I have approached the Telephone exchange, Mogappair West and met one Mr Saikrishna, JTO who had given an application along with the feasibility report and asked me to pay the requisite fees at Ambattur exchange.Accordingly, I have proceeded to Ambattur Industrial Estate Telephone Exchange(BSNL) office and paid Rs1450/- vide DN No /APN No.[protected] against Customer Id [protected] for landline No.[protected]. I was informed that the details would be forwarded to Mogappair West exchange office and that I should follow from them.
Since then I have beenvisiting the office more than half dozen times and also requesting the JTO almost everyday but so far no action has been taken. I also requested them that the instrument I purchased will only be taken back if the same is not found working by the Reliance outlet. For every thin the JTO says yes but does not take any action.

Please do the needful in getting my connection immediately and also to take suiable action on the lazy young officers who are totally incapable tohandle a lineman.

    Before writing the complaint in detail I would like to mention that this complaint is already sent to the email addresses(mentioned below) with reminders. Email Ids where complaint is already sent but no action has been taken yet. [protected]@bsnl.co.in, [protected]@bsnl.co.in, [protected]@bsnl.co.in, [protected]@bsnl.co.in Complaint: I Mahesh Kumar, a regular user of BSNL Landline connection with number[protected] was using my connection from more than 20 years. Now I feel requirement of Broadband Connection. After searching on internet I give a new request online on the BSNL website. I got a message on my mobile that a BSNL executive will call you. I didn't receive any call even after waiting for 1 week. Then I visited my local BSNL office and give a written request to them on 20th Feb 2014. Today is 04th March but I didn't get any call/response from them. He also told me that there is one pending request since June or July 2013 which shocked me that still they doesn't know or don't care about pending requests. The person at BSNL office told me(on 20th) that we will definitely call you if found any difficulty in cancelling previous request or processing the new requset. But even after 6 days there is no response from their side. What service can anyone expect after Broadband connection when they have already so many issues with their pending complaints. I can't understand what should I expect from BSNL service or from BSNL customer care when they are taking applications and kept them in files without responding even after lot of months. This is my final complaint and after that there is no other option left for me to forget BSNL. One thing I definitely can say that if this company was private no such kind of problems arises.       Hi, A special request to Mr.Arvind kejariwal to launch a FIR against BSNL as he did same against Reliance. In BSNL most of the :- 1> customer care toll free number are in-valid http://www.bsnl.co.in/opencms/bsnl/BSNL/directory_services/toll_free_numbers.htm... 2> E-mail id mentioned in the bsnl website are in-valid http://www.bsnl.co.in/opencms/bsnl/BSNL/services/landline/helpdesk.html http://portal.bsnl.in/portal/htmlfiles/appgofficersmailids.htm http://portal.bsnl.in/portal/htmlfiles/appgofficersmailids.htm 3> Customers care executives available on 1502 or 1503 dont have proper knowledge. They are been hired for those post on the basis of aptitute test and good communication skill. What is the use of those good aptitute where in question paper it is asked that 2 trains are travelling opposite direction at *** speed and when they coliide? Please improve your services. I am using Tata docomo and vodafone, they reply through mail n phone calls properly. They even comes to door steps for resolving my issues.

          Respected Sir,

          This is to inform you that myself Goutam Banerjee phone no. +[protected] has got a BSNL broad band connection for last 5 years or more. currently with a rental modem. Now the modem is not functioning and reported to BSNL portal and office no one is taking care and we are receiving the bill with broad band charges.

          I need your intervention in the matter to short out the issue.

            I have pre paid mobile of BSNL Chhatisgarh with above no with sufficient balance. I recharged twice for Rs. 36 each through the BSNL site using my credit card in the night of 28th Feb. 2014 under Saral Ananth plan in order to extend the validity period . But to my surprise the validity period has not been extended and My credit card has been debited. I got message in mobile to contact Customer Care with reference no [protected] and [protected] for these 2 recharges respectively. I lodged the complaint with above ref no in the same night with Docket no B28108090 . But till date complaint has not been resolved.Would you help me resolve this by extending my validity period so that I can use this cell no as I have sufficient balance.               As I am a subscriber of BSNL broadband, now I am facing a series problem . my internet connection is been disconnected since 22/1/2014. But still I am receiving bill from bsnl. As I complaint to the telephone exchange, they used to say I am still using the internet. After a few days they come to know that my connection is dead because of the non payment of bill.but while checking the bsnl website about the usage of my internet connection, it shows 16 gb data is been used up to date and the un billed amount is around 6000. Website shows someone is still using this connection. The responsible persons in the telephone exchange are not taking any actions and their dealing with subscribers Is very worst and irresponsible.                 I recharged my BSNL number [protected] (punjab) by Rs95 ( BIS Lite Plan Amount ) on 28 Feb ( 07:00 AM) and waited for 24 hours ( Previuolsy the activation has taken less then a hour ). But, after 36 hours the plan doesn't got activated so I called BB Helpline (1505) and they said don't panic it will get activated after 24 hours. I waited for next 24 hours and now after the plan doesn't got activated. Customer Care is telling to wait for another 24 hours and when I resisted to know the reason they cut off the call. Now, my calls are not getting attended by the CC agent

                  The amount is deducted from my SBI account (as i paid through netbanking on portal.bsnl.in and it shows success TRANSACTION ID TXE[protected]

                  Kindly refund the amount or activate stv95 on my mobile.

