As by grtting information from customer care bharat pay i have recorded this video for compliaining my redemption as u can see that after filling all informations also the browser is asking to fill full information.. And the other also i m not geeting my state option in this format as u can see madhya pradesh option is not there.. Becoz of i m unable to redeem my gift so plz sort out my problem and help me to get my gift redeemed as soon as possible...

        Costomer has paid rs700 on feb 22nd 2020 by scanning qr code but money not received not settled.
        I have been complaining to costomer support from 28th feb 2020 the costomer support person talks about it and asks me the upi translation number and says yes sir money has been received but not settled the concerned team will call you back with in 24hrs.. Not a single call come till today past 7days i'm compiling daily to costomer support.. They don't even solve the problem..

            i am lakshay saxena. My friend send the money by scanning bharat pe qr code but i didn't get money in my account. Even it shows transaction successful.

            I have contacted bharatpe customer care they told me to wait for 24 hours and your complaint will escalated and resolve as soon as possible or your complaint forwarded to our technical team. They will call you. But after 36 hour i haven't received my money back. Kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.

              Hi

              I did a transaction on the 06th of may through my google pay app. The first time it showed transaction failed. Hence i did the transaction a second time. Money was deducted from my account twice however. The merchant is on bharatpe. When i went to the merchant he is telling that money got credited only once in his account. So, i called customer care of bharatpe, they refused to assist me in this and asked me to get the merchant's number which he is refusing to share. I was ready to share all the transaction details from my side, but bharatpe guys clearly told me that nothing can be done until the merchant shares their details. It is not in my hands if the merchant shares their details or not. I can provide whatever details i have at my end.

              On twitter when i raised the query and shared all the details with bharatpe, their team accepted that the money has been credited to the merchant's account. When i talked to the merchant he is refusing to accept that.

              Now, it should be the responsibility of bharatpe to ask the merchant to refund the money. But bharaptpe team has outrightly denied to help.

              Why should end consumer which is myself should bear the burnt of the issue?

                  I am a retailer, the customer scanned the bharatpe qr code and paid the amount successfully. Later received the message - transaction failed.
                  I contacted the bharatpe customer care, they didnt respond after continuous calls and emails i received an email to send the passbook and the payment is setteled, but when i checked there was no amount credited in my account on that date. Later again i called and emailed, they asked for contact...

                    Hi support team,

                    On feb 22, 2020, at 8:08 pm, instead of transferring rs9300 to one of the bharatpe merchants (Correct: bharatpe[protected]@yesbankltd), by mistake, i transferred to wrong bharatpe merchant id (Wrong: bharatpe[protected]@yesabnkltd) using paytm upi. Please find attached screenshot for your reference.

                    From upi id, i'm unable to find/recall merchants information.
                    Could you please share merchant name and contact number, so that i can request them to transfer the money back.

                    I have already tried to get this info from yes bank, hdfc bank (My home branch), paytm, but no luck.

                    Request your help on this.

                      I have transferred my money to my bharatpe interest account three times with 1000 rupees each. I have only received 1000 rupees in the bharatpe interest account where as u should have got more 2000 rupees. I have done three transaction of 1000 each. When i call the support they said they will call back but never received any callback i have send four to five email i have received the same email all the times saying that your problem is solved....

                      I was made a wrong upi payment of rs. 8000/- on dated 6/06/2019 on phone pe app. Through my bank of maharashtra bank account to bharatpe merchant, bharatpay[protected]@yesbankltd. Transaction no. Is p1906061315133183701375. This transaction utr no. Is[protected], shows transaction successfull in phone pay app and accordingly amt. Deducted from my bank account.
                      Actually correct upi address is bharatpe[protected]@yesbankltd, but i was paid to bharatpay.... Due to this mistake baratpe merchant not transfer this amt. To beneficiary account nor refund the amt. This amt. Is pending in bharatpe account till date.
                      I was contracted phone pe app. Customer care they advise me to contract your bank. I was made a complaint to branch manager on dated 13/06/19 but no response from bank.
                      Please, look into this matter and help me.

