Hello ma'am

Greetings of the day!!!

I purchased 4g honda activa from shri balaji honda, bahadurgarh (Dealer of honda) on 1st may, 2017 on the name of mr. Sumit bhatia. The registration number is hr13m8797 and engine number is jfs0e85015488.
The activa got damaged last month and i claimed it by bharti axa general insurance. At that time i was being told that my complete amount will be reimbursed. I paid rs. 7000/- and received rs. 4800/-

I received a message from bharti axa that the surveyor will call or visit and explain us everything but neither surveyor visited nor called us what the hell is this? I want my complete amount back else i shall go legally as i belong to a lawyer family.

    I have applied for term insurance but want to cancel it now for personal reasons n applied for cancellation thru mail on 23rd august 2017, but till now they have replied me properly regarding dat, i want my refund but no body is bothered till, cc not replying, not happy with d service, mailing them almost every day but no reply from them. They r only bothered about d customers who take their policy not bothered about others, dis is pathetic, awaiting for their reply n refund

    Still Bharti AXA group is not responding to my complaint, they have stopped picking up my calls also, this is pathetic n policy Bazaar Grp is not responding, such a big grps n they r behaving like a fraud grps, specially Bharti AXA, such a small amount, it's been almost 2 months, m still waiting for my refund

      Vehicle inspection done on 21st aug, payment made on 22nd aug and policy still not issued. Till payment is not done, you guys call 20 times a day, post that you disappear. Either you people are highly incompetent or there has been a fraud. Either pls call me at [protected] before i file a complaint with the regulatory department. Car registration number is hr26cq8705

        I was mis-sold a car insurance policy by their sales rep and now when i am claiming it from them. All they are giving me is a bunch of technical terms to get that sorted. I have to pay half the amount for getting the parts replaced in a zero debt insurance. I spoke with satish yadav who wasn't of any help. I would not recommend anyone to buy their policy. They are just a bunch of cheaters, never buy their policies.

            This is to inform you that I Utpal Sarma applied some policies in your company where broker had misguide me like for dividend from sbi life. For that purpose I have do the insurance policy. After doing a policy agent again asking for another policies and they had made the policy for dividend. Later on I know that all are fake calls and nothing offer has to be declared by company. I take three policy about 150000 in a year. These policies I couldn't continue due to my poor money condition.
            So, I request to you kindly cancel all the above mentioned policies and refund my money as soon as possible.

              Policy taken on 2013. After 2014 may & june that there is no reminder about my policy. No time limit with benalty and no information of laps of my policy details even in my mail id or house address post. When i am enquire about my policy on today in chennai trinity tower gopalapuram office, there is no possibility of renewal of my policy. I have paid 50000 rupees in 1st year payment. Is it possible to renew or close my account.

              I am a policy holder of m/s Bharatiaxa since Jan.2014 punctual in monthly premium payment.On 17/08, 17 my sb a/c was debited ₹10986/-without my concess.my premium is regular monthly due on 21/08/17.How is my loss/tension compensated? My policy no.is [protected].

                Sir, i took a motor car renewal policy having no. Fpv/i1981229/p1/07/001398 from bharti axa gen ins.co. Ltd from ludhiana office on 30/07/2016 which was valid up to 29/07/2017 mid night. I had paid some extra premium for ncb protector in which after taking two claim your ncb will be the same slab. Unfortunetly my car met with an accident two time in the current year. On 01/07/2017 company send me a renewal notice in which they allow me my 50% ncb discount but they tottely off all the other discount and make the estimated bill for rs.35812/-,
                When i contact for my car insurence to the other compannies, then united india insurense company demand only 20800/-, with ncb certificate. I took my policy from united ins. Before expirry and the ask me to provide ncb certificate from bharti axa. When i wrote to bharti axa office they refused me to give the ncb certificate. They asked that if i took policy from bharti axa then you are eligible for 50% ncb. Otherwise we will not give you the ncb certificate. I wrote to their complaint office also but no one give the response. My reg. No. Is bhgo45798. Please look in to the matter and provide me my ncb certificate.

