Now I again wish to use that since I have realised that a majority of my contacts have that number. Can you please restart the sim card? What is the procedure for that & What are the charges?

    i am unable to use caller tunes services on my number . its been around 1 month it has been saying that ( sorry your activation request has not been started ) . earlier when I call to caller tunes ( 56700 ) it provides me a variety of songs through which I can choose and set it as my caller tune.

      My mobile number [protected] validity was about to expire on[protected]. I have called the BSNL Prepaid call center 1503 and and asked them the details of my plan and I asked them what I have to do on[protected]. The BSNL customer care person told me that my plan was in BSNL - SIMPLE and he asked me to recharge for Rs 81 for 6 months validity. On[protected], When I tried to check the same information in the internet, it says for the existing customer of BSNL-SIMPLE plan customer to topup for 100 & above for an validity extension of 6 months . The on[protected], I called the customer care and registered the above said same information and they told me that they will return back with 24 hours after listening to the recorded conversation. on[protected] I again called them and they told that its under process and the amount will be credited by midnight 12:00PM. But till now its not done. Today by 10:19AM, When I again called them, the BSNL customer care person says its your fault and the money can't be refunded. The person put me on hold for nearly 22 minutes saying that she is transferring the call to her senior officer. Today I have been cheated by the BSNL customer care persons for their wrong information. I need my money back.

      I have not received my money back. I contacted the BSNL customer care 155223 and they are still saying that they will listen to the conversation held on[protected] and they will update me within 24 hours. But still now no body from BSNL contacted me.
      every time when I called them for past 3 days they were saying the server is down and contact me after sometime. Only twice the call will be connected to the BSNL customer care executive and then it will be asking for the same options to select.

      Really very much feed up with these type of services.

        Hi, i am Rakesh Kumar Nayak, I am from Bhubaneswar, Orissa, my Contact no. [protected] I brought a Bsnl sim About 20 dAys Ago, bsnl no is [protected], The proBlem I am facing is regarding outgoing FacilityWhIch they havent STarted yet... I have sUBbMitted My ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS, ONE DAY THE CUSTOMER CARE IS SAYING THAT THE FRC IS DONE AND THE OUTGOING FACILITY WILL BE STARTED WITHIN 48HRS... AND OTHER DAY HE SAID THAT FRC IS NOT DONE CONTACT THE DEALER...EVERY DAY THE SAME THING...AND NOW ITS ABOUT 20 DAYS SINCE I HAVE PURCHASED THE SIM AND THE OUTGOING FACILITY HAS NOT ENABLED YET...THEY JUST GAVE ME A COMPLAIN NO EO[protected], EVERY TIME I CLL THE CUSTOMER CARE, THEY ASK ME COMPLAIN NO, AND PUT ME ON HOLD AFTER THAT CALL DISCONNECT...AND NOW THEY HAVE BLOCKED MY NO... I CALLED BSNL CUSTOMER CARE..THROUGH MY AIRCEL NO MENTIONED ABOVE... SO M TOTALLY HELPLESS, WENT TO BSNL OFFICE THEY SAID ME TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE... AND THIS THING IS GOING FOR 20 DAYS... PRESENTLY M IN KEONJHAR DISTICT OF ODISHA..

          Sub: Complaint against BSNL for wrongly deducted amounting Rs.37.88 from my Prepaid plan for sim number [protected]

          It is respectfully submitted that I recharged validity of my prepaid plan for sim number [protected] on May 1, 2014 through net banking state bank of patiala but on May 3, 2014 BSNL again deducted Rs.37.88 from my prepaid balance. It is absolute mockery. I request that please reimburse Rs.37.88 in my prepaid balance.

                  Unnecesarily subscribing games, music and movies on download Sir, I have availed broadband connection in bsnl. my landline number is[protected]. I have not subscribed for the games on download but a sum of Rs.200/ has been unnecessarily included in my bills. I never expected this from an government organization. Without my consent through phone the subsciption has been done. Your people simply spoke to us about the free game and have cheated us.                     Respected Sir, Today I got a message from BT-655888(chat service) Message Matter= (Plz start unlimited SMS Chat activate Dost to 55888). and Rs.15 charged, I think this for free for me i I did not know they deduct the amount from my account balance, i am very frustrate by these unwillingly charges by the service provider. please discontinue all these type of services and return my Rs 15/- back.now balance is 0.21 Ps. please discontinue all these type of services After i tried more times to customer Care service ([protected] and 1503) they dont respond that calls.Its a complaint.                           Sir, I have made payment from my icici bank account for the wimax bill of march month in bsnl online portal .. everytime it shows transaction is completed but again payment not made shown in online portal .. even repaying the same considering network error from sbi account also show the same.. i have lost 1600 money in virtual and my net is again going slow due to non payment.. plz make provisions to retrive my money

                            Mine is a BSNL Mithram plan. but it got expire on yesterday ie, 26.04.2014. so in order to extend validity I had made a general pre paid online recharge of 110 Rs through BSNL Portal ( portal.bsnl.in), so that BSNL can automatically deduct the mithram plan amount of Rs 49 from my balance to extend validity..                               We have contacted the customer care many times and by informed our company cannot access the broadband Internet for the past 4 days and still not up. We have faced many loses due to the Internet connection and the speed also very slow. Our company phone number[protected]. As we are the software company we need the best Internet access 24 hours time, but lot of problems with the internet connections. Also many employees are working and facing a big loss due to this service. Also there is no due from our side and we paid all the monthly payments fully and still we are facing the problems.                                 i bought a bsnl 3g sim in andhra pradesh to use it in bsnl 3g data card. it worked fine in andhra for a week. After a week i went to ahmedabad for studies. after coming here, when i try to connect it net is some times connecting and some times not connecting.. i tried to call customer care... they are saying you have to approach andhra customer office and when i am trying to call them it is not connecting. even if i get connected to internet speed is very slow. slow in the sense, 2kbps like that. i am not able to load even a web page.

                                    I have using bsnl sim card. I have whenever e recharge 50 rupees. In the same day value added services added or renewed. Taken the main balance amount. In this way i have lose of amount rupees totally 200. I have try to customer care complaint for value added services and stop the services. But did not contact the customer care. 155223 is the customer care number. 1 press the language. Again 1 press stop value added service. 0 press totally stop the all value added service. Press 9 to contact customer care. But i have many more time try. But again and again same voice message repeated. My mobile no.[protected]. So, pls. Retain my loss of money rs.200, and stop all the value added service.

                                      Dear Sir, My land line no. is[protected].I have taken broad band plan through this line.Even after repeated complaints, my problem is not getting resolved.I book complaint and automatically it get closed. My problem is from last one month, my broadband internet is not consistant.It will be available for an hour and than it get disconnected for hours and so on. 10 days back BSNL officers came to my place and checked, after that it is not working at all. Now, everyday, they give some excuse like it is with line department, it is with control room, no manpower etc. I dont see any end to it. The worst part of it is, I paid 1 year advance money for the same. I am wondering that if BSNL can not resolve one connection issue for so long period, it is really very shameful. I request you to do the needful. Thanks

                                        Respected Sir, Currently we are using 2 landline and broadband connections of BSNL, but from the last 60 days both landline and net is not working, we are facing so much of problems due to this, our clients are unable to reach us because of same, but after so many complains to you staff even to SDO of Noida area we are not getting any positive response. Every time when we talk to your staff they revert that there is some cable problem, it will take time and we cant do anything for this. This is our humble request to you please provise us some solution, it has beeen already delay for so long. Please look at the matter as soon as possible, we are waiting for your positive response.
