I hold a claim with bharti axa. My car is lying at the service centre from the past 3 weeks now. However height if negligence by supervisior sameer, he called me to verify and said since it is an accidental case and doesn't seem like one we can cover only one claim out of the two. He mentioned that it doesn't look like the car has met with an accident. On top of it during my renewal of policy with bharti axa previous year they didn't take into consideration the details i had shared with them and later told me there is a recovery amount i have to settle before going a head.
The supervisor did my not bother to tell me the amount to proceed further and told the ppl at service centre that customs will receive a letter which i haven't received so far. It was when i escalated the case with customer care services the only they share the amount and i made the payments immediately. They started the work but covered only one thing in that claim. The past 3 weeks i am trying to contact their team and they are either disconnecting or avoiding the case without any reasons.
Pathetic services provided by bharti axa. I would definitely not renew my policy from them and suggest my family and friend's too.

    My policy refund is in process and i am yet to receive the amount in my account even after 20 days.
    Everyday the telecallers give a new timeline to process the same.
    This kind of callous attitude is not expected of a company like bharti axa life insurance company ltd.
    Readers please be wary of buying any product from bhart axa life in the future.

    They couriered the cheque on 17 Feb to my old address which returned undelivered. Please note I had initiated both the address change and bank account details updation around the 10th of Jan 2018.
    Yesterday I received a email saying that the amount would be credited to my by eod 23rd Feb. Lets wait and see.

      Policy no. S5562349. Payment was made on 24.1.2018 for renewing the policy, but till now didn't receive the renewed policy. Made complaint on 8.2.2018, reference no. 01104067. Old policy expired on 12.2.2018. 2 days over, no steps taken by the company, resulting unable to get my bike on road. Insufficient service by the insurance company.

        Your representative mr. Manish has taken the details and sent the person for inspection on the same day...in the evening i was told that the inspection was successful and i was sent a link to make the payment which i did (Enclosing the snapshot for your reference).

        I was told i would get the soft copy by sunday morning and the hard copy would be sent in 3 working days time...

        In the evening again i got a mail from motorpre. [protected]@bharti-axagi.co.in, with a status rejected.

        On 4th i called up i spoke to sowmya and explained her about the mail... She said payment is already made, no problem with the inspection... So i would receive the policy by monday.

        5th feb monday i received a inspection call from your team again they have taken all the details... And said the policy would be released in 2 working days...

        8th feb i again i called up customer care spoke to mr. Prasad... He said he spoke to accounts department and i would be getting my policy by 9th morning.

        Today morning 10th feb 2018 again i spoke to your executive mr. Raju kumar... Now he says a different story... He says the car no. Is wrongly written as ap10k instead of ap 29k... That's were the delay is.

        Just fail to understand.. Even after so many reminder calls and followups... Why the process is getting delayed.

        Please check all the call recordings @ your end before you give a call back or reply to me.

        I denied and asked him to refund my amount.

        They was no response for my request and call back was not arranged, again i called up the customer care... I had to tell them the whole story again and i was directed to sales team,
        I spoke to mr. Ritesh, even after my instructions on 8th feb, the request was not taken by manish... Now ritesh said he will send me a mail in half hour and will forward the request for refund... Which will take 21 working day.
        This is really ridiculous... The mistake is from your end... You cannot expect us to pay extra amount for your typo error.
        More over why it should take 21 days for my refund.

        Mr. Ritesh, did not respond withe the mail... He has given me following no [protected], but when i am trying to reach this no. He is not responding to the call.
        After 2 to 3 attempts one lady picked up the call... And to my surprise she say's there is no body by name ritesh in bharti.
        I am trying to reach the same no again and again but no response... This is very unprofessional behavior.

        I have even sent a mail to your nation head mr kiran (Kiran. [protected]@bharti - axgi.co.in, this morning, even there was no response from him.

        For issuing the policy if you harassing customers like this... I really doubt your behavior during policy claim.

        Somehow i feel... I took a wrong decision choosing bharti axa...

        Please check all the call recordings @ your end before you give a call back or reply to me.

        If renewal is not possible please refund my amount immediately without any delay.

        Request you to kindly look into this issue and resolve it asap.

        What is the use of apologizing time and again and sending the same pre recorded mail... when solution is not provided.

        I been following it up with you people since 2 weeks... @ the time of payment... you people shamelessly call 100 times... but after the payment is done...
        even after repeated requests for call back no body responds.

        The mail says if you are not satisfied with the response please contact Kiran Jayaraj, I have already sent him mails numerous times... no response from him.

        You play a very safe and clever game by not giving the contact No. the contact No. given in the reply mail is a general customer service No,
        and if we ask for the person who replied us, they coolly tell they can't transfer the call.

        This is really ridiculous, you are cheating the people... I am going to escalate this issue in Consumer FORUM and IRDA.

