Our landline phone no. 27452315 remains out of order frequently due to unknown reasons. Complained three times , repaired and it get out of order mostly very next day. BSNL charges full bill for out of order phone . What is the solution?
my phone no.[protected] is not working since 3 month, i am doctor, i have complain many time to G.M.valsad & vapi but no responce i am doctor so i am facing problem in emergency

dear sir,

we are having a landline connection number[protected]. this connection gets out of order almost once every week and remains dead for 1/2 days.

we have also informed Mr. solanki of bsnl several times that since this is a tractor showroom and this number is given to lot of our customers and hence causing lot of pain to our customers to contact us sometimes.

hope this is taken as serious matter and acted upon fast.

    My previo Tel 2398 2364 was surrendered handed over to BSNL in June 2011.

    My present residential Tel No is [protected] WLL ) but presenly it is locked by BSNL and as a result we cannot make call from this newly installed telephone.

    In spite of above , BSNL has sent one bill for Rs.199/- against Tel No. 2398 2364 which is already disconnected and handed over to BSNL Behala Tel Exchange.

    Please note I have not received any bill against Tel.[protected] WLL ) for the month of August 2011

      BSNL 3 G datacard no [protected] not getting connected since 2nd August 2011. Registered complaint to call center, complaint no HO9HR1839873 dtd 9th August & to BSNL portal , complaint no HAR/CO/2011/6448 on 17th August. Still no action from BSNL, Gurgaon. Also when it was running the speed was never above 48 kbps against promised speed of 3.6 mbps. Extremely poor performance & service.

      bsnl data card — about connection.

      hi, i am sanjay of kolkata..on 19th january, 2009.i made an order of bsnl data card at bsnl outlet and deposited the money.but still today 20/2/09 i am fruitless..what a service !!! then why the people of our country still believe in BSNL.??
      Yes Bro, Same here, I am from Jind City Haryana, I think that they can't handle 3G. But just at the name of 3G, they are collecting money from market. I am facing this problem since starting. BSNL is the biggest fraud on earth. at the name of customer care they have biggest fool on this earth. thank God you have a complain no, but in my case they even not registered my complain and told me that your problem will be resolve by evening, today it's 25th days passed. but neither my problem solved nor they pick my phone.


      Now I feel that it is just a another scam, first it was 2G, and now it's turn of 3G too.. BSNL is just looting the customers, in my openion

      BSNL IS THE BIGGEST LOOSER

        I am having landline broadband connection on telephone no[protected] with unlimited plan of Rs 799.During the month of August 11 my broadband connection was out of order from dated 9/8/2011 to 25/8/2011.I was not able to access the broadband connection while in my plan recurring charges Rs 799 are chargable for the month.As more than half of month i was not able to use broadband connection ,It is requested to exempt 50% charges in my bill for the month of August 2011 .

            Cons No. PTV UPWGZB[protected]
            Untill now date 24 Aug. I didnot get anything working from BSNL.
            I met SDO Ghaziabad Mr. Tiwary twice, he gaves silly reasons like "they dont have diggers to dig ground for new connection".

            I want a clear answer from BSNL whether they are able to do this or i look for alternate service provider.

              This is very pathetic and unfair to say at 20th century still BSNL is at their own old stone age strategy and customer management system. Are they?

              I have applied for a new broadband connection and assured to be connected within a week. I have completed a waiting time of 4 weeks and no response / comments from BSNL. When I visit to office there will be the same answers as usual "we will solve the issue asap" but when? Even I tried to contact over phone but number always shows busy. Are these peoples are really working hard and not getting time to pick a phone call also?

              I think this is the right time for a revolution. Abhi nahin to Kabhi Nahin...... We need to teach these / corrupted peoples a good lesson. I strongly support Mr. Anna Hazare Ji. At least this corruption could be less for our upcoming Indians. Jai Hind

                Though I have made a complaint that my Telephone No. [protected] (Hyderabad City) is unnecessarily charged with Rs.200 every month in the name of "indiagames.com", I have not received any information as to rectification of the blunder done at the BSNL/indiagames.com. I give below the details once again so as to enable the concerned Authorities to take immediate steps for redressal of the grievance-

                The amount of Rs.200 is being charged to my Telephone Bill every month since 4 or 5 month, even without my utilizing any service whatsoever. Now I once again request the concerned Authorities to take IMMEDIATE steps to STOP CHARGING any amount to my Telephone Bill henceforth; DEACTIVATE/UNSUBSCRIBE the unwanted facility and STOP CHARGING to my Telephone Bill.

