आज दिनांक 1 एक 2022 को tr1 बस चालक ने चंचल चौराहा बस स्टॉप पर यात्री के लिए बस नहीं रोकी यात्री ने आवाज लगाई कंडक्टर ने सुन लिया और फिर भी बस को नहीं रोका और अगली tr1 बस उससे काफी देर बाद थी

दिनांक 20/12/21 को साम को 08pm से 08:15pm पर SR-5, 307, SR-5 बस गोविंद पुरा थाना बस स्टॉप पर हाथ देने पर भी नही रोकी ड्राइवर ना रोकने का इशारा करते हुए निकल गए ।
इस कारण मुझे ड्यूटी पर पहुंचने में परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ा। कृपया उचित कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करें।

Bus Name. SR2 conductor name- Sunil.
They take my money and he doesn't giving my ticket. I told that but he is saying- I give you tomorrow your ticket.
What is this... I need to complain here so I am doing it. Please take an action.

On 07/12/2021 at around 7:30 pm the city bus having registration number MP 04 PA 3936 was found to be in the general lane. The bus driver was driving the bus out of the dedicated BRTS lane in a very negligent manner risking the lives of not only the passengers but also the other commuters on the road.
The location was near Lal Ghati Square-VIP Guest house area.
Please take stringent action against such act.

The bus conductor's behavior is very terrible. He refuses to give the remaining money back after making the tickets. This happens to most of the people on the bus and on asking for the remaining money he tries to insult people and says whats the hurry he will give after sometime but never return it back.
This has happened with me many a times, he also refused me to give ticket once. Please take action against it.

When will the route no 311 buses will start and second thing is when will the service of students pass will start??

This complaint is in reference to the arrogant attitude of the bus driver and conducter of sr 8 bus plate no. MP 04 PA 4070. I was waiting for SR 8 at it's destined stop Campion school at 02.04 PM. The bus passed the stop even though I had signalled the conducter, the bus hadn't stopped and when I countered the conducter he moral policed me that It was my mistake that I was talking to my friend.
This arrogant attitude of bus drivers and conducted shall be countered by BCLL.

Sir... छात्र पास फिर कब से शुरू होगा?? कृपा कर जल्द से जल्द छात्र पास शुरू करवा दीजिए क्यूंकि छात्रों को काफी नुकसान हो रहा है।हम छात्र जनरल पास या स्कैन और पे का खर्चा नहीं उठा सकते। एक छात्र होने के नाते मैं आपसे विनम्र निवेदन करता हूं की जल्द से जल्द छात्र पास शुरू करने की कृपा करें।।🙏🙏

While traveling to Awadhpuri bus stop from jyoti talkies via SR-5, I gave a rs. 10 note to the conductor. Which I am sure was not a spoilt note. He then switched that note with a spoilt note and gave it back to me saying that the note is not acceptable. I am pretty sure that he replaced the original note while I was putting my wallet back. Can you please check the cctv footage at the time mentioned in the image of ticket attached. Because he might be doing the same to others too.
The conductor, when asked, said that his name was Sanjeev Tiwari. ( I have video of him saying that ). I have also attached his photo. The bus no. And other details are mentioned in the ticket.
Kindly look into this matter through the cctv footage if this is what actually happened. This is not about just rs.10 and neither do I want anything in return, but people like these are looting innocent people in open and must be taken care of.

Dear sir..309 bus is not running in our area so the public transportation is not available in awadhpuri so please work on this

Today dates 12/08/2021 bus conductor of bus TR1 MP043943 threatened me to not to get-in in bus..becoz I have complaint him that he is doing wrong to wait for every day for a lady in board office circle. The lady and the conductor has abused me verbally that they will not stop bus for me from next day. I take TR 1 daily on 9:15 rom Roshan pura bus stop. Please help

As you know that there is no route of City bus from Raisen road to infect from LNCT to Gandhi Nagar, if you could be run the city bus on this route so many people will get benefited, becouse from prabhat petrol pump, 80 feet road, railway station & other place there is no any bus for gandhi nagar (RGPV), although there is bus from bharat talkies & alpana tiraha to asharam couraha but till rgpv, if you could run from LNCT or 80 feet raod ashoka garden to rgpv via karond or from asharam couraha it will be so great to all who want the bus on this road.

The corporation is not running low floor buses on it's declared route no SR6 in Bhopal. The private bus operative on this route do not follow timing, have misbehaving drivers and conductors. Besides they are uncomfortable and getting on/off board is very difficult for senior citizens.

Please provide us to purchase student category pass in Bhopal as you know students are suffering due to that. Please take the action ASAP otherwise I've to complain to higher authorities.