        It's already 15 days since I made the payment... because of your internal problems and internal ### up's you are penalizing the customers.

        Till now the request for refund is not raised from your end.

        Again please don't send a same old pre recorded ### saying... we apologize or we escalated stuff.

        Give the response in actions...

        Hello Team,

        This is real lethargic approach and irresponsible behavior...
        Now some how I completely feel that I've been cleverly cheated by Bharti Axa.

        First place when the Inspection Team say's the Inspection status is rejected; I was kept in dark by the sales Team I was told the Inspection was successful and they collected amount from me.

        Now they are saying there is some typo error happened from the back end... and I have to pay a short fall.

        I have clearly told them time and again to refund the amount... I don't want to pay any excess amount because of Bharti Axa negligence.

        From my side I have provided them all the details clearly... you can verify your recordings.

        Till now the refund request is not honored or raised from your end.

        I've been following this up for the past 16 days... people will loose faith in online Insurance if this kind of approach is repeated.

        Hope you speed up the process and give the resolution @ the earliest.

          Dear all,
          I have paid my insurance online on 29th of june 2017. But when i called customer care number to fill my aadhaar number, they are saying your policy is not in force due to non payment of premium. And the are also saying please send us a email with attachment of bank statement. This is a kind of harassment to the prompt customer who is paying his premium regularly in time. I request company people to educate customer care executives to give best service to their customers.

            Dear sir
            I was contacted by mr. Rahul rane and his team on phone from bharti axa mumbai with handful of offers for life elite advantage policy. However when i purchased the same, i did not find the content matching with the promises made and hence i returned the same.in between i got the call from mr. Rahul saying that the policy was wrongly printed and i will receive the other one with modifications soon and hence i signed a letter sent by him for continuation. However, i received the same policy on 2nd of feb 2018 and getting no response or resolution from bharti axa. I do have all the call recordings and can produce on demand.

              I had a bharti axa agent come to my house and collect money for a car insurance renewalpolicy.
              He took a cheque dated 9th jan 2018 for inr 24700 and said i would receive the policy the next day.

              The same cheque got encashed on 31st jan 2018 but i have still not received any policy.

              Now they are demanding extra money for the policy.

                I also received these calls. This was regarding a policy i had with max newyork 3 years ago. I have continued the policy from 3 years ago. These people called me know all my policy details. They told that a substantial amount of commission and bonus amount is getting transferred to the agent mr. Sawroop panda and unless i act immediately the cheque will go into the agents account, initially the call was made by one ruchika gupta from said she is calling from max newyork. Then she transferred the call to one prakash kumar bharathvaj supposedly calling from gbic (Governing body of insurance council) he was really persuasive went on and on about how the agents are going to get the commission and bonus which was substantial about 78000.. I didn't believe it initially. The next day i got a call from icici bank in noida a person called nikita saying that a cheque for around 78000 is waiting to go into the account of the agent and only person who can help is the person from gbic. This bharathvaj again called me and said the only way is to remove the agent code from my policy and the only way of doing it start another policy either with bharti axa life or future generali in a fund called return goverment fund. This he said cannot be started directly as all agents will want commission and they will know that you are starting this fund to remove the agent code. S he proposed that i start a 10 year policy with bharti axa paying 40, 000 per annum but once the application number is processed he will make sure that this will be changed into one year policy and i will get back 42400 at the rate of 12% interest along with the previous commission and bonus of72000. He said on e ankruti sinhania fro delhi office of bharti axa will call and coordinate starting this policy. This lady called from and asked for a cheque for rs 40000 which had to be given that day. I almost fell for the scam even telling them about my address and bank details. They didn't allow me think they kept calling from these 3 numbers and spoke with me for close to 1 hour. I got suspicious at last and checked in the net and found that this scam is going on for a few years. Secret. I called this guy from gbic and told him that i called gbic and enquired his name and told him that nobody of that name is working there., he immediately cut me off. So please be aware of these kind of calls.

                      I got an accident and my Activa 3g (12AA0174) damaged and I gave it to lochab Honda for repair and asked for insurance claim. In which I expend 12800/- RS and lochab Honda said you will get your claim in 15 days after one month i got SMS from Bharti axa in which settled amount show 6542/- I cal to trilok chand asser of Bharti axa and he said there is some mistake in your Activa 12800/- is not expend you will call to lochab Honda I went to lochab Honda and meet to Devender and he said I talked to trilok Chand you will get your all money but they credit only 6542/- RS after that I call to Devender and trilok Chand they said it mistake of lochab and bharti axa but distribute of both I loss my claim. So I request you to settle my claim and I have zero Dept insurance.

                        I had met with accident. My car got badly damage from front, and their are some minor damage from back like 1 of my tel-light got damage my rare bumper got major scratch. One of executive named mr. Ajit he is saying that he will not give the approval for back damage. As per him i need to proof that both damage is from same time. My policy no is s8570328.