                BSNL — charging bill without any service

                i have one bsnl NIC CARD through which i was using internet. on the month march i didn't pay bill due to some reason so from bsnl side they disconnect my that no so that i was not able to use internet. i didn't use from that time internet facility but they are sending me increased bill every month, is it right? what will i have to do.

                  Our landline number[protected] has gone dead. We have tried using the toll-free number for complaints[protected] but it is forever busy. The online customer care link does not work though my daughter is a registered user.

                  We have lost the mobile number of a person in the Bhaura exchange so we are unable to call them to report the complaint. It is very inconvenient to have to go through so much trouble just to complain about bsnl. Their online portal never works for complaints.

                    MY LANDLINE BSNL PHONE NO.[protected] IS CONTUOUSLY DEAD FOR LAST 3 MONTHS. I HAD MADE WRITTEN COMPLAINTS ON 10 TIMES TO GM BSNL KANPUR, SDO BSNL MR. YADAV, MANDAL ABHIYANTA BSNL MR. S.C. SHUKLA AND PRO MR. SINGH AND I MET ALL OF THEM 10-10 TIMES. I ALSO SENT 50 SMS EACH TO ALL OF THEM AND TELEPHONED ALL OF THEM 15-15 TIMES. I HAVE ALSO SENT 10 FAXES TO GM BSNL KANPUR BUT ALL OF THEM ARE SO CORRUPT DISHONEST SHAMELESS AND USELESS THAT NO ONE HAS RESPONDED EVEN ONCE AND MU PHONE NO.[protected] IS CONTINUOUSLY DEAD FOR 3 MONTHS. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW. IF YOU ALSO DO NOT HELP ME IN THIS MATTER THEN YOU WILL BE OF THE SAME CATEGORY.

                      I observe that though i have not subscribe any additional service, my prapaid balances are deducted without any information ( mobile no [protected]). I lodged the complaint on 15 Aug with BSN vide complain no H150R716207. In spite of my repeated contact and request to BSNL on 17, 18 & 19 Aug 2011 the same was not looked into and again my balance has been deducted ( vide msg from No[protected] BSNL should refund my Rs.120 towards this illegal deduction and deactivate all addtional services.                       Incidenatlly i have once again lodged three complaint with BSNL vide no H 220R728130 & H 220R728122 & Cellori800 on the issue. I have not been conatcted by BSNL till date

                      i am using the bsnl service 7 year.

                      you bsnl co. activate the my number new pac & MIMOBiTVe without my
                      information & dedcut the 2 times Rs. 40 & 40 & today deduct the new
                      pack Rs. 40.

                      i call the customer care but he says the not satisfy information. my
                      phone 24 hour in my hand. we are not the activate the any plan. how
                      can possible the plan activate.

                      you are requested to please refund the my Rs.120. ASAP

                        BSNL Landline instrument — Faulty instrument

                        i am the user BSNL landline, our instument is now creating problem when we talk, we listen double tone... and some times contious beep tone while talking... we cmplaint it to the exchange and many times to line man but they donot change it... didi to tell me the full procedure for it..

                          A few months ago, one day, somebody called me over my BSNL landline Telephone and offered Online Games of BSNL. He told me that he was calling from BSNL. I was made to understand that these games were offered online free of cost (and, as the call was from the Govt owned BSNL, I had no doubt on this); and then he asked me to do certain operations on my laptop, and did as he was asking me to do (as I said, I had no doubt, as the call was from the BSNL). Thereafter an amount of Rs.200 was charged to my Telephone Bill every month (which I could observe only recently, in my BSNL Telephone Bill No.[protected] dt 06.08.2011; TELEPHONE NO [protected]; BSNL ACCOUNT NO. [protected]; and my BSNL CUSTOMER ID NO [protected].

                          The way the innocent users of landline telephones of the reputed BSNL are being cheated is to be viewed very seriously; or else, the reputation of the State-owned BSNL will be NO MORE. Hence, the Authorities concerned may please look into this entire operation of booking innocent clients of the BSNL; take steps for IMMEDIATE STOPPAGE of this fraudulent practice being thrusted on the gullible users of BSNL landlines.

                          I also request the concerned Authorities of the BSNL to arrange for adjustment of the amount of Rs.200 per month that was charged to my Telephone Bill (reference/details given above) to my future bills (amount charged need not be refunded; but could be adjusted to my future Bills). This amount of Rs.200 was charged for the last 4/5 months; hence, the total amount that was charged may please be adjusted to my future Bills. I never utilized any games - Online or otherwise, please note.

