Sir, I have a BSNL landline connection with number[protected] at 138, Gopur Colony, Indore. I received bill for the month of Jan, 2014 by SMS on my mobile no. [protected] on 4/2/2014. The last date of payment was 25/2/2014. On 18/2/2014, I remitted payment through debit card of Bank of Maharashtra. In the past, I get both SMS as well as e-mail on the same day. However I have so far not received any of the acknowledgement so far. I request you to attend on priority & send me receipt at an early date. -Mohan Sabnis

    I recharged my BSNL number [protected] (UP-East) by Rs95 ( BIS Lite Plan Amount ) on 18 Feb ( 11:00 AM) and waited for 5-6 hours ( Previuolsy the activation has taken less then a hour ). But, after 5-6 hours the plan doesn't got activated so I called BB Helpline (1505) and they said don't panic it will get activated after 24 hours. I waited for next 24 hours and now after almost 35 hours the plan doesn't got activated. Customer Care is telling to wait for another 24 hours and when I resisted to know the reason they cut off the call. Now, my calls are not getting attended by the CC agent.

    I had also same problem ...I also activated 95BBM plan on my BSNL no...But my plan did not get activated...When i tried to call BBM helpline...cc did not attempt my call...so thats why i lost my 95 rs ..i m totally unsatisfied with BSNL service...

      i am dp sharma holding my bsnl prepaid mobile number [protected]. i had applied for mobile number portability from bsnl to vodafone accordingly i had forwarded a porting code BX942298 which i received from bsnl. i had submittted all the documents as requested by vodafone, vodafone while processing my request had intimated to me that the porting code bx is being used for karnataka state and hence they were not able to process my case. req bsnl to look into this matter

        Dear SIr/Madam, My Name Is Saran.. i Live in Hosur .My Mobile No Is [protected](BSNL), 4 days before i called customer care and i said i want change my hello tune from pakkatha pakkatha song from vvs to kandangi in jilla..they said no hello tune is currently working on your sim .so i will change your hello tune to kandani song within 24 hours ..but still now my hello tune is not changed and also at the same night they took 19Rs from my main account..but customer care said "we will not take amount ..if we take amount meanas that will be a cost for the new song.."but they take for my old song and now its playing.sothat i called again a customer care i think i called 5 or 6 staff..no one say the correct answer and also they said call 155223..but when i call that number its loop not connecting customer care ..i also told that but no one take my word ..just they call number then disconnect my call..so please sir take my request and solve my problem(assign my new hello tune kandangi kandangi from jilla)as much as fast ..thank you

          I have a post paid BSNL sim which i use for internet only.Earlier i used to get a bill of about 900 at max but last month they chargeed me 1789 and today i am getting a message that my bill for this month has reached 2558 and he month is not over yet.they are asking me to pay the amount as soon as possible or they will disconnect my connection. the datails of my sim are

          For last month, BSNL is over overcharging by subscribing its services without my knowledge and permission. Also, customer care is not very supportive. They keep giving me wrong numbers of Karnataka zone. Till now, about Rs.347have been deducted, I want my lost money back from BSNL, also stop the overcharging immediately, This is indeed very shameful that BSNL started the service on their own and their customer care are not helping. .             My mobile number [protected].On 15.0.14 one message send by bsnl telling that rupees 150 has been deducted for free TV activation for one month. This is without any requirement from my side and when contacted customer care informed that amount may be credited after 7days.Why bsnl is doing this type of cheating to customers and again myself need help to prevent all commercial sms to this number. TRAI has to made strict rules against this type of cheating .

              my landline number is[protected] i was using bsnl broadband 1gb plan for few months i used stay away from home and used broadband very less but i was always getting extra bill of around rs1000 for few months but i did not had the time to investigate and i thought that i might have used broadband or some background service might have downloaded. but this week i took some time to investigate and i registered on selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in and viewed my usage stats and found that within first 15 days of feb 2014 i have used more than 3gb data but i have not downloaded a single item not even a 2 mb song from my home connection i got suspicious and checked dates and found that on 1feb my broadband was used around 2gb and point is on 1feb i was not at home my laptop was with me and modem was not connected at all. modem was packed and placed in almira. then how could i use interenet. but i am getting bill for that i got few previous dates on which i was not at home and it is showing broadband usage on those dates such as in january. now please suggest me what can i do.

                My phone number is[protected]Anantapur-Andhra Pradesh). I am in Rs.950/- Scheme- 8 mbps - 25 GB. I get only 0.5 mbps and though I complain on service numbers 1503, 1504 - only a line man comes and checks the cables. He goes back and I get a message that my compliant is cleared. I keep complaining with proof of bandwidth recording to higher authorities but no use. I wish a competent person with technical background shoud immediately attend to me. The problem is horrible.

