I am yogesh jatav, a student in the institute for excellence in hogher education, bhopal.
It is easier to board the tr4a (Crpf-chirayu hospital) from crpf, bangrasia but me along with other students who are persuing coachings/colleges/schools and some residents of crpf are facing problem in our daily commuting because there is shortage of bus on this route.
Kindly manange to avail a facility for us on route tr4a (11miles to crpf).

I am making payment of bus paas online since last 1 year.. I recharged on 2nd dec.. My account was debited but payment failed.. Again i recharged on 4th dec and payment failed but account was debited.. As per your support chat they told to recharge again.. I again made recharge today that is 9th dec.. But today again payment failed and account was debited..
Now they are telling me that refund of 2nd dec has been made.. I checked my account.. No refund has been given..

I have paid 510 rs. Including gateway charges 3 times.. Kindly refund my money

MP04 PA2272 Travel time 7.21pm date 31/01/2020 ticket not issued from Mandideep to jinsi and middle door not closed after requesting so many times. Bus is full and many people are standing on gate but doors are not closed.
This is very bad for safety purpose.

I am a student and i go for coaching to mp nagar from coach factory everyday and i get free from there at 7:30 evening. The nearest bus stand there is jyoti talkies but very few buses go to coach factory at that time.. All the buses which comes says that ye bus aage nhi jaegi.. They don't even allow you to get in and say agli bus se aana and that agli bus never comes. One bus in an hour could be seen and that too so overcrowded that you can't even get inside and finally i have to get an auto every day. I made a bus pass recently and now i think that i only wasted my money on that. Why is that the bus stops its journey at 7:30 when the mybus time is 9:30. Every other bus runs continuously except for this sr8.

I regularly go at 9.30am from the bus stop nariyal kheda but the bus which comes on 9.30 am regularly comes late and sometimes it doesn't come and sometimes it also not shows on the chalo app. So that i have to wait 10 to 15 minutes on the nariyal kheda bus stop for the next bus and i get late. Please do something for that so the public will not suffer.

Good evening sir, today i was traveling in sr4mp04pa3702 bus, after boarding the bus, i saw an elderly uncle he was sitting on ladies seat and two children were sitting on the seat next to them then i asked the conductor if these children had a ticket so the conductor said that if not then i said pick up th from here then so the conductor said very badly that you can't stand (की तू खड़ी नहीं रह सकती क्या) that is the manner's of your workers.. I did not want to raise an elderly person, i just wanted to take those children to the dock and a young boy was sitting on the seat of elderly even conductor did not pick him up

I was travelling in bus no 307 today night (1 October 2019) around 8 o' clock.
The conductor refused me to give ticket by judging my age. Please take action against these conductors. They don't give tickets to passengers when there is high rush inside the bus.

I have recharged twice on chalo app for one day pass but pass dosent active even once and after i check my bank statement the amount 60 was dedeucted from it so kindly give my mobey back in todays time period i recharged at 8.45 am 16 november 2019

Sir, today i boarded bus from royal mkt stop at 3.35pm driver was in so hurry as
I stepin the ist stair n
He drove the bus and not stopped at koh e fiza stop and talked badly he left me at vip guest house stop instead of koh e fiza stop and all driver and conductor with his one colleague said are you are in sleep they misbehaved so take a n action on those of tr1 3857 staff so in future they will not repeat that misbehaviour with any passenger.

The bus departs from mungaoli at night 8:00PM has so much dust every where that even while breathing it is creating problem. My dress my bag all got dusty. Window edges have so much dust that we cant even sit near it.

From last 4 days in morning sr8 is not stop on bansal hospital bus stop at sharp 9:30 if you dont have proper no of buses then increase buses why are u wasting inocent people money. We wait atleast half hour then they dont stop bus on stop and its daily routine how many working people suffer from this problem and if you cant do anything then return our amount of bus card... U can increase card amount but u cant increase buses... Great

Good evening sir,
I am shubham, i boarded the bus for railway station at 2:20 pm from karond chouraha. I gave 50 rs to the conductor he asked me for change, but i told him that i dont't have change.
So he said i will return after wards. When the bus reached the railway station at 2:46 pm, i asked for money (23 rs) and he forgot mine 50 rs. He told that i gave him 20 rs. First i asked very politely, but he replied rudely, i can also be rude but it's not the quality of civilian.
Please sort out this problem. So that next time any other should not have to face this situation.