                          I had taken a travel insurance s9833134 from bharti axa and on nov 20, 2017 initiated a claim for the same.

                          I have an interaction id ind_id_526511 going on currently with cust care. I have been sending original documents for claim by courier, emails and having calls with various people and finally on dec 23, 2017 i was told the claim made for 84 euros has been approved for only 68 euros and will be paid out soon as i sent the discharge voucher and account details.

                          I did the needful and its been another month and still no sign of the payment. I have written emails to the customer care as well as more senior officers like kiran. [protected]@bharti-axagi.co.in, ashish. [protected]@bharti-axagi.co.in but of no use.

                          With a lack response like this it is highly unlikely i would choose this company for my next insurance. I hope someone reads this and closes the case and sends the claim amount due to me at the earliest.

                            On jan 18th 2017, after interacting with the customer care for online payment for car insurance renewal transaction identification number : lhmp[protected], till date i have not received the soft copy yet. They had assured me that i will get the soft copy by jan 21 2017.

                            But till date i have not received the copy nor no one form the team has addressed my issue.

                            Very disappointed by the bharati-axa team for the false commitment promised & fooling customer.

                              Dear sir,
                              It is very hurtling, that over a month i am struggling to get my vehicle insurance papers, for which
                              I had paid on 23rd of dec'2017.
                              Prior to payment, it was committed, that i will get the papers in email within the 48-72 hours... And
                              Till payment i am receiving lot of phone calls and email (Regarding the t & c, formalities for the required papers etc)...
                              Once the payment is paid, no fruitful response i am receiving... Only auto generated computes mails i am receiving...

                              I wrote to 4-5 times (Can been seen with liked subject id lsbi[protected]) and warns also, that my vehicle insurance has been expired on 25th dec'2017...
                              What wrong i made to opt you... Are these your bushiness policies??
                              I do not know, how much time your team require to resolve the concern a month/ a year or decade or waiting for my death...
                              Let me know what is the exact concern to you to provide the vehicle insurance papers??
                              You or your team, simply apologizing is not resolving the matter and my headache... It seems that you are not serious about the concern... As you already having paid form my side...

                              If you could be at my place, then only you can understand my feeling.. How cheated i am feeling...
                              Is earning the money is your duty not the service?
                              This is nearly a month, that happens to paying you the insurance fees and till date i am struggling for the papers..
                              It was my unfortunate that i opt you, the elementary experience is this much horrible then to process the insurance claim (If require to claim) will be how much??
                              I neither will opt you in future nor to recommend to any body. It seems that it is fraud company only.
                              This is my humble request, kindly provide my insurance papers to the earliest.

                              If the matter is beyond your capacity then i will bound to take a serious action.

                              I continuously writing to them (Since on call no body responds and call disconnected after a long) since last one month, every time the message i received is

                                I already 2-3 times requrested to you from 21/12/2017, pls do cancle my bharti axa policy and refund my policy amount 9985/- as soon as.
                                Pls take action as soon as and cancle my policy.

                                Because i purchase policy no ihs/q0106033/2c/12 dtd 27/12/2017 on 24/11/2017 but i don't get policy number or policy soft copy or hard copy or any fallowup by call or email from bharti axa insurance company from 24/11/2017 to 19/01/2018.

                                And today i received soft copy by email (20/01/2018).
                                If 2 months period for generate policy & getting soft copy of insurance, how can i expect next service when i claim for policy... So i request you to cancel my policy and refund my premium amount rs. 9985/- as soon as possible.

                                  Recently i take a elite advantage plan by gvr insurance on 28th of december at preet vihar branch by mr mrinal and rishika and 1st of all he is not giving proper support to understand policy and day 1sy till he calling me every time on telephonic discussion that he will send his executive for understanding about policy and bound but nobody still came. Now i couldn't proper understanding​ your policy and bond and have many rong information about me in bond. There is also need correction on my personal details so kindly provide me executive for understanding it.

                                    My self prdaeep jain owner of elite i20 (Mp04cr1315) and have an insurance of your company bharti axa. Recently an accident occured of my car and i have send the car to the workshop of surjeet hyundai j k road
                                    But now your servaior who is inspecting my car (Pradeep singhai[protected]‬) he is giving the claim as per he want. He is not even understanding the problem. As i have obtained the premium insurance but then whats the need of that if you are not satisfying me as customer. I have attached all the documents also. Kindly do the needful.

                                      I have taken policy[protected] and payed 50 k to bharati axa life insurance.
                                      They have confirmed and committed me to process the 6l loan from kotak mahendra bank, once i taken policy from bharati.
                                      Loan amount: 6l
                                      Roi: 2.5 k per month first 3 years and if not able to pay then they will recover end of the policy on 10th years
                                      Policy terms: 10 years
                                      Yearly payment: 50 k
                                      I will get the balance amount (Apart from 6l + 3 years interest) end of the 10th years.
