I have take sim from veder scan QR of Bharath still sim not activated and the vender not visible since 10 days...

Am a bharathpe merchant from kurnool. My amount of rs 22222.Was not credited in my account. Am calling from last 7 days no one responding .Worst service from bharathpe...

My Bharat Pe Account is Blocked on 27th jun2023 and I had contacted customer care several times via calls and messages but there is no certain response and reason. Then they asked me to submit my documents and I had already submitted my required documents but they are giving certain dates to solve my problem but they will not be able to solve my problem.
Plz Sir I Sincerely requested to you that plz help me regarding this to solve...

These guys don't know how to do KYC. Ours is a propreitership.
First these BHARATPe ### autopopulated the wrong account name from the bank details we entered. Instead of our business name, it shows the initials of the bank name as the account name.
Secondly we had submitted PAN and Aadhar of the proprieter for KYC. But the brilliant minds at BHARATPe thought that account name (which was anyways wrong) should match the name...

I try to withdraw amount from bharatpe account but it shows your account has been blocked due to suspicious activity. i called to customer care they said upload some documents like pancard, GST, last 5 transection invoice, shop photos but i have only pan card and shop photos and i uploaded it.please unblock my account...

Swipe machine received giving error pnmpay_012. company customer care just told they will solve. from three days i am wasting my time on calling and online complaint....

My account is blocked from last 7 days.. I have submitted all the documents and even tried calling msgs but no response from their side.. I am fed up with their service.. please help me out...they tweeted me that my account is activated now but still it's not working......
