        I have activated FTV model of the day by mistake and now it is not deactivating . Even after I clicked on the link to deactivate it. My mobile no is [protected]. Please unsubscribe it.
        I m bsnl prepaid customer,my number is [protected] ,I Had activated gprs service on my handset and india times forcefully subscribe wap model services and till now after a lot tries i could not find any way to unsubscribe it ,they are deducted RS.30 PER MONTH,i m getting frustated now,please unsubscribe me from india times wap services.thanx

          It is almost a year since we moved to Greater Noida,sector Zeta,and since the beginning have applied for BSNL landline,have been to the head-office,talked to the authorities concerned,they have visited the site and promised that we will get connection soon but till today we are without connection.We are elderly couple living alone,aged 86 and 73,feel that without phone line we are handicapped and in any emergency there will be great problem as the mobile phone also does not function well in this area.Shall be grateful if the authorities will understand the situation and help us soon.

          I had given a complaint that the internet is not working, but nothing has been done so far. Its been 4 months since i took the broadband connection, but the internet is pathetic. The broadband connectivity goes of within minutes of my logging in. though they come and check and they say they will come tom and no one comes back...

          my provided bsnl net connection no. is[protected] it is provides 12.09.2010 but till date 17.09.2010 is not statred . i do many time follow this matter but anybody can not responce me. i dailed many time following no. [protected],[protected],[protected] but anybody can not response to me.
          Sir,
          My land line number[protected] is not working since the route of connection was damaged while laying a CC road in the street.This happened more than a year ago. I have given many requests and complaints too at my nearest BSNL office but never the action has taken place in giving me the connection.I have been paying all my bills since i have taken connection.
          It is very much dissappointing that BSNL employees are not helping to solve the connection issues because of road construction. Only thing they need to do is bring the wire and connect from the existing location and connect to my phone.
          As customers we rely on the reputation of BSNL, and the employees of BSNL are defaming it.
          I request you to please help me in solving my connection issue.

            I HAVE DONE MOBILE TOPUP ON MY MOBILE NO.[protected] ON 31.03.10. ACTUALLY MONEY HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED FROM MY ACCOUNT, BUT NO AMOUNT HAS BEEN ADDED TO MY MOBILE ACCOUNT. i HAVE ALREADY MAD AN COMPLAINT WITH THE BSNL 1503 SERVICE (DOCKET NO.3746710) ON 03.04.10. TILL NOW THE PROBLEM IS SOLVED.

              dear sir,
              being a inhabitant of kailashahar gobindapur i am thankful to you that you have arranged 3g service in gobindapur area. the entire staff, sde phones, engineers, office staffs are very helpful in mitigating all the problems.
              but it sorry to say that due to their work limitation, the state authority are not putting careful attention to motivate the people of our locality, especially while india growing, when we see that bsnl is doing so many things. perhaps kailashahr is very far away from agartala. in so many cases local bsnl authority has nothing to do as because they are fully dependent upon agartala. 3G service nothing hopeful. recently it is being observed that the remote server is not working thus we are facing a lot problems. so requesting you to please put heed to the people of oldest subdivision of tripura, the kailashahar, particularly in the coming days. expecting yr best cooperation.

                  Tel No:2520663. Recently I got new connection with broadband facility. Since last 10 days I am not able to access my yahoo mail account. While all others sites are accessible yahoo mail alone has the prble. It works upto asking for the email id and password. Thereafter a blank screen appears with the mouse for hours together with a circle rotating. Can BSNL solve this problem?

                    Sir In continuation I hereby state the following few lines : 1) That i had deposited an amount of Rs.1800 (one thousand eight hundred ) only with the S.D.O Tel. at OMP square , Cuttack. and the receipt is with me . 2) That inspiteof repeated request the authorities have not supplied/installed the system for accessing broad band with my land line no.[protected] as yet . 3) That the bills (issued to me and paid by me subsequently )for the months of August 2010 onwards will reflect the charges made towards broad band facility in my above telephone . 4)That the BSNL authorities have not provided me nor installed any system or attachment with my said land line as yet. 5) That I requested/intimated the fact time and again to them ,but all are in vein .Specially my letter dated 21.01.2011 which was forwarded to the head office by SDO(TRB) . I pray humbly that the authorities have kept my hard earned money with them ( receipt is with me ) without providing any service for such a long period and I being harassed by such acts of the authorities pray to return my amount deposited with them with all the interest and penalties for harassment and for the loss of valuable time and money..

