I have submitted application for shifting my BSNL land phone with unlimited broad band connection (Rs.750 scheme) at Ernakulam BSNL office.My request is to shift the telephone from TRIPUNITHURA to my newly constructed house at THIRUVANKULAM.Application was submitted about two months back.My land number was[protected].Kindly do the needful to get the problem solved.

    Sir/madam,

    I manjunatha i requested for mobile number portability on 29/06/2011 from IDEA to BSNL.mobile no:[protected]. I given the application at BSNL office with UNIQ UPC code IX413197. I got the new Sim card from BSNL and they told me that BSNL service will active within 7 working days. But still now IDEA service is active I called many times to BSNL customer care they are not responding properly and always they will say "I will connect my senior" and put on hold. if i hold for 30 minutes also. no one will be answer . if i called to IDEA customer care, they will say "we don't have any issues from our side. Both are troubling me a lot. Kindly help me whom can contact to find quick solution.

      My name is Sanjeev Kumar Jha. My mobile no. is [protected] and service provider is BSNL. I have the complain that I accidently activated Love Tips for Girls service from no. 59595015 i.e. 9595. My first complain is that Customer Service of BSNL, Jharkhand, Ranchi is dead from last one year. They do not reply anything. Three months ago a special drive was conducted from BSNL Jharkhand for complain and I did complain there. Before special drive I personally gone to BSNL office and submitted written complain there. Despite all those I did not got any solution.
      Please, forward this complain to appropriate forum.

        I never subscribed Games on demand and movie on demand by M/s Hunganma and no body never used this programme
        Even I don't know what is this and how to use this but every month I have to pay Rs. 49+99 = 148 Rs. included in BSNL bill.

          Myself Ranjeet kumar mahto, having BSNL Postpaid connection of triff 725 in which local bsnl calls ,GPRS &1500 min bsnl std calls are free of cost but in my case I have to paid money both for GPRS @ Rs 249/month & std BSNL calls . After few month i dicided to change the tariff so that, I have submitted the application two times in patna exchange CTO office for changing my tariff current 725 to 325 & deactivate GPRS PDPI @ Rs249 /month two month back ,but even after visited two time in CTO office. They didn't change my triff. they only given assurance that ,All these thing are setteled in two days but iIve waiting for this for two month

            My Telephone[protected] is not working for last six months,

            I have raised complaints with the complaint IVR but was not able to register my complaint as I do not have any other BNSL number and if I call this number form other service provider I do not get connect ack message and hence the call disconnects with in 60 seconds.



            Request your kind office to register my complaint for phone number 25347673 which is not working for long time and also solve the issue for the complaint registering IVR 25342198 as subscribers like me are not able to register our complaints.

              FAF nos getting charged as normal nos:2 numbers were sent for adding family & friends network. from 1st july 2011 charging for those numbers is not as per plan. 49paise is charged for all call including above 2 nos. complaint registered on 2 nd July 2011 and followed up on 6th and 12 th and also several other days. complaint no-KT[protected]
              Despite repeated calls to the customer support regarding the complaint the issue is not resolved.

                I have subscribed to ULD 900 scheme of BSNL under Annual package scheme. The offer on official website of BSNL mentions that under this plan suscriber will get 4 Mbps speed upto 8 GB and 256 Kbps thereafter. Also those subscribing and paying for annual payment scheme will get Free basic ADSL modem and if they want other type of Modem like wi fi modem, such subscriber shall be entitled to wi fi modem at half the original price.

                The best speed I have obtained after more than 3 months is 1.5 Mbps and BSNL has refused to provide me with the Wi fi modem also at half the price as it argues that the scheme is available to only new suscribers and not to existing subscribers opting for ULD 900 plan. However, offer on website mentions nothing about new or old subscribers. Kindly help. I have been cheated and even after running from pillar to post, no body hears in BSNL. I have written an email to CGM also but to no avail. A screenshot of current broadband plan hosted on BSNL website is attached herewith for ready reference.

                    My landline bearing no.[protected] is not working for the last two months. I had booked the complaint via the fault booking service no. 197 almost 5 times. Every time they will right off the complaint as and when the complaint reaches the 13th or 14th day. I had also complained the matter to another no. 1095, but all in vein. Last week I fed up and wrote complaint via email to DGM and ADGM, but no body responded. I think BSNL is not willing to maintain the landline. My last complaint No. is x406/ July 21st. They had write-off the complaint on 30th July. Again I had booked another complaint on 1st August bearing complaint No. x600/1st August. I doubt they will against right off this complaint also. To whom I had to complaint ????????????????

                        My land line phone no 2380315 is dead since 29/6/2011 and I am not aware when it will be rectified. At least 50 phone calls has been made for chasing, after registration of the complaint on computer , docket no 111215 dated 29/6/2011every body gives me another phone no to complaint , some body said it is on pillar no 14, and the poor linemen are having more than 40 complaints how they can rectify say to senior officers.'your complaint has been noted down by the lineman and will be rectified. now i have been fad up and stop making any call.But I don't know when my phone complaint will be attended.

                            I have bought Two BSNL connection recently (1 month before) [protected]& [protected]. I ever got a polite and proper answer for my complaints from BSNL call center [protected]. Once i contacted the same call center for registerting a network coverage related complaint from my [protected] which i have been using for the past 30 days but the reply was my no is not valid and he disconnected my call. this type of experinces occured many times. The important thing is that BSNL don't have a Nodal officer in Kerala Circle as of the informations from their call center. Poor customer service from the no 1 service provider.

