    Dear sir,
    I wish to bring to your notice about irregularities in the way policies are sold by bharti-axa.
    I write to inform you that i was approached by bharti-axa officials for doing some lucrative investments. I was told about the returns but the lock-in period was not disclosed to me. Several investments were offered promising good returns. They approached me in the busy emergency department at apollo gleneagles hospital, where it is difficult for me to concentrate, and i was made to understand that these investments were similar to "mutual funds", wherein i can withdraw the money when needed. This belief led to several investments, which i have come to know will continue for several years. To my surprise, some even for 15 years which is ridiculous, given my age of 55 years (In jan).
    I would like to cancel all my investments / policies and demand my money back. The policies were sold in a proper manner which amounts to fraudulent intentions. I reiterate that all explanations were done in the busy emergency department where it is not possible to concentrate. Just signatures were hurriedly taken and details of policy, duration, premium - paying term, were withheld without proper explanation.
    I want bhart-axa to terminate all my ecs for all policies. Also i want them to refund the money due to me of all policies.
    I hope an amicable settlement will be done by bhart-axa.

        Respected sir,

        I have filed a medi-claim with paramount for my hospitalisation as guided by toll free number of bharti axa. It has been more than 1 months of filing the claim. I have not yet received my claim amount. Everytime i call on tollfree number to inquire the status of my claim, i get the same answer that my claim is under process. On 15/11/17, i had got a call from bharti-axa, who told me that my claim is approved & i will get re-imbursement within 1 week. Now 1week has already passed & yet i have not received the payment. When i called today, again i got the same answer.
        My policy no bih/q0080688/2c my claim documents send tpa team, 16 nov. 2017 claims registered with id no. 1711738. Last week received mail my claims is medically approved. But 1 month more i am not received claim amount.

          Can you please look into the below issue. It's been almost 10 days since i had made payment of my car insurance renewal through bharti axa online link but have still not received the insurance copy after multiple follow up's.
          Please help to resolve the issue at the earliest.

            Respected sir,

When i called today, again i got the same answer that wait for 21 more days & then i will get my payment.

            Isnt there a particular time limit according to irda within which insurance companies have to reimburse the claim?

            Now i feel harressed & cheatd by purchasing this health policy from bharti-axa. I am very sad to say that in the times of my illness i have to beg for my reimbursement even after being a regular customer of this company.

              Team,

              I am writing this email with utmost frustration, i have renewed my policy on 5th december and until now i have not received the policy yet to my email id. I had called multiple times and each time i am getting same lazy responses like system issue technical issue. I don't have to hear all such things just for a mistake i took the policy with you guys.

              Today i called and the adviser she is saying about a claim in this year, which i clearly mentioned that the claim was not settle and will not be settled and it is an third party claim, i have spoke to your legal adviser before i renewed my policy and i made the payment through the link which you guys send to me. Dont you guys think about all these facts before asking for a customer to renew the policy?

              Why all these are being informed to me after you take the money from me.

                My name is c srinivasan. Based in chennai. Yesterday, 11 dec 2017, i renewed my two wheeler policy for my scooty zest tn 09 cb 8708 on bharti axa website for rs 1152.86, the payment was deducted from my card account.

                However, no receipt was generated and i provided all necessary evidence to customer service, even now remains unresolved and the policy has not been issued by bharti axa. My earlier policy will lapse in the next few days so the matter is urgent too.

                I have also now written a mail to mr kiran jayaraj, national manager customer service and am waiting for his response.

                Bharti AXA have now issued the Policy, promptly. And one of their senior personnel called me and had a professional conversation with me. I provided my feedback requesting them to focus on the Payment gateway issue, which was the root cause for the complaint as well as the waste of time and effort on this issue. I thank Consumer Complaints Forum for firstly providing a platform to register complaints, as well as for acting on ithem appropriately. He told to me that we have to give one premium of this policy and on third year we can take owr money at 9 per cent interest the amount is 151520 and second is 62296. Now amit tiwari was not accepting his words. We have 5 policy of bharti we have taken this policy at good faith on bharti and didn't read the policy.                           I had taken axa policy with ad on with my new veh tow years back and renewd it last year again with ad on cover.
                          I also claimed the policy last year after renewal.

                          I have been trying to renew from last evening, but thinking working hours over yesterday, i cakked the customer care 3 times.. And first one said the policy was updated and finished on 15 july.

                          For whatever reasons it has been done is secondary, should i be not getting a mail or sms?
                          And may i know the reasons why it was done in the first place.

                              At the time of checking of my car documents insurance documents missing. they told me to show these documents in front of police man. I am not able to show this documents. kindly confirm what we do.

