I purchased BSNL 3G USB DATA CARD TERACOM LW272 and it worked perfectly for few days after a few days it started displaying "NO sim" messages so i bought a new one it again worked fine for few days now i see several message boxes popping up saying"Operation must use an updateable query" many people are having the same problem i really want them to fix it ASAP.

    hume broadband connection liye hue 10-12 din ho gaye hain aur shayad hi koi din aisa gaya hoga jis din net sahi chala ho.Bahut pareshan ho chuke hain.pehle to raat ko net chalta nahi tha.ab raat ko chalta hai to din me problem aa rahi ha.complaint likhate hain to wahan se koi reply aata nahi hain,next day ka naam lete rahte hain jab bhi call karo,bich me line man aaya tha to 1 din net sahi chala tha.Humara unlimited plan aur liya hua hai,jiske humare rupees waste hi ja rahe hain.agar aap aage se iska solution karen to jyada badhiya rahega,warna hamen to broad band hatwana padega.

      dear sir/madam,
      i am the cusomter of bsnl landline service[protected] from 4 years. but the service of pehowa exchange is very poor. no employee shows own authority about complaint. previous year they put my landline phone barred from 3 to 4 months, because of their own mistake. they wrongly made the huge amount of bill in my account. i made many round to telephone exchange, bt no solution. after that i had to visit kurukshetra telephone exchange to make accurate bill for my account. i am the customer, i am not the agent of bsnl complaint centre. the employees are taking salary to make customer satisfaction, if customer will do the employees work ownself then why we need of employees. Now from 1 month my landline showing very disturbance,i complainted many times to bsnl office & called many times to bsnl office no.[protected] they always says that they will make the phone ok today. bt no action. poor & lazy staff there. i am making the mind to take legal action against bsnl. i am feeling very disturb now.

      Dear sir,
      I am a bsnl landline customer .my nomber[protected].I am including in mullaringad telephone exchange circle.Exchange phone nomber[protected].Iam sorry to say that the service from the exchange is very poor. Before one month my phone become dead and i contacted to ur exchange and they give me a used phone.That worked only one day and showed complaint then i directly contact exchange and i got another used phone,that worked few days only,again I reached my exchange and get another used phone,and that was also a same one .In this situation I ask for a new phone and they replied there is no stock. At the same time they giving new phones to some other customers.Now I purchased a new phone from market that is working properly and keeping ur phone in my home.Please direct ur company staffs to collect ur company phone from my house.

      i am the cusomter of bsnl landline service[protected] from 15 years. but the service of MIDC Akola( M.S.) exchange is very poor. no employee shows own authority about complaint. previous year they put my landline phone barred from 3 to 4 months, because of their own mistake. they wrongly made the huge amount of bill in my account. i made many round to telephone exchange, bt no solution. after that i had to visit Akola telephone exchange to make my complaint but all said makeit on 198. i am the customer, i am not the agent of bsnl complaint centre. the employees are taking salary to make customer satisfaction, if customer will do the employees work ownself then why we need of employees. Now from 1 month my landline showing very disturbance, i complainted many times to bsnl office & called many times to bsnl office no.[protected]&[protected] they always says that they will make the phone ok today. bt no action. i am making the mind to take legal action against bsnl. i am feeling very disturb now.& lastly i am only option to disconnet the bsnl services & opt.some private services.

I have already complained to the relevent officers [PAPAMPATTI EXCHANGE, SULUR AND SIVANANTHA COLONY] but they refused to give right answer. But have duly paid the all bills, i dont know why they do not rectify my complain. please sir/madam take neccesary steps on my complaint. If they shall not give the service please refunding my paid bills amount(during the fould period bill amount).

        bsnl telecom — dead phone

        the phone is not working since 2nd may 2009 .We have lodge complaint several times but there is no response.Please treat this matter urgently.

          I have got a nic data card n internet is not working in my area for the last 20 days..i went to bsnl office at jhalawar but no response given to my complaint..They told me that someone is about to come for trobleshooting but he is not coming..whenever he comes your problem will be solved...i asked them when will he come..they said we dont know..and now 20 days are passed..there is no solution..Bsnl will also charged for these 20 days..but i dont want to pay for these days..

            I am a resident of Amritsar. I brought 3G data card and 3G sim on 20-feb-2011. At that time there was a promotional sceme going on (Rs 4200 unlimited internet for six months). I made that recharge on my sim having number+91-[protected].
            I paid all the amount on the spot. It is shameful to say that your company is a cheat and does not give full credit to the customers. My plan has been closed since June 26 ,2011 which was to be over on 20th july 2011 as per the scheme. Scheme was from 20 th Feb(from when i got Data Card) to 20 th July. My credit has also been crashed. I made a recharge of Rs 50 on my no 91-[protected] and this credit was just finished in 30 minutes after I made recharge even i didnt make a call. Please look into the matter because my Rs 700 are at stake.
            I went to Bsnl Office at Albert Road Amritsar but the officials there refuse to claim their words and speak harshly.
            I m extremely disturbed by all this chaos. If I go to one office they say go to another one etc . No one is ready to take responsibility.

                    i am using bsnl 3g with bsnl 3g data card model LW272, there is a very big big problem regarding the device..it is not giving speed more than 48 kbps.. i have tried many other operators like docomo, airtel but the device is not able to give speed more then 48 kbps..i am getting very frustuated ..my friends are also using this device model LW272 but their device is giving good speed around 2 mbps ..so there is a problem with my device .. i you are also facing this problem then reply me ..then i will take further action..i have submitted compliant to bsnl office and their online portal..