                        Rs.30/- deducted towards bsnl tunes subscription , kindly deactivate the bsnl tune and refund rs.30/- towards activation charges debited, we have not made any request to activate bsnl tune charges,with a request you to take up and view the matter very seriously and deactivate the caller tunes subscription.
                        bsnl rendered us a very worst service in our land line number, without providing service and after making lot of complaints, they have continuously charged for four months leading/ forcing us to surrender our land line. in chennai, kumaran nagar bsnl exchange - if you make any complaint, the result will be you have no other go, with the only option to surrender your bsnl line

                        Hi, this is durga bhavani, my cell no is [protected]. i have sent BT DACT to 56700 to activate my bsnl hello tunes. 2 weeks over, still hello tune service is not deactivated. I don't the reason but i have been charged 2 times to the stipulated charge of hello tune.
                        Please help me to let the BSNL to deactivate Hello tune( Caller Tune ) service to my mobile.
                        Please deactivate the bsnl caller tunes to my cellphone no.[protected] with immediate effect without further deduction of amount from my cellphone account

                              BSNL — Broadband and land line phone

                              Dear sir,
                              I am a broadband customer of BSNL.[protected] But it has regular problems in its land line. When I am making any complain to the broadband service person they used to say it is not there problem, and if I making complain to the land line service person I have to make call several times. Even my land line handset defective for several months. The customer care cell phone no are always out of service / not available. Please advice what I can do if your service is also not fake!

                              BSNL Broadband & Landline — Phone is dead since 4th June, 11.

                              I have a BSNL landline broadband connection[protected]. This phone number is dead since 4th of June 2011 and I filed a complaint of the same in the phone number[protected] which is actually BSNL fault booking service number. The request/complaint number for this complaint is 17055. One week has gone but I got no response from BSNL. I am highly frustrated by this behavior of BSNL.
                              I request you to please take some appropriate actions against BSNL accordingly.

                                I never want to activate mobile box service on my BSNL (Cellone) post paid No.[protected], but it automatically started!! and automatically added bill Rs.49 for 25 days in my bill since three years.
                                I always ubsubscribe mobile box office services at No.12555321 and 12555323 but there are no satisfactionally answered. only computerised message appear and disconnected. message i.e. "Sorry we cant continue this call" and call charges also submitted in my bill.

                                Now I finally requesting you that plz stop my mobile box office service in my mobile No.[protected]

                                  I have been complaining bsnl customer case since a month now (12 July 2011) about not working of the internet but no one turns up to resolve this, infact when i check the status of my complaint with customer case after few days they say my complaint is showing resolved in their system. Now almost after (06 Aug 2011) a month when my broadband services are working i am facing a speed issues. it is as slow as a dialup connection. i even tested the speed on the dataone portal (They have option to test the speed) it shows 25.2kbps which is too less than what i have enrolled for.

                                  FYI : my plan is for monthly 2mbps
                                  Monthly fee: Rs. 250.
                                  Limit: 1GB

                                  BSNL DATAONE — Speed Issues

                                  They claim to provide Broadband download speed from 1 Mbps upto 2 Mbps whereas it ranges from 56 Kbps to 324 Kbps. They are charging a hefty amount of 1700 per month. How should I proceed further. Please help me in this regards. Fed up with BSNL people.

                                    I m having BSNL prepaid connection with No. [protected]. I have never subscribed for BSNL tune services.As already i m user of Do not Disturb Service.
                                    I received a SMS from 56700 on 3/8/11 at 4:53 PM that Rs. 30 has been deducted towards BSNL tune services.
                                    Then i have called to 56700 on 3/8/11 at 6:23 PM & asked to deactivate BSNL tune services.
                                    I received a confirmation message from 56700 that your request for unsubscription is in progress & in 24 hours i will receive a confirmation ID.
                                    Then again on 4/8/11 5 AM i recived SMS that again Rs. 28 has been deducted towards BSNL tune services.

                                    I m feedup with this kind of service.
                                    Kindly refund my amount at ur earliest.

                                    If such service will continue then i have to discontinue using BSNL.

                                    BSNL, mobile phone — Deduction of charges from prepaid amount

                                    BSNL deducts illegally amounts of Rs.30/- at intervals. Yesterday the prepaid amount was Rs.159/- today it was reduced to Rs.129/-.Similar deductions have been observed earlier. I wanted to talk to Customer care Executive through dialling 1500. but the system delayed so long that I could not wait till end This situation occurred several times. My cell No. is [protected].My name is Mohammed Quamruzaman.Address- Plot No.200(C), Mahadev Nagar, Jharpara, Bhubaneswar-751006
                                    I have a BSNL prepaid connection No. [protected]. I have never subscribed for any services.
                                    I received a SMS from[protected] on 24 Nov 12 at 1955Hrs that "Cricket content ab sirf Rs. 5 mein. Your total cost is Rs 5. To unsub SMS UNSUB to 5888899(Toll free)". After checking my bal, it is found that Rs 5/- has been deducted from my balance which was not requested by me. Before this, four times Rs.10/- or Rs. 5/- also have been deducted from my bal without any request from me for which I had registered complaints and Docket Nos H09UE307476 dt 09 Aug 12 & Ko4UE 303537 dt 04 Nov 12 were given to me but no amt has been refunded till date. Despite of refunding the amount, now Rs.5/- has again been deducted on 24 Nov 12. I request you to kindly refund my all wrongly deducted amount otherwise I will change the prepaid connection of BSNL and will be forced to log a complaint in consumer court.
