Sir to activate the Name tune service I have sent a message NT AMIT and sen it to 56799. then I replied 3 for Amit(English). after two days the tune has not been activated.the customer care agents replied me to wait again and again.     I am prathap, from tamilnadu. My mobile no: [protected]. Two weeks before while browsing in mobile net, one page suddenly opened and shown that you have activated mobizine tamil alert for that subscription you havebeen charged rs 30/ month. But i didn't activated. When i tried on bsnl deactivated service no: 155223. Call was not going, but when i tried from other bsnl no the call was picked up and customer care service they said that your pack will be de activated and we will send you the reflerence no o your mobile and i got this reference no 4A28TN36461. I dont't know why my mobile call was not going on this customer care deactive no(155223). So pls i am requesting you to take necessary action againts this issue and pls deactivated my all subcription pack.

      My no. is [protected] I noticed that every time I switch on my phone I get a set of 3 messages. The first message shows a deduction of Rs. 5/- for last call. This is followed by 2 messages, each showing a deduction of Rs. 0.60 as last call. Needless to say, the charges are for calls which I never made.         I am Rakesh, did BSNL 3G DATA RECHARGE of ₹39 on 25/01/2014 at 03:17:56 pm (as mentioned on bsnl.co.in) from a third party app. So intead of 3G DATA, BSNL recharged my phone with 1500 national SMS. When I called customer care service for my query, at first call BSNL employee told me that you have to sms DSTV39 to 53733 as told I sent SMS but got a reply as " Dear, Customer you have sent a wrong text" Then I called again, now BSNL employee told me that there is no 3G recharge of ₹39 in Maharashtra albeit we have ₹43 3G data plan. I called again and told there employee that you should check your website (bsnl.co.in) for ₹39 3G data plan is available in my region. He put my call on hold to confirm is there availability of recharge or not. Instead of replying to my call he ended my call. I called BSNL for 4th time and he said to me that " yes ₹39 recharge is mentioned on our website but it is wrong " I told him that I recharged my phone only for 3G DATA not for SMS so, either credit me 3G DATA of 240MB for 7 days or refund me my recharge amount as main balance. He told me that we can't do this you have to use this 1500 sms. I said that I will complaint in Consumers Court, without responding he ended my call. I only want from BSNL that is please update your website about necessary changes in services and don't mislead customers. And if possible credit me 3G DATA of ₹39 or refund my money.

          I Prakash R (Contact Number: [protected]) has booked for a new BSNL connection via Online on 14-Jan-14. Unfortunately I did not receive any lead number as SMS/Mail. On 19-Jan-14 the Asst. Engineer of BSNL Mr. Shantha Raju (Contact Number: [protected]) has come home and gave a application form, I have filled the application form and provided the necessary documents. Mr. Shanatha Raju along with Rs. 500/- as processing fee. For which he failed to provide a receipt even after asking for it. On 23-Jan-14, line man from BSNL came home and asked for the wire to install the line. I have got 90 meters of wire worth Rs. 350 and the same was not used for installation. The line man asked me to visit the local exchange to configure the modem. When I visited the local exchange, the executive at the local exchange said that the data/reference is not updated and he advised me to check with Mr. Shantha Raju - Asst. Engineer - BSNL for the same. Since 23-Jan-14 I am following up with Mr. Shantha Raju - Asst. Engineer - BSNL he is not ready to give me the Lead Request number or the reference number. Even after many calls, he is not ready to give the required detail and he speaks rude and blackmailing. Kindly provide a solution for the same at the earliest Regards, Prakash R

            Hi, I've been using a BSNL Data card for past 2 years and get a average bill of Rs. 600 per month. But for Dec 2013, i got a bill of Rs.6099 which im sure is not correct as i use this datacard only for checking mails. After a lot of difficulties i got hold of a BSNL Customer care executive ( I should raise another complaint just to talk about the rude and incompetent way the BSNL Cust care folks respond and the faulty IVR Sytem that they have) who said that there are no problems in the billing and that i've to pay the full amount of Rs.6099. I asked for the exact usage in bytes but they said we don't provide that. Can anybody please take a look and help me in this issue? BSNL is not responding properly for any of my queries.               Despite of several complaints very few action has been taken by BSNL authorities, we are paying all the bills regularly. We are BSNL valued customer since past 22 years. Our telephone line was as old as our connection i.e 22 years. When we complain them they replied us in a way that this is not their problem yet adviced us to purchase this cable from outside, hence we purchased the cable and still our broadband is disconnected. We are not reachable to them, the do not attend our calls. When we visit their office the are on leave or are in meeting, hence I request you to step in this issue personally and take some valid action.

                Sir, i am from Cherial (Dist:Warangal), my landline number is[protected], i am using bsnl broadband service it is not working from last 4 months because of the poor sevice and neglecting staff of bsnl. Actually Cherial is the town, here we have 3 linemens, but nobody not responding for the consumer problems so i called to joint engineer of jangaon but he is also not reponding for my problem, even i am paying every month full bill. please take any action or give warnings to jangaon JE and bsnl staff because when i called to JE he was using some unpopulated language and could u give me the refund for not working days of bsnl...

                  recently i shifted my family to kolkata. i booked new landline connection and broadband. i purchased the modem and landline from the market. i paid Rs250 extra to bsnl marketing agent. on 06/01/2014 i booked my connection. i got my landline activated on 13/01/2014, my broad band connection is still not working after i booked a complaint on 20/01/2014. poor service by bsnl. never take any bsnl service in kolkata and west bengal.

