Operation must use an updateable query

I purchased BSNL 3G USB DATA CARD TERACOM LW272 and it worked perfectly for few days after a few days it started displaying "NO sim" messages so i bought a new one it again worked fine for few days now i see several message boxes popping up saying"Operation must use an updateable query" many people are having the same problem i really want them to fix it ASAP....

i am the cusomter of bsnl landline service[protected] from 4 years. but the service of pehowa exchange is very poor. no employee shows own authority about complaint. previous year they put my landline phone barred from 3 to 4 months, because of their own mistake. they wrongly made the huge amount of bill in my account. i made many round to telephone exchange, bt no solution. after that...

Internet is not working

I have got a nic data card n internet is not working in my area for the last 20 days..i went to bsnl office at jhalawar but no response given to my complaint..They told me that someone is about to come for trobleshooting but he is not coming..whenever he comes your problem will be solved...i asked them when will he come..they said we dont know..and now 20 days are passed..there is no solution..Bsnl will also charged for these...

Closing of internet service before due date

I am a resident of Amritsar. I brought 3G data card and 3G sim on 20-feb-2011. At that time there was a promotional sceme going on (Rs 4200 unlimited internet for six months). I made that recharge on my sim having number+91-[protected].
I paid all the amount on the spot. It is shameful to say that your company is a cheat and does not give full credit to the customers. My plan has been closed since June 26 ,2011 which was to be over...

Problems in Device (not giving speed more than 48 Kbps)

i am using bsnl 3g with bsnl 3g data card model LW272, there is a very big big problem regarding the device..it is not giving speed more than 48 kbps.. i have tried many other operators like docomo, airtel but the device is not able to give speed more then 48 kbps..i am getting very frustuated ..my friends are also using this device model LW272 but their device is giving good speed around 2 mbps ..so there is a problem with my device...

Caller Tune Setting

I activated BSNL caller tune before 4 months. But the song which I requested was not been set yet. When I called the customer service their response is very poor. Even when i tried to deactivate this caller tune settings that is also not been done..I registered the complaint thro' sms to bsnl but in vain. I'm very much disappointed with this poor service of bsnl...Now when i called the customer service they placed down the phone...

failure of sim and inactivation of duplicate sim

I am using a bsnl pre-paid sim card #[protected] which failed to work after about 1 1/2 years o[censored]se.
When I approached the local bsnl office at Puttaparthy, AP 515134 in order to replace the card which still has a balance of Rs. 480 and odd, I was told by the customer service officer, a Mr. Venkat Reddy that they had no blank sim cards and that I should go back after a week.

With due respect I have to say that I have combo 750+ home plan with govt. empl.discount. I have not applied for MUSIC HUNGAMA FACILITY, but it has been activated and charged regularly from JULY 2010 till now. So, please deactivate the above facility and adjust all the bill amount as early as possible.
