This is in regards towards the health insurance policy taken by my mother mrs urmi doshi and my brother mr rushik doshi, the incharge person mrs jigna who sits in the andheri (E) office of mumbai was told by my mother within one week of the policy taken that she no more wishes to continue the policy and to return the money but she called my mother and spoken in a very rude manner stating that whtever we can do we shall do but she will not return the money nor cancel it. She has no manner to talk to a elderly lady insipte of contionusly requesting her for the same and even the senior in the office were aware of the same but no action was taken against her, she has put her husband name in the advisory without the knowdlge of my mother n my brother, which is not in your company policy to put blood realtion as advisory. I would appreciate if an immediate action is taken against this or else i m left with no option to complain in consumer court and also in mahila mandal and even inform the media regarding this bec you don't expexct such behaviour or irresponsiveness from such a high end company, i would be glad is my mother's money is returned to her.

    I got my car insured from bharti axa. At the time they promised unlimited claims with no questions asked but now when i want claim it they have their policies coming in saying that the my accident can't be justified
    My car with accident and got struck from the left hand side, damaging front bumper left side fender and front windshield. They are not giving me the claim of my front windshield saying that the damage can't be justified. But at the time of the policy they never said that these will be the conditions.

      I take three policy from your company which is misguided by broker say me about dividend Rs. 775000. And also said the policy amount which is already paid refund me. In that process I take the big amounts policy. But my salary not permitted to continue the policy run in future.The policy nos. are[protected],[protected],[protected].Later on I came to know that all are fake calls and nothing offer has to be declared by any company.
      So, request to you kindly cancel all the above mentioned policies and refund my money as soon as possible.

        Dear all,

        I am pawan kumar my policie no.;-[protected]. Bharti axa life.
        Reference is made to the above mentioned policy wich was sold fraudulently to us by mr. Rajeev arora.

        In this regard i would like to state that mr. Rajeev arora call to us with a proposal for airtel tower in hathras city (U. P.) somewhere around april-may 2016 saying that on payment of rs. 5, 60, 000/- we will be an tower for wich a monthly rent rs.30, 000/- will be paid to us starting form june 2016 and assuredus that he will come back within an agreement in this regard. Instead we recvied policies. Bharati axa life rs. 72, 000. On contacting mr. Rajeev arora we told him that we gave you a cheque for tower and not for an insuranceas he assured us that he will get these policies cancelled as there are still in coolig off period and he took all the policies, but since then he is not picking his phone hence we visited your office on june 2016 and come to know that till date on papers have been submitted with you for cancellation of our above mentioned policiecs.
        We would be highly grateful if you cancel our above mentioned policies and refund the amount and take the strict action against your brocker so that he should not cheat the innocent people.in this regard we enclosed here with a cancelled cheque giving our bank details.

        An early in this regard under advise to us will be highly appreciated.

          The partial part of my two wheeler have been stolen on 2/06/2017 incidently
          the policy was getting expired on 3/6/2017 which have been renewed in time
          as per proceedure. your person had called me on 4/6/2017 to find out was
          there any problem in renewing of the policy. In our conversation I told my
          greivences regarding the partial theft is not covered under this policy. As per
          him if I claim, the servyor will visit the place and he will decide the claim to be
          paid or not. Now I am receiving a regd notice to pay no claim bonus which
          have been taken while renewing the policy. please clarify when you have
          not covered the partial theft and your servyor not visited the site and not
          even paid a Re as a compensation, how can you consider this as not eleigble for no claim bonus . I would like to know is there any application havenot been paid and closed on your own can be considered as claim. somewhere your whole system is wrong. please rectify immideaely since you have given me only 15 working days to pay the difference amount. If I do not receive
          any reply from you wihtin 7 days from this mail I will consider this matter have been closed and I need not to pay anything to you.

            I have paid rs. 4465 for my car insurance on 23.05.17 but till date i have not received my insurance paper at my residence address and insurance being done through your executive mr. Ammar.
            How i will drive my car without paper. I changed from bajaj allianze to bharti axa but the service you giving to your client is very disappointing.
            Please get it arrange to my residence address asap.

              My policy number is[protected]*.
              I purchased this policy 6 years ago now and have paid a total premium of approximately rs. 3, 45, 000.