                  Sir/mam,

                  ​this is in regards to my car (Nissan terrano hr26cg 8164) bharti axa general insurance policy no. S8500747 (O% depreciation insurance) and claim no. C1285531/f1107968.

                  I am writing this e mail to you as a last resort after exhausting all the options of reaching out as a consumer through various customer care/escalation levels from last 15 days. I have been ridiculed, insulted and offended by your company employees causing mental stress, harassment and trauma beyond the extent that i have ever experienced for the services that i have paid for. I have been hanging between your employees and your mismanagement over phone and in person.

                  I have a very sick 70 plus years old parents at home, who could require a vehicle anytime because of their medical condition.

                  I met with an unfortunate accident on sunday evening 16th july 2017, while trying to avoid a head on collision with an uncontrolled speeding car and hitting a tree on the right side of the road after braking and sliding uncontrollably on the graveled path (Full of small stones and sand).

                  There were some major damages to the front and side of the car (Pictures attached below.), including the windscreen mirror of the car.

                  I intimated your company next morning ie 17th july 2017 and dropped the car at sterling/crescent nissan workshop sector 18 gurgaon. I was available in customer lounge of the company, when mr. Vikas (Surveyor/valuer/investigator) was doing his preliminary investigation. I was shocked the way he was casually clicking pictures on his phone of multiple vehicles (Which were also there for claims) in one hand and talking with someone on the other phone, without reading/understanding the claim form or asking how this accident happened he left in 15 minutes meanwhile i was still filling out the claims form as to what and how the accident happened.

                  After a day or two when i was trying to follow up on the claim with your company and with nissan, i was informed by nissan bodyshop manager to my horror that the surveyor mr. Vikas forgot to take pictures of the windscreen and other damaged parts like ac condenser, radiator fan etc and would have to redo this investigation to understand the full extend of the damages.

                  I raised this issue with mr. Vikas over phone and he very rudely said "i know how to do my job, if you have any issues speak to my senior mr jasbir". After he hung up on me i tried to contact mr. Jasbir on phone and he assured he will look into this matter.

                  All this time i was trying to follow up with your customer service dept and they only had one answer "it is under process".

                  Since, i got no satisfactory response from cust care and no revert from mr jasbir a few days later, i went to see the status of the car, i was informed by the bodyshop manager, the claim of the windscreen has been denied. I again tried to contact with mr. Jasbir and he said since they cannot co-relate the incident and the crack on the windscreen they have denied this claim. I tried and explain the whole incident how it happened and told him it was not a crack, there was a clear impact of a debris from the graveled road or some other part that hit the windscreen. And he kept instating the crack was old and accused me of forging it and they will deny it. Since the conversation was getting nowhere i requested him if he could further give me number of his supervisor to which he said he will sms the details in a minute. I did not receive any form of calls or sms, tried to call again, he kept rejecting my calls throughout the day while i was waiting in the service center. I had to leave as the service center was about to close.

                  Next day, i called mr jasbir from different number and he tried to convince me that no one can do anything about the claim but him and was hesitant to provide me with his superior's number. After numerous calls from different numbers, he provided me the number of some mr narendra jain (The seniormost person) in the whole company. As expected mr jain had no clue and was too busy to talk to me and said he will look into this matter and revert. Today ie. 1st august 2017, i received a call from mr jasbir stating that the windscreen claim has been denied.

                  I cannot express the extent of mental stress, trauma and harassment that i have endured over last few days by your company employees.

                  I have a medically sick 70 plus years old parents at home, and request you to kindly look into this matter on an urgent basis.​

                    My name is anuj sharma. My ford aspire hr-14m 5334 met with an accident and had a zero depth insurance from bharti axa. Now after two months car is reapired in the workshop but surveyor is not coming for final inspection (R. I). I called him he replies i will come tomorrow. Already suffered a lot even then they don't understand customer sentiments. Anyone there to help me out..

