Hi bpcl team,
I am very upset to the distributor. This is happening second time with us. I am the consumer and my agency name is komal gas agency noida. I have not booked the cylender for filling but today we received the subsidy msg. I have done the complaint earlier but this is doing fraud with consumer again and again. Govt gives 12 cylendre in a year. But due to this fraud we could serve only 8-10 in year.

See below the msg.

(Subsidy amount of rs. 204.95 is transferred to your bank a/c by bpcl under dbtl scheme for lpg cylinder delivered by cash memo 61852 of 15/06/2018.)

Please do the needfull for the same.

    As i am requesting you to rectify the NPCI inactive issue, my aadhaar no:[protected] link with sbi using biometric and also received the authentication success massage is receive to mail id.before opening ac in sbi, salary ac is maintained in south indian bank now i closed the account same as npci is inactive.The sib employees advised to submit the aadhaar again to active bank account but i am also open new account again i got same response npci status checked in udai aadhar mapping INACTIVE, I cant receive subsidy amount please resolve .my cantact no[protected].

      Samridhi gas agency sarmera, nalanda (Bihar) is charging 30 rupees for giving cylinder. They are not delivering to house. People has to come to nearest road and from there they have carry by their own. On asking question about this they tell that we will not deliver to your house and will take money otherwise you will not get cylinder.
      Kindly see this as serious concern because untill you will take step to rectify this, these people will never change

        I have booked for gas with booking no66901 on 06june 2018 and i was informed that cash memo 109208 was generated on 04 june18 but agency did not deliver gas cylinder so far. Such thing had happened twice with me earlier also. Pl intervene in this matter and warn asoka gas agency aliganj lucknow for not repeating such undesirable happenings. Kindly intimate me reasons for delaying delivery once memo generated.

          I chinmaya ranjan sahoo, jagatsinghapur, odisha. On date - 29/05/2018. Time-10:35 am. Go to urmila filling station, rahama (Bharat petrol pump) for filing petrol. Fill petrol for rs. 100 and give rs. 50 note & rs. 10 coin * 5 no's. & petrol sales boy accept rs. 50 note & refuse to accept rs. 10 coin & said that this not valid. According to rbi rules, those who refuse to accept indian currency can be liable for action under section 124a (Sedition) ipc.
          We captured a video of that moment.

            My name is anand from chennai, i was waiting patiently to fill the petrol from the bharath petrol bunk in alwarpet, he is just showing his anger fro no reason and did not even respect me, did not even respecting the customers properly in that bunk i have no idea what the manager of that bunk is doing without checking all the issues. I filled petrol for 200 rs in card, that person who was standing there is not ready to fill petrol to me, because i was going to pay money by card and also was using some bad words. I want you to take action against that petrol bunk. Please sir.

              I am having bharat gas consumer no.33461 at versa gas. I have booked for refill on dated 9.05.18 vide refill no.20685 and received sms for generating m. R. No. 28729 of rs.675/- on dated 24.05.18, then m. R. No. 32071 of rs.675/- dtd. 29.05.18 and then mr. No.32943 0f rs. 724.50 on dated 01.06.18.in spite of generating so many money receipts still i have not received my refill yet though it's almost one month is approaching from the date of booking. This type of problem is not happened this time, it is a regular problem for every month. To getting a refill from the said agencies i have to wait a month from the date of booking every month. This is the prompt service of petroleum and natural gas department under the most energetic, aggressive youth minister mr. Dharmendra pradhan. Request to take necessary immediate steps for giving a better public service.

                  I have booked a refill on 27/05/2018 at 2 pm. Opted for on line payment and proceeded to pay the money. Unfortunately while making paymet through net banking the otp sent by bank was not visible in my mobile phone forquite some time as a result the payment could not be completed.. My refill delivery is pending. I am unable to re book again since system is not allowing to do so. On the other hand the bill is not getting generated at distributor end. The issue needs to be resolved urgently.

