They asked to pay 5000 for swipe machine but in refund they transferred only 4000.
They are fooling customers, they ask for money then they reject the kyc and then when customer ask for refund they they just transfer 4000

      This is to make strong complaint that we are facing the issue of not getting any massages neither through swipe machine nor in the app and massages of the payment recieved from the customer
      And your customercare is so pathetic that they just send a link to register the complaint which does not work too.
      I shall like you to rectify the issue and send the pending payments to my bank at the earliest otherwise we shall be forced to discontinue the services

                    I had received a payment on 28/07/2021 via Bharat pe QR code provided by your company of rupees 5288/- No message received from Bharat Pe and from bank linked to HDFC Allahabad up till today

                          On 16 july 2021 customer purchase medicines from my medical shop worth rs 2144. then he pay the amount by scaning the my bharatpe scaner. amount deducted from customer bank but not reflected in bharatpe app or not creadited in my bank account . please check the issue and repair it as soon as possible .
                          i send the screenshot of payment done .
