Hii,
Today at 2:15 pm i almost got an accident because of the bus driver of bus number - "mp04pa3216", almost every time they don't stop at the bus stop (Jyoti bus stop) and when told to stop then stop the bus on the middle of the road. They also do the rash driving and many times almost got into a severe accident.
Please do action on the driver of the bus - mp04pa3216, route no - 303.
If you don't take action on that driver then it might happen that you will listen the news about the accident of the bus - "mp04pa3216".

I am a govt. Officer transferred to bhopal recently. I have observed that the conductors are not returning change rs. Themselves and if we ask for it they show that we are begging for a rupee"ha ha dera hu kahi nahi jara". Dena hai turant do ya bolo k chutta ni hai abhi deta hu ya ticket pr likho. They simply ignore as if they done with transaction.
I am attaching a ticket for my journey from kamla nagar to board office, bus no. Sr-2. The conductor neither returned one rupee nor intended to. I could have asked for it today as well but why should we ask for our money to return day night everyday and indulge in useless communications with the conductors everyday.
Yesterday, a ticket checker was there in sr-4 from rangmahal bus stop and he asked me if the conductor returned me rs.1 as my was rs.9. I said no then he asked ask for it.
I could understand that this is the practice in bhopal buses and everyone is aware of it. The ticket checker was a young boy but it could have been raised immediately at the same time.
These are small issues destroy the name of city which has a very good reputation in our country. I have worked 5years in mumbai and autodriver will return 2rs itself without asking.
Kindly manage this in the city and this is not for this bus or conductor but for all buses in bhopal city.

Sir 303 bus ki timing se related complain h. 303 from boardoffice to ayodhya bypass ki last timing 8.10 pm h board office pr lekin bus kbhi bhi 8 pm pr hi nikl jaati h and wo thode time ke liy rukke bhi nhi chlte h.
Being student hm logo ko bhot problem ho jaati h late night aese travel krna if bus miss ho jaaye to.
So pls ap 303 bus ki timing ko thoda aur extrend kre it's a humble request.

Me sindhi colony stop se 6:53 am per sr4 me aj danish kunj ane ke liye bus roki to bus driver ne bus to puri tarah se roka nahi chalti bus me mai chadi
Man lijiye ki mre pair slip ho jata ya koi aur durghatna ho jati to iske liye kun jimmerdar hota.
Aur bus driver mujh pe chilaya bhi bahut. Bich road per bus slow krke passenger ko chadaya jata hai bus ko stop pe rokna chahiye.

Sir, bill bus306, first morning bus run from aiims to hallalpur bairagarh, run late in daily routine by 10 to 15 min. Chekers makes challan, but drivers donot maintain timing.
Result to suffer many students, travellers want to go chirayu college after change the bus at hallalpur bus stop. And reach late by 20 min.
Request earlier also lodged, but again request to maintain bus timing. Or run a bus at 0730 am before this bus start from aiims at 0739 am,
Hope considerable steps.

Bill bus 306 today too late at sagar college stop in morning first bus to go halalpur stop bairagarh, as for daily traveller, time to reach at chirayu college is necessary, request to run the bus timely.... Secondary if bus time at sagar bus stop keep about 0745 am. For first bus to go halalpur bairagarh, and run up to chiragh collage, it is great pleasure to us and to many more students, patients of chiragh hospital. Thanx, skpandey new final.

Bus stops are not giving information of busses. Increase no. Of busses because we have to wait too much for bus. Increase bus routes. Devlop stops fastly. Stops are devloping slowly. Make all busses a. C. Improve road. See everythin by cctv camra. Busses ane not clean some seats are broken the screen is usually off. Make fine too fast who is polluting. Make all buses like indore but stops on corner. Every one can buy tickets
On stops. Make more apps like chalo.

My complaint is regarding of tr4 ac bus which is running in very less number. Due to this the tr 1 buses are very crowded. Even there's no space for standing.
Why tr4 ac buses had stopped running or running in very less numbers?
Tr 4 ac buses should start running as it was running before. It's almost 15 days these buses are not running.
This problem should be resolved as soon as possible so that at least the passengers can travel comfortably and can reach at time to their destinations.

First complaint is of the bus tickets which whas extra charge of route no 307 from chetak to anand nagar which cost around 12rupeee instead of 10rupee. Since the route from different places cost same that should be according to distance traveled but not eg: board office to chetak.
And second one is miss conduct by conductor in giving tickets i. E he give tickets of different places rather then giving of defined root.
This thing actually happenes on way from isbt to patel nagar.

My complaints is for 309 bus
There are 7 or 8 buses for the route of barkheda pathani
But because of drivers neglection buses are so late
Buses got gathered in avadh puri thana and bus drivers and conductor spend time there with some fool ideas
Because of very poor behaviour of drivers and conductors people don't wanna talk to these types of people

0n 28/1/18 i m traveling from db city mall to royal market bhopal in tr1 "mp04 pa 1023". The ticket collector behaved very badly with me, even when he has done eve teasing. I m wearing full dress than too he comments on my way of dressing. He said "itta model bnk kyun ghum rhi ho ye bo". If this kind of behaviour is offered in public transportation than what kind of safety for us. When never opt this transportation system.