Dear bcll
New red buses 'eicher shakhti' are too small in compare of our old tata buses please increase size of new busses many passengers suffering from that in this small buses only little space available for passenger please change the buses into big buses.
New busses are not comfortable to all passengers the busses jurking on speed breaker soccer suspension of the bus is very bad
Please look into it we want old type big busses on the road

Recharge machines are charging a different amount which is not mentioned in website of bcll so kindly make sure that all machines charge the same as mentioned

Is mp04pa0987 is driving by a sardarji. Who is not stop bus on stop even after I give large hand on him and he saw me. He did not stop the bus. Please take serious action against him. I saw when a disabled (Deaf) female with her son (8 yeras old) get in the bcll bus (307) no. Mp04pa3301 at anand nagar police station at 9:30 am on 25august 2019 and the conductors of this bus get off her with her child and when i tell them get in but they said checker don't entertain them. And also said complaint to isbt office what will be do they.

On 27 july 2019 i was travelling in bcll red bus sr1. I had my digital chalo app digital pass with me when i showed it to bis conductor he asked to accept it and said to me that this pass will not work in this bus or any other sr1 red bus and took money from me for travelling, so if this digital pass doesn't works for all bus then why the authority is giving such a worst service to people..

Helper guys refuse to enter me inside bus stop
Such a rude behaviour of him was unbearable.
When i refused to buy ticket he saw rude behaviour, i didn't biy ticket because i already have my card in my pocket.
Then he has shown himself busy by reading some kind of stuff in his handbook.
During the duty they read such a stuff and do not pay attention on their customer.
Strict action should be taken against these employees

Sir, i want to draw your kind attention of the irregular bus service with this district. The passengers face hardships since the buses are never punctually. Morning time is the peak for all the workers and students going to school or coaching. And so a bus here picks around 150 - 200 or sometimes more passengers than the number mentioned. I would request you to please help us with an extra bus on the route from "oriental to board office", bus number 307" at around 7:30 am. Just one bus during that particular period i. E. 7:30 am is just not enough which sometimes leads to lecture cancellation aswell. I'am sure that you will definitely understand the concern of the youth. Awaiting response. Thank you

From 16/07/2019 tr4-a bus is not coming on its route niether it is showing is location on chalo app. Many people are facing problem who go for work and students are also facing problem. Please inform why these buses are not coming on route nd until when it will not work on their routes. Tr4-b is working on its route but it comes in a condition where it is impossible to get into the bus bus it comes full. Even tr4-airport has stopped on its route. Kindly please inform about the condition of the bus tr4-a that when it will start again on its route so that people will not face any problems regarding city bus issues.

The red bus stopped at the jahangirabad bus stop on 4-6-2019only for a second and the moment we were about to step down, the bus started.Anything could have happened to us, who might be responsible for it ...Infact the bus conductor was talking in such a disrespectful manner that he should be suspended for atleast a month, as he doesn't knew how to talk to a girl... All were telling the bus driver to stop the bus but he refused and stopped the bus at the next busstop point.So, I request that serious actions should be taken against it ...
The bus was SR5and number was MP T4 and last digits were 1792 where our ticket no. Was 384

As the bus reaches bharti niketan stop. The bus stop stops but but only for second and as while getting inside the bus the bus driver ran away the bus immediately and i fall while getting in and as i said to the driver please halt the bus properly i was able fall down. Then he started abusing and using rough language screaming loudly saying keep quiet and get back to your seat.

Tr1 it's never ever on time I'd waited for more than 1 hour and guess what it doesn't bother about 3 passengers and boarded aways without stopping. Nehar is the stop after sevoy complex it never take a stop. With hope I'd myself very clear plz take necessary steps which will help.

Bus 309 never stop at board office chauraha at 7:40pm ... driver don't stop inspite of seeing me wave to stop at bus stop... kindly take action against this...

Even though I was standing at the bus stop, was waving my hand for him to stop the bus. Then too the driver did not stop the bus. This has happened many times, being a woman it becomes difficult for me to board another bus this late. My home is quite far. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

I am Satish I am a traveller of your city bus my problem is ki bus me no smoking🚫🚬 likha hai phir bhi bhot se log bus me smoke karte hai isse students aur other passengers ko bohot problem hoti hai. please take action about this problem.
