                      I've made a transaction by scanning BharatPe QR code at one of the merchant shop. The transaction was of RS 1400 on 9th Dec 2020. The Transaction was made using Amazon Pay and Bank Reference ID of the transaction is[protected]. Transaction status on Amazon Pay shows successful and it's already 3 days but amount is neither credited to merchant's account nor credited in my account.

                      Please look into this on highest priority.

                      Looking forward for a speedy resolution.

                        Sir, At 2nd Dec i withdrawal money from interest account but not credited my money in account, tell now 9days goo. Bad customer service i call everyday they say first wait for 24h then say wait for 48h then wait for 72h and now say that we will solve your issue soon in priority basis, everyday same thing. And now my problem was not solve but ticket is closed. They are doing fraud by holding customer money.

                            I have applied for loan and the same has been approved on 5th December and the EDI started from 7th December and as per the Msg received on Saturday the amount has been disbursed on Saturday it self as per there records. Till today that is 10th December loan amount has not been credited to my account and also the EDI has started debiting. As there are many frauds happening I complaint to them but they are still saying to wait for 24 hrs. As per the customer care agent I have sent the bank statement as well. Every time when called they are asking to wait. I have not received the loan amount however EDI is getting debited. When complaint about this to BharatPe Customer care they are asking not to stop the EDI as it may effect my CIBIL. On safer side I am also paying my EDI. I am mentally harrassed hopping amount is not misused.
