Bharat petroleum kawade petrol pump at bt kawade road, ghorpadi pune is not providing essential and basic like services like tyre air pressure and cleaning the wind screen of four wheelers.

I colonel. S. Kumar went on the petrol pump on 22nd march and filled the petrol. After that i wanted to check the tyre pressure on the car. It was 5:30 pm and there was no person available at the air pump. I contacted the manager and wrote a complaint. After about a week today on 2nd. April again the same thing was repeated at 5:00pm. Once i asked for the complaint register the manager told that it is not traceable. I hope my complaint will be reviewed and some action will be taken.

    This is reference with above mentioned consumer no.47891231, past three months i have not received my subsidy amount in my bank account. I got a message that bank account no and aadhar no to be linked with distributor and i went to my distributor and checked aadhar and bank account got linked and the subsidy amount which was received from the day one but past three months i did not received the same. Kindly do the needful..

On checking the status, it is still showing, the document verification is under process. I want to know how much time it will take to verify for kyc (Multiple connection). Please verify the kyc as soon as possible, so that i go further for online payment.

              Many of the contracters have submitted there fake documents such as
              Passing certificate
              Permit
              Fitness certificate
              Insurance
              Msme certificate
              Registration certificate
              Earlier i also put a complaint about submission of fake insurance policies
              But when u checked that many contractors are changing it now.
              I want u to take legal and stricts actions against them and give chances to some honest contractors.

                This is with reference to non available LPG subsidy though I am eligible!
                Originally, I had linked my Aadhar card with SBI Bank & no issue.However in month of July 2017, without my knowledge & approval it was credited in Bank of Baroda, which Account belongs to my daughter.
                I had enquired with distributor as well as Bank the authorised officer told me they have credited as it was latest linked .I ignored it however it was stopped after July 2017 onwards.
                Again I enquired with Bank as well as distrubutor they insisted me to link with bank which displayed your name first.Hence I instructed riental Bank to Linked my Aadhar No. for LPG subsidy, at the same time I had deseeded linkage with Bank of Baroda.This letter also submitted to distributor as well as OBC Bank.
                Till date I am not receiving the subsidy, I am Sr.citizen with no sources of an income.so kinly guide me which documents are to be submitted to get all pending subsidy.

                  My Name as per my aadhaar is "Manju Devi" but Bharat gas agency has updated my name along with my husband name i.e- "Mrs. Manju Devi W/O Sohan Singh"
                  After saveral followups with customer care I am not able to get my subsidy due to spelling mistake from agency.

                  My name spelling is not matching with my aadhaar card so due to spelling mistake i am not getting my LPG subsidey.

                  LPG very expensive for me.

                    यह शिकायत भारत पेट्रोलियम कंपनी लि.की आर ओ साइड आउटलेट पंप भिलाई मोटर्स टेम्पो दुर्ग छ ग शहर के बाबत है इस पंप साइड में बिना भवन शेड एवं बाउंड्रीवाल के पेट्रोल बेचा जा रहा है यह पंप भाटिया फर्नीचर के बाजु मे है इस पंप के कंपनी दवारा गत कई वर्ष से पेट्रोलियम एंड सेफ्टी ओर्गनइजेशन (PESO) co.के नियमो को नहीं मानते हुए नियमो का पालन नहीं कर रही है बी पी सी एल कंपनी से जानकारी प्राप्त करने पर मालुम हुआ है कि कंपनी ने विस्फोटक संस्था से 2018 वर्ष तक लाइसेंस रिन्यूवल करवाया है मैंने विस्फोटक संस्था रायपुर शंकर नगर ऑफिस से जानकारी उपलब्ध की है संस्था ने इस साइड को लाइसेंस न-p/cc/cg/14/281/p 43284 को 2018 तक बिना साइड का निरक्छण किये बगैर जारी किया है नियम से लाइसेंस रिनुवल के समय पंप साइड में भवन शैड पेट्रोल सेल करने हेतु एवं बाउंड्रीवाल का होने जरुरी है एवं यह पंप साइड जिस शहर में है वहा के डिस्टिक अध्यक्ष महोदय से N O C प्राप्त करनी जरुरी है इन के बगैर लाइसेंस रिनुवल नहीं किया जाता है मगर पंप साइड में 2011 में बी पी सी एल कंपनी अधिकारियो ने इस साइड ने लैंड ओनर के साथ किये करार में दर्शाये भवन इत्यादि को तोड़ दिया था आज तक यह जगह मैदान में तब्दील है तो विस्फोटक संस्था ने 2011 के बाद कैसे लाइसेंस रिनुवल किया है एवं दुर्ग डिस्टिक अध्यक्ष महोदय से भी N O C कैसे प्राप्त होती गई है समझ से परे है जबकि इस साइड में ओपन लैंड में पेट्रोल सेल किया जा रहा है -- -- 2011 में जब कंपनी ने पंप साइड में तोड़ फोड़ किया था उस वक्त हाई कोर्ट में कंपनी और लैंड ओनर का विवाद का केस पेंडिग था कंपनी ने हाई कोर्ट की मर्यादा को भग किया है कंपनी को जरा सा भी कोर्ट का डर नहीं था अगर होता तो तोड़ फोड़ का कार्य पंप साइड में नहीं करवाती------

