I observe that though i have not subscribe any additional service, my prapaid balances are deducted without any information ( mobile no [protected]). I lodged the complaint on 15 Aug with BSN vide complain no H150R716207. In spite of my repeated contact and request to BSNL on 17, 18 & 19 Aug 2011 the same was not looked into and again my balance has been deducted ( vide msg from No[protected] BSNL should refund my Rs.120 towards this illegal deduction and deactivate all addtional services. I may be contacted over email [protected]@gmail.com.

Incidenatlly i have once again lodged three complaint with BSNL vide no H 220R728130 & H 220R728122 & Cellori800 on the issue. I have not been conatcted by BSNL till date

BSNL Prepaid — My Rs. 120 deduct without my information

Dear All

i am using the bsnl service 7 year.

my mobile no.[protected]. my name Rajender singh belong to sonepat haryana

you bsnl co. activate the my number new pac & MIMOBiTVe without my
information & dedcut the 2 times Rs. 40 & 40 & today deduct the new
pack Rs. 40.

i call the customer care but he says the not satisfy information. my
phone 24 hour in my hand. we are not the activate the any plan. how
can possible the plan activate.

you are requested to please refund the my Rs.120. ASAP

    my landline phone[protected] is not working since last 20 days.We are using a borrowed instrument from a friend and are using.We have complained many a time at 198 but it announces that the complaint is rectified the next day but its not . exchange calls tell that they are bringing the instrument but no body came yet.
    please consider this problem as early as possible.

    BSNL Landline instrument — Faulty instrument

    i am the user BSNL landline, our instument is now creating problem when we talk, we listen double tone... and some times contious beep tone while talking... we cmplaint it to the exchange and many times to line man but they donot change it... didi to tell me the full procedure for it..

      A few months ago, one day, somebody called me over my BSNL landline Telephone and offered Online Games of BSNL. He told me that he was calling from BSNL. I was made to understand that these games were offered online free of cost (and, as the call was from the Govt owned BSNL, I had no doubt on this); and then he asked me to do certain operations on my laptop, and did as he was asking me to do (as I said, I had no doubt, as the call was from the BSNL). Thereafter an amount of Rs.200 was charged to my Telephone Bill every month (which I could observe only recently, in my BSNL Telephone Bill No.[protected] dt 06.08.2011; TELEPHONE NO [protected]; BSNL ACCOUNT NO. [protected]; and my BSNL CUSTOMER ID NO [protected].

      The way the innocent users of landline telephones of the reputed BSNL are being cheated is to be viewed very seriously; or else, the reputation of the State-owned BSNL will be NO MORE. Hence, the Authorities concerned may please look into this entire operation of booking innocent clients of the BSNL; take steps for IMMEDIATE STOPPAGE of this fraudulent practice being thrusted on the gullible users of BSNL landlines.

      I also request the concerned Authorities of the BSNL to arrange for adjustment of the amount of Rs.200 per month that was charged to my Telephone Bill (reference/details given above) to my future bills (amount charged need not be refunded; but could be adjusted to my future Bills). This amount of Rs.200 was charged for the last 4/5 months; hence, the total amount that was charged may please be adjusted to my future Bills. I never utilized any games - Online or otherwise, please note.

        On my number CRBT service activated automatically.Rs 2 is deducted From my Account Every time In a week or at any time automatically So I have given SMS UNSUB ALL to 56700 and also registerd complain in Customer Care To deactivate this services on my number.For many of times but no one is caring for that Every time just they Suggest that no service is activated on my account kindly i request u to take care of my complain Hoping Kindly,

        Most important nobody is responded from customer care BSNL.

          From 15/08/2011, I have been sending Short Messages from my BSNL Cell One mobile No. [protected] to many numbers including KBC No. 5252525. None of the messages have been delivered, but the amounts are being deducted and delivery reports show pending. While I contacted the Customer Care, I got a reply the line may be jammed for KBC. But 3 other SMS to other numbers have also been kept pending. After the complaint, one SMS to a private number was delivered and again the blockade has started. When I send SMS from Airtel mobile to KBC the same is instantly delivered. So, the Logic of jammed lines since 8 days is un-explainable. If the statement is correct how the SMS charge is being deucted from my prepaid mobile.