2-3 days ago in sargam talkies bus stop, while taking ticket i requested one of the ticket representative who was a muslim guy with thin and lanky body structure with curly hairs (I don't know his exact name) to make a ticket for bawadiyakalan, but he did'nt give. After three days when i was standing on board office bus stop, he was arguing and misbehaving with me and was saying "us din jab mere adhikari ticket teller machine se paise count kar rahe they, toh tune usi samay merse ticket kyon maanga". I also said to him "bhaiya badtameezi kyon kar rahe ho, police se compalint kar doonga". At the same he spoke non sense words and boastful words like "abe tu kya karega, bol dena jisse bolna hai, main police wolice se nahi darta", main chahun toh 1 crore main police aur judge ko khareed sakta hoon, main akkha crime kar ke chuta hoon jail se". Sir, he was taking advantage of me as i am a minor or child, please take action against such indisciplined and evildoer employee.

Aaj mi bhopal railway station se jahangeerabad ke liye baitha 8.54am bus no. Mp04pa3202 aur ticket nadara bus stand to jawahar chuka ka diya gaya jisme 12 rs liya gaya... Jise mi baad me padh paya ticket.. Jabki 5 rs lagate hi...
Bina ticket ke 5 rs le raha tha conductor phir mi ticket ke liye bola to bola 12 lagte hi to mi phir 12 rs diya... Plz take action against this complaint.

I was travelling in mybus bcll from board office to lalghati in bus number mp 04 pa 1074 on dated 27/11/17 at 03:40 pm. My ticket number is 0104171127154006222228.
The name of bus conductor is arjun mewada (As mentioned on the ticket). The fare was ₹19 and i had given the conductor a ₹100 note.in return he gave me ₹1 coin and told me that the remaining cash will be given afterwards. But he did not gave the remaining amount. I was even trying the helpline number mentioned on the ticket since evening but the number is showing busy continuously. I am also attaching the photo of my ticket below.
So i request you to please look into this matter and return me my money as soon as possible.

P. E. B me je hu aap ke candektar duwara mujhse bes ki gayi he or jab stop par bus rokni chahi ye to bus kiyu nhi roki gaye me aapni jagha bilkul sahi hu aap bhi jante he ki stop par bas rukni chahiye or is bus ka diraiwar bus chalate wqt pon par bhut bat karta he aap chaho to me aap ko bator sabhut de sakta hu wo bhi vediyo ke santh jisse uski lapr wahi se sab ki jan bhi ja sakti he aap se niwedan he ki in par sakht se sakhr kar wahi ki jaye ye mere santh hi nhi sabhi pablik ke santh hota he aap koi ekshan nhi lete to me c m help line or polis cumplent bhi karne ka adhikar bhi rakhta hu dhaniy wad roop singh majhi

Bcll buses don't stop at predefined stops, i am particularly complaining about sr-5 bus route as i use it daily for office. While returning from office it happened 5-6 times that bus didn't stopped at the stop, i. E, mvm/old vidhan sabha stop. Some of the bus no. Which i noted that didn't stopped are mp04 1032 & 1035 (Sr-5). Due to this unprofessional attitude of bcll drivers my time is wasted waiting for the bus as frequency of the buses are scarce. Kindly take action or give me no. Of some responsible bcll officials.

You will get many spaces, ample daylights and the best site of moonlights in the night. You should have done soon for the booking in this home property in navi mumbai at panvel.

I am a regular mybus traveller from kolar to saket nagar. But your bus services are very worst and they are never ever at time. I always face problem while travelling through the bus. The bus gets late up to 1 hour and we the passengers face problem. And when we ask why its late to the conductor and bus driver, they reply in very rude manner as if they are the only one to rule to world or bhopal. I get a reply "buses kam chalti hai". And after sometime when alot of passengers starts getting inside the bus then the conductor says there is another bus right at the back will be reaching within 5 min. Till one hour there was no bus and suddenly the bus frequency has increased automatically, that's great. What type of services are you provide to your public? Is this the way to treat you passengers?
Yesterday i had waited 1 hr for sr8 at chetak bridge but every sr8 bus went to isbt and none of them returned back till one hour. I know there is traffic so 5 to 10 min is considered, but 40 min to 1 hr is not a reason you should give to your public.
Secondly, the buses wait for 15 to 20 min at bus stop without any reason and when we say to drive the bus i get a reply "madam bas 5 min" and there 5 min comes after 20 min. We again struggle in this. Sometime they also reply "agar apko jaldi h to bus s utar jaiye".in this case we can not do anything because untill they are not going to drive till that time, no other bus come at that stop.
Lastly, the misbehaviour of bus conductor, they physically harass women, i am also one of there who faced this problem. Every girls is not like who will raise her voice and correct them. Somewhere its your responsibility to correct them and teach some manner.
These are the problem which i faced and i hope these issues will be taken in action and comes with good response.

Mai 03/10/2017 ko new market top & town se rangmahal jane ke liye bcll ki bus no. Sr1 mp 04 1913 me baitha to us bus ke conductor ne bina kisi reason ke jhallakar tu-tadake ki bhasha me apshabdo ka use ker kaha ki tujhe kaha jana hai. Maine kaha ki mujhe rangmahal jana hai to usne mujhe mana kar diya ki ye bus rangmahal nahi jayegi. Usne mujhe us bus se jabran utarne ko kaha.
Jabki sr1 kolar se chalkar rangmahal hote huye sihore naka jati hai. Uprokta subject me uchit karyawahi karne ka kast kare.

मेरा नाम राजेंद्र जाटव है में भोपाल से हूँ में जब भी कॉलेज से घर जाता हूँ की TR-4 Ac बस mp nagar board office लेट आती है मिनिमम 30 मिन तक खड़े रहना पड़ता है । और बस भरी हुई आती है तो उसमे खड़े होने तक की जगह नही होती ओवर लोड होती है बस आप थोड़ा ध्यान दे। मेरी कितनी बार बस छूट चुकी है । फिर 1 घंटे इंतज़ार करो। व्ही हालात शाम तक भरी हुई ।
