I am writing this to request your help, guidance, leadership, and intervention to fix a very adverse situation. The situation is causing not only huge noise & environmental pollution but also leading to eminent danger to many who live and visit the area.

I am resident of anaimalai, pollachi taluk. As you are aware that arulmigu maasani amman temple is most visited throughout the year and devotees throng from all over india.in the middle of this busy location is the petrol pumping station located on the sethumadi road near the entrance of the temple. This petrol pump seems to have a couple of major issues that cause noise and environmental pollution along with a great danger to many lives and people visit every day.

They run a very noisy old generator. The noise and smoke levels are very high and make the living around the area untenable. People live around suffer intensely. It also causes severe vibration creating cracks on the walls. This has actually resulted in a lot of problems to elders living in the house and people live there.

The second issue has graver and has imminent threats to lives and property around the area. Generator (Very old open type) is placed close to the mouth of the petrol reservoir / underground tank where a large quantity of petrol is stored for pumping. Any slight spark (Which can happen at any point) can cause a major fire hazard and cause danger to people who live, visit and the properties around.

As a resident, we request your immediate intervention to move the generator to a safer location and save the people who live around. Your help and timely intervention will not only create a peaceful atmosphere but also will create a very safe place for all the devotees, who visit the temple.

People in the village have a great deal of respect for the owners and do tolerate this, hoping they will be responsible to solve the situation. It has been years and the situation is being ignored. I am sure they can be persuaded to take a quick action. With the increasing crowd and the generator getting older, the probability of the accident is increasing rapidly as every day pass by.

My consumer no 30406 and I have booked my gas on 02/05/2018 with booking no 29185. But till date . I have contacted gas agency many time but they didn't bother to deliver. I have been attached with Super care gas Agency.

          My old account in hdfc bank was linked to aadhar no.[protected]. But due to some personal reasons i had to closed hdfc bank account and then i submit aadhar card in axis bank account number [protected] and also they linked my aadhar to axis and same bank details i had given to lpg distributor to update in their records. Now it has been 4 months and while i am checking aadhar linking status it is still showing is 'inactive'. Please link my aadhar to newly account.             BPCL is not giving 0.75% discount/cash-back on purchase of oil from petrol pumps i.e. S K rahman & S F rahman. After a number of mails no response from BPCL. Inspite of giving discount rather they are charging more than transaction value. As a result the Customer is suffering from financial loss on each transaction of purchase of petrol. This is a discouraging in the movement of 'digital/cash less India' by Govt of India.
            It is interesting that, in some transactions they are giving 0.75% cash back but in some they are not giving. Even there is no clarification received from BPCL on consumer complaints. So the internal control system on providing cash subsidy is weak.

              This complaint is about bp petrol pump in west patel nagar, patna, pin-800023.

              We are being cheated by these pupils regularly. While filling up the petrol, their meter starts from 0.09 reading. So they are giving only 910 ml petrol instead of 1000 ml. When i pointed out this, they refused and started arguing. Also
              While filling they always try to divert our attention from the meter and the nozzle. Same thing happens when we get diesel also.
              Request you kindly take appropriate action so that we get exact quantity of fuel.

                I am a customer with brs gas agency and my consumer no is 47388177. I have booked re-fill lpg on 4th may 2018 against booking no 7093. On 7th may 18 i got a message that lpg cylinder was delivered on 7th may 2018 against booking no 7093 and on 9th may 2018 an amount of rs 150.25 was transferred to my bank account by bpcl under dbtl scheme for cylinder delivered by cash memo 7501 on 7th may 2018.

                I reget to inform you sir, i have never been issued the lpg cylinder on the above date or till date and my name is involved in the false statement and an illegal transaction of rs. 150.25 in my bank account — which is highly irregular and purely illegal.
                I feel it very bad. I strongly recommends please take necessary action to investigate the fact on the above subject.

                    This is jappreet singh chadha resident of 55 a/3 raghbir marg model town patiala. I have a petrol pump of jain service centre near my office of bpcl. I have put 50 litre of diesel in my truck which was of amount rs 3581. I have given them my obc atm which they swiped twice and two times 3581 and 3581 were deducted from my account. I m sending you snapshot attached. Then they said give another card as no slip has come out of the machine. Then they swiped rs 3581 from my pnb atm. Total of rs 10743 has been deducted for 50 litre diesel. My staff met the owner of petrol pump but he refused to give any thing in written. Please resolve my matter.                       Dear sir,
                      I am a consumer of bharat lpg with consumer no.[protected]. The subsidy amounts of two consecutive refilling cylinders were not provided till now. The details of these are follows :
                      (1) booking no.- 23059, dt.- 18/09/2017, delivered on 11/10/2017.
                      (2) booking no.- 39423, dt.- 02/02/2018, delivered on 04/02/2018.
                      It have been noted to my distributor in the mean time. But i could not hear back any positive response from him. Even he could not inform me the reason behind these. The distributor name is :
                      Amarshi bharatgas gramin vitrak (Code -180964), amarshi, purba medinipur, west bengal - 721454.
                      I need a refilling cylinder urgently but i can not take it before solving such.

So, i request you kindly to deactivate this enrollment, my consumer no.89431569. So that i can avail the lpg cylinders in subsidized prices. It's my humble request to kindly deactivate my “giveitup” option and credit my subsidy in my account as i don’t want to lose my subsidy. I want to avail to subsidy cylinder.                           Hi,
                          I had to face difficulties with my gas agency, vyrelil gas agencies, tripunithura. My consumer number is v12837 and contact number is [protected].

