    Rs.30/- deducted towards bsnl tunes subscription , kindly deactivate the bsnl tune and refund rs.30/- towards activation charges debited, we have not made any request to activate bsnl tune charges,with a request you to take up and view the matter very seriously and deactivate the caller tunes subscription.
    bsnl rendered us a very worst service in our land line number, without providing service and after making lot of complaints, they have continuously charged for four months leading/ forcing us to surrender our land line. in chennai, kumaran nagar bsnl exchange - if you make any complaint, the result will be you have no other go, with the only option to surrender your bsnl line

    Hi, this is durga bhavani, my cell no is [protected]. i have sent BT DACT to 56700 to activate my bsnl hello tunes. 2 weeks over, still hello tune service is not deactivated. I don't the reason but i have been charged 2 times to the stipulated charge of hello tune.
    Please help me to let the BSNL to deactivate Hello tune( Caller Tune ) service to my mobile.
    Please deactivate the bsnl caller tunes to my cellphone no.[protected] with immediate effect without further deduction of amount from my cellphone account

          3 to 4 Complaints were made and about 2 Docket No received. So far no action is taken to Shift the Line
          It is also to note that with or without use we are Paying Regularly amout to the Tune of Rs 1580/

          BSNL — Broadband and land line phone

          Dear sir,
          I am a broadband customer of BSNL.[protected] But it has regular problems in its land line. When I am making any complain to the broadband service person they used to say it is not there problem, and if I making complain to the land line service person I have to make call several times. Even my land line handset defective for several months. The customer care cell phone no are always out of service / not available. Please advice what I can do if your service is also not fake!

          BSNL Broadband & Landline — Phone is dead since 4th June, 11.

          I have a BSNL landline broadband connection[protected]. This phone number is dead since 4th of June 2011 and I filed a complaint of the same in the phone number[protected] which is actually BSNL fault booking service number. The request/complaint number for this complaint is 17055. One week has gone but I got no response from BSNL. I am highly frustrated by this behavior of BSNL.
          I request you to please take some appropriate actions against BSNL accordingly.

            I never want to activate mobile box service on my BSNL (Cellone) post paid No.[protected], but it automatically started!! and automatically added bill Rs.49 for 25 days in my bill since three years.
            I always ubsubscribe mobile box office services at No.12555321 and 12555323 but there are no satisfactionally answered. only computerised message appear and disconnected. message i.e. "Sorry we cant continue this call" and call charges also submitted in my bill.

            Now I finally requesting you that plz stop my mobile box office service in my mobile No.[protected]

              I have been complaining bsnl customer case since a month now (12 July 2011) about not working of the internet but no one turns up to resolve this, infact when i check the status of my complaint with customer case after few days they say my complaint is showing resolved in their system. Now almost after (06 Aug 2011) a month when my broadband services are working i am facing a speed issues. it is as slow as a dialup connection. i even tested the speed on the dataone portal (They have option to test the speed) it shows 25.2kbps which is too less than what i have enrolled for.

              FYI : my plan is for monthly 2mbps
              Monthly fee: Rs. 250.
              Limit: 1GB

              BSNL DATAONE — Speed Issues

              They claim to provide Broadband download speed from 1 Mbps upto 2 Mbps whereas it ranges from 56 Kbps to 324 Kbps. They are charging a hefty amount of 1700 per month. How should I proceed further. Please help me in this regards. Fed up with BSNL people.

                I m having BSNL prepaid connection with No. [protected]. I have never subscribed for BSNL tune services.As already i m user of Do not Disturb Service.
                I received a SMS from 56700 on 3/8/11 at 4:53 PM that Rs. 30 has been deducted towards BSNL tune services.
                Then i have called to 56700 on 3/8/11 at 6:23 PM & asked to deactivate BSNL tune services.
                I received a confirmation message from 56700 that your request for unsubscription is in progress & in 24 hours i will receive a confirmation ID.
                Then again on 4/8/11 5 AM i recived SMS that again Rs. 28 has been deducted towards BSNL tune services.

                I m feedup with this kind of service.
                Kindly refund my amount at ur earliest.

                If such service will continue then i have to discontinue using BSNL.

                BSNL, mobile phone — Deduction of charges from prepaid amount

                BSNL deducts illegally amounts of Rs.30/- at intervals. Yesterday the prepaid amount was Rs.159/- today it was reduced to Rs.129/-.Similar deductions have been observed earlier. I wanted to talk to Customer care Executive through dialling 1500. but the system delayed so long that I could not wait till end This situation occurred several times.                 I have a BSNL prepaid connection No. [protected]. I have never subscribed for any services.
                I received a SMS from[protected] on 24 Nov 12 at 1955Hrs that "Cricket content ab sirf Rs. 5 mein. Your total cost is Rs 5. To unsub SMS UNSUB to 5888899(Toll free)". After checking my bal, it is found that Rs 5/- has been deducted from my balance which was not requested by me. Before this, four times Rs.10/- or Rs. 5/- also have been deducted from my bal without any request from me for which I had registered complaints and Docket Nos H09UE307476 dt 09 Aug 12 & Ko4UE 303537 dt 04 Nov 12 were given to me but no amt has been refunded till date. Despite of refunding the amount, now Rs.5/- has again been deducted on 24 Nov 12. I request you to kindly refund my all wrongly deducted amount otherwise I will change the prepaid connection of BSNL and will be forced to log a complaint in consumer court.

                      i got a land connection with broadband internet connection in bsnl porur, people has come to give the connection of landline, afterwards they called me to collect the broadband hub, i went and collected, i asked them to install, they said i ll guide u and u can install, i came to home and installed with my friends help, one years later due to frequent problems i met them again to cancel the connection, they said to submit the hub and all, i did same, but they are keep delaying the things, because of that i wasted my one day working hrs

                        A month before i applied for a PariJoodi SIM at BSNL budgam.
                        I submited ALL Necessary documents.I was told that my no.[protected] will
                        get activated within 2days.But from the very first day whenever i inserted the SIM card
                        into mobile phone it conteneously displayed a message ( SIM card registration failed) & on calling
                        it([protected])IVRS says this no. does not exist.
                        When i contacted BSNL budgam they say we have activated it you have not made FRC.
                        But i never observed that the no. got activated due to above mentioned reasons.
                        Now what should i need to do to get it activated.

