    Sir, my problem is on BSNL prepaid.my mobile No. is [protected]. On 29th January I activated BSNL name tune.Rs. 42 was deducted at that time.But the tune is not being heard till now.May times I contacted to the customer care but they are repeatedly informing me to wait.But how long I will have to wait it is unknown.Please do something.AMIT MANDAL Complain No.147264 &147243.

And Orissa BSNL Customer care is too Careless the sound of the Executive is not audible ( I Called them 4 times ) and no Proper Information. My mobile number is [protected]

          My mobile no-[protected].Main balance in my mobile was Rs. 308.00. A massage regarding Dstv Plan appeared in my mobile. By reply I sent confirmation of the scheme. Accordingly an amount of Rs. 139 was deducted from my main balance on 28.01. 14..But the net connection was not activated till 02.2.14. therefore I had again sent message for Dstv plan., to my surprise again Rs. 139 was deducted from my main balance. To resolve the issue this double payment towards the plan may be considered for 60 days. A message of confirmation may be sent to my mobile .

            Hi,
            This is to inform you that in most of the area bsnl network is too weak.Even we are standing 200 mtrs near by network tower.And in some places 3g network is showing but cannot use mobile internet..Why bsnl staff is so irrensponsible to bsnl network..!! i am fed up with bsnl network.Always fluctuating network, call drops, always not reachable while on travelling.Rectify the issue asap.

              I have Changed my BSNL Plan to BBG FN Combo 600 and the officials informed me that I would be able to notice this changes in the BSNL portal in my region that is the East Zone

              However the Portal doesn't work ...It shows invalid user ids and blah blah.Even when I am providing all things correct.

                My balance of rs 400 was deduced in half an hour, on the fact that my net voucher was completely exhausted, But I have recently updated my net voucher still my balance was deducted completely. And customer care was not providing any usage details of my mobile number. And moreover my net voucher is still not working and on registering a number of complaints on customer care I have not received any response from the BSNL customer care HEERAL NEEMA [protected]

                  i have bsnl pre paid mobile connection no.[protected] & [protected]. i have been residing at sector-H jankipuram Lucknow. i am getting very poor network in the area so that i am not able to connect my friends and relatives in any mobile services from the last tow three days when i dial any number either it does not connect or show error in connection. My contacts also complaint that when they try to connect they get response as "not reachable"kindly look into the matter and improve the network at the earliest.                     I paid my monthly rental for my bsnl land line no[protected] through icici bank debit card on 30 jan 14. I received info that my account at icici bank has been debited an amount of rs. 756.00 at 0643hrs. But bsnl site is showing transaction failure(Non reciept of payment) my transaction id at bsnl was tx[protected]

                      hi my name is Sonam i wanna know that, recentlyi have brought bsnl evdo from bsnl store bahu plaza jammu, instead of bsnl evdo device thay gave me micromax usb and said that bsnl is providing micromax usb with evdo connection, its even not able to surf down loading is very far, just waana know that bsnl is providing micromax usb with evdo connection scheme unlimited rental with 750 monthly, or they are making profit with micromax usb

                          I am prathap, from tamilnadu. My mobile no: [protected]. Two weeks before while browsing in mobile net, one page suddenly opened and shown that you have activated mobizine tamil alert for that subscription you havebeen charged rs 30/ month. But i didn't activated. When i tried on bsnl deactivated service no: 155223. Call was not going, but when i tried from other bsnl no the call was picked up and customer care service they said that your pack will be de activated and we will send you the reflerence no o your mobile and i got this reference no 4A28TN36461. I dont't know why my mobile call was not going on this customer care deactive no(155223). So pls i am requesting you to take necessary action againts this issue and pls deactivated my all subcription pack.

