Unwanted Services activated and Not satisfied reply from Customer Care.

Subscribing unwanted services without our knowledge

We have never requested for Hungama Games on Demand and Hungama Movies on demand, since our Internet plan is unlimited and we do not require any such additional services.
But automatically they have added those plans and even billing for that.

Erroneous charging
