Hiii this is avhishek agarwal, residing at "birati enclave" flat no. 6, north nilachal, north extension, birati - 700051. My mobile number is [protected]. I have a gas connection with "ashadeep - distributor of bharat gas" office at 852, m. B. Road, birati, kolkata - 700051 landline number[protected]/0606. My consumer number is 77301071. The first two months i received my lpg subsidy in my bank account after that from last 4 months i didn't received a single penny of my lpg subsidy in my bank account. Everytime when i visited at ashadeep at that time they said that a we don't know anything you go to your bank and when i visited my bank they said my aadhar is already updated thats why
I am availing all other offers in my bank account. So i want to update my bank in bharat gas system. They will just ignoring and misbehaving. Everytime they just provide me a customer care number which is took the phone but didn't response a single time. Kindly do the needfull & take necessary action against them because they and their employee will not deserve to having the distributorship of bharat gas. They just believe to ignore the customers. They should be change their caption which is written in bottom of bharat gas logo.

    I raised so many complaints against not working of 8 guns. The bunk person already informed to sales manager since no action was taken by sales manager to rectify the problem. I am facing patahtic service, not getting refill on time after booking after multiple followup they said if you have required then come to agency will see if available. Every time they give the different reason for delaying in delivery. You can see my booking history.

        On 25th may at 10:30 am, i went to bharat petroleum dealer, tafcofed petrol bulk in kazhipattur village, located in old mahabalipuram road, chennai for filling petrol for my wagon r car (Vehicle no: tn 14 j 2397). Petrol boy in the outlet, even after confirming that he has to fill petrol for the mentioned amount, he filled diesel instead of petrol and once after moving the vehicle, he realized that he filled diesel instead of petrol and requested me to stop my vehicle.

        By mixing diesel with my petrol vehicle, tafcofed made a huge blender and they are responsible for pushing my vehicle into repairing condition and caused heavy mental agony and work loss to me. My car is under repair now. I hereby want to take legal action against bharat petroleum and its dealer tafcofed for causing financial loss and mental agony.

                On 21 may 2018 at 1710 hrs, i went to fill petrol in my bike at bharat petroleum pump located near manav chowk ambala city (Dealer - kushpal singh). The sells boy not ready to feed the amount after some argument he feeded the amount as rs 235/-. As when the meater reading moved to rs 150/- the sells boy pressed the nozel and i object the same, the sells boy very rudely replied that ' ho gaya tera. After that i referred the matter to sells officer and dealer of said pump. Both were never ready to consider my point then i asked complaint register but they were not provided register. All my efforts are going into vain. They replied ' jo karna hai karlo kuch nahi hoga. Jisko conplaint karni h kar do koi kuch nahi kar sakta mera.
                Sir they are spoiling the name of bpcl. I attached a photo consisting other details of petrol pump. Please take required action as early as possible otherwise i will move to consumer court.

                  I am writing this to request your help, guidance, leadership, and intervention to fix a very adverse situation. The situation is causing not only huge noise & environmental pollution but also leading to eminent danger to many who live and visit the area.

                  I am resident of anaimalai, pollachi taluk. As you are aware that arulmigu maasani amman temple is most visited throughout the year and devotees throng from all over india.in the middle of this busy location is the petrol pumping station located on the sethumadi road near the entrance of the temple. This petrol pump seems to have a couple of major issues that cause noise and environmental pollution along with a great danger to many lives and people visit every day.

                  They run a very noisy old generator. The noise and smoke levels are very high and make the living around the area untenable. People live around suffer intensely. It also causes severe vibration creating cracks on the walls. This has actually resulted in a lot of problems to elders living in the house and people live there.

                  The second issue has graver and has imminent threats to lives and property around the area. Generator (Very old open type) is placed close to the mouth of the petrol reservoir / underground tank where a large quantity of petrol is stored for pumping. Any slight spark (Which can happen at any point) can cause a major fire hazard and cause danger to people who live, visit and the properties around.