                        I m bharat pe merchant registered with [protected] mob number.
                        I hd done trnasction of rs.20000 on 24.9.19 from mine account using bhim to scan n pay rs. 20000 to bharatpe qr code which is registered to pmc bank as govt rbi restrictions on them they were not suppose to recieve n e payments. So the same amount is not settled yet. I had done all possibile ways to communicate bharat pe employee but they keep on giving dates no needful action taken yet.

                        Really saying very careless team of bharat pe they dont value efforts of customer and i think there is issue in site to submit form of account changing. Please inform to rectify it. So that no one else should bear same issue.

                        Hi i have bharat pay qr code in my office will you tell me that did your company worker 's or you company owner start this company for cheating or stolen hard money from indian people .Did your company have any legal approval from indian govt.
                        What is the name of our owner .Why your company did not cross check you company qr code that you provide to any shopkeeper,
                        i have a qr code of you company but that qr code is linked to other person name .I trust that if i take or rec any amount by your company qr code that go in to my bank account .But sorry to say that when i try to take an amount of 20000, from a person by ur company qr code that amount did not come in to my account .I also make a onine complaint to ur help line no on 02.10 .2020 but i did not get any call from your side.Till know so please tell me till when i get my amount back that is mistake by your company .My email id is [protected]@gmail.Com my cell no is [protected] please check and reply me on my email id

                            My amt 1280 transaction date Dec 5th as not been settled in my bank acc i have given all my bank statements but their customer support is helpless to solve my issue I have given compliant more than 10 times still no use but not credited upto date their customer support service is worst

                              Hi,

                              I had done a bharatpe transaction on 10th of aug of amount 3900 rs.. It gave me an error message that transaction has failed but the money was deducted from my account.

                              Till now vendor says that he has not received the money neither have i got back my money.

                              Upi ref no[protected]

                              Kindly look into it and solve the issue at the earliest. If this is the case how can we believe...

                              On the 14th aug 2019, i was contacted by an olx user who wanted to buy furniture from me and do the transaction on phone pe. I was not familiar with it but he said that i needed to download phone pe to facilitate the money transfer. So i went ahead and downloaded it. He said that he was using bharat pe merchant swipe machine to facilitate the money transfer. So he kep sending requests for money and i refused saying its asking me to pay. Then he said its to pay - to - receive and that i can check the message sent by phone pe (Bharat pe) which mentioned the words pay to receive. Bharat pe kept sending messages which started with hi pay to receive which is extremely deceiving. So inorder to be sure i asked him to do a transfer of rs.5 and i received rs.10/- so i went ahead and did two transactions of rs.3000/- each but i did not receive any money in return but he kept insisting that the transaction was pending and thats why the money didnt get credited to my account. He kept sending requests but i refused to pay any more money until he paid me. The money was transferred to some ravikant who has an account with phone pe. It makes it phone pe's resposibility to make sure that user is held responsible and hold an enquiry to make sure that it doesnt happen again and i receive my money back. Otherwise why should anyone trust financial institutions like urs if you cannot have ironclad security measures in place to ensure safety. Why word messages like "pay to receive" which is extremely deceiving and it helped enable this entire fradulent transaction because i thought phone pe has some weird payment policy which made it legit in my mind.
                              Please do resolve this issue as soon as possible,

                              did this meant, you received your money back?
                              I am a merchant and use bharat pe to receive money from customers. On 3 /03/2020 my customer transfer rs 73500 on my account. I received message from bharat pe after 3 days the amount has not been transferred from bharat pe to my bank account. I have atleast called 10 times to there customer care but still I have not received my amount. I would request all person not to use bharat pe and any other such financial organizations. Kindly suggest the legal actions that would be taken on the bank.

                                I putturaju C N having a/c in SBI bank[protected], Today, by mistake I had transferred 30000/- through Google pay to some other person transaction I'd[protected] Bharat pe merchant .Now I would to know customer phone no or address . Pls look into this matter and reverse the amount to my above mentioned a/c. I have attached my bank statement also .