            BSNL — can't sent messages

            I am using BSNL student suvidha prepaid sim. 10-april-09 the balance on my card was Rs 27. though the schem says 2000 free sms i lost all my money on sending sms on easter and vishu. then my baluc came to -22pisa. I recharged it by getting atopup card of Rs 50 now after alling and all the balance i have is Rs 44.70 But from 15 april iam not able to sent any sms to any number. Icalled coustomer care and registered my complaint on number 32596 on 18 then i caled and registered on20th too still now i dont get any positive response plz do something
            how can i see that the messages sent to other peoples from my bsnl mobile. Pls send me the tips to view that the messages sent to other peoples. i want to know the sent messages history with messages and mobile numbers. Pls do the needful.

              I have a BSNL 3G 7.2 Mbps modem.. Last month on 28th July, i recharged it with 1100 with a scheme of 10GB usage per month. On 19th August, my connection was terminated stating that you do not have sufficient funds to establish this connection. My total usage till date has been 4.02GB as per BSNL modem itself with 10 days remaining for usage. When i spoke with the customer care they said that they will fix it in next 24 hrs and i will get 6GB usage for 10 days.. but till date nothing has happened yet. My modem number is [protected]. This is not the 1st time thing like this has happened and worst part is that BSNL's customer care agents sit there just to sleep. Most of the time they were yawning over the call and dont think anybody is bothered abt it.
              Kindly advice.

                MY NAME IS S ARUNAGIRINATAN, I AM BSNL PREPAID CUSTOMER FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS, AS THEY WERE DEDUCTING UNNECESSARILY MY AMOUNT WITHOUT INFORMATION SO I STOPPED RECHARGING FOR MORE THAT 10 MONTHS AND NOW SINCES 2 MONTH I STARTED RECHARGING. THE VERY FIRST RECHARGE WAS RS. 98.00 AND I GOT 50 TALK TIME. THE NEXT DAY RS. 30/- WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT WHEN ASKED WITH BSNL CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD I HAVE SUBSCRIBED FOR SONGS. THE FUN IS I AM NOT HAVE INTERNET CONNECTION TO LISTEN THE SONGS BUT

                My number is [protected]..i was charged Rs 21 on 12.01.2011 for doing nothing. i called the customer care but they did not respond properly. It has already happened before. i am customer of bsnl for past 5 years and i did not expect this type of service from bsnl.

                    I am afraid; that I am a senior citizen and badly required phone usage.

                    If i was disturbed like this; how can I trust Bsnl; where I am using past 30 years.

                      I have taken a plan 750 Home Unlimited of BSNL Wimax Internet Broadband which has been a nightmare for me.

                      All this started on 6 August 2011 when I was given a demonstration of Wimax Broadband by BSNL at my place. In demonstration I got a maximum speed of 900 KBps (Nearly 1 MBps) which was an amazing speed.

                      So, I took a Wimax connection on 8 August 2011 with 750 Home Unlimited plan and Wimax Device was installed at my home on next day by BSNL provided with my connection no., username and password. After installation also I got the same speed of 900 KBps up to next two days (evening of 11 August 2011).

                      And after 11 August 2011 evening the speed was suddenly reduced to 100 KBps. And on 19 August 2011 10pm the speed was again reduced to 50 KBps and now_____________ I am being provided the same reduced speed of 50 KBps.

                      I made a complaint regarding this to BSNL and they forwarded the complain. ZTE Technicians (ZTE is providing the Wimax device with BSNL) came to my house and they checked my device with their login ID and got a very good speed (more than 1MBps). They told me that there is no technical problem, BSNL has bounded speed of
                      your connection, kindly talk to bsnl, and ZTE team went back.

                      Again I called BSNL and told them, then they were like “itni hi speed milegi”.
                      If it is really so then why is BSNL confusing the customers by showing 20 times speed in demonstration?