                      I may tell you that all the people working here in npci are # harami. These people remove serious complaints unconcerned for the tension faced by the consumers not getting gas subsidy in their accounts. I clearly states here that these people in npci asks for bribe to settle the problems. It is a big apathy that our government is insane towards the poor consumers complaints and sheltering these super duper # of npci. I ask the government to close all the govt companies otherwise our india will never ever change to shining india. I say my india is crying india.

                      I have linked my addhar card[[protected]] with my bank account mutiple times and also linked with bharat gas agency many times. Consumer number [[protected]]
                      But still i am not able to receive gas subsidy amount in my bank account. My ifs code is sbin0041071. I am a senior citizen and facing problems to get my gas subsidy. Its also very pathetic that npci people ate totally unconcerned with the problem faced by poor citizens. Npci people never contact the affected people. Npci people are concerned only for their salaries. Now i have decided to write online complaint to pmo saying that npci is a total failure. Now the govt should privatise this npci.
                      I came to know that my aadhar card number was not active in npci database though my aaadhar no is active in bank. My gas agency is akshay gas agency. State code ; 27

                      I request to please activate my aadhar number and ifci code in npci account.

                        The complaint is against bharat gas. My name is nibedita patra and my consumer no is 83908798. When i took the connection the bank account provided by me was icici bank. Now i got a message on 15th march from bharat gas that my aadhaar number has been deactivated from ncip database and contact the bank to activate the same. My icici account is already updated with aadhaar number.
                        When i called up the customer care to enquire about the issue, to my surprise i came to know that my subsidy account has been transferred from icici to my other axis bank account (Which is not operative as on date). Bpcl team explained me since i updated my aadhaar number in axis account after icici account, so latest once is considered as the subsidy account.
                        My concern is how without my knowledge account details has been changed and no single sms has been sent to me. Second point it is definitely a layman’s logic that the subsidy account should be operative one rather than a closed one, when there are multiple accounts linked to one aadhaar number. Solution provided to me is i should go to bank and ask them to delete aadhaar number from the database and update it again so the latest bank account gets enabled.
                        Because of your nonsense why should i be troubled and this much unnecessary headache and waste of time. I am raising this concern to rectify your software and nobody else gets troubled because of this and definitely this needs to be informed before doing any kind of change.

                          I (Dhananjay kumar) last cylinder taken from my agency m/s utasav gas sewa, mehta market rajiv nagar patna-24 on dated-14/11/2015. Due changing of my job company, i was far from patna city. So i could not utilized my gas connections. So my connection should blocked, but now i am shifting at patna. I want to continue my gas connection. There my request is please unblocked my connection and regularised my connection.