Letter to SDO My Pandey and e-mail to pg_dehradun met with no results. Automated complaint number generated and Mr Fauzdar Mob number [protected] assigned to complaint message received on mobile.After few days another automated message of complaint resolved is received without any progress on ground. Very frustrating experience, thinking of closing the phone number.

                        I got my broadband connection started on 29th of jan...I applied for 900 unlimited combo plan. According to it I should get speed of 2mbps upto 8gb and beyond it I should get 512kbps of speed..But I am getting 70 kbps of max speed on todays date...what should I do...
                        I also shared same problem with bsnl office members[protected] but they are taking it lightly.
                        What should I do???

                          I have charged two tariff offers in my BSNL Cellone Kerala Circle Number +[protected] Dated - 21/02/2014 Time : 01:50 PM 1, INR 71 offer for getting call rated down to 30P/Min for all Local Mobile Calls Ref No. [protected] 2, INR 36 offer for night bsnl local calls at 5P/Min Ref No. [protected] But both of the offers are not active yet . I tried calling customer care through so many ways and could not connect to them. tried holding for around 1 hour and no response from customer care This really pathetic for a leading mobile service provider

                            My Cell-one mobile top up was done on[protected] at 6:33 am using BSNL website for the purpose. An amount of rs.220 was deducted from the bank account but the same was not credited as top-up. The bank transaction ID is IGR2851168. It has been transferred to biller account [protected]. Please look into this failed transaction and do the needful to return the amount or credit to the top-up
                            BSNL customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            On-line recharge not successful
                            [protected] at 10:17 am using BSNL website for the purpose. An amount of rs. 109 was deducted from the bank account but the same was not credited as top-up. The bank transaction ID is[protected] and also they give me another number like POS00005077 . It has been transferred to bill to my account . Please look into this failed transaction and do the needful to return the amount or credit to the top-up..

                                I want to discontinue the caller tune of my mobile number[protected]. I cannot find the number to get this service discontinued from my mobile. Further BSNL did not even ask me before extending the caller tune service and charged rupees 42 without my consent. i would request you to cancel this caller tune service from my mobile number as soon as possible and kindly provide me the customer care number of Faridabad BSNL office. The number 1503 is not available as i have tried it so many times from my mobile. Thanks. Hoping for a fast and urgent action on the issue...

                                  I had been continuously getting promotional messages from BSNL. I received a message from BT-PKONLN 9th Feb 2014 on my cellone connection [protected]. It states “your service for Single Channel Pack has been renewed. You have been charged Rs.5 for 3 days. To unsub, SMS DEACT ALL to 5101099 or click http://goo.gl/PL9iXk”. When I had not agreed for any subscription, I was continuously charged since then without my consent. My efforts to reply that I did not want any subscription failed. My effort to contact BSNL Chennai Customer care also failed and I have not been able to stop this unauthorized subscription. Pl. do the needful to get this subscription discontinued as I am not interested.Pl. confirm when action is taken. Please also arrange with the BSNL to stop any kind of automatic renewal without the express consent of the subscriber and also to provide a reply facility for such SMS
                                  My mobile no is [protected]. Even though I had sent message to unsubscribe to next G TV as directed in the SMS, , you continue deducting subscription without my permission.
                                  I[censored] continue deducting, I will stop using your service without recharging my connection.
                                  More over nobody is attending customer care number Kerala calls; Instead harassing and foolimg customers by playing recorded message.

                                    Sir, My bill amount for telephone number[protected] for the month of January 2014 stands for Rs.851/-. Usually my monthly bill amount is Rs.562/- under the plan. When I enquired with the customer care I was informed that an amount of Rs.257/- plus taxes has been charged for hungama subscription. I was shocked to hear this as we did not use this facility. When I contacted them through mail (support.[protected]@hungama.com) regarding this I was informed that someone Prabhakaran was provided with this facility. Prabhakaran and the mobile number and email id which they mentioned is in no way connected with us. In this case how can they charge the amount to my landline number. In spite of my follow up mails, there is no reply from them. BSNL people can easily check whether the facility was availed from the mentioned landline number. But they are not ready to do so. This attitude of cheating customers is very disappointing. I want the charges to be cancelled. Please do the needful. Regards, P S Jayakumar

                                    (1) lodge complaint with BSNL through email to BSNL and let the say what they have to...
                                    (2) Use RTI to seek reply to you queries... BSNL come under RTI. Take help or RTI activist of your area.

                                      Hi I have done online recharge/topup amount of Rs 300 with Ref:[protected], where customer care people are not giving proper answer, also lodged complaint online where the status is showing closed, I didn't got my money back nor my amount got credited to my mobile no. the online registration no. is 4B13AP353677. This is shame on the part of our bsnl team who couldnt respect their custormers

                                        Hi, Bsnl should add / mention email id of customer care of each and every circle / states as is been seen in other telecom network such as Tata Docomo, Reliance, Vodafone. By adding email id of customer care, customer can explain in detail there problems. Giving a call many time i faced problem, the customer care who are attending the calls are either have less business (bsnl) information. They dont have proper knowledge of BSNL plans and offers. They are hired on the basis of good communication skill that too only regional language. If a candidate is been appointeed for the post for customer care he/she should be good in english, hindi and a regional language and also he/she should get proper training for BSNL plans and offers.
