My mobile account [protected] has been deducted by 10 INR on 5th and 12th feb by the unwanted service from 51010. I do not want this service, it automatically got started and when trying to deactivate it is not happening. Please help me to deactivate and reimburse my amount..

    Hello, This is my complaint regarding BSNL broadband. My LL no is[protected]. I was told that I have got loyalty points which I can be used as for calling. I have 800LL+BB plan which doesn't include calling out but still I thought of getting free calls I called on LL numbers and it was charged me around 100rs for a month. I tried to call 1500 for bills but that numbers sux to the core as till 2 hours nobody has lifted my call neither I got any call back. BSNL has not provided me proper paper billing which I have not received since past three months. I just get SMSes thats it. I dont have numbers to call for grievance. WHy the heck BSNL has provided toll free nos 1500 which they never pick up the call for customer care after pressing 9 and waiting till for long hours. I want this issue to look after and should be forwarded to supervisors. I tried to register on portal still its more than 1 year my application is showing pending...lols sux bsnl

      A message regarding starting of service for live tv for 1 channel pack by bsnllive on my mobile [protected] came yesterday . I had not asked for such service I dont know why they do such things initially also I faced similar problems and a certain amount was deducted from my main balance. This time also some amount has been deducted please resolve the issue ASAP. thanks Satpal

        My mobile number is [protected], and my Mobile service operator name is BSNL prepaid j&k circle . The complaint is regarding continuous deduction of Balance from my account without any reason since starting of this month. I called customer care several times but they gave excuse that there server is on update and they cant give the information regarding balance deduction. Please please Please help me as its my first complaint and off course first experience for filling any complaint regarding any company, so its request please don't make this experience negative. I want my money refunded with apology and the exact reason for the deduction of balance.(please note here that for prepaid numbers SMS service is banned here in j&K so it obvious that i can;t start any addition service, which can cause any deduction of balance, which would be the probability of there excuse) so please help me. which great expectations Yours Madan lal

          My name is sajid.
          I have bsnl broadband more than 1 year.
          From september 2014 speed is very low .my plan is ul 850 1mbps 6 gb after 512 kbps but bsnl not giving me 1mbps speed. In starting every month my speed 150 kb bandwith. I called many time but no response.
          I m from vesma navsari .396475 Guj.

            I surrendered my landline connection[protected]Pune) on 2nd july 2013.
            Till the date i did not received my money (Rs. 2553) back.


            They are saying case is sanctioned but we need to send details to mumbai office & they will send cheque to you & it will take more two months.


            Everyone know to send details to mumbai takes one day & to write cheque to any laziest person will not take more than one day, so it should receive in a week max. But they are saying this is the process & they will follow like that only.


            So even i will get money after 2 months i.E. 9 months after surrendering landline will be without interest.


            It's loss to me.

              i am living in Ahmedabad . for 5 days i have been receiving incoming calls from number [protected] in name of CITY bank this calls are Automated call from some company or i don't know who it is? They are saying that This is call from city bank and this is not marketing call, if this is or it is convenient time press 1... and then they say something like Mr vaghela has called you . if he is available press 1 and story goes on.

              This is such an annoying that i am ended with irritation. every day they call me from 8am to 8pm.

              when i called up 1909 from my landline nobody responding, when i call 1500 it allows only to book compaint for BSNL Landline an Broadband. No option to talk with BSNL customer care executive.

              Can anyone please help me how to get rid of this phone calling? Please help me ...

                  My LL.No. is 2460102. Im not receiving my monthly bills since last 3 months. In one instance the bill came after due date. For making payment of my Bill I had to go all the way to NASIK RD. BSNL and obtain a duplicate bill. The same thing happened last month(Bill paid in Jan.2014). For bill payable on 26th Feb. 2014 I HAVE STILL NOT RECD. THE BILL AND DONT FEEL I WILL RECEIVE IT CONSIDERING THE BAD SERVICE FROM YOUR END. I am a Sr. Citizen and I am harassed by yr. negligence. Yours is a Public Utility Concern and you should know the meaning of punctuality. YOU ARE VERY QUICK IN DISCONNECTING THE PHONE IF BILL IS NOT PAID IN TIME. Then why the hell don't you send the bill in time ? Are you not paid for your job? Pl. reply and assure me of prompt service ./.. CLARA MORAIS

On 29th January I activated BSNL name tune.Rs. 42 was deducted at that time.But the tune is not being heard till now.May times I contacted to the customer care but they are repeatedly informing me to wait.But how long I will have to wait it is unknown.Please do something.AMIT MANDAL Complain No.147264 &147243.

                              My mobile no-[protected].Main balance in my mobile was Rs. 308.00. A massage regarding Dstv Plan appeared in my mobile. By reply I sent confirmation of the scheme. Accordingly an amount of Rs. 139 was deducted from my main balance on 28.01. 14..But the net connection was not activated till 02.2.14. therefore I had again sent message for Dstv plan., to my surprise again Rs. 139 was deducted from my main balance. To resolve the issue this double payment towards the plan may be considered for 60 days. A message of confirmation may be sent to my mobile .

                                Hi,
                                This is to inform you that in most of the area bsnl network is too weak.Even we are standing 200 mtrs near by network tower.And in some places 3g network is showing but cannot use mobile internet..Why bsnl staff is so irrensponsible to bsnl network..!! i am fed up with bsnl network.Always fluctuating network, call drops, always not reachable while on travelling.Rectify the issue asap.

                                  I have Changed my BSNL Plan to BBG FN Combo 600 and the officials informed me that I would be able to notice this changes in the BSNL portal in my region that is the East Zone

                                  However the Portal doesn't work ...It shows invalid user ids and blah blah.Even when I am providing all things correct.

                                    My balance of rs 400 was deduced in half an hour, on the fact that my net voucher was completely exhausted, But I have recently updated my net voucher still my balance was deducted completely. And customer care was not providing any usage details of my mobile number. And moreover my net voucher is still not working and on registering a number of complaints on customer care I have not received any response from the BSNL customer care HEERAL NEEMA [protected]

                                      i have bsnl pre paid mobile connection no.[protected] & [protected]. i have been residing at sector-H jankipuram Lucknow. i am getting very poor network in the area so that i am not able to connect my friends and relatives in any mobile services from the last tow three days when i dial any number either it does not connect or show error in connection. My contacts also complaint that when they try to connect they get response as "not reachable"kindly look into the matter and improve the network at the earliest.                                         I paid my monthly rental for my bsnl land line no[protected] through icici bank debit card on 30 jan 14. I received info that my account at icici bank has been debited an amount of rs. 756.00 at 0643hrs. But bsnl site is showing transaction failure(Non reciept of payment) my transaction id at bsnl was tx[protected]