                            My no. is [protected] I noticed that every time I switch on my phone I get a set of 3 messages. The first message shows a deduction of Rs. 5/- for last call. This is followed by 2 messages, each showing a deduction of Rs. 0.60 as last call. Needless to say, the charges are for calls which I never made.                               I am Rakesh, did BSNL 3G DATA RECHARGE of ₹39 on 25/01/2014 at 03:17:56 pm (as mentioned on bsnl.co.in) from a third party app. So intead of 3G DATA, BSNL recharged my phone with 1500 national SMS. When I called customer care service for my query, at first call BSNL employee told me that you have to sms DSTV39 to 53733 as told I sent SMS but got a reply as " Dear, Customer you have sent a wrong text" Then I called again, now BSNL employee told me that there is no 3G recharge of ₹39 in Maharashtra albeit we have ₹43 3G data plan. I called again and told there employee that you should check your website (bsnl.co.in) for ₹39 3G data plan is available in my region. He put my call on hold to confirm is there availability of recharge or not. Instead of replying to my call he ended my call. I called BSNL for 4th time and he said to me that " yes ₹39 recharge is mentioned on our website but it is wrong " I told him that I recharged my phone only for 3G DATA not for SMS so, either credit me 3G DATA of 240MB for 7 days or refund me my recharge amount as main balance. He told me that we can't do this you have to use this 1500 sms. I said that I will complaint in Consumers Court, without responding he ended my call. I only want from BSNL that is please update your website about necessary changes in services and don't mislead customers. And if possible credit me 3G DATA of ₹39 or refund my money.

                                I Prakash R (Contact Number: [protected]) has booked for a new BSNL connection via Online on 14-Jan-14. Unfortunately I did not receive any lead number as SMS/Mail. On 19-Jan-14 the Asst. Engineer of BSNL Mr. Shantha Raju (Contact Number: [protected]) has come home and gave a application form, I have filled the application form and provided the necessary documents. Mr. Shanatha Raju along with Rs. 500/- as processing fee. For which he failed to provide a receipt even after asking for it. On 23-Jan-14, line man from BSNL came home and asked for the wire to install the line. I have got 90 meters of wire worth Rs. 350 and the same was not used for installation. The line man asked me to visit the local exchange to configure the modem. When I visited the local exchange, the executive at the local exchange said that the data/reference is not updated and he advised me to check with Mr. Shantha Raju - Asst. Engineer - BSNL for the same. Since 23-Jan-14 I am following up with Mr. Shantha Raju - Asst. Engineer - BSNL he is not ready to give me the Lead Request number or the reference number. Even after many calls, he is not ready to give the required detail and he speaks rude and blackmailing. Kindly provide a solution for the same at the earliest Regards, Prakash R

                                  Hi, I've been using a BSNL Data card for past 2 years and get a average bill of Rs. 600 per month. But for Dec 2013, i got a bill of Rs.6099 which im sure is not correct as i use this datacard only for checking mails. After a lot of difficulties i got hold of a BSNL Customer care executive ( I should raise another complaint just to talk about the rude and incompetent way the BSNL Cust care folks respond and the faulty IVR Sytem that they have) who said that there are no problems in the billing and that i've to pay the full amount of Rs.6099. I asked for the exact usage in bytes but they said we don't provide that. Can anybody please take a look and help me in this issue? BSNL is not responding properly for any of my queries.                                     Despite of several complaints very few action has been taken by BSNL authorities, we are paying all the bills regularly. We are BSNL valued customer since past 22 years. Our telephone line was as old as our connection i.e 22 years. When we complain them they replied us in a way that this is not their problem yet adviced us to purchase this cable from outside, hence we purchased the cable and still our broadband is disconnected. We are not reachable to them, the do not attend our calls. When we visit their office the are on leave or are in meeting, hence I request you to step in this issue personally and take some valid action.

                                      Sir, i am from Cherial (Dist:Warangal), my landline number is[protected], i am using bsnl broadband service it is not working from last 4 months because of the poor sevice and neglecting staff of bsnl. Actually Cherial is the town, here we have 3 linemens, but nobody not responding for the consumer problems so i called to joint engineer of jangaon but he is also not reponding for my problem, even i am paying every month full bill. please take any action or give warnings to jangaon JE and bsnl staff because when i called to JE he was using some unpopulated language and could u give me the refund for not working days of bsnl...

                                        recently i shifted my family to kolkata. i booked new landline connection and broadband. i purchased the modem and landline from the market. i paid Rs250 extra to bsnl marketing agent. on 06/01/2014 i booked my connection. i got my landline activated on 13/01/2014, my broad band connection is still not working after i booked a complaint on 20/01/2014. poor service by bsnl. never take any bsnl service in kolkata and west bengal.
