Sir I took a payment of 30 rupees from my friend on 22 7 2021. But that payment was not settled immediately. It was said that 30 rupees will be settled at 8 o'clock the next day. But the next day at eight o'clock there was a settlement of 30 rupees, but he seems to have settled 30 rupees in bharat pay apps, but 30 rupees has not been added to my bank account yet.

I have transferred Rs 15500/- to your merchant Akash hardware on Dt 13.03.2021 but till amt not credited to his account, but after few days, i have contacted to your customer care they told me that ur amt credited to merchant account on Dt 14.03.2021 with two amt of Rs 20500/- but name not mentioned in statement .now merchant need details of payment received .so this is kind request to you please look into matter on priority
