On the 14th aug 2019, i was contacted by an olx user who wanted to buy furniture from me and do the transaction on phone pe. I was not familiar with it but he said that i needed to download phone pe to facilitate the money transfer. So i went ahead and downloaded it. He said that he was using bharat pe merchant swipe machine to facilitate the money transfer. So he kep sending requests for money and i refused saying its asking me to pay. Then he said its to pay - to - receive and that i can check the message sent by phone pe (Bharat pe) which mentioned the words pay to receive. Bharat pe kept sending messages which started with hi pay to receive which is extremely deceiving. So inorder to be sure i asked him to do a transfer of rs.5 and i received rs.10/- so i went ahead and did two transactions of rs.3000/- each but i did not receive any money in return but he kept insisting that the transaction was pending and thats why the money didnt get credited to my account. He kept sending requests but i refused to pay any more money until he paid me. The money was transferred to some ravikant who has an account with phone pe. It makes it phone pe's resposibility to make sure that user is held responsible and hold an enquiry to make sure that it doesnt happen again and i receive my money back. Otherwise why should anyone trust financial institutions like urs if you cannot have ironclad security measures in place to ensure safety. Why word messages like "pay to receive" which is extremely deceiving and it helped enable this entire fradulent transaction because i thought phone pe has some weird payment policy which made it legit in my mind.
Please do resolve this issue as soon as possible,

The transaction needs to be reversed and companies like yours have a responsility to have security measures in place,
You mentioned "He kept sending requests but i refused to pay any more money until he paid me"
did this meant, you received your money back?
I am a merchant and use bharat pe to receive money from customers. On 3 /03/2020 my customer transfer rs 73500 on my account. I received message from bharat pe after 3 days the amount has not been transferred from bharat pe to my bank account. I have atleast called 10 times to there customer care but still I have not received my amount. I would request all person not to use bharat pe and any other such financial organizations. Kindly suggest the legal actions that would be taken on the bank.

    First Of All The Email You Submitted Is Not Clear its Like [Protected]@bharatpe.com And Secondly When I Emailed Bharat-Pe Support At Their Email With All The Proofs They Said That They Can't Help Me As The Transactions Are Not Hold-ed By Them It Is Immediately Processed I Am Just Requesting That At-Least Provide Me Any Info About Merchant Or Contact Merchant From Your Side And Inform Him About That Please Help Sir I Am A Student Can't Face This Loss

      Hello,

      I'd done a transaction on May 2, 2019 using the Bharat Pe QR code to Photographer and the payment was successful but did not credit to the merchant nor back to me.

      It's been a 2 months I've been in contact with the team and they are of no help.

      I filed charge dispute against my bank but they say that it was transferred to some other account of YES BANK but I had paid using the qr code which cannot go to any other account.

      Request you to have a look at this and get it resolved at the earliest.

      i m using bharat pe app due to problem with Yes bank on 6 march 2020 i have raised a issue to change the account and transfer my 21k to my other account but till date they are not able to change the account when ever we call support desk they say to keep patience in next 24 hours we will get a call for conformation but its been 7 days they are not bother about anything of merchant payment and they are using my 21k .. and not responsiding when i ask them that i want to talk to senior manager there excutive replay that manager is busy with work cant talk to anyone over phone and even i said i will raise compalint to RBI they said do as you need ...

          There is no confirmation as well as no reply through mail or by toll free number, after that i chat with the number [protected] (True caller name mr praveen choudhary) he only reply fraud site

            Bharatpe has kept their bhim upi qr at our establishment m/s v k mart (Mobile no [protected]). One of our customers had made a transaction of rs 2000/- on 20.1.19 vide txn id[protected], but the said amount is not credited to our account till date.in spite of our repeated complaints, they have not responded. Its really looks like a fraud. I will advise everyone not to use this upi.

              It is to inform you that Alock Gas Agency, Najafgarh- New Delhi with whom we are registered under consumer No. 4307 {O,P. Gupta} & No. 30550{ Mrs. Sunita Gupta}.The following points to be kindly considered & remedical steps to be taken.

              1. Gas Agency holder never booked for refill gas cyclender before 30days from last delivery date. However as per Govt. Circular gas connection holder can book for refill gas cyclender after the 21 days from the last booking date.

              2. We have informed the same to Mr. Javed Akhetar , Area sales Officer.but no action was taken till date.

              3. The phone nos. which are mentioned on their slips are mpt wprlomg & when we personally visited to their office for booking of refill gas cyclender, they behave very rudely.

              I am a senior citizen & also a Heart Patient. It is very difficult for me to run one pillar to another.

              Hope you will look into this matter & solve at the earliest so that we can get the refill gas cyclender on time & regularly.

                My consumer no.is 12028 I booked my Gas refill on date 31Dec 2009 order no. 480129 by Internet. I have not yet recived refill of the LPG cylinder till date. when i talked to our agency KAIN GAS AGENCY add. 1406A/13 Govindpuri Kalkaji New Delhi 110019 Tel no.26212582. 26226323 they said we not accept any booking by Internet. We will give you a supply only when you book your Gas refill on our agency's telephone numbers . whenever i call to the agency. they simply either not picked up or Busy. I also sent many mails to [protected]@bharatpetroleum.com but they not gave me a any response. Now i am felling very stress due to that

                  I have received a letter from Petrobonus dated 15th December, 2008 saying that I have a card of 46124 petromiles. I want to tell you that I couldn't receive my Petrobonus card till now. I have a request to them to send me the card as soon as possible to my home address so that I can use my Petromiles by shopping and also to increase the Petromiles. Otherwise there is no issue to have these much Petromiles on paper only. I am attaching the details of the PetroBonus card with these mail.

                  This has ref to the above captioned complaint no given by one of your Customer Care executive named Mr Able.
                  I have been calling up frequently to your no[protected] & speaking to several executives from 23/4/2010 but i am surprised that nothing has been done till date.
                  I had a old Petro card (No [protected])which was lost & i got a new replaced card (No [protected]).The old points that were in the old card is yet to be transferred to the new card.For this i must have called more than 4 times(Few dates i remember like 23/4/10;18/5/10)& after explaining the entire episode i am told that the old balance will be transferred to my new card within the next 7 days but it never happpens.

                  Kindly let me know when this will be done.Instead, if In-Out vouchers can be send it can be send to my mailing address with an intimation.
                  Pls confirm.
