I travel daily by TR1 from Sargam talkies stop and the driver of TR1 named Rajendra is so irritating and mannerless
He always misbehaves and abuses everyone every traveller. And one more thing everytime changes route from Ishwar nagar stop he never goes from sevoy stop and because of that every time I face issues. One more person is also in this the ticket checker he never says something to the driver and always supports him. This complaint should be take. Seriously because I am complaining second time. Otherwise I will choose another option this time. That will be very bad for them

I am Nikita pal, From Mandideep (District Raisen), I am a law student. I am using red bus (TR4B) regularly to go to college and Bhopal court. Whose monthly card is also mine. Due to closure of bus, the recharge of bus lass is also becoming useless. Red bus is not running from mandideep to Bhopal. People are also facing problems due to less frequency of Red buses. Red bus has stopped coming to Mandideep from 7 days. please pay special attention to the Red bus numbered TR4B. I request MP transport, Bhopal municipal corporation and RTO Bhopal to please look into the problem and slove them as soon as possible.

The conductor charges extra money for traveling refused to give full change.I travelled today from alpana tiraha to Bairagarh and he refused to give change almost 10 people in my sight only in 15 minutes so how many he earned in full day. Height of corruption in BCLL

I used ₹800 monthly pass daily, but CND bus is not considering this, they say, My scanner will not able to scan then this is not valid but how is it possible ₹800 pass is generated by Chalo bus app, Which is not generated by CNG bus app. This not our fault. If scanner is not working. Please solve this issue

I am Aryan Verma From Mandideep(District Raisen) I am student of B tech second year I have been using red bus to go to college for some time. Red bus is not running on time due to which I am getting late in going to college. Due to red bus running less, people are also facing problems. Red bus has stopped coming to Mandideep from today, why did it face so many problems today, all the buses were returning from 11 miles without any notice. Specially please focus on 204 no.red bus .This bus service are very poor anytime are late many of time are not coming on schedule timming ?? I request to mp transport and RTO Bhopal Please seeing the problems and solved as soon as possible please.

I am facing inconvenience with the timing 309 and unofficial changes in the route of the bus no 404, Sr4, Sr5 (bhopal, M.P.) even chalo app doest not show these bus and route
Bus no 309 and 303 does not stick to schedules of time and always wait longer on bus stops and always 40 minutes late
I hope you take effective measures to deal with this issue as soon as possible.

I was coming back home from college, and I took a bus from Habibganj Naka to Chetak Bridge (route 309). I gave the conductor 10 rupees and asked him for 3 rupees change and a ticket, and he said I won't give you a ticket or change because the fare is 10 rupees. I protested and showed him on the app that the fare is 7 rupees. After that, he gave me change but didn't give me a ticket. The incident happened on August 9, 2023, at around 14:40, and the bus number is MP04PA3189.I'm also attaching a picture of the bus number. Please take further action against the conductor and give him an appropriate punishment.

Bus number 204, is intended to go IISER Bhauri destination. But on weekdays and now some bus in weekends refuse to go to Bhauri destination. Instead they only go to chirayu hospital.
When it is intended to go Bhauri village. Why it's not going to its destination.

My name is Sushant and when I am in my bike at Chanchal Square, Bairagarh approx 12:10 am bus come and hit at my bike back side. my bike tail light part is brocken from bus. when i stand my bike, driver took the bus and run from there. I request you to please repair my bike and restigate the driver who roughly drive the bus like this.

I am a resident of Bhopal madhya pradesh. I regret to say that the services provided by the municipality has been detiorating day By day. SR2 bus which runs from Katara hills - MP Nagar has been not running the way they did some days back. I am coaching aspirants and I get very late because of the inpresence of SR2. I request you on behalf of thousands of citizens to please increase the no : of buses or extend there running time till 9:00 clock.

Today dated 13.06.23 around 7.50pm i took bus no. 208 from piplani to prabhat petrol pump. one man who seated on female reserved seat and i had complaint to bus conductor but he was missbehaving with me and told khali seat he to adami b baithega yanha jise complaint krni ho kr do me kya kr sata hu isse..plz noted this point this type of miss management and missbehave not b tolerate becz its the issue of female safety..kindly request to take necessary acction againt bus conductor and bus woner or company. cctv not working in every bus.

I got down at 3.30 opposite Jyoti cinema hall from bus Number 115 BHEL gate number 1 Coming from The driver was forcing me and insulting me to get down fast but I could not do so because too much traffic was coming. So he started insulting me and said we can't lose money over your waiting to get down and staring at other drivers.

Here, I am a school student and avail sr2, seening advertisement in sr 2 about recharge card and i got it and topped up rs300 but the very next they conductor declines the card and say it's only for new buses but nowhere in advertisements and app were stated this clarification not even in T&C, , , , AND ALL ABOVE that rude behaviour of conductor and even abusing me being a student i can't abuse and drop me in high sun then and there and i believe this companies fault and now my 300 rs are stuck in their apps wallet., , I don't how many more people in how many states suffer the same disrespect and loss of money

I usually travel by this bus but today the conductor of bus SR2 bus no. MP04PA3874 behaved so bad he was using harsh language. Even when I was getting out of the bus he even didn't called the driver to stop the bus. I got out of the bus while it was running and I got minor fracture in my leg. When I complain about it he said, "kisike bap KO nhi h ki jab chaho rukwa lo, jabki stop pr rokne ko boli thi mene"
He also used to not give tickets. Even sometimes he denied to give back the money, (extra money) he said he don't have change.
