    I'm not able contact customer care on Bsnl; I was calling to their customer care no. (1503) for about 4 days. but was unable to connect to customer care executive. When I click 9 button for enquiry they again and again rewinding to the main menu. very annoying. My PUK is blocked and Its urgent to make a call with Bsnl customer care executive. But I cannot. What should I do?

      Dear Team, I am ususing this bsnl pre paid no since more than 5 years . I am usuing internet also since long but today at 2pm around there is charge of some stv rs 55/- has been debited from my prepaid balance. I am usuing my internet for few minutes or second and than i will close the same mobile data off mode and immediately few paisa has been deducted from my balance than after since last few years. I dont understand why this amt of rs 55/- has been debited from my balace today while i have not used my internet for more than a minute... I want explaination for the same as your customer care people also not able to understand what i want to say. My mobile no is [protected] in the name of Amita M Shah

        My BSNL mobile [protected] is linked to[protected] under "MANIK-JOR' scheme of BSNL. So as per the policy call charges from mobile to the said L/L was absolutely free since first day of mobile connection. But now calls to the L/L are being charged. Request solve the issue Pl.

          For last 2 months, BSNL is deducting my money by subscribing its services without my knowledge. Also, customer care is not very supportive. They keep giving me wrong numbers o[censored]P west zone. Till now, about Rs. 40 have been deducted in order to stop this service. Now, I have managed to stop the service by sending messages to BSNL. I want my lost money back from BSNL. This is indeed very shameful that BSNL started the service on their own and their customer care as well are not helping. Such thing is happening with my other family members too. I just want to get this fixed as soon as possible. I am attaching screenshots of recent messages. My Number is: [protected] Thank You!!

            I am living in naval base valsura in jamnagar, from last 2 months we are getting poor BSNL mobile network in the area both 2g and 3g sometimes there is no network for full day people have no choice other than shifting to other networks. We are totally disappointed from the service.

            There is no improvement in the network. Sometimes mobile shows network but actually you can not make or receive calls.

              Sir, I have availed broadband connection in bsnl. my landline number is[protected]. I have not subscribed for the games on download but a sum of Rs.347/- has been unnecessarily included in my bills. Without my consent through phone the subsciption has been done. Your people simply spoke to us about the free game and have cheated us. So kindly decativate the plan immediately. i expect that the next month bill should not include the amount for plan.                 Sir, I want to deactivate the BSNL HUNGAMA PLAN pertaining to my Land Line number[protected] immediately as I am not interested and more over I didn't use or open the so called HUNGAMA plan. so I request you do the deactivation urgently and refund the extra amount charged for last two months, i.e., 4/2014 and 5/2014, and same amount may be credited to my BSNL Land line bill in future.

                      I was using BSNL landline, when I changed my house, I surrendered my Landline. I filled the surrender form and submitted my landline phone to the exchange and got a surrender receipt from them. I submitted my phone on December-2013, and they informed me that my deposit amount cheque will be send to my mailing address mentioned in the form with in 2 months. But still now, I did not get my deposit back, today's date is 16-May-2014. My Landline number :[protected] Deposit amount : 2000Rs. I tried calling their customer care, and went to their office and asked, but no one gives proper responces. Please arrange for getting my deposit back . Taking a BSNL connection was my biggest mistake of my life.. really waste of time and money .. and proper customer care for BSNL-Landline and WLL.

                        I registered in BSNL website and tried to pay my BSNL-WLL bill. I attempted twice and my money got deducted once, and the transaction showed failure. I never got my money back to my card, Please arrange for money back. My transaction ID's are. TXCD[protected] TXCD[protected] There is no customer care for BSNL-WLL. I tried to call the below numbers which they have mentioned in their website, but no use, the number is not in use now. WLL Call Center *Number '1502' Number '[protected]' My experience with BSNL is very worst.

                            i have been receiving extra charges on my broadband bills for the last
                            months for BSNL hungama music and movies which i had not subscribed to. I
                            have been wrongly charged for services i had not asked for nor had
                            utilized. I paid extra amounts for the last two months. So please be
                            refunded extra amount as deductions in my next bill. The hungama service

                                  bill on 2consecutive months for broadband cumTelephone service.

                                  smt Tinu K narayanan }is put a complaint at your office on account
                                  of over usage bills and the these bills are not convincible to us. Since, more than 5 yrs we are broad band and Telephone subscriber from BSNL, Kerala
                                  .Even though there are frequent failure (especially in monsoon season) in BSNL
                                  broadband service we thought to retain the service at minimum
                                  cost, due to the attractive competitive tariff .The landlines have
                                  almost have disconnection problem for every month for abt 5 or 6 days in per
                                  month .In month of February, BSNL issued bill (which I paid online, (I thought
                                  it may be the one year bill for Telephone, which I usually paying
                                  as lump sum), and now in month of march again one bill generated ………… they are
                                  putting extra usage which is completely mystery for us to understand. And
                                  totally makes me upset and not justifiable, because after last bill we
                                  unplugged all modem connection and not using broand band service. This you may
                                  analysis technically .It is quite shocking service and bill which provided by bsnl.

                                  I am hoping
                                  that extra usage shown is technically
                                  explainable from your side but as a user it is not convincible (I think there
                                  is some issues in between this).As a customer, it is our right to know how and
                                  when the over usage happened. However we would not like to put an argument, but paying bill and closing your broad band service at immediate
                                  effect(13.05.2013) to save us from further unnecessary and non usage bill.

                                  Kindly, do proceed your official process on my request.

                                      Dear Sir, We are one of the Corporate Customer, availing BSNL service both land line, Cell and Broad Band Service. We much regret to compliant to you, that nowadays, the Cell tower situated at Northenchedu, Yercaud is frequently goes ( i.e. there will be no signal in the cell phones even if there is proper power supply) . We have made several complaints to the concern authorities, but all in vaine . We request you to kindly look in to the matter for a permanent cure. Expecting your earlier will be much appreciated.                                         dear sir my mobile no is [protected] i have send message to port my no to other net work on 19th april still there is no response from the network why cellone is not porting my number after sending message to 1900 writing port and my mobile no they replu in 15 days it will be done still no response reason for porting from bsnl is from past 5 to 6 months no proper network and full of junk message from the network like hot babes, and other message like unesserliy charging like rs 150 activate mobile tv for one month unesserliy balance cuts
