I'm here to complain about the wrong schedule of the bus tr1. It doesn't comes on time at all. People used to stand for almost 45 minutes to an hour on the bus stop. Please do something for this. It's a request. It's quite problematic to stand for hours. Usually other red buses comes in proper time. Since tr1 runs in a single route it takes too long to come and it's pathetic to stand for so long on daily purpose. Even the digital boards do not show the arrival of this bus. Kindly don't ignore this complaint as it is for the public of bhopal.

I was travelling bus sr-5 form nadra bus stand to awadhpuri at 21.12 around one weird look boy snach a pocket of a old man... And conducted does not give any response... I don't know whether the camera was working or not but i request to that please take some action about it. It is senciere consurn sir.. Pls take some action about pocket sneching and theifing

I was coming to vijaymarket in sr5
Bt bus driver didn't take the bus to vijay market and when i complaint that why you are not taking the bus to vijaymarket then they throw me out from bus also mis behaved and abuse me now i am here with two bags in my hand somewhere between avadhpuri road.. I tried call to helpline number bt no one respond bus number is mp 04 0969

My name is vijay kumar namdev. I was catch the bas from ashoka garden to jk road. Bus conductor has taken fare 9 rupee and he doone misbehave with me and use abusive language also. And he taken extra fare and maked wrong ticket. I gone ashokagarden thana to jk road but he made ticket pushpa nagar to jk road and he took extra fare. Bus conductor name is mr dilip singh and bus no mp 04 pa 3336 my tiket no is 159 bus no 311 please check and do some better enquiry. Why he is doing like this he is a pubilc servent. Why he is missbehaving with any one and also why he took extra fare to any one when i told him after that he had not refund remaining money.

Bus drivers often keep the gps system off so that no information is available on chalo app regarding bus. Also, drivers on many stops wait unnecessarily doing their own stuff and wasting time of passengers (Especially 309) and sometimes conductors make ticket not for the destination stop of a passenger but to the nearby stop so that they can keep the remaining amount causing profit to themselves and loss to the government.

Sir/ madam
I travelled in sr8 yesterday i. E., on 02.01.2019 from bhopal junction to mahabali nagar via bus no.
Mp 04 pa1632. I dont know the name of the driver but he was driving the bus very rashly, during my journey it happened twice when passengers fell off in the bus because of the sudden breaks and also he was driving that fast bus came extremly close to other vehicles in case of application sudden breaks. He also fought with another bus driver because of the same. Apart from that he continuosly drove the vehicle in very uncomfortable way.
Kindly see to the matter and take actions against that driver as it is highly dangerous to travell with susv irresponsible drivers and not safe forthe passengers and the people on the road also.

Kal mornig me mene bharat talkies se bansal hospital k lia bus pakdi... Conducter ne extra fare 34 lia mene 35 dia even usne 1 rs v return nhi kia... Return me usi bus me dusre conductor ne original fare lia... I appreciate him... He is doing his job with good manner
My point is when same journey same bus... Why fare different.
1st ticket was 34 and his bus no is mp04pa1050 time was 09:08 am
2nd ticket he take original fare.. I attached both ticket.. Thnak you for supporting
And take action..

I am a student and has been travelling through red bus since last year,
Today i was waiting for the bus 306 at gandhi nagar (462036) for going to lalghati, that bus came and i showed them hand and also asked but he didn't reply and didn't stop the bus. I had been waiting since last hour it was a very bad behavior of driver and conductor too.
It had happened with me so many times.
It always make me late for the college. Please look after it.

Sir ma railway bhopal jn sa batha tha db tak bus sr5 ma mane us ko 10 rupees dea lakin usna ticket nahi diya or mera sa 4 rupay or maag raha tha phir mera ko galiya dena laga or isliya ma aap ka is conductor ka khilap chata hu ki ak bada action liya jaaye so ku ki ya government ka passa aapna paas rakta ha or is liya iska khilap actiin liya jaye

Initially bus no 304 route was from karond bus stand to ratibad but from past 20 days the bus only travels till neelbad. Why the bus route has been shortened when bus service is for public comfort. And shortened route is causing difficulties in day to day work for many commuters. Why the bus route is shortened? Earlier i used to travel from ratibad to depo square and i return from dpo square to ratibad a s well but since the bus stops at neelbad it is causing inconvenience. And i had to travel from other modes of transportation till neelbad then i had to take the bus no 304. And i had to return from neelbad to ratibad from other modes as well.

Bus number mp94ta1013 Time 4:25 pm date 20Nov 2018.
Bus driver driving rash and very bad. He stopped his bus at shahpura lake stop between the road for pick up a passengers. He also stop wrong place at shahpura squire.

Kindly instruct him to drive as per guideline and rule.

Dear sir my son mr. Shubh mishra is visiting from ghandhi chauraha to jawahar school at 7:05 -7:10 am from sr5 but conductor didn't accepted the mahapaur pass and charged extra amount even he had pass and same situation is again happen at sr5 timing 1:45 to 1:50 pm.
From jawahar school to ghandhi chauraha.
Kindly take action against these conductor immediately.