                      BSNL says Wimax to be a 4G technology whereas they are providing the speed less than 3G. EVDO Card (3G) provides a speed of 80 KBps which is much more than Wimax. If one has to get 50 Kbps speed only then why should he go for Wimax.
                      EVDO card of BSNL which Device costs half of cost of Wimax, EVDO has a better connectivity from Wimax, I could carry EVDO anywhere whereas Wimax is a home setup. But BSNL people told me that Wimax has better speed. In my words I can say that BSNL is cheating its customers.

                      Apart from this there is also a major problem after the speed reduction of 11 August 2011. My Wimax Device is hardly able to get connection to its portal. Means I am not able to use its services with reduced speed also. After its speed has been reduced I am able to use internet very rarely, e.g. whenever it gets connected I can use internet until I shut down my Wimax device because after this I cant say that it will connect to internet after how many days. This problem also started after reducing the speed.
                      Means I am paying a worthless huge amount to BSNL for nothing. And after paying such amount I have to wait for two to three days even for checking my mail.






                      Additional details

                      As per this plan user will get a speed of 512 Kbps wherever technically feasible. Whereas in my locality there is no question of technical feasibility as I was already getting 20 times faster speed than this and also I am residing within 2km from nearest transmission (Pahariya BSNL Exchange) whereas its range is upto 15kms.

                      So, Kindly look after the matter and either provide me a better speed and connectivity or I would like to surrender as I can’t even browse internet with this and I have to pay a huge amount to BSNL for this worthless service.

                      BSNL — Not up to their words about the connection speed....

                      I'm staying at Bogadi 2nd satge N, Mysore.
                      I got myself a BSNL EV-DO wireless connection @ Rs 4192 from divisional office. According to the product, the connection speed should be 900 kbps. But the available speed is only 60-80 kbps only, tat too in places with full network access.
                      I met the concerrned person regarding this, but they were least bothered about this.
                      I'm very much unsatisfied with this kind of service...
                      We have bsnl wimax from 1 year. It shows every time connecting and after long time when connected immediately after 5 to 10 minuts disconnected. We had talk with your UDAIPUR, JAIPUR AND BANGLORE office but they have not solved our problam so far. We are in deep trouble because of non working of internet inspite of paying the monthly bill regularly. So you are requested to please get the problam be solved immediately.

                        I recharged my phone number [protected] with Data Recharge voucher 4200 on 20/07/2011. Its worth rs.4200 and provides 6 gb internet data usage limit every month for 6 months. Basically according to plan, my gprs account should be automatically recharged with 6 GB data allowance after every 30 days. I got the first 6 GB as soon as i recharged. but after 30 days were over on 18/08/2011, my GPRS account was not recharged with another 6 GB data. The customer care representatives are a bunch of clue-less persons who know nothing about their own products. Even after calling 20-30 times I did not get any kind of help from them. Please help. I will never ever use BSNL.

                          BSNL 3G with Teracom Data Card

                          This is Pranoy Sinha (pranoy.[protected]@gmail.com) from Khardah, kolkata -700116, a web developer by profession. My PC is running with WIN XP with SP2. I have purchased a BSNL 3G SIM Card with Teracom data card - model no: LW273 (having speed 7.2 mbps mentioned in the device) on 30/5/2011 from a BSNL exchange here in Barrackpore,24Pgs(N), West Bengal.

                          Till today (20/8/2011) i am not really getting good service...

                          Non responding of telephone complaint

                          I am ordinary user of BSNL Broadband , the phone was dead I complained after so many request they come make the phone but braodband is still not working.                             my bsnl no. [protected] is working last 4 year but last one week my no. outgoing facility is stop without any reason and without any information.i have tried bsnl customer care no. 123 or [protected] but the no. is busy or call not completed.

                            This to inform you that my outgoings r not working good because it will shows network busy r error in network connection. 3 r 4 times to be dailed to connect a call. I send sms as "SIGNAL" to care. Which is helpless for me. While call is in conn. it was disconnected many times, nearly after 2 months i went to CSC to large complaint again he said that I will said to SUBHRAMANAYAM, SDE. I dont whether he said r not? In CSC is not able to take complian i think so. Our family using BSNL nearly 6 years. At the time of 10.30pm it shows that network busy imagine how the network is? LOCATION IS HINDUPUR, Area:OLDCHECKPOST, Banglore road, Hindupur, Anantapur(district), AndhraPradesh(state).