                  I always book refilling in online.But this time I booked manual as per the dealer request. So I facing this kind of the problem. I recedrefill cylinder on 31-3-18 vide cus.no. 7240 and order no. 166995 dt
                  30-3-18 of Sowmiya gas agency Chennai 600004.More than two months over
                  but still date subsidy amount not credited in bank.
                  Booking no.16667 booked on 3/5/18 is till now not delivered, but I got delivery confirmation SMS from 12/5/18. When I tried to contact no one received my calls. Kindly consider this and make the delivery as soon as possible...

                    We transferred the domestic lpg gas connection, consumer number 72544230 on date 14 may 2018 from distrubutor adharvaah bharatgas gramin vitrak, distributor id 185904, for refund instead of giving cash they gave post dated cheque no 188154 (See attachment) dated 28-may-2018 (Post dated cheque two weeks time after transfer), now that post dated cheque also returned (As attachment) with penality of rs 177 to consumer, take serious action againt the distributor and give the refund and penality. Irrespective of giving a two weeks postdated cheque, it got return also saying overdraft account exeeded limits. Take severe action, also see this distributor reviews, very worsers than any other.

                      Respected Sir,
                      I had gone to BP Petrol Pump Wagholi, Pune for filling petrol in my car. After filling full tank (Rs. 2780), my card was not swiping correctly in one of the machines. Since I had no cash, the attendant told me to transfer the money to his paytm using my credit card which I did. Then, he said the money was not deposited and used another card reader to take anotehr Rs. 2780 from my credit card.

                      I have complained to the station manager numerous times and he keeps saying the person is in ICU. I also got his number from the paytm support team but the attendant is not picking and at other times, he is not reachable. Please take action.

                      The transaction was done on 9th Apr 2018 and the paytm account belongs to Ramesh Ankush Kate[protected]. Amount transfered was Rs. 2780.

The first two months i received my lpg subsidy in my bank account after that from last 4 months i didn't received a single penny of my lpg subsidy in my bank account. Everytime when i visited at ashadeep at that time they said that a we don't know anything you go to your bank and when i visited my bank they said my aadhar is already updated thats why
                          I am availing all other offers in my bank account. So i want to update my bank in bharat gas system. They will just ignoring and misbehaving. Everytime they just provide me a customer care number which is took the phone but didn't response a single time. Kindly do the needfull & take necessary action against them because they and their employee will not deserve to having the distributorship of bharat gas. They just believe to ignore the customers. They should be change their caption which is written in bottom of bharat gas logo.

                                On 25th may at 10:30 am, i went to bharat petroleum dealer, tafcofed petrol bulk in kazhipattur village, located in old mahabalipuram road, chennai for filling petrol for my wagon r car (Vehicle no: tn 14 j 2397). Petrol boy in the outlet, even after confirming that he has to fill petrol for the mentioned amount, he filled diesel instead of petrol and once after moving the vehicle, he realized that he filled diesel instead of petrol and requested me to stop my vehicle.

                                By mixing diesel with my petrol vehicle, tafcofed made a huge blender and they are responsible for pushing my vehicle into repairing condition and caused heavy mental agony and work loss to me. My car is under repair now. I hereby want to take legal action against bharat petroleum and its dealer tafcofed for causing financial loss and mental agony.

                                        On 21 may 2018 at 1710 hrs, i went to fill petrol in my bike at bharat petroleum pump located near manav chowk ambala city (Dealer - kushpal singh). The sells boy not ready to feed the amount after some argument he feeded the amount as rs 235/-. As when the meater reading moved to rs 150/- the sells boy pressed the nozel and i object the same, the sells boy very rudely replied that ' ho gaya tera. After that i referred the matter to sells officer and dealer of said pump. Both were never ready to consider my point then i asked complaint register but they were not provided register. All my efforts are going into vain. They replied ' jo karna hai karlo kuch nahi hoga. Jisko conplaint karni h kar do koi kuch nahi kar sakta mera.
                                        Sir they are spoiling the name of bpcl. I attached a photo consisting other details of petrol pump. Please take required action as early as possible otherwise i will move to consumer court.