Hi team,

Today i traveled from rlwy stn bhopal to mp nagar by sr8 (Mp04pa1468).
It's driver (Santosh raja) asked me 14 rs as fare, i given him two 10 rs. Note and he didn't given me back 6 rupee nd wrote 6 behind the ticket, when my destination had arrived, he asked me to 4 rs and wanted to give me 10 rs to clear the calculation, unfortunately i had not that change hence i asked my 6 rs nd he given me only 5 rupee coin, when i asked my 1 rupee, he did do misbehaviour with me and you please get back my one rupee including defamation, as he insulted me front of other travelers, i don't have much time to kind of escalations so i want that time waisting amount as well.

I have that ticket with as an evidence where 6 is mentioned, i have photo of that driver and bus no.

Please take necessary action asap or i will go to consumer forum.

I tried to catch bus from chetak to minal(303) with no 3218. My right hand is having problem. That bus driver was not stopped the bus and conductor was asking me to catch the running bus and also talked to me rudely. Today is my exam, and I have been late due to this bus.

Dear team,

The tr4-ac is supposed to run in every 10min but in the morning when it's needed the most for people to reach mandideep for office then their is no bus running between 7.30am to 8.30am.

Their are busses running before or later but they are of no use. As everyone have their office reporting time of 9.00am to 10.00am

It becomes very painful to regular traveller to match the time please help

Sir, bus number 311 from lnct to nariyal kheda do not stop on lnct on6.30pm, I have to wait 30 min more for that. Please make sure buses stop atleast 5 minutes on the stop.

I was waiting for my bus to habibganj at board office bus stop. The incharge started forcing me to take the ticket from the vending machine. I said him that i will take the ticket in the bus from the bus conductor as i might change my destination. Still he kept arguing with me, and because of him i missed two busses to habibganj. He was even talking rudely.

Bus no 304 is not stopped at there decided bus stop at 23batalian supermarket because there is no physical bus stop where we wait for your bus. We recharge our bus pass of 800 rs and when your bus is not stop so how can we use our bus pass. There is irregularities made by you because your bus drivers at route of ratibad to nadra bus stand, no any 304 bus is stopped at supermarket 23 bataliyan bus stop. So please help me and make a physical bus stop at 23bataliyan where we wait for your bus. Today i miss 4 busses and no one is stop for me and now i decided when your bus is not stopped i came in front of your bus at 23 bataliyan because i making work to recharge my pass of rs 800 and bcll not help me to control the rowdiness of 304 bus drivers.

I was traveling by this sr1MP 04 PA 2031 on 23/09/2018 at 9 am. The driver stopped the bus at lalghati and waited for 20 mins for passengers to come. Meanwhile we kept on telling him to move as we were getting late. After that the conductor started fighting with the passengers.Kindly look into it.

I stepped in in sr 2 at new market and asked for ticket to katara hills,
Conductor refused to give ticket to katara hills, he said bus will only go to chetak bridge. I asked why but he did not give any reply. He dropped all the passengers at chetak bridge and gone.
After 25 minutes waiting another sr2 bus came and he also refused to go further. I don't know why.
Bus sr 2 route is from nehru nagar to katara hills.
Bus number which refused to go is mp04 pa1465.
Incident : 7.49 to 8.15 pm on 08-august 2018.
Please let me know the reason why bus is not going to its destination.
I had to go to aaims for urgent but due to this action i could not reached on time.

Incident dated 06.08.2018 10.00 a. M. Tr-1 bus from rang mahal chauraha where sardarji was the bus driver. I was supposed to get down at 10/2 bus stop. When i asked to stop, the driver became so angry and said that when the bus was at signal why didnt you get down as if i m supposed to get down according to his comfort.
I am working women. He is not supposed to talk like that. And in almost every bus they behave very badly to women
Kindly ask drivers and conductors to behave properly and take some action

No of time 303 bus from ayodya nagar to rangmahal not come to new court stop i have complained no of time in sanjay dangi bcll no.which is printed in ticket but problem dint solve this is my final complain if not resolve consumer forum is last option for inconvience faced by me as route is predefined so how ur drivers divert the route .your chalo app shows the bus is arriving n bus 303 not come app shows the same bus in next stop skipping...

Sir I want to inform u that the driver and conducter of bus no.303 route minal residency are not not behaving good with girls. They don't stop the bus on our stop, and they also abuse us. Even sometimes they are not return money also. I kindly request plz talk to theme. And plz kindly make a bus stop at location of geetan bungalow and narela shankari stop.

The conductor on the bus was very rude he was even shouting on a woman and the driver was driving very fast causing chaos on the road, he even didn't stop at a bus stop where i was supposed to get off,
when he stopped the bus he shouted on my mother to get off quickly . The bus no. is (MP 04 PA 1025). The bus driver drove over the speed of 70