                        I had taken a policy from bharti axa general insurance for my car on 27/04/2017 vide policy number fpv/12331995/2c/04/003575. While coming back from a meeting on 28-06-17 around 8 o'clock in evening i had a bad accident and car was badly damaged. Claim intimation was done on 30/06/17 vide claim number c1278923/f1101700. And since then ordeal of following up with surveyor, valuation person and investigator started with no revert from their side. Me and my wife called up customer care also several times and we asked them to take a complain to this effect but they said that investigation is going on and we would be contacted by investigator or valuer for it.

                        Also its we who had been calling them but nobody from their side neither surveyor or valuer nor investigator or anybody from bharti axa has called up to this effect not even once on their own to inquire about the accident or to understand the facts of accident.

                        But despite contacting them at their contact number provided by customer care several times there is no response from their side. There is no tat being followed, no response is given. I request the concerned authorities to intervene and get it resolved on urgent basis.

                          The person named above called me continuously and explained about the bharti axa investment policy. I was interested in policy and asked for further details. Later due to some medical emergency i denied the proposal today that i cant make any investment.
                          The behavior of executive was such that as if i am bound to purchase the policy and after so many calls i denied.

                            I made payment for renewal of existing policy with bharati axa on 1st july 2017 but i did not receive any policy. I checked with my bank and found the payment is successful from bank.

                            I did follow up with customer care for this but everytime i get response that we are looking into this... I amreally fed up with them..

                                I had received a call from jay mumbai, for renewal of my two wheeler insurance policy, for the same i had made the payment of rs 1146, for which i haven't received any policy copy not even acknowledge ment from them, this is really a poor service for a existing customer. Am fed up of continuous follows up and now they are not responding for my query. I need my money to be refunded at the earliest. I request concern people to take necessary action against my query.

                                  It is submitted that i am registered owner of vehicle/car up24ab3940. At[protected], 7pm my car was unfortunatly break down, due to bike collisped to the left window gate and so on. Other parts of car were changed and approved by insurence agent mr. Prakash, employed by adviser mr. Salauddin, he wants to bargain in the issues, not solved as stated above and demanding extra money saying that the money if i give him, it will be reach to the higher authority officer mr. Asif of insurence company.
                                  Its therefore pyaued you to sent out any issues as stated above.

                                    Hi,
                                    I am insurance holder of bharti axa for my car. My car registration number is gj-01-rd-4605. I have claimed the accident insurance as my car was parked in parking in a slop and hand break was applied but than too it got rolled little bit and dumped to vento car ahead after a hours time.

                                    Now the surveyor is rejecting my claim and telling u have not applied the break.

                                    If i had not applied the break than at the time of parking of my car, the car has to slide but it is not done it means hand break was applied.

                                    Please look in to the matter as being a good insurance company that type of cheating is not your cup of tea.

                                    Kindly please look into the matter.

                                      My name is kalpana pandurang jadhav. My policy number is[protected]. My mobile number is [protected]. Your agent mr. Abhijeet called me few months back & sold me this by telling me that bharti axa will provide you loan of 3.5lac against this policy but for that loan you need to invest in our policy of 35, 000/- & bharti axa will mortgage that policy & provide you loan with their tie companies. I am a widow woman & i need that loan to stable my financial condition but your agent took advantage of my situation & gave me hopes that bharti axa will provide you loan against policy on 0%rate of interest against an insurance policy. He told me that first you will get your loan approval then you got to invest in our insurance policy i agreed just because of the bharti axa company’s name. Next day bharti axa company’s field executive came to my office & i had given him all the documents as required.

                                      Next day i received call from loan verification department he gave me approval of 3.5lac rs. I was happy because i got my loan approval i called mr. Abhijeet told him everything he replied to me that tomorrow my cheque of 35, 000/-rs will be deposit & also i will receive an insurance verification call from bharti axa in that call he said don’t tell anything about loan otherwise they will cancel your policy process & convert your loan amount in high rate of interest i was scared so i said whatever he told me to do. He was in touch with on daily basis. After receiving my policy documents i read whole policy documents i noticed that there are few major mistakes & some fraud signatures.