                              i m an advocate from chhota udepur,dist-vadodara,state-gujarat.There are two bsnl mobile towers working in our town,1st tower situated at telephone exchange and another situated at main bazar of chhota udepur,from last 10 days tower of main bazar is not working,bcoz of that there are so many problem created in bsnl mobile service in our town.bsnl exchange staff do not take any action to restart this tower there for so many customers of bsnl go with other company's mobile service provider,it is very shameful for on of the largest mobile service provider company bsnl.At last my humble request for u PLEASE take some solid action and restart the tower of main bazar of chhota udepur...

                                I have opted for broadband service on my BSNL landline number[protected]. I am not able access the service from 24th June. I registered the complaint on 26th of June, 2011. I was told the complaint will be resolved in 24 hours. However the problem persisted. On 30th of June, when I inquired about the status of my complaint, I was told that it has already been closed. It was a surprise to me as no lineman/technician visited to check the problem. I again booked the complaint about failure in broadband service. Again on 2nd of July, I was told the complaint has been closed while the fact remained no technician paid a visit.

                                It is more than 15 days since I am facing the problem and yet there is no solution to my problem. Every time I inquire, I hear that my complaint has been closed.

                                My work and studies requires frrequent use of internet.

                                  I purchased BSNL 3G USB DATA CARD TERACOM LW272 and it worked perfectly for few days after a few days it started displaying "NO sim" messages so i bought a new one it again worked fine for few days now i see several message boxes popping up saying"Operation must use an updateable query" many people are having the same problem i really want them to fix it ASAP.

                                    hume broadband connection liye hue 10-12 din ho gaye hain aur shayad hi koi din aisa gaya hoga jis din net sahi chala ho.Bahut pareshan ho chuke hain.pehle to raat ko net chalta nahi tha.ab raat ko chalta hai to din me problem aa rahi ha.complaint likhate hain to wahan se koi reply aata nahi hain,next day ka naam lete rahte hain jab bhi call karo,bich me line man aaya tha to 1 din net sahi chala tha.Humara unlimited plan aur liya hua hai,jiske humare rupees waste hi ja rahe hain.agar aap aage se iska solution karen to jyada badhiya rahega,warna hamen to broad band hatwana padega.

                                      i am the cusomter of bsnl landline service[protected] from 4 years. but the service of pehowa exchange is very poor. no employee shows own authority about complaint. previous year they put my landline phone barred from 3 to 4 months, because of their own mistake. they wrongly made the huge amount of bill in my account. i made many round to telephone exchange, bt no solution. after that i had to visit kurukshetra telephone exchange to make accurate bill for my account. i am the customer, i am not the agent of bsnl complaint centre. the employees are taking salary to make customer satisfaction, if customer will do the employees work ownself then why we need of employees. Now from 1 month my landline showing very disturbance,i complainted many times to bsnl office & called many times to bsnl office no.[protected] they always says that they will make the phone ok today. bt no action. poor & lazy staff there. i am making the mind to take legal action against bsnl. i am feeling very disturb now.

                                      I am a bsnl landline customer .my nomber[protected].I am including in mullaringad telephone exchange circle.Exchange phone nomber[protected].Iam sorry to say that the service from the exchange is very poor. Before one month my phone become dead and i contacted to ur exchange and they give me a used phone.That worked only one day and showed complaint then i directly contact exchange and i got another used phone,that worked few days only,again I reached my exchange and get another used phone,and that was also a same one .In this situation I ask for a new phone and they replied there is no stock. At the same time they giving new phones to some other customers.Now I purchased a new phone from market that is working properly and keeping ur phone in my home.Please direct ur company staffs to collect ur company phone from my house.

                                      We have lost our bsnl land line bill details.[protected].so i dont no what is the bill charge.so kindley correct my problem.

                                      dear sir/madam,
                                      i am the cusomter of bsnl landline service[protected] from 15 years. but the service of MIDC Akola( M.S.) exchange is very poor. no employee shows own authority about complaint. previous year they put my landline phone barred from 3 to 4 months, because of their own mistake. they wrongly made the huge amount of bill in my account. i made many round to telephone exchange, bt no solution. after that i had to visit Akola telephone exchange to make my complaint but all said makeit on 198. i am the customer, i am not the agent of bsnl complaint centre. the employees are taking salary to make customer satisfaction, if customer will do the employees work ownself then why we need of employees. Now from 1 month my landline showing very disturbance, i complainted many times to bsnl office & called many times to bsnl office no.[protected]&[protected] they always says that they will make the phone ok today. bt no action. i am making the mind to take legal action against bsnl. i am feeling very disturb now.& lastly i am only option to disconnet the bsnl services & opt.some private services.

                                        My name is Mr. E. Kannappan, i am the one of the subscriber of the BSNL Telecom. My land line number is[protected]. My land line have not work since last four months. I have already complained to the relevent officers [PAPAMPATTI EXCHANGE, SULUR AND SIVANANTHA COLONY] but they refused to give right answer. But have duly paid the all bills, i dont know why they do not rectify my complain. please sir/madam take neccesary steps on my complaint. If they shall not give the service please refunding my paid bills amount(during the fould period bill amount).

                                        bsnl telecom — dead phone

                                        the phone is not working since 2nd may 2009 .We have lodge complaint several times but there is no response.Please treat this matter urgently.

                                        SIR, I AM TOTALLY FED UP BY THE BSNL SERVICE.MY LINE[protected] IS DEAD FROM LAST 1 MONTH AND NOBODY IS CARING.I HAD REGISTERED COMPLAINT SEVERAL TIMES.BSNL IS CLAIMING TO BE NO. 1 TELECOM COMPANY IN INDIA THEN WHAT IS THIS HAPPENING.PLEASE TAKE SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST IT OR ELSE I HAVE TO GO FOR CONSUMER FORUM.MY DISTRICT IS KORBA(BILASPUR) CHATTISGARH AND MY OTER CONTACT NO.
