I am a consumer[protected] and my issue is I have booked a cylinder and got it the next day(20/02/2018). Good service. Now, yesterday(19/03/2018) when we tried to fix the regulator the gas started leaking .Made a complaint immediately. Receiver answered that will attend tomorrow morning as he was attending some other complaint.
When he attends the complaint today, he came in and fixed a Small rubber washer at the mouth of the cylinder which was missing while supply.
Having fixed the Rubber washer, the problem was solved. He charged us Rs.50/-.No bill. Thats fine, because he solved our problem which could have been a big big danger/accident.
Now my question is why is there no quality check or is someone purposely doing this so that we become anxious, frighten and get this solved by paying money?
Why are we charged for the mistake of your Company? Also have to suffer without a cylinder which means we need to spend extra money to buy outside quality food(19/03/2018) which is costly, wait for the next day, which means we buy breakfast(20/03/2018) from outside, its examination time for kids, which means tension for all o[censored]s at home, also it had rained heavily here yesterday and we struggle from all ends .Who is at fault??
A person later next day comes fixes a small Rubber washer and also charges us.
How great is the Customer here and what is the value of the customer, above all what safety does the customer have, in case there is a fire accident ?