                          I have booked to refill my cylinder. The booking reference no is 13562 and the invoce is 19402/ 04.05.18. The paying amount is rs 660.00. As per this i should pay only rs640.00 only but the delivery boy forcefully charged me rs660.00 and told us that the rate is for transportation charge. I did not argued and paid him rs660 but he issued me the bill of rs640 only. The remaining rs20 seems to be his personal delivery charge.

                          As per the meeting held in ernakulam district collect orate, kakkanad, bpcl authorities has told us [mythri residence association mamala] that till sasthamugal we have to pay only the gas charge but the delivery boy forcefully to pay me as transportation charge.

                          This is not the first time. This has become their daily habbit. Earlier people used to give tip as per their comfort but now this has become mandatory for the consumer here as personal delivery rate and if any person refuse then they start arguments which later turns into fight. I dont want to be part of any type of corruption and raising my voice here seeking your help to stop this. We have discussed this matter with vyrellil gas agencies autority but there is no response.

                          I am already paying too much for cylinder which is out of my budget. Every month the rate is increasing and we are suffering due to this. I want my rs20 back. It is my hard earned money.

                          It is very interesting that the office no of vyrellil gas agencies has not been attending when we are calling them [2779766, 2785683, 2784690]. It is not a good habit.

                          Hope your quick response and help in this regard.

                            मैं ममता देवी अमौसी भारत गैस में घरेलू गैस कनेक्शन धारक हूँ, जो वर्तमान समय मे कनेक्शन प्रचिलत हैऔर मै प्रत्येक माह लगातार गैस सिलेंडर गैस एजेंसीय से ले रही हूँ।मेरी माह फरवरी 2018 तक गैस की सब्सिडी मेरे बैंक के खाता में गई।और माह मार्च 2018 से गैस सब्सिडी पता नही क्यों मिलना बंद हो गई।मेरे द्वारा भारत गैस कस्टमर केअर से बात की गई तो उनके द्वारा बताया गया की आपकी सब्सिडी गिवअप हो गयी है।जबकि मेरे द्वारा गिवेअप न करने के वाबजूद भी गिवअप हो गयी।जबकि मैं अपनी सब्सिडी गिवअप नही करना चाहती।मैं एक मध्यम वर्गीय घरेलू दलित महिला हूँ।आर्थिक समस्याओं का आए दिन सामना करना पड़ता है।
                            अतः महोदय से अनुरोध है कि, मुझ प्रार्थिनी पर सहानुभूतिपूर्वक दयादृष्टि करते हुए मुझ प्रार्थिनी की गैस कनेक्शन की गिवअप सब्सिडी को निरस्त कर माह मार्च 2018 से सब्सिडी प्रदान करने की कृपा करें, जिससे पूर्व की भांति माह मार्च 2018 से बैंक के खाते में सब्सिडी जाना जारी हो जाये।प्रार्थिनी सदा आपकी आभारी रहेगी।

A fraud gas connection is generated by kamboj bharat gas pipli nayak tanda rampur on my documents. When i go to gas agency for new connection then he tell me your connection is already registered. And i have not any connection. Distributor generate a fraud connection by my name.

                                    My mother, who lives in palava city, had booked a cylinder couple of days back and today she received an expired cylinder marked a18 (Which is already expired) after my mother complained about it, the delivery boy brought her another cylinder marked b18 (Which is likely to expire before her current cylinder gets over).

                                    She returned that and spoke to a representative over phone, and when asked how bharat petroleum can endanger people's lives by delivering expired gas cylinders, he callously replied that if she doesn't take it, some one else will and besides there were no accidents on record.

                                    This makes me wonder, is bharat petroleum waiting for some accidents to occur till they take some concrete steps to resolve this issue or do profits and inventory depletion matter more before the lives of people.
                                    Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    We are unable to sw off regulator and pipe also damaged. Gas can be leaked any time.

                                      Vishal gas agency mahaveer nagar delhi delivers less gas. After complaining they cancelled my booking. I booked on 16th april and demanded that delivery boy should bring weighing machine.
                                      After 10 days they cancelled my booking saying address is wrong.

                                      We calling vishal gas agency daily and they are promising to deliver gas by next day. But even after 13 day did not deliver the cylinder.

                                      Vishal gas agency making us fool and every time we have to follow up.

                                      My family is puzzled because of cooking gas. I am out of station. Not able to understand what to do.

                                      My Adhar showing inactive at lpg portal but Adhar updated in bank properly pls activate the my account number I am not able to get the subsidy

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I am a consumer of bharat lpg with consumer no.[protected]. The subsidy amounts of two consecutive refilling cylinders were not provided till now. The details of these are follows :
                                        (1) booking no.- 23059, dt.- 18/09/2017, delivered on 11/10/2017.
                                        (2) booking no.- 39423, dt.- 02/02/2018, delivered on 04/02/2018.
                                        I have made a complaint to customer care (No.- 263249 dt 19/02/2018) and have noted it also to my distributor in the mean time. But i could not hear back any positive response from them. Even they could not inform me the reason behind these. The distributor name is :
                                        Amarshi bharatgas gramin vitrak (Code -180964), amarshi, purba medinipur, west bengal - 721454.
                                        I need a refilling cylinder urgently but i can not take it before solving such.

                                        I earnestly expect your kind co-operation.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        It is sad to inform you that my problem is not solved till today. BPCL takes neither any effort regarding that nor they tell me the cause behind the stop of subsidy of refilling cylinder. Please, advise me what should I do?
