I have land line connection[protected] having combo plan for broad band from kalyanpur exchange is remain dead for last 30 days.I have complain to them ( Kalyanpur exchange ) on 30-6-11 vide complain no 43.But till date they have not repaired this even after repeated reminder. they are telling it will never get rectified so i must change to new mode like WLL or go to other service provider.

Outgoing barred

Dear Sir,
My landline telephone no is 267549. I am not getting the telephone bill regularly. I got the duplicate bill on 21/07/11 and deposited Rs. 1667/- on the same day. But till today it shows outgoing debarred.

I had given an application on 21/07/11 for Change of plan of my Broadband from BBG 250 to 499 UL, but it is not materialised because of outgoing debarred in the system.

GPRS disconnect

wrong deduction of balance

sir I have bsnl sim, i have recharged rs 98 of internet 3 GB plan on 25/06/11.

We have BSNL internet broadband connection at our home, the facility was alright for initial few weeks, but then gradually it became worse.

Noisy telephone

BSNL broadband connections

BSNL broad band connections are going fail as fast as dropping the rains. Never giving permenant solution from BSNL broad band. Even they don't have any 24X 7 phone no. from which one can solve the problem at any time. Government still need too much modification in their services and should be with some smart work.
Very very few persons are there who is doing some good solution but there is still a huge list of persons who are...