                      I activated BSNL caller tune before 4 months. But the song which I requested was not been set yet. When I called the customer service their response is very poor. Even when i tried to deactivate this caller tune settings that is also not been done..I registered the complaint thro' sms to bsnl but in vain. I'm very much disappointed with this poor service of bsnl...Now when i called the customer service they placed down the phone without proper answer..I'm fed up..Every month money is been deducted but no response....Is there any solution for this??????

                          I have contacted the BSNL customer care( existing service provider) and also to the Airtel customer service(Service provider for which i want to shift), but there is no proper responce from both.

                            while getting the internet bill from BSNL ( internet through land line No.[protected], I am getting the BSNL Games on demand charges even after deactivation request send to Games on demand thrice. Moreover each and every month after approaching JE BSNL at where payment been made, Rs. 200/- for Games on Demand will be deducted from the bill before payment of bill amount. It is requested that may please be deactivated the Games on Demand as well as requested to send the correct billing amout after deducting the Games on demand Charges. It is also like to mention that If, it Continues then I will lodge case against Games on Demand leegally through High Court Authorities.

                            Inspite of repeated calls on[protected] and[protected] for deactivating the BSNL Games on Demand, no body is packing the phone. I dont want Games on Demand service anymore.

                            Please deactivate Games on Demand on BSNL broad band number[protected] immediately.

                              My landline phone is completely dead from April 2011 more than 2 months. I want to lodge a complaint through bsnl phone but thre are no bsnl phone in the telephone booth everybody is using TATA & Reliance phone so I contacted them their office landline number one of the staff picked up the phone and told me to make a complaint in 198 no. I tried to tell her my problem but she is not ready to listen it and said "don't argue with me". With no proper or absoulte no help from the staff at the Kalyan Telephone exchange I am really confused & disturbed, how can an organisation employ such ridiculous staff at a Government owned organisation I approached them through one of sr. retired officials of MTNL and I got a reply the cable is damaged. Whenever I try to contact them the answer is same . If the cable is damaged why they are not changing. Changing the cable will take 2-3 months?

                              If you will not rectify the same in one week’s time, I will take a decision to surrender the phone. At any cost, please make sure that you will not deduct any monthly charges, etc. during the period from my landline is dead.

                              my BSNL phone line is dead from 7 months. i did so many complaints but i didn't get any response by BSNL company.and i paid bill of 3 months while phone was dead.so i hope i will get solve this problem soon.

                                This to inform that i have BSNL mobile service provider and i want to change this service provider,
                                But when I sending the PORT Sms to 1900. the message will not delivered. (i.e sending failed).

                                And also for this inconvinience i Call to Customer Care 1503 they dont support me about that problem...

                                When i call again they will dissconnect my call again and again...

                                i will try this near about 8-10 days...
                                But they not give me UPC code at this moment....


                                i request you please solved my this problem urgently...

                                      I am using a bsnl pre-paid sim card #[protected] which failed to work after about 1 1/2 years o[censored]se.
                                      When I approached the local bsnl office at Puttaparthy, AP 515134 in order to replace the card which still has a balance of Rs. 480 and odd, I was told by the customer service officer, a Mr. Venkat Reddy that they had no blank sim cards and that I should go back after a week.

                                      When I called the office after 3 days, another person told me that the blank sims were available. So, I again returned to Mr. Venkat Reddy on Saturday July 03, 2011 and filled up an application form for a duplicated sim with xerox of ration card and photo and old sim card. He then gave me the duplicate sim and told me that it would be activated after 2 hours. It is now Sunday evening, and more than a day but the duplicate sim is still unactivated.

                                      My telephone number [protected] has been registered with banks and offices as my official number, so I am experiencing a lot of difficulty without this number. I visited the office in Puttaparthi two times, but still the duplicate sim is not working

                                      PLEASE ACTIVATE MY DUPLICATE SIM AS MY NUMBER HAS BEEN REGISTERED AT VARIOUS OFFICES AND WITHOUT THIS NUMBER I AM EXPERIENCING A LOT OF AGGRAVATION

                                        With due respect I have to say that I have combo 750+ home plan with govt. empl.discount. I have not applied for MUSIC HUNGAMA FACILITY, but it has been activated and charged regularly from JULY 2010 till now. So, please deactivate the above facility and adjust all the bill amount as early as possible.

                                        I HAD APPLIED FOR SHIFTING MY 24570326 ON 16.05.2009 AND MY NEW 24381107 NEW CONNECTION WAS INSTALLED ON 05.11.2009.NOW MY 24381107 IS DEED.FOR LAST FEW DAYS. I HAVE WRITTEN &TALKED TO ALL CONCERNED PERSON.I GET NOT ANY BILL FOR 24381107 TILL DATE.THEY SAY DE (INTERNAL) THAT YOU PAY FOR THE BILL OF 24570326 SHIFT PERIOD (16.05.2009-05.11.2009.)HOW CAN I PAY FOR THIS PERIOD WHEN I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY SERVICE.NO ONE RESPONDING PROPERLY.AND I AM NOT GETTING MY CUE SERVICE.PLEASE DO NEED FULL.

                                        I am a user of BSNL Home UL Combo Plus scheme user of broadband services. I never use the landline provided in this scheme for making phone calls. But almost every month BSNL is charging me with fictitious usage charges of around 250 to 300 Rs in the name of Local and STD calls made from the handset. I have even experimented by removing the receiver from the cables. Still there remain some call usage!

                                        Why the hell on earth the customer should not have meter installed in his premises for measuring calls? Is there any country in the world where such stupid system prevails? These govt giants are robbing people in the name of monopolistic business. Severe action should be taken for such practices.