                            Kindly please solve this problem, i am facing problem with a lot, I missed three interview calls with this, my carrer is going to be bad with this problem.

                              I have purchased BSNL UITC card at Rs. 300 through bsnl's online portal. I made mayment through my Debit card of HDFC bank. After the online payment no transaction id was gives to me and there was an error saying like Server timeout or something like this. I checked my bank a/c and saw Rs. 300 has been deducted but my phone was not recharged with that card. Called BSNL cumstomer care several times at different numbers ie. [protected], [protected], [protected], 197, 1503, [protected]. No one was able to provide any answer and directed me to others. Now i feel like cheated by our own national teleservice provider BSNL.

                                  I had applied for a transfer of my old landline no.[protected] from Viveknagar exchange to Kaikondrahalli exchange on Sarjapur Road on 24th March 09. After 3 weeks, my landline was transferred to the new residence. However, the BSNL broadband has still not been connected or activated at the new residence. In spite of repeated requests over phone and in person, no one from the exchanges at Sarjapur Road have turned up to reinstall/ activate the internet connection.

                                  I have also not received the BSNL telephone bills at my new residence for the past month.

                                  I am also a sufferer of very bad service provided by BSNL. I live in Puttaparthy. I recently relocated to this place from New York after working there for many years. My decision to settle down in Puttaparthy was based on the fact that Internet service is available here. I never knew the service is going to be this bad.
                                  I deem myself to be very lucky if the internet is connected at least for 2 hours a day.
                                  I go to BSNL office to lodge a complaint. Their first question is: 'Is the DSL light glowing in the modem' If i say yes, they would send a line man to set right the telephone line. Otherwise they say, "the problem is in Bangalore, Ananthapur etc"
                                  If internet breaks down once in a way, it is ok. But the problem is" Internet is working once in a way.

                                  I think the only solution is to privatise such vital services. Anything in the hands of Government will not function properly. The Engineers have no interest or incentive to work or improve the services. We cannot blame them, 'what incentrive will a man have when he works for the Government or a public sector undertaking?? Nothing. They are also human beings.

                                  So Instead of trying to improve the services, it is better to give it to the private companies. They may charge little more, but we can get better service.

And my daughter studying in 10th std. Whenever she wants to get the information from Internet, she is unable to get the information because telephone is not in a working condition on that time. It is useless telephone. But, the telephone bill is comes for more than rupees 800 every month with being utilized after all telephone is not at all in working condition. How can bill amount come this much? I think somebody using our telephone line with the help of BSNL official and officers. BSNL official and officers involved in this scam. Since two days our telephone is completely dead and there is no proper response from the officers of BSNL whenever we call JE concerned. He doesn’t lift the mobile phone at all (His number is [protected] and[protected]. I hate BSNL!
                                  I am also a BSNL telephone & internet customer in Bangalore with number[protected] & my line got cut by another government people from may onwards.                                   Our telephone Number 26690167, which comes under Channammakere Achukatu Exchange, Since one month our line is not working, and have given unlimited complaints both telephonic as well as physical complaints a the Exchange . Mr Prasad who is the AE there told his helpness that there is no line men to attend the problem. So what now! its been a month and i have received my phone bill for the month May.
                                  Whom shall we contact / request / complaint / cry for further action for the problem. Last month we had the same problem for the Broadband and was rectified after a months time. is there any solution for this.
                                  Speaking about the problem the telephone operater slams the phone and pass the issue to MR KULKARNI AND MR PRASAD
                                  when a complaint was lodged to MR PRASAD he didnt even acknowledge the complaint.
                                  kindly act soon we depend a lot on telephone and my patients depend on my land line.

                                    BSNL — Irritated by slow speed

                                    I am getting irritated by the 256kbps speed of bsnl broadband.I am wasting 750/- each month for it.I expected that they should give a minimum of 512kbps but all in vain.When I want to download a big file it takes too much time(disgusting).It is not only the waste of money but also the waste of electricity.


                                    They have to really think about it.
