I regret in write that my phone no was[protected] the same handed over to the office on 30-.-04-2011
I was advised to collect the deposited money on july2011 15th. Nearly four times I had been to your esteemed
customer service whenever I had been there I got response from the good customer service stating that My cheque about Rs835
was sent to you or credited in my bank a/c. Really The Nilgiri BSNL Proves their colour neither of the said action had been done
Please arrange to get me what I deposited I hope that you will do me the needful in getting money at earliest.

GPRS BROWSING AND DOWNLOADING SLOW
HERE A SMALL VILLAGE NAME IS THAKKOLAM, A BSNL TOWER ALSO AVAILABLE. GPRS BROWSING AND DOWNLOAD SLOW THAN ENTIRE PRIVATE NETWORLS LIKE AS RELIANCE, VODAFONE, AIRCEL, IDEA etc. ALL ARE PRIVATE NETWORK OPERATORS ARE PROVIDING SPEED BROWSING FACILITY. BUT BSNL BEING A BIG IN TELECOMMUNICATION. FAILED TO PROVIDE SPEED BROWSING AND DOWNLOADING. THEY SHOULD OPEN THEIR EYES SHOULD INCREASE THE CAPACITY OF TOWER AND SHOULD PROVING SPEED BROWSING EQUAL TO PRIVATE NETWORK OPERATORS.

@Mr. Dinesh, the problem you mentioned above is completely unbearable but i doubt that this forum does not forward your complaint to the higher authority. You may have to contact the administration again and make sure that you convince them that the fault is from their side, but if they don't agree. You can contact the BSNL heads through BSNL 3g feedback page. Take the 11 hours point as your main point. If the BSNL people are harrasing you for the money you may sue them. Their is a clause any government department which states that if you are not able to pay the bill due to some error by the particular department then the department will subsidized the amount and that amount you must have to pay.

Billing after disconnection of service is a general issue of BSNL, cant help out. But the sum of money is huge. I am not blaming BSNL because i dont know the complete matter, if the BSNL authorities are not giving you the correct answers to your question then its completely wrong. try to contact the higher authorities of BSNL through their email ID and not through forums, because BSNL don't respond to your forum complains as their are billions of complaints already.

Do remember that If you have used the card as mentioned above and not aggreing to pay that much bill then it is a wrong deed. Try to complaint against it on the feedback page of BSNL 3G website. Who knows you might get a solution.

@ Mr.Prashrocks: Thanks alot for providing such a detailed reply sir and sorry for responding too late!!! Now I've mailed higher authorities with such a detailed mail and waiting for their reply!!! Do you know anyone being addressed back for their complaints soon by any means????? If so I need to know how and where did they file their complaint.

In India, the reply to the complaints are not guaranteed so i don't have such idea.. Just wait for the reply...

I am using pLAN:bb-home-combo-ul-625-monthly plan of BSNL since long back.No clear NETWORK line obtained as well as disconnect the line every 5 to 10 minutes.Earlier I had made complained but nobody attended my earlier complained .Nobody take care to attend my complain at my house after repeated request to them and excused on my BSNL phone on attending only. I am calling and complained the BSNL broadband problem for NETWORK LINE. The modem also not properly work though i paid Rs.80/- as monthly rent since last more than 3Years approximately.Today the complain attendant on phone has not move my complain to the next or higher authority.He Only repeated the complaint but not satisfactorily replied and cut the phone.I am not use the BSNL broadband facility due to modem problem and not clear NETWORK LINE and disconnect, even though i regularly pay the Bills.

My name is Sanjeev Kumar Jha. My mobile no. is [protected] and service provider is BSNL. I have the complain that I accidently activated Love Tips for Girls service from no. 59595015 i.e. 9595. My first complain is that Customer Service of BSNL, Jharkhand, Ranchi is dead from last one year. They do not reply anything. Three months ago a special drive was conducted from BSNL Jharkhand for complain and I did complain there. Before special drive I personally gone to BSNL office and submitted written complain there. Despite all those I did not got any solution.

Even I don't know what is this and how to use this but every month I have to pay Rs. 49+99 = 148 Rs. included in BSNL bill.

My landline bearing no.[protected] is not working for the last two months. I had booked the complaint via the fault booking service no. 197 almost 5 times. Every time they will right off the complaint as and when the complaint reaches the 13th or 14th day. I had also complained the matter to another no. 1095, but all in vein. Last week I fed up and wrote complaint via email to DGM and ADGM, but no body responded. I think BSNL is not willing to maintain the landline. My last complaint No. is x406/ July 21st. They had write-off the complaint on 30th July. Again I had booked another complaint on 1st August bearing complaint No. x600/1st August. I doubt they will against right off this complaint also. To whom I had to complaint ????????????????

has been working for maximum 2-3 days in the month as can be seen from
the last six months calls usage record.I have been paying rental and
all other charges as per bills but can not use the telephone because
it remains out of order .
Could you please look into the matter and advice as to when I can
expect the telephone to be working for full month.In case it is not
