My Bharatpe Account has been blocked without any reason (reason as per Bharatpe - suspicious activity). Multiple attempts to contact customer care has been done by me. They asked for some documents which i have uploaded & yet no response received from them. Please help in resolving this issue.

      I’ve paid Rs 350 to a UPI ID as following
      BHARATPE[protected]@yesbankltd
      under name SANTOSH KUMAR.

      I’m unable to reach out to the person and have not received any receipt of hsrp booking for which i have payed.

      This payment mode was through hsrponline.org.in
      Kindly initiate my refund and look into the matter.

                My Bharat Pe Account is Blocked on 27th jun2023 and I had contacted customer care several times via calls and messages but there is no certain response and reason. Then they asked me to submit my documents and I had already submitted my required documents but they are giving certain dates to solve my problem but they will not be able to solve my problem.

                  These guys don't know how to do KYC. Ours is a propreitership.
                  First these BHARATPe ### autopopulated the wrong account name from the bank details we entered. Instead of our business name, it shows the initials of the bank name as the account name.
                  Secondly we had submitted PAN and Aadhar of the proprieter for KYC. But the brilliant minds at BHARATPe thought that account name (which was anyways wrong) should match the name on the PAN (which is of the propreiter), no exceptions.
                  How do you do that with a propreitership business? Should I stop receiving payment in my business account and accept payment in a personal savings account? Am I a roadside fruitseller? I have been running the business for 30+ years using the same bank account, that is 6 times as long as BHARATPe and already longer than BHARATPe will ever exist for.

                        Account has been blocked due to suspicious activity

                        I try to withdraw amount from bharatpe account but it shows your account has been blocked due to suspicious activity. i called to customer care they said upload some documents like pancard, GST, last 5 transection invoice, shop photos but i have only pan card and shop photos and i uploaded it.please unblock my account...
