I have land line connection[protected] having combo plan for broad band from kalyanpur exchange is remain dead for last 30 days.I have complain to them ( Kalyanpur exchange ) on 30-6-11 vide complain no 43.But till date they have not repaired this even after repeated reminder. they are telling it will never get rectified so i must change to new mode like WLL or go to other service provider.

Dear Sir,
My landline telephone no is 267549. I am not getting the telephone bill regularly. I got the duplicate bill on 21/07/11 and deposited Rs. 1667/- on the same day. But till today it shows outgoing debarred.

I had given an application on 21/07/11 for Change of plan of my Broadband from BBG 250 to 499 UL, but it is not materialised because of outgoing debarred in the system.

sir I have bsnl sim, i have recharged rs 98 of internet 3 GB plan on 25/06/11.
now in mobile by dialling *112*2# i can check my internet balance.
my internet balance was 1.5 GB.

We have BSNL internet broadband connection at our home, the facility was alright for initial few weeks, but then gradually it became worse.
The recent incident at issue is that the internet connection is not working from past 1 month, we have registered a number of complaints at teh BSNL office, recieved docket number, and have also talked to BSNL officials and local network guys, but in vain. There has been no action taken...

My land line[protected] remains noisy for more than last six weeks so much so, that we cannot decipher most of the incoming calls. At least eights complaints have been registered. I have submiited an application on 05 Jul 2011 to Group Exchange Officer Ghoman(Gurdaspur), Mr Muralidharan for disconection of my BSNL landline telephone number[protected], but the same has not been disconnected. Pl instruct the officials to disconnect the said telephone immediately. Biil after 05 Jul 2011 on the said telephone will be the responsibility of the Group Exchange Officer Ghoman (Gurdaspur).

BSNL broad band connections are going fail as fast as dropping the rains. Never giving permenant solution from BSNL broad band. Even they don't have any 24X 7 phone no. from which one can solve the problem at any time. Government still need too much modification in their services and should be with some smart work.
Very very few persons are there who is doing some good solution but there is still a huge list of persons who are...

I am Raveendra Uppala, I using BSNL mobile number [protected] since April-2011. After activation I realised that no proper signal with my home area. If handset is in home we are not able to recieve any call.
Even if we come outside dial number also with very poor signal connectivity and clarity my voice to otherside is very bad.