                                      1. My place of birth is wrong my place of birth is near pune but in policy he filled my place of birth mumbai.

                                      2.in section a he filled i work as a clerk but my designation is mali

                                      3. He filled my annual income is 2, 50, 000/- which is wrong i earn 10, 000/- per month

                                      4.in family history he filled my mother is still alive but actually my mother died before my dad died. She died when i was very small.

                                      5. He filled my husband died at age of 45 but actually he died when he was 39

                                      6.in section 9 he signed my application form because when your field executive came to me that time i signed my cheque nothing eles. Even a blind man can also tell you that these are not my signatures

                                      7.in policy mr. Deepak came to me & told me everything about this policy then he collected documents from me but actually just a 17-18 years old boy came to me & collected all the documents from me.

                                      8. Illustration generated on dated 12/02/2016 but your field executive came to me on dated 10/02/2016 no body came to me for signatures on illustration.

                                      When i told mr. Abhijeet about this he said that whatever he filled was accordingly to the loan criteria & also he told me to wait till i receive my loan amount but every time i asked him for my loan amount he just gave me one date & told me to go to the bank & check we have send your 3.5lac rs loan. But when i checked into the bank i did not received any loan amount. From that day to till now i am calling to your agent but he never responded to my calls then i went to your vashi branch & told them everything that time i got to know that there is no such lap scheme in bharti axa & your agent given me false commitment just to complete his policy target. I gave them written complaint but i got no response from them.

                                      Kindly, please verify my complaint & give me my hard earn money back. Please check the below attachment pan card to verify my sign, my salary slip, my school leaving certificate to verify my place of birth, my office id card to verify my designation. I also have attached my bank signature verification.

                                      Kindly consider my case on humanity basis i already lost my husband & now i am struggling with my financial condition

                                      what is the status of your issue and I am also facing the issue .

                                      I have taken Policy[protected] and payed 50 k to Bharati AXA life insurance .
                                      They have confirmed and committed me to process the 6L loan from Kotak Mahendra bank, once I taken Policy from Bharati.
                                      Loan Amount: 6L
                                      ROI: 2.5 K per month first 3 Years and if not able to pay then they will recover end of the policy on 10th Years
                                      Policy terms: 10 Years
                                      Yearly payment: 50 K
                                      I will get the balance amount (Apart from 6L + 3 years Interest) End of the 10th years .

                                      Finally Ramya told me Policy (50k)amount will be return within 90days (from date policy taken). Please ensure and return my policy amount if you are not able to process the loan .

                                        I registered my claim with bhati axa gi on 15th june with claim id: i7m006oe. For my car which got damaged on 15th june at 2315 in parking front of my home. The call center agent told me that agent will be coming at your place please do not touch anything on your car leave it as it is.

                                        Got an agent associated with this claim mr. Mohit bisht on 16th june, who was supposed to come at my place to survey the car but he didn't turn up as he was not in delhi and requested to take the car to nearest listed showroom and give him a buzz, he will do the survey at the showroom itself. I told him that i have been told by call center agent not to touch the car until the surveyor comes. Mohit affirmed me that there won't be any problem i will see to it you just drive to a nearest showroom.

                                        I drove my car to hemkund hyundai showroom on 17th june, where i listed all the things which got damaged during this incident. Right front side of car, back bumper and boot as well.

                                        Everything was listed in the worksheet, i am chasing up for my car repair status from past 10 days, as per workshop people there was a delay from insurance agents who are not coming from survey again after the car repair.

                                        And now all repairs are done, i have been told that as cars was hit from front the damaged area of car from backside will not be covered.

                                        I explained this morning as well to mohit that car was in a parking when it got hit and it has hit the other car from back due to which the boot is jammed and the bumper is out, and now he is giving this excuse that its not coming in photo as if he came at the place where the car was hit.

                                        I cant understand once simple thing how can you estimate thing by yourself if the car is been hit from front sidr it cannot impact or damage the back side of the car.

                                        This is a fomal complaint, i have had it all from this insurance claim, i want my claim to be covered in full and want his ti sort out asap. Its been approx a month, i dont have my car and hell no one picks up the damm phone.
