i recharged my a/c with 200 rs. topup after that company deduct rs.30 for caller tune but i never request for that after that i called to customer care, he told me that is your fault you activet the caller tune so i 'll not take complaint after that i register a complain with you. thanks Prashant mehta [protected] [protected]

    I was using BSNL landline, when I changed my house, I surrendered my Landline. I filled the surrender form and submitted my landline phone to the exchange and got a surrender receipt from them. I submitted my phone on December-2013, and they informed me that my deposit amount cheque will be send to my mailing address mentioned in the form with in 2 months. But still now, I did not get my deposit back, today's date is 16-May-2014. My Landline number :[protected] Deposit amount : 2000Rs. I tried calling their customer care, and went to their office and asked, but no one gives proper responces. Please arrange for getting my deposit back . Taking a BSNL connection was my biggest mistake of my life.. really waste of time and money .. and proper customer care for BSNL-Landline and WLL.

      I registered in BSNL website and tried to pay my BSNL-WLL bill. I attempted twice and my money got deducted once, and the transaction showed failure. I never got my money back to my card, Please arrange for money back. My transaction ID's are. TXCD[protected] TXCD[protected] There is no customer care for BSNL-WLL. I tried to call the below numbers which they have mentioned in their website, but no use, the number is not in use now. WLL Call Center *Number '1502' Number '[protected]' My experience with BSNL is very worst.

      Status showing in BSNL website as 'Paid at Portal', but still not updated in their local exchange, not able to call from landline.. at least I got the status message.

          i have been receiving extra charges on my broadband bills for the last
          months for BSNL hungama music and movies which i had not subscribed to. I
          have been wrongly charged for services i had not asked for nor had
          utilized. I paid extra amounts for the last two months. So please be
          refunded extra amount as deductions in my next bill. The hungama service
          should be immediately terminated from my account.

          Please remove hungamaa from our no 23390883 at hyderabad. Why BSNL is entertaining this kind of company? Nobody from this phone booked for this service. You cannot contact them in any way for removal. Toll free numbers not answered.
          The hungama service should be immediately terminated from my account as i have been recieving increased bsnl broadband bills.i request you to deactivate hungama service now and reduct my bill

                bill on 2consecutive months for broadband cumTelephone service.

                :[protected] using a landline service of bsnl phone no[protected] {in name of
                smt Tinu K narayanan }is put a complaint at your office on account
                of over usage bills and the these bills are not convincible to us. Since, more than 5 yrs we are broad band and Telephone subscriber from BSNL, Kerala
                .Even though there are frequent failure (especially in monsoon season) in BSNL
                broadband service we thought to retain the service at minimum
                cost, due to the attractive competitive tariff .The landlines have
                almost have disconnection problem for every month for abt 5 or 6 days in per
                month .In month of February, BSNL issued bill (which I paid online, (I thought
                it may be the one year bill for Telephone, which I usually paying
                as lump sum), and now in month of march again one bill generated ………… they are
                putting extra usage which is completely mystery for us to understand. And
                totally makes me upset and not justifiable, because after last bill we
                unplugged all modem connection and not using broand band service. This you may
                analysis technically .It is quite shocking service and bill which provided by bsnl.

                I am hoping
                that extra usage shown is technically
                explainable from your side but as a user it is not convincible (I think there
                is some issues in between this).As a customer, it is our right to know how and
                when the over usage happened. However we would not like to put an argument, but paying bill and closing your broad band service at immediate
                effect(13.05.2013) to save us from further unnecessary and non usage bill.

                Kindly, do proceed your official process on my request.

                    Dear Sir, We are one of the Corporate Customer, availing BSNL service both land line, Cell and Broad Band Service. We much regret to compliant to you, that nowadays, the Cell tower situated at Northenchedu, Yercaud is frequently goes ( i.e. there will be no signal in the cell phones even if there is proper power supply) . We have made several complaints to the concern authorities, but all in vaine . We request you to kindly look in to the matter for a permanent cure. Expecting your earlier will be much appreciated.                       dear sir my mobile no is [protected] i have send message to port my no to other net work on 19th april still there is no response from the network why cellone is not porting my number after sending message to 1900 writing port and my mobile no they replu in 15 days it will be done still no response reason for porting from bsnl is from past 5 to 6 months no proper network and full of junk message from the network like hot babes, and other message like unesserliy charging like rs 150 activate mobile tv for one month unesserliy balance cuts