                  As a resident, we request your immediate intervention to move the generator to a safer location and save the people who live around. Your help and timely intervention will not only create a peaceful atmosphere but also will create a very safe place for all the devotees, who visit the temple.

                  People in the village have a great deal of respect for the owners and do tolerate this, hoping they will be responsible to solve the situation. It has been years and the situation is being ignored. I am sure they can be persuaded to take a quick action. With the increasing crowd and the generator getting older, the probability of the accident is increasing rapidly as every day pass by.

                  We kindly request your intervention to solve this problem and thank you so much for taking time to review the mail. Looking forward to your swift action on this matter.

Now it has been 4 months and while i am checking aadhar linking status it is still showing is 'inactive'. Please link my aadhar to newly account.                             BPCL is not giving 0.75% discount/cash-back on purchase of oil from petrol pumps i.e. S K rahman & S F rahman. After a number of mails no response from BPCL. Inspite of giving discount rather they are charging more than transaction value. As a result the Customer is suffering from financial loss on each transaction of purchase of petrol. This is a discouraging in the movement of 'digital/cash less India' by Govt of India.
                            It is interesting that, in some transactions they are giving 0.75% cash back but in some they are not giving. Even there is no clarification received from BPCL on consumer complaints. So the internal control system on providing cash subsidy is weak.

                              This complaint is about bp petrol pump in west patel nagar, patna, pin-800023.

                              We are being cheated by these pupils regularly. While filling up the petrol, their meter starts from 0.09 reading. So they are giving only 910 ml petrol instead of 1000 ml. When i pointed out this, they refused and started arguing. Also
                              While filling they always try to divert our attention from the meter and the nozzle. Same thing happens when we get diesel also.
                              Request you kindly take appropriate action so that we get exact quantity of fuel.

                                I am a customer with brs gas agency and my consumer no is 47388177. I have booked re-fill lpg on 4th may 2018 against booking no 7093. On 7th may 18 i got a message that lpg cylinder was delivered on 7th may 2018 against booking no 7093 and on 9th may 2018 an amount of rs 150.25 was transferred to my bank account by bpcl under dbtl scheme for cylinder delivered by cash memo 7501 on 7th may 2018.

                                I reget to inform you sir, i have never been issued the lpg cylinder on the above date or till date and my name is involved in the false statement and an illegal transaction of rs. 150.25 in my bank account — which is highly irregular and purely illegal.
                                I feel it very bad. I strongly recommends please take necessary action to investigate the fact on the above subject.

                                    This is jappreet singh chadha resident of 55 a/3 raghbir marg model town patiala. I have a petrol pump of jain service centre near my office of bpcl. I have put 50 litre of diesel in my truck which was of amount rs 3581. I have given them my obc atm which they swiped twice and two times 3581 and 3581 were deducted from my account. I m sending you snapshot attached. Then they said give another card as no slip has come out of the machine. Then they swiped rs 3581 from my pnb atm. Total of rs 10743 has been deducted for 50 litre diesel. My staff met the owner of petrol pump but he refused to give any thing in written. Please resolve my matter.                                       I am a consumer of bharat lpg with consumer no.[protected]. The subsidy amounts of two consecutive refilling cylinders were not provided till now. The details of these are follows :
                                      (1) booking no.- 23059, dt.- 18/09/2017, delivered on 11/10/2017.
                                      (2) booking no.- 39423, dt.- 02/02/2018, delivered on 04/02/2018.
                                      It have been noted to my distributor in the mean time. But i could not hear back any positive response from him. Even he could not inform me the reason behind these. The distributor name is :
                                      Amarshi bharatgas gramin vitrak (Code -180964), amarshi, purba medinipur, west bengal - 721454.
                                      I need a refilling cylinder urgently but i can not take it before solving such.

                                        Hy sir i am sudhir sharma and my consumer no 16844 and and ghatkopar branch . in two year i am not getting subsidy .after going 5 times to the centre and complaining alot they r saying u hav press opted for subsidy button i hv not done that and now please do the needful

                                        bloocked consumer no.. 20775398 yet to be activated .
                                        requested needful to book and deliver a gas cylinder urgently .