              Since this is the 5th year, i am supposed to receive a bonus. I was informed the bonus declared this year is 0.6%.
              That is around rs. 4, 200 (Sum assured rs. 7, 00, 000 * 0.6%).

              First of all, i dont understand why this amount is so low. Is the company performance that bad?
              I was told anywhere between 8 - 12 % when i purchased the policy.

              Their agents have been going around lying and scamming people with these numbers and what i actually get is peanuts.

              It would have been better if i had put my money into an fd as it would have doubled by now.

              When it came to selling the policy and taking money from me, the agents and company is extremely quick. However, when it comes to customer service, this is absolute crap.
              I would rather get my money invested elsewhere such as lic, which by the way has better returns.

              Besides a rs. 7, 00, 000 sum assured isn't going to help me or my family much anyway in the case of my death. When the agent sold the policy to me, i told him very specifically that i'm looking for returns and he said that was assured and the life insurance policy was just an add-on.

              When being sold the policy, the agent had told me between 10 and 12% returns and i got 0.6% after investing around rs. 360000 over 5 years.
              This is the lowest bonus of all the plans declared.

              When i had asked the customer care executive as to why such a bad performance and why were the returns misrepresented, she said the policy was new and the agent wasn't aware.

              A customer care agent called me regarding this and i was not happy with the response at all.

              I was told that its not the agents fault who sold me the policy (He quoted 10-12%), as the policy was new and the firm didn't know the historical trends.
              This is the atrocious response i received.

              I don't understand that, when i trust someone with my money and expect returns, the portfolio managers performance is so bad, that after 6 years of paying rs. 60000 each year (Rs 360000 almost in total), i get a bonus of rs 3839.
              I feel like a fool putting in my money here.
              Even i work in the financial industry and this excuse that the executive has given me is not acceptable.

              A 0.6% bonus is very bad, i don't think the economy performance is that bad currently.

              I have invested money in mutual funds, lic, fd, rd and ppf, and trust me, this is the worst option.

                I self sunderpal singh policy no[protected] bought through smc broker 023142 that was told much benefits, loan etc. And said i[censored]r not interested than u can surrender within a year but now i want to surrender than accucative tells that i can not surrender why? Phon calls or smc was not given me correct information. And i m not able to hold this policy so plz help me and surrender my policy and return my money.

                  I had taken one home loan policy for 15 year and mr. Ashish committed to me that if i will closethe policy, my money will get refunded.
                  I had paid 80000 inr for my policy against the home loan a/c no. Hou/gha/0716/301715.
                  But i had closed my loan withing 6 month.
                  So mr. Ashish had refunded my amount only 28000 inr. I think there is some conspiracy because i cant see my policy online.
                  Please do needful and refund my appropriate amount as soon as possible.

                    This is varun mathur from gr. Noida u. P., my car insurance police no. Hax/s8360652. This is inform to you my car i20 asta (O) crdi {up 15 cc 0777} was accident on 12th june 2017 on greater noida and submitted by me on fortune hyundai on same day for repairing. But firstly the claim of car accident not clearly pass as actual, means many parts of accidental case not cleared by your surveyor. Regarding this situation, i inform to your manager on telephone ([protected]) and survey second time also done. But after the second survey, clear condition not informed to me to till now.
                    As well as fortune hyundai had repaired my car on thursday dated 22nd june 2017 and send the dues on friday to your office. But result is zero to till now. Bcz my car not received to me till now and as you know next three days will holidays so my work is on hold due to you poor representative's work quality.
                    So, i request to you please concern and kindly resolve my problems.

                      We received a call on Saturday, 24th June 2017 at 10:45 am from one Mr.Vijay who said he is calling from Vashi and he asked for my husband who was busy. Firstly he was very rude while asking for my husband and when I asked what it is regarding he said he is calling from INCOME TAX department. Hearing this i had to call my husband on the phone thinking this might be an important call. Then when my husband came on the call he told him that this call was regarding Bharti Axa life Insurance policy.
                      Is Bharti Axa in such a dire state that their agents need to resort to such fraudulent reasons to get to the customer????
                      Hopefully the company has some standards and will take action against their agents who resort to such fraud calls to get customers.