                        Good Morning, A complaint against BSNL customer care. Few days ago unwanted service activated on its own, and on complaining in customer care they ignored my issue and did not even refund my rs. Den yesterday night extra charge of data connection deducted from my mobile account. For using Facebook 10 minutes 21 rs deducted and after 10 minutes on using whatsapp my 19 rs deducted . On calling customer care they said that you may downloaded image or video. but none of the process has taken place. This speed of deducting money unwanted is not done. I hope that you will look after my problem and please try to solve it as soon as possible. Waiting for your positive and satisfied response. Thank You

                          BSNL Telephones.
                          We have never requested for Hungama Games on Demand and Hungama Movies on demand, since our Internet plan is unlimited and we do not require any such additional services.
                          But automatically they have added those plans and even billing for that.
                          When we checked, they told us to call one toll free number to deactivate it, we did that as well, however we are billed again, when checked again, they asked us give one letter to unsubscribe those services.
                          This is not fair, we are actually paying for those add on services which we never requested and they are not even giving proper reply or answer when we follow up.
                          BSNL have become so cheap which we can not rely on.

                          Worst services and unwanted add on packages on customers head.

                            Sir i have taken broad band connection on 16 Apr 14(TELE[protected] . total bill has come Rs. 2222/- where has i have taken 640 ULD plan as defence personnel. i have not taken any modem from BSNL, only one phone was provided to me.                               Dear Sir, I Kamlesh V. Mulchandani purchased BSNL Penta Tablet on 01.07.2013 from Snapdeal by online, but after delivery of Tablet I found there is problem in Tablet as Touch of Tablet not working properly. Then I search Service Center of Bsnl Penta Tablet, as per online information Bsnl Penta Service Center are in Kalyan, Thane, Vashi & Ghatkoper, first I go to Kalyan but that Service Center refuse to accept Tablet, then I Call to Vashi Service Center and they are ready to accept my Tablet on 04.02.2014 and told me at least 1 month Time, but sir from 01.07.2013 to still today I not received my Tablet, in between many times I Call to BSNL Penta Noida Service Center and they told me your Tablet is in Service Center problem still not sort out and in testing, Sir please look into the matter seriously and help me to get Tablet with New one as same Model as BSNL Penta 707C 3D...                                 dear sir, I am Milind Nagrale, from Nagpur using BSNL No [protected] from last 10ysr. I am now in Hyderabad and using roaming free plan. yesterday i have lost whole balance and now i am unable to do call/to receive call due zero balance. I have try to put topup of rs 100 using ICICI net banking but after few hrs 100 come back to my ICICI account. This is first time with me. Also i try using paytm.com to rechage my number but paytm.com says that BSNL Maharashtra facing some technical problem, so unable to recharge the bsnl number. What to do now??? Any option pls suggest because all my incoming calls on hold. Also i am unable to connect customer care Maharashtra due to roaming Waiting for reply... Thx Milind Nagrale [protected]

                                  Dear sir, My land line no. is[protected]. Since last 3 months I am paying un necessary charges for movies on demand & music on demand. I dont even have its user name & password neither I used single byte of this service. Still I am charged for these services for 3 months. I complained to local BSNL office 2-3 times but they failed to discontinue the service. I hereby request you to deactivate the service immediately & credit me the amount charged for last 3 months. I again confirm that the service is forced on me without my notice & I have not used a single byte of it till today. so please deactivate it and credit me the amount charged by you. In my home from two months there is no clear voice in phone. every time it is buzzing sound. i have told to replace so many times to replace that cable and instrument to BSNL KUMTA..                                         I had charged my mobile ([protected]) on 28.04.2014 for Rs. 500 and next day I could see that there is zero balance, though I have made only one or two local calls. So I registered a complaint with docket no.[protected]. However later it was closed without any action. It is for your information that I was using BSNL 3G services and for which I had recharged before. But I have not received any intimation that the data package is about to expire or expired. While calling from the customer support team they told me that it might be because of the data usage and they also told they will get back to me with more information and a solution. However I did not receive any further information and just received a message saying that the complaint is closed. Personally I don't think charging me (as a 3G user) exorbitantly like this for a day is very unfair and instead may charge for the data used (if that was the reason) as compare to the regular 3G data package charge. I I also would like bring your attention that I have not received any intimation / alert about the expiry of my data package before charging me like this. Secondly I feel very bad that I have not received any solution or explanation for the complaint I have registered and still it was closed. I expect simple justice and request little more standard and decent action from the BSNL. Otherwise I may be forced to follow with legal procedures. Thanking you, faisal kunnathodi