                  Unable to view gmail / internet on 3g SIM even in home network of Chennai circle now; Problem first occurred around Jan 28 at Kolkatta, then at Patna, then at Delhi, then at Coimbatore, Palghat & Guruvayoor. Now it is aggrevated at at Chennai itself the net is not working. Apparently the Samsung mobile works well for other operators - SIMs. There seems to be some setting problem.                     An unwanted deduction of Rs. 10.00 was deducted from mobile no [protected] on 04.02.2014 at 16.15 hrs against unwanted VAS from 56566. It is requested to look into the matter seriously and to refund my deducted amount at earliest. After several reminders the deducted amount has not been refnded.

                        Hello, This is my complaint regarding BSNL broadband. My LL no is[protected]. I was told that I have got loyalty points which I can be used as for calling. I have 800LL+BB plan which doesn't include calling out but still I thought of getting free calls I called on LL numbers and it was charged me around 100rs for a month. I tried to call 1500 for bills but that numbers sux to the core as till 2 hours nobody has lifted my call neither I got any call back. BSNL has not provided me proper paper billing which I have not received since past three months. I just get SMSes thats it. I dont have numbers to call for grievance. WHy the heck BSNL has provided toll free nos 1500 which they never pick up the call for customer care after pressing 9 and waiting till for long hours. I want this issue to look after and should be forwarded to supervisors. I tried to register on portal still its more than 1 year my application is showing pending...lols sux bsnl

                          A message regarding starting of service for live tv for 1 channel pack by bsnllive on my mobile [protected] came yesterday . I had not asked for such service I dont know why they do such things initially also I faced similar problems and a certain amount was deducted from my main balance. This time also some amount has been deducted please resolve the issue ASAP. thanks Satpal

The complaint is regarding continuous deduction of Balance from my account without any reason since starting of this month. I called customer care several times but they gave excuse that there server is on update and they cant give the information regarding balance deduction. Please please Please help me as its my first complaint and off course first experience for filling any complaint regarding any company, so its request please don't make this experience negative. I want my money refunded with apology and the exact reason for the deduction of balance.(please note here that for prepaid numbers SMS service is banned here in j&K so it obvious that i can;t start any addition service, which can cause any deduction of balance, which would be the probability of there excuse) so please help me. which great expectations Yours Madan lal

                              From september 2014 speed is very low .my plan is ul 850 1mbps 6 gb after 512 kbps but bsnl not giving me 1mbps speed. In starting every month my speed 150 kb bandwith. I called many time but no response.

                                I surrendered my landline connection[protected]Pune) on 2nd july 2013.
                                Till the date i did not received my money (Rs. 2553) back.


                                They are saying case is sanctioned but we need to send details to mumbai office & they will send cheque to you & it will take more two months.


                                Everyone know to send details to mumbai takes one day & to write cheque to any laziest person will not take more than one day, so it should receive in a week max. But they are saying this is the process & they will follow like that only.


                                So even i will get money after 2 months i.E. 9 months after surrendering landline will be without interest.


                                It's loss to me.

                                  i am living in Ahmedabad . for 5 days i have been receiving incoming calls from number [protected] in name of CITY bank this calls are Automated call from some company or i don't know who it is? They are saying that This is call from city bank and this is not marketing call, if this is or it is convenient time press 1... and then they say something like Mr vaghela has called you . if he is available press 1 and story goes on.

                                  This is such an annoying that i am ended with irritation. every day they call me from 8am to 8pm.

                                  when i called up 1909 from my landline nobody responding, when i call 1500 it allows only to book compaint for BSNL Landline an Broadband. No option to talk with BSNL customer care executive.

                                  Can anyone please help me how to get rid of this phone calling? Please help me ...

                                      My LL.No. is 2460102. Im not receiving my monthly bills since last 3 months. In one instance the bill came after due date. For making payment of my Bill I had to go all the way to NASIK RD. BSNL and obtain a duplicate bill. The same thing happened last month(Bill paid in Jan.2014). For bill payable on 26th Feb. 2014 I HAVE STILL NOT RECD. THE BILL AND DONT FEEL I WILL RECEIVE IT CONSIDERING THE BAD SERVICE FROM YOUR END. I am a Sr. Citizen and I am harassed by yr. negligence. Yours is a Public Utility Concern and you should know the meaning of punctuality. YOU ARE VERY QUICK IN DISCONNECTING THE PHONE IF BILL IS NOT PAID IN TIME. Then why the hell don't you send the bill in time ? Are you not paid for your job? Pl. reply and assure me of prompt service ./.. CLARA MORAIS