                            My aadhar[protected] already linked with bank of Maharashtra nandes main branch account but in status depict linked with axis bank which was already closed pls correct it and link with Bank of Maharashtra A/c I m suffering problems to get LPG subsidies from last one and half year. When I visit Bank of Maharashtra my aadhar[protected] is already linked with my account. I have closed my axis bank account but in aadhar status it shows linked with axis bank pls link or correct and update my status. My aadhar linked with bank of Maharashtra

                              I am a consumer[protected] and my issue is I have booked a cylinder and got it the next day(20/02/2018). Good service. Now, yesterday(19/03/2018) when we tried to fix the regulator the gas started leaking .Made a complaint immediately. Receiver answered that will attend tomorrow morning as he was attending some other complaint.
                              When he attends the complaint today, he came in and fixed a Small rubber washer at the mouth of the cylinder which was missing while supply.
                              Having fixed the Rubber washer, the problem was solved. He charged us Rs.50/-.No bill. Thats fine, because he solved our problem which could have been a big big danger/accident.
                              Now my question is why is there no quality check or is someone purposely doing this so that we become anxious, frighten and get this solved by paying money?
                              Why are we charged for the mistake of your Company? Also have to suffer without a cylinder which means we need to spend extra money to buy outside quality food(19/03/2018) which is costly, wait for the next day, which means we buy breakfast(20/03/2018) from outside, its examination time for kids, which means tension for all o[censored]s at home, also it had rained heavily here yesterday and we struggle from all ends .Who is at fault??
                              A person later next day comes fixes a small Rubber washer and also charges us.
                              How great is the Customer here and what is the value of the customer, above all what safety does the customer have, in case there is a fire accident ?

                                Yesterday i came to advaita fuel station with my car honda civic and i clearly mentioned fill petrol for 2000, and in the tank lid also its clearly mentioned as unleaded petrol, but your staff has filled the diesel,, i have mentioned the time and transaction details below, because of your mistakes now i m facing trouble.                                 I have not received the subsidy since last two refill of January February 2018.
                                I have been to distributor several tomes. They are not responding setisfecterly.

                                  Dear sir/medam. My lpg distributor name prateek enterprises bharat gas, no 201 3rd c main ombr layout banaswadi 560043.

                                  My adhaar no :[[protected]]. My consumer no :27522. My bank name sbi (Ifsc code : sbin0010366) marathahalli. My adhaar card is updated in lpg distributor and also updated in my bank account and confirmed with bank also. I am not getting subsidy because it is showing aadhaar linking is "aadhar not active" (Subsidy payment is not getting processed due to: aadhaar not active) as per npci.

                                    यह शिकायत bpcl co r o outlet साइड durg town छत्तीसगढ़ में bpcl साइड bhilai motors tampo के नाम से बिजनेस कर जवलन शील पेट्रोल बेच रहा है इस साइड में कंपनी और इस जगह के ओनर का 1965 में आपस में मात्र 5 वर्ष के लिए ही करार हुआ था, इस करार में दर्शाये गए अनुसार भवन, शैड, बाउंड्रीवाल को वर्ष 2011 में प्रदस्त इस प्रान्त के अधिकारियो ने जे सी बी मशीन से बिना कंपनी का वर्क ओडर जारी किये एवं बिना लैंड ओनर को जानकारी दिए या n o c प्राप्त किया बगैर किया है इस लैंड में निर्मित स्ट्रक्चर को तोड़ दिया है आज यह जगह मैदान में तब्दील है

                                      Dear sir/madam,

                                      I am a user of bharat gas services and my consumer no is 50466 the name of vijaylaxmi soral. And i have a issue related to my subsidy amount which is not transferring from december 2017 in my bank account whenever i am receiving massage from your department that your subsidy amounts has been transferred to your bank accounts.

                                      So i want to know what is the issue related to this and when i will get my subsidy amount which is pending from your department. Please resolve the issue asap...

                                        Staff is not at all doing their job. Gas cylinder was in the name of my late father. I have submitted all documents on nov 2017 to get it transfer to my mother's account. But still they have not done. Everytime i visits to know the status the staff is just pushing their dates. I have been visiting every 10 days without any response from their end. Doy think we people are jobless? Don't we have other work to do? So disgusting!

                                        Dear sir,

                                        My customer ID is 6353 name of jyotsna Ben sompura. I booked sylinder on dated 7th march, 2018. But still not received sylinder and I have surprised online show sylinder delivered on dated 8th march, 2018.

                                        Also no one pickup call from jayjyoti jivrajpark office.

                                        Pls arrange on priority basis.