                          My name is Babban singh .My address is #39 Highland society baltana zirakpur.I want to complaint that there is extra charges of my phone bill which is charges by the BSNL every month.. I have also given request letters to them to wave these charges but no steps has been taken so far from febuary 2011.They told me that there is activation of game service in my plan but i never gave any such activation. so why should I pay more bill amount which is totally unneccessarily..?? The process already has taken so much time. so please take some action or give your opinion so that i can step forward regarding this matter.

                                My landline along with STD number is[protected]. But lately for three days I am unable to login to Selfcare portal. Every time I tried, it showed that either the username or the password was wrong. Though with the same password and the userid was effective in 1st August. Now I don't know what to do. It is necessary to open the Portal to check my broadband usage frequently. Please look into the matter.

                                  I APPLIED FOR PORTING OF MY MOBILE NO.[protected] FROM BSNL TO DOCOMO IN JAN 11 AND THE SAME WAS REJECTED BY BSNL FOR WANT OF OUTSTANDING BILLS. THEN I CLEARED THE BILLS AND IT WAS PORTED ON 24/2/11 AFTER CLEARANCE FROM BSNL.
                                  BUT AGAIN I GOT A BILL FOR RS.818/- IN MARCH, AGAIN RS.817/- IN APRIL AND THEN I VISITED THE BSNL OFFICE BELGAUM PERSONALLY ON 15/4/11 AND I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS SOME PORTING PROBLEM AND IT IS RECTIFIED TODAY. BUT NOW I RECIEVED A BILL FOR RS.800/- IN MAY 11 AGAIN. THE CUSTOMER CARE DEPT GIVES VAGUE ANSWERS AND THEY ARE CHEATING ME.

                                    BSNL Mobile Net Work services is Extremely Poor in Cochin Port Trust area at Willingdon Island, Kochi - 3; which is the Major Commercial Hub and Trading centre of Kerala. This Major Commercial Port of Kerala earns very large revenue for Kerala by Export / Import of Cargo, Tourism by visit of Major Foreign Cruise Liners like Queen Mary 2 etc, enhancement of our Communication Systems by laying underwater communication cables by Cable laying ships which are serviced at this port and development of our country's infrastructure by means of Oil Exploration carried out by Seismic Survey Ships which are serviced by this port. It also services a very large number of ware houses and has major C & F and Transport Services. Hence it is imperative that efficient Communiction Services are made available in this Commercial area. It is therefore o[censored]tmost importance that BSNL which is the Major Service Provider for Mobile Network in India should provide an efficient network in this commercial area which will benefit the nation. However, it is indeed sad to note that the BSNL Mobile Network in this area is the most inefficient one resulting in all BSNL users changing to other network service providers like Air Tel, Vodaphone,Reliance ,Idea etc., as they provide much better and efficient Mobile Network Services in this area.
                                    Presently there exists only a very small BSNL communication Tower at Willingdon Island and the mobile signal strength is extremely poor resulting in extremely poor Transmission / Reception of Mobile Phones in this area. As a matter of fact we get better signal reception from Vypeen , Mulavu kaddu and Fort Cochin BSNLMobile Transmission Towers than the one installed at Willingdon Island. This matter has been taken up time and again since the year 2007 with Mr. K.P.Rajan and Mr. A.R.Mohan who are BSNL Senior officers of Ernakulam BSNL Mobile Services, however it is regretted that No Positive Action has been forthcoming. The officers who visited our office after receiving our complaints had promised to install a temporary antenna on our office roof top and a wall mounted equipment inside our office( R/R ) in order to improve the mobile reception / transmission, pending installation of a proper High Rise Transmission / Reception BSNL Tower at Willingdon Island; however it is regretted that no action has been taken todate despite our repeated requests. In this connection my below messages are relevant.

                                    It is further understood from the above named BSNL officers that sanction has been existing existing for a long time for erection of a High Rise BSNL Transmission / Reception Tower at Willingdon Island, Kochi, however no action has been forthcoming from BSNL higher authorities for the speedy erection of the BSNL High Rise Tower for Improvement of the BSNL Mobile Services in this area.

                                    In view of the above, it is requested that Immediate action may be taken to Improve the BSNL Mobile Network Services in this main Commercial Hub of Kochi.

                                    Awaiting a propt and favourable action.

I can not go to my account to unsubsribe online because whenever i try to access my account i am getting the message 'there is no such user in this user ID & password'. So i kindly request you to unsubscribe and deactivate my account.

                                        sir/mam, i m bsnl user my complaint is i can't send my sms to anybody & every time it is said message sending failed.& daily by routine my balance is also getting cut due to any reasons by the way i m not doing any phone calls or not sending sms to my frds & relatives den also der is a problem. sir/mam plzzzzz give me any solution on this problem what can i do? Plz tell me...