                      hello! iam sebastian my telephone connection is dead for past six months my number is[protected]/87, cholamanagar navalpattu post trichy -16) i had lodged com[plaint many times from other telephone but i had not recivied any postive reply from the line man of our area there are telling that we do no anything please contact our higher officials i also tried through them then to i didn't recive any postive replies please help me
                      BSNL customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                        My customer ID [protected] - Our land line No[protected] In Bill No.[protected] dt 6.1.14 a sum of Rs 347/- has been claimed as one time charges towards Hungama movies/music/games download. To our knowledge we have not downloaded anything in this LL through wifi net connection. Any how we have paid the bill. I represented to the Customer Care Centre, Anna Nagar Chennai but they have told that bill might have been claimed properly. I have not convinced since all these years nobody in our house who are regularly using net have not downloaded such move/games/music. I understood that being ours is a wifi net, some body i.e. neighbourers might have used this wifi link and down loaded the movies. Is it possible.                           I have taken BSNL WIMAX internet connection at Sohawal, Faizabad-UP. It gets signal from MUSTAFABAD, BARAGAON, FAIZABAD-UP. I have got connection on 14th Jan14, and till date I can't make any internet browing because it never has any signal at all. There has an office of "Power Grid Corporation of India Limited", near to me and there also has BSNL, WIMAX internet connection and facing the same problem. They told several times they informed at BSNL, Baragaon, but nothing is happened, hardly half an hour in a day we can work with internet.

                            1. Mobile Number [protected] Bill No.[protected] Dated 07/01/2014 monthly bill of Rs.3315/- 2. Bill detail show excess DATA usage charging for[protected]=) 58568 units @ Rs.0.032 per unit whereas for 1 GB exempted charged @ Rs.0.01 per unit where there is no provision for differential rate charging when the plan was initially floated in 2006 ibid H.P. Govt. No.DIT-F(35)3/2006 dated 21/06/2006 and subsequently amended vide H.P. Govt. No.DIT-F(35)3/2006-II - 5910 dated 23/02/2010 FOR volume based usage outside home LSA. No notice of any further changes made to help consumer decide whether to continue usage or stop the same. 3. No warning message received when usage beyond limit of the said plan, though while launching the plan it was provided for unlimited GPRS with MMS downloading for Rs.150/- per month plan. The CSC Palampur expressed inability to provide details of data usage as the SIM was in first instance issued from Shimla while undersigned posted there. 4. Even if assume that data usage shown in the bill is correct, still, going by amended H.P. Govt. letter issued after negotiation with H.P. BSNL Shimla circle the data usage charges for 58568 units used beyond Rs.150/- plan limit excess amount of Rs.1302.10 plus Rs.160.95 Services and related taxes= Rs.1463.05 has been charged in excess and needs to be refunded/ adjusted in future bills. Request to recheck the usage charges data; the rates charged in the perceptive of the negotiation by BSNL with H.P. Govt when the scheme was initially launched.

                              Sir,
                              I ported my mobile connection([protected]) from vodaphone to bsnl. After one month without any notice BSNL disconnected my phone. I personally visited thiruvananthapuram office. Most of the officials I contacted was not able to give a clear answer. They informed that this was done by a particular official and he is on leave today and he only know the reason. Finally they guessed that I may have pending bill with my previous service provider. Then I approached my previous service provider to clear. my dues if any. They informed that they have adjusted my final bill from my deposit and they cannot accept anymore money from me. It is heard that this is done by an illegal association of BSNL employees to favour private service providers to abstain people from porting phones to BSNL I informed this through mail to [protected]@bsnl.com on 12.1.14 and send a reminder on 16th. But no response. I registered complaint in BSNL portal on 16.1.14. As I'm leaving far away from Thiruananthpuram
                              I am not in a position to visit thituvananthapuram again and again. Now for more than three weeks my phone is not functioning. I am expecting a reply from BSNL regarding rent for the disconnected period and Is it possible to provide service to me in future or my only option is to port back to Vodaphone.
                              Kindly advise BSNL to give a reply to me.

                                      Dear All Concern,

                                      We are having two base phones their no. being[protected] and[protected]. Former is connected to broadband service.
                                      Sir, we have to say that ours being an administrative office have to respond several e-mails to various offices like RBI, GOI MOF,
                                      NABARD, HEAD OFFICE UCO BANK as well as our HEAD OFFICE and many more.
                                      We have never delayed any payments due to your office but we are getting very poor service in Broadband connectivity in spite of several complains
                                      lodged at your main exchange and Tilkamanjhi exchange office .
                                      We are suffering for the last two months from this issue and when the connectivity is restored, it is observed that every afternoon after 1.30 to 2.00 PM it gets disconnected or shows very low connectivity.
                                      For the last five days the broadband service is completely disconnected and we have lodged the complain on 15.01.2014 at Tilkamanjhi exchange
                                      and also to JTO broadband on 16.01.2014 but the issue is yet to be resolved till 6.00 PM.
                                      Please look into the matter for an earlier solution.

                                        hi, i am a consumer of BSNL. The BSNL landline is dead for more than 2 weeks and the employees of BSNL center (Gandhimanagar) are not bothered to repair it faster.They're are just using some lame excuses whenever i call them (like cable fault, or someone digging grounds, etc). I can understand that it could take time to repair it but taking a week or more time to repair it is more stupendous. I'm still paying bills for all those disconnected duration as well. And this not the first time it's happening. More than 3 times this kind of situation happened to me (in 2013). I've been calling them in the Customer care a lot times( maybe that's why the bill amount has increased just by calling them) to repair the connection but still they're taking their time. My connection is in Buthar street, Ramakrishnapuram, Ganapathy, Coimbatore-6. All the connection in this street is dead. Period of dead Landline connection - 5/01/2014 to 18/01/2014 and counting... So please repair as soon as possible. I hope BSNL reads this...
