Bhopal City Link [BCLL] / MyBus Bhopal Complaints & Reviews

Bus no. 308 is not available on it's route ...I had to wait for more than 1 hour at AIIMS toady(8 August 2022) and still there's no clue of bus.
I request BCLL/MyBus to look into this matter properly because citizens have to wait alot.
As a suggestion please link the route of 308 with MP Nagar, bhopal this will also increase the number of passengers and there will be no loss.

Bus conductor dropped me before the location even though I paid in full

Aap se ticket book kiya or candecter ne ticket accept nahi kiya mera payment vapish chaiye

I am Kunal Kohli residence of Guna Madhya Pradesh, today i.e. 08/06/2022 when I was driving to my office one of BUS Driver from BCLL having Vehicle Registration Number MP09FA9089 doing rash driving on Ashoknagar Guna Road in City Area during Peak Hours at 10:00 am which may lead to accident. He is continuously honking behind other vehicles which is distracting other drivers too.
request you take action against bus operator and bus driver for doing rash driving.

As one of my friend friend was travelling on SR 4 (bhopal) MP 04 PA 3930 bus with her brother bus dropped them at Depot chouraha(bhopal) at 15.35
And at stopping point bus driver didn't stopped the bus, just slowed it down and while exiting from the gate, driver moved the bus forward and her brother fell down on road and he got serious knee injury and nor the driver and nor the condutor came to help them and conductor was smiling from the back gate shamlessly.
I want the authorities to take action against them or I'll do police complaint on them for carelsally working and puting the passengers life on danger and on BCLL.

मेरा नाम टीकाराम राठौर है।मैं विदिशा का रहने वाला हूं।कल दिनाँक 22/04/2022 को मैने SR 2 bus न्यूमार्केट से कटारा हिल्स के लिए पकड़ी।चूंकि मैने कभी SR बस से सफर नही किया है जिस कारण बस स्टॉप नही मालूम है और मैं भोपाल का निवासी भी नही। बस मेरे स्टॉप से आगे निकल गई जब मुझे कंडक्टर ने बताया तो मैने एड्रेस बताया तो वो बत्तमीजी करने लगा मुझसे पैसे भी अतिरिक्त लिए और बहुत घटिया व्यवहार किया फिर मुझे 1000 से 1500 मीटर दूर उतारा गया दोपहर 2 बजे, श्रीमान जी कोई भी इंसान परेशानी में सफर करता है और अगर स्टॉप पर नही उतरपता तो आपके स्टाफ द्वारा घटिया व्यवहार ओर बत्तमीज़ी की जायेगी क्या।मेरे द्वारा व मेरे किसी परिचित के द्वारा SR बस से भविष्य में सफर नही किया जाए ऐसी हमारी कोशिश रहेगी। परंतु आप अच्छे स्टाफ को रखें जो लोगो की हेल्प करें अच्छे से बात करें क्योंकि जो सफर करता है वो पैसे भी देता है फ्री में कोई नही बैठता। आप से निवेदन है ऐसे कर्मचारी को उसके द्वारा किए गए व्यवहार के लिए सजा मिलना चाहिए जिससे और कोई स्टाफ यात्री से बत्तमिजी न करे।आगे आपकी मर्जी

Today at Board office square around 8:45 pm, 115 bus no. Didn't take me in saying bus won't go anywhere. He didn't allowed me to get in. When asked about the next bus he said the next bus will take in. The next bus arrived after 2 mins and didn't even stopped at the bus stop.

I travel from Vallabh bhawan to Kopal school neelbad problem is driver did not stop bus at school bus stop and didn't hear to me they always harras me and I have to walk after bus stop that is 700 metre far away from my bus stop please I request you to do something for this serious matter coz I'm helpless now

Hell Sir I am MANIT BHOPAL Student and there is a one BCLL BUS Stop
MANIT SQUIRE But There is No Bus Coming at This Stopage.
I Request You To Resume one Bus For MANIT SQUIRE stopage.
So That I Reach My Collge At Time with Low Price.

If Bus is Not Available then I Request to To Diverse SR 2 Route Bus For MANIT SQUIRE Bus then Again SR 2 Bus go Same Route.
similar to 307 Bus Which Go To Vijay Market Stop then Again go his own route.

I also Request You to Please Provide the Student Category Pass.

Yesterday I have recharged the card online but now showing the conductor he has saying there is no amount of 400.also saying there is no online recharge option.I want my refund of 400.Don't put such facilities which are not supported in your system.you are only wasting and harming citizens time and money.

I am Vaibhav Saxena studying in Sirt College Bhopal. In 2019-20 price of students bus pass was 300rs. Then the authority increased the price and did it at 500rs.
But at the current time it again increased and did it 800rs.
Sir as you know students come from different states and cities of India and this is a huge amount for a student to pay this much of amount.

I hope You will throw Light on this serious topic and instruct the concerned authorities to do the needful.

I booked a bus ticket at 05:32PM for bus number 306 from Lal Ghati to Ayodhya By Pass using Chalo App installed in my phone, but when I boarded the 306 numbered bus the conductor told me that he won't accept ticket booked by Chalo App. I made a payment of 26₹ by my Phonepe and I m attaching a screenshot of my Phonepe transaction, Chalo App support Chat and the App based booked ticket.I had also reported the matter in Chalo App support but my issue was not resolved. So I kindly request you to resolve my issue and do justice to me.

I travel on tr4b route on this every time on the prime hours 0f 5 to 7 . Local driver call the bcll bus driver to wait and let them pass to get the pasanger . Today also this happened. About 3 to 3 local bus passes away at misrod and 11ile stop then BCLL my bus moves. Please look into issue pretty serious. We reach at destination late because of this.

Today 8 Feb 2022, I was going to office at 9 am . Near habibgang station, A red bus no MP04PA4097
coming towards me. The bus was about to hit me, but fortunately I narrow escaped from accident happening. But my leg was injured. When I talked about slow driving, he abused me and said get out of here otherwise I will run over you by bus. This type of criminal activity and threat was done by driver. This criminal threat haunted me.
I request you to take strictest action against driver. And terminate him from duty and cancel his driving license immediately.

I will take legal action against him.
Give me his information.

Tr1 bus always seems to be full after that also conductor keep taking people inside the bus we don't have enough space to stand also, and it is very dirty from inside in begning new buses seems to be really good but now it is fully dirty

Both bus conductor and driver of bus number MP04PA3215 are very rude. Doesn't stop the bus on given bus stop.talks very rudely and impolitely with female passengers. Also allows male passenger to sit on seats reserved only for females while the females are standing. Charges extra money for ticket. misbehaves and scream on female passengers.Also I experienced very rush driving by the driver.
