as RESOLVED but I have still to get my subsidy amount credited to my Aadhaar linked a/c.For the last six months against my several complaints lodged with its customer care unit, the reply was same i.e. “complaint has been resolved “without doing anything on the ground.I again request NPCI to take the matter seriously &get my greviences redressed.Subsidy amounts lying with BPCL for the year 2017-18 are going to lapse on[protected].So BPCL would try to delay matter beyond 03/18.

                      I have submitted written application to my distributor Ratan Enterprise requesting unblock my Bharat gas connection on 5th march 2018.

                      I was told that the connection will get unblock in 1 or 2 days but still its showing blocked against my consumer ID 69782452.

                      I have also submitted my adhaar copy but still no action has been taken.

                      Please help to resolve this issue.

                          Today i. E 12/3/2018 i filled in petrol worth rs 1000 from bharat petrolium alaknanda new delhi, but the metre reading started from 0.62. They showed me 0.00 & then next was 0.62. Can the electronic meter be so fast. There is some malpractice going on. My receipt no is c1569. If audited properly this can be caught. Depends on the agency if it does a fair audit.

                          I have attached photo of my bill. Earlier also i had found discrepancy several times but never raised this issue.

                            I am batakrushna panda from jajpur odisha as a consumer of bharat gas. By mistake i am wrongly clicked give up subsidy february 2015. I am not getting any subsidy then.                               यह शिकायत Bpcl कंपनी के Outlet R o pump Durg town bhilai motors tampo के बाबत है बी पी सी एल कंपनी ने कंपनी एवं जिस जगह कंपनी का बिजनेस चल चल रहा है उस आधी जगह के ओनर से करार 1965 से 1970 तक 5 वर्ष मात्र के लिये किया गया है उस करार में दर्शाये अनुसार इस पंप साइड में निर्मित भवन शैड एवं बाउंड्रीवाल को ०७/०५/२०११ को इस प्रान्त के सैल्स अफसर ने जे सी बी मशीन से तोड़ कर दोनों के बिच किये गए करार का उलघन किया है आज यह जगह मैदान में तब्दील है कंपनी ने किरायदार रहते हुए उलघन किया है कंपनी ने गलत जानकारी मुहैया करा कर विस्फोटक संस्था से भी एवं दुर्ग जिला छ ग के कलेक्टर महोदय से भी एन ओ सी प्राप्त कर विस्फोटक संस्था से लाइसेंस रिनुवल 2018 तक गलत जानकारी से जारी करवाया हुआ है इस के बाउजूद इस साइड में जवलन सील पेट्रोल सेल किया जा रहा है आजु बाजु में फर्नीचर शॉप एवं टी वी एस कंपनी की ऑटो सेल शॉप है भय बना रहता है --.