                                I already have a policy with bharti axalife. 2 days back the local team came and convinced us to purchase a child education policy by diverting part of fund from the existing policy. I requested them to wait and let me decide. But they forced and opted for the policy and diverted funds from my exiting account. I foresee not being able to pursue this policy and would like this to be cancelled asap. Currently, the local bharti axa life team or the customer service centre are not cooperating and confirming the cancellation. Please advise how to proceed with consumer protection if they keep on non-cooperating with me.

                                    My name is anita charles and i live in the usa. I have been writing to your customer service for the past 2 years to resolve my issue and have got no resolution to it.
                                    I have even written to the insurance ombudsman and they too referred my case but i have not got a reply from your insurance company. I have been repeatedly writing to customer service to give a solution to my case and have been terribly disappointed to note that they are least concerned about the customer and their hard earned money which we give to you. My hard earned money was with you since 2009 when i bought my first policy wealth confident...

                                    In april 2009 i enrolled in wealthconfident plan no.[protected] with bharati-axa life in vellore, tamil nadu with an annual premium of rs. 60, 000 to be paid in two installments. I paid this premium for three years totaling rs.1, 80, 000.

                                    In 2011, i moved to greater noida and in january 2014, i was leaving the country to immigrate to the us. I called the bharti-axa office to explain my inability to continue with my policy anymore as i would not be in the country. A few days later mr manish sharma (Who i did not know) walked into my office and introduced himself as area head, noida bharti-axa life (Manish. [protected]@bharti-axalife.com) i explained to mr. Sharma that i was leaving the country and i would not be able to pay any more installments and wanted to close my policy and get my money back. He suggested that i do a partial withdrawal and get another policy where i do not have to pay any more premiums and i would be able to get my money more quickly. And i agreed to his suggestion thinking he was acting with my best interests at heart and i was enrolled into this new sip[protected] in january 2014 and paid the premium of rs. 90, 000 with the partial withdrawal from my wealth confident plan. I believed him as he represented the company bharti and was not an agent and he did not at any point explain that i had to pay a premium of 90, 000 every year. If this had been explained to me i would have definitely not opted for this.

                                    I told him clearly that i was leaving india and did not intend to return and that paying premiums will not be possible. He assured me that my investment would bring good returns. The next day he sent a man, rahul, to my office, with the papers for my signature. I trusted his advice and did as he instructed me, and sent other documents by email. I thought he was acting with my best interests at heart and did not ask any questions about the policy. I left india in march 2014 and the policy documents were delivered to my mother in tiruchirapalli.

                                    In january 2015, i received a notice to pay a second installment of rs. 90, 000. This took me by surprise as mr. Sharma knew i could not pay any more premiums. I wrote to mr. Sharma and asked him why the premiums are continuing when he clearly knew that i was not in the country and i would not be able to pay premiums. I also asked the company about this sip plan and was told i had to pay a premium of rs 90, 000 for the next five years. I did not pay the second installment due in january 2015 and now i am told that my policy will lapse and my rs. 90, 000 will be forfeited. I wrote to the complaint. [protected]@bharti-axalife.com that this misrepresentation by mr. Sharma was totally unfair, unjustified and a lie. The complaints unit informed me that they had done necessary due indulgence and have not found any discrepancy at the time of policy issuance.

                                    I do not live in india anymore and i am requesting the insurance ombudsman to step in and resolve this issue for me as soon as possible. I want to cancel the sip[protected] and my money returned to me. Mr. Sharma misrepresented the facts to me. My mistake was that i trusted mr. Sharma in what he explained to me. Alternatively please guide me as to what i need to do.
                                    Old policy – wealth confident[protected] premium 60, 000 pa
                                    New policy – sip[protected] premium 90, 000 pa.

                                    I have in april closed my policy wealth confident[protected], i request you to please close my new policy sip[protected] and return the money back

                                      Bharati axa insurence agent prepared an insurence policy this year the bike is purchased in 2015. It's on-road price is 65000.
                                      The agent has created its idv. As rs.25000 only. Without any consent of the policy holder.

                                      The agent has estimated its price as rs.25000 only. Is it possible for the company to provide a 2years old 2ooookm. Run hero hf. Deluxe bike.in such a low price. Actually it is a fraud with customer that without taking his consent your agent devalueate the bike so much

                                        I lodged a claim for my car no. Ch-01-ap-6530 on 21/08/2017. Which was settled last month for rs. 7794/- but till date it did not credit in my sbi a/c.
                                        I approached to mr. Daleep singh at jaipur branch, he told me that your claim has been come back due to wrong ifsc code. He told me that send him a/c statment though the claim may be credited in your a/c.
                                        It is about to one month has gone, i have mail my a/c statement twice to mr. Daleep singh on his email - daleep. Singh. [protected]@bhartiaxagi.co.in. I have call over phone him many times, he replies that your claim is in process.
                                        Please resolve the matter as early as possible.