                          GoD subscription gets activated only after obtaining proper consent from the customer. In your case too you have been provided with the complete information and only after obtaining your consent has the service got activated.                             On my number CRBT service activated automatically.Rs 2 is deducted From my Account Every time In a week or at any time automatically So I have given SMS UNSUB ALL to 56700 and also registerd complain in Customer Care To deactivate this services on my number.For many of times but no one is caring for that Every time just they Suggest that no service is activated on my account kindly i request u to take care of my complain Hoping Kindly,

                            Most important nobody is responded from customer care BSNL.

                              From 15/08/2011, I have been sending Short Messages from my BSNL Cell One mobile No. [protected] to many numbers including KBC No. 5252525. None of the messages have been delivered, but the amounts are being deducted and delivery reports show pending. While I contacted the Customer Care, I got a reply the line may be jammed for KBC. But 3 other SMS to other numbers have also been kept pending. After the complaint, one SMS to a private number was delivered and again the blockade has started. When I send SMS from Airtel mobile to KBC the same is instantly delivered. So, the Logic of jammed lines since 8 days is un-explainable. If the statement is correct how the SMS charge is being deucted from my prepaid mobile.

                                BSNL — can't sent messages

                                I am using BSNL student suvidha prepaid sim. 10-april-09 the balance on my card was Rs 27. though the schem says 2000 free sms i lost all my money on sending sms on easter and vishu. then my baluc came to -22pisa. I recharged it by getting atopup card of Rs 50 now after alling and all the balance i have is Rs 44.70 But from 15 april iam not able to sent any sms to any number. Icalled coustomer care and registered my complaint on number 32596 on 18 then i caled and registered on20th too still now i dont get any positive response plz do something
                                how can i see that the messages sent to other peoples from my bsnl mobile. Pls send me the tips to view that the messages sent to other peoples. i want to know the sent messages history with messages and mobile numbers. Pls do the needful.

                                  I have a BSNL 3G 7.2 Mbps modem.. Last month on 28th July, i recharged it with 1100 with a scheme of 10GB usage per month. On 19th August, my connection was terminated stating that you do not have sufficient funds to establish this connection. My total usage till date has been 4.02GB as per BSNL modem itself with 10 days remaining for usage. When i spoke with the customer care they said that they will fix it in next 24 hrs and i will get 6GB usage for 10 days.. but till date nothing has happened yet. My modem number is [protected]. This is not the 1st time thing like this has happened and worst part is that BSNL's customer care agents sit there just to sleep. Most of the time they were yawning over the call and dont think anybody is bothered abt it.
                                  Kindly advice.

                                    MY NAME IS S ARUNAGIRINATAN, I AM BSNL PREPAID CUSTOMER FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS, AS THEY WERE DEDUCTING UNNECESSARILY MY AMOUNT WITHOUT INFORMATION SO I STOPPED RECHARGING FOR MORE THAT 10 MONTHS AND NOW SINCES 2 MONTH I STARTED RECHARGING. THE VERY FIRST RECHARGE WAS RS. 98.00 AND I GOT 50 TALK TIME. THE NEXT DAY RS. 30/- WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT WHEN ASKED WITH BSNL CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD I HAVE SUBSCRIBED FOR SONGS. THE FUN IS I AM NOT HAVE INTERNET CONNECTION TO LISTEN THE SONGS BUT

                                    My number is [protected]..i was charged Rs 21 on 12.01.2011 for doing nothing. i called the customer care but they did not respond properly. It has already happened before. i am customer of bsnl for past 5 years and i did not expect this type of service from bsnl.

                                      BSNL LANDLINE CONNECTION HAS BEEN DEAD FROM LAST SEVEN MONTHS. I HAVE COMPLAINT TO MY NEAREST TELEPHONE EXCHANGE MANY TIMES, BUT THEY DID NOT TAKE ANY COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS NUMBER . AS PER J.T.O ,HE IS PROVIDING TO DISCONNECT THE LINE ,THERE IS NO LIMITION OF TIME ,THAT HOW MANY TIME TO TAKE SOLVED THIS PROBLEM ,BUT AT THE SAME AREA OTHERS CUSTOMER ARE GETTING THE FACILITY,BUT IN OUR VILLAGE THERE ARE TWO OR THREE CONNECTION ARE COMPLEATLY DEAD.


                                      I WOULD BE THANKFUL TO YOU ,IF YOU TAKE ACTION TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.

                                        My landline telephone out going calls are barred and says that the payment is not made.

                                        I am afraid; that I am a senior citizen and badly required phone usage.

                                        If i was disturbed like this; how can I trust Bsnl; where I am using past 30 years.

                                        I request concerns to look in to this matter and resolve the problem immediately.
