no response from BSNL

Not providing WLL connection

Bill is very high for last three years

Since last three month, got the monthly telephone bill very high. Bill amount found more than Rs.1000/ per month which is very high w.r.t usages of the landline phone. I have sent application to get the detail but till date no feedback received.

BSNL broadband connection not yet received

I have a complain regarding your broadband service. I had appiled for BSNL broandband connection on 06/06/2011, after waiting for 26 days or 3 weeks 5 days long I got landline connection and said they wil give the broad band connection within 3 days, but however after that no news, when I called the Customer care, they said that i have applied for the landline connection only.

Broadband Connection Problem

noisy line and link failure of broadband

for d last 15days...my phone line is noisy and there is link failure of bb..I have complaint both for bb and my noisy line through bsnl complain booking service(198)..In spite of complaining I went to bsnl office(north gate) 3-4 days..But till today my phone line is as it is before 15days and without using BB I have to pay my monthly rental and this feels so disgusting.....

Unable to recharge with rs. 109 on my bsnl krishi prepaid card

Sir,
i was bsnl postpaid customer of mahakrishi sanchar plan. But after closure of this plan i converte it into bsnl krishi prepaid card. This conversion takes place on 2nd june 2011 (according to bsnl officers). Bsnl exicatives had told me to recharge my number with rs. 109 to activate my prepaid card. I had tried much to recharge with 109 but my number not got recharged since last 25days. The error comes that says "Sim not activated"....