                        Dear sir on telephonic discussion mr rajiv mishra mobile no :-[protected] given policy of bharti axa of rs 25000 and told the benefit that company will give case back of rs 5000, rs 6000 scholarship to your child and medical insurance of rs 100000 for your family but when i demand about benefit still not given also another policy given and told special benefit about branch code given by company and you will get rs 15000 monthly as a salary and your policy automatic be cancelled and money will return still not get benefit and for demand of benefit he communicate on whatsup and again told your money is not transferring in your account so for create transfer id you will paid as a policy and all amount will credit to your account and therefor he taken approx rs 144000 and as per their commitment not given extra benefit. All payment given by our credit card so by fraud he sell policy to the person. Please take action and stop fraudulent. I also complained to bharti axa but did not taken action

                          My name is anuj sharma m. No. Is [protected]. I got my ford figo aspire hr-14m 5334 insured by bharti axa last year whose cover note no. Is 34768023 that got accident this month on 1/6/17. I filed a complain and surveyor clicked the photograph. Later i sent it to harpreet ford gurgaon workshop on 14/6/17. They made the estimate and called back bharti axa's surveyor to inspect again. But no surveyor has visited till date that is really disgusting. I have made calls many times but all i got is promise and outcome is zero. Kindly let me know the status or this is how you deal with customers.

                            I received a call from alleged bharati axa life insurance representative. He offered me a policy with a loan. The plan was the elite advantage. I paid the money and now i realised that it was a scam. The company is delaying my cancellation. The investment is rs. 43333. The free look out period for the plan is 15 days after receiving the documents. When i realised about this fraud i immediately called the customer care centre. (Within 15 days), but unfortunately, as i was out of the station and being holidays for 2 days i could submit the complaint on the 16th day. Now they are delaying my payment as i had not approached them before 15 days. They are also asking for proofs of the calls i received, which i don't have. This matter is affecting the credibility of the company. Please help.

                                I had purchased health insurance policy from bharti axa general insurance in year july 2015 and that time i had discussion with insurance team for the premium of policy for age of 0 to 35 years, they said the policy will be same for 0 to 35 years age group for every year for same premium.
                                But at this time the premium has been increased as i got a mail from bharti axa general insurance.
                                Request you to kindly share the same premium as committed by bharti axa at the time of purchasing.

                                There should not be same rate of premium for the ages 0 to 35 years in any health insurance co, some insurers will maintain same rate for 3 to 5 years, further there may be increase in service tax from 12.5% to 15% as on today
                                & the same may be increased to 18% from 1/7/17 if GST is come into effect. Some others will increase every year based on age apart from service tax or gst. However if insurer has assured in writing that premium will be same for up to 35 years, insurer has to renew at the same rate of premium, oral discussions in this regard will not be valid. This is only just to sell the policy.

                                  I was told anywhere between 8 - 12 % when i purchased the policy.

                                  Your agents have been going around lying and scamming people with these numbers and what i actually get is peanuts.

                                  It would have been better if i had put my money into an fd as it would have doubled by now.

                                  When it came to selling the policy and taking money from me, the agents and company is extremely quick. However, when it comes to customer service, this is absolute crap.

                                  Besides a rs. 7, 00, 000 sum assured isn't going to help me or my family much anyway in the case of my death. When the agent sold the policy to me, i told him very specifically that i'm looking for returns and he said that was assured and the life insurance policy was just an add-on.

                                    I am customer of bharti axa gic ltd. I have taken one car hyundai grand i10 in the name of ganga prasad yadav from dealer sas automotives pvt ltd situated in station road lucknow u. P. At 28/04/2017. Unfortunatlly my car got accident at 21/05/2017. I sent my car in service center of said dealer and fill all the formality. I have
                                    Received z plus cashless insurance of your company from said dealer. From date 21/05/2017 till now car is still in same condition. Dealer asking when i ll received noc from insurance company then i ll start work. What is the mean of cashless insurance. When dealer received noc from your end. I have registerd my claim request in your company with claim no-c 1262928/f1086619 dated27/05/2017 time 2.17 pm.
                                    Sir i m still waiting for the response but i dint get any response from you and dealer that when he will complete my car.

                                      Agents of the company are just 100% liers selling products with fake schemes dont buy any product of this co. They call me for samradhhi plan giving 50% of travel vouchers 33% of shopping vouchers and 20% refund of commission of total premium but nothing given even when i ask to cancel my proposal they send me the bond paper after 2 months of premium payment so as to cross the limit of cancellation period of 15 days received call by kanika and vikramsingh they r just blufmasters i need to cancel my policy