                                Sir, my bharat gas lpg consumer number in the name of my spouse is ‘35699278’ i m getting lpg gas from m/s om sai bharat gas agency bantalab jammu j&k previously i was getting gas from m/s tawi gas agency paca talab jammu after opening new out let nearer to my residence i was contacted by om sai gas agency subsequently my connection was transferred to said m/s om sai gas agency bantalab taking it as directive from bharat gas co they kept the old book let and issued new book let @ rs. 50/= each to all its customers
                                Service of this new agency is totally hope less it can be judged from the records that the gas is being supplied at least after more than a week’s delay though written on cylinder that ‘weigh the cylinder at the time of delivery’ in jammu not a single cylinder is delivered duly weighed and i m sure that the cylinders r of less weight gas is available in black market at exorbitant rates is well known to all this has appeared in local daily some time back last month the delivery boy demanded rs. 820 as refill charges of the cylinder and denied to have issue slip bearing actual cost of cylinder with him on denying the delivery without a voucher he produced the cash memo wherein the actual cost was written rs. 796/= however the deal was settled at rs. 800.00 it is not for the first time that delivery boys fleece the customers nor m i the only victim it is with the directions and consent of all agencies and can be confirmed from any customer of being over charged the delivery boy said that he has to deposit rs 815 with his boss for every cylinder i booked gas on line on 03.03.2018 it was not delivered till date and to avoid any problem at home i had to collect it from the agency shop of said om sai gas agency it is located in a narrow lane and the clerk at the table unconcernedly told that i have to carry empty cylinder in his shop and carry filled cylinder myself since they neither have a weighing machine nor delivery boy or a labourer and everybody follows the system so should i
                                Sir i m a retired officer of 71+ yrs age i had to drag the cylinder 30 meters on gravels and rough road up to my vehicle i was asked to pay rs 760/= towards refill charges whereas an sms received later on from bharat gas axbpclpg reads that ‘cash memo no 7655 of rs. 749.50 has been generated for (My) booking no. 7516’ the clerk at the counter did not give the bill until i insisted for it and it reads rs. 759/= as refill charges sir i m really confused about the actual refill charges this is the service the bharat gas is providing to its customers? Horrible and humiliating experience i think about an old lady of the age of my spouse what will she do i m unable to explain r u contributing this way to curb corruption for which pm is putting all efforts to curb it i m surprised over the norms the bharat gas follows while appointing new distributors don’t u inspect the location and don’t u issue instructions to agents how to deal with customers before allotting dealership and sensitise them about customer pays delivery charges and bharat gas is not doing any favour by delivering gas to its customers j&k is at the top of corruption chart of states and this is how corruption in public life is allowed to breed by influential and branded corporations to register protest pl guide me how to get gas connection transferred back to tawi gas agency jammu
                                My request is (I) refund the delivery charges with penalty to me immediately and punish the agent for grabbing delivery charges illegally.
                                (Ii) customers collecting lpg gas directly from agency shop/go down should be exempted from paying delivery charges giving vide publicity among all ur agents and customers
                                (Iii) refill charges should be fixed at the nearest 10 rs. Slab since refill charges change often variation can be adjusted in next review
                                (Iv) cylinders should be delivered after it is weighed in front of the customer or remove warning on lpg cylinders when not followed
                                (V) all gas agents should be strictly warned that delivery boy should hand over computer generated printed and not hand written cash memo to customer before receiving payment
                                Important — pl don’t forward this complaint to agent for the sake of disposal i have submitted it for action and not for throwing it into waste paper basket as usual the fate customer complaints meet i will be more victimised and will never get the gas supply in time i shall definitely appreciate on informing about the action taken – 9/3/2018

                                To day[protected] early hrs i went to sri venkateswara agencies, yanam there diesel was no stock.i faced so much problem near by outlets was also dry.i am the fleet customer of BPCL i never go other companies outlet.

                                  While filling petrol from petrol pump and gun, there is continuous drop wise leakage from pump gun, there is no precautionary steps and no even bothered about the situation.

                                  In any thing happens who will responsible??
                                  And
                                  More over filling petrol and continuous drop wise leakage, losing approx 100 ml per liter

                                  Kindly take necessary steps and precautionary actions

                                    I want my subsidy back as i opted out by mistake

                                    Please do the needful as i was checking why my subsidy amount has not been credited in my account for the past few months accidentally i opted out so pls reverse my services as i am not willing to opt out of my subsidy and also please verify why my subsidy amount hasn't been credited

                                      All pumps not manned by the attendants
                                      Attendants are lazy and tell car owner that there is no diesel, so they should go to another lane or they will drive away
                                      Attendants are wearing each other id cards (Attendant kaluram on lane 1 was using someone else's card)
                                      Supervisor yogesh parkhi was not wearing his id card
                                      Manager of the petrol outlet was not present - he was on leave that day

                                      The above incident was observed on friday, march 2.
                                      Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      How to change the address of Bharatgas connection in the same city and with the same distributor.Our gas distributor "Suvidha Gas Agency-Rane Nagar Nashik" not responding to any calls.Please help us regarding the same.

                                        Dear sir/madam i filled diesel in my car of rs.500/- on dated 02/03/2018 (Time is 2:38:18) from bharat petroleum nh 47a, palarivattom, ernakulam, kerala 682025, i paid the payment after some distance i driven the car fuel gauge is showing same reading before i filling the diesel, not even a single liter diesel they filled, so pls take an action against them not to get other peoples fool.
                                        Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Please check your cash memo 101839 of 10/02/2018.
                                        Living in a joint family, I or my wife don't have LPG cylinders in our names.
                                        A message stating a subsidy of Rs.316.97 has been credited to my account XXX...X6019 by BPCL under DBTL scheme of LPG cylinder .
