Dear Sir/Mam
From last 2 years I always book ticket from TDI Cinema Agra Up 282001, they didn’t take ticket money by online(debit/credit card) from today almost every thing is digitalised but they pressurised peoples for cash payment it’s his nature to increase social corruption, and always says that his machine not in working condition.
So I request u to please see this matter seriously and revert me otherwise I complain same to telecommunication department of India.

I'm extremely upset with big cinemas food caterers who not only served us horrible cheese popcorn but were also extremely impolite about it. I've been residing in Mangalore for many years now and I have never faced such discourteous staff.
For all the big cinemas customers, to enjoy better movie experience kindly do not order their ### popcorn. Its a waste of money and a huge downer!

I the customer of them from last 10 years but today i am really very disappointed from their staff members of carnival cinemas in pacific mall, kaushambi, up.
I had order a combo of grilled sandwich with small coke of rs 240. The payment was made by my debit card. I got the msg instantly that the amount got debited. The staff members said that as their card machine was charged so at the time of payment it was got off hence they haven't received any payment. So i checked my bank statement online about 3-4 times as i already know that if the payment got decline so the amount is automatically refunded in account. But the amount was not received to me till yet. But all staff members came to me and to my mom and said that we didn't did any payment. But they already checked my account and message several times. I asked them to give me decline receipt so that i can claim to my bank for the same but they said that there is no such receipt. They didn't helped us till half and hour as well as when i said give my money back so they said to me that which amount you are talking about, give us proof that you had paid the amount. This is how their staff has behaved with me when already they know that i had paid the amount. After that they again misbehaved with me regarding non refund. After that my mom started talking to them. Their accountant analysed the case properly and resolved that but please give this feedback to their staff that if there is some mistake going on in their card machine and if they didn't charged that so avoid card payment but don't harass the customer. It was not about the money at that time but it was for truth and lie as well as the dignity. Even the store manager who named manoj came and said mam nahi mil payega and humare pas payment ni ayi and after that he went. He didn't even closed my conversation and left.
Following agents who misbehaved with me was as below:-
1- the very short height boy who didn't even knew the case but still came to me and continuously irritating me with his argument. Please check the camera for further investigation.
2- the so called manoj - the manager, who became no one after 10 minutes conversation as mayank the deputy manager said that he is not a manager.
3- mayank - the deputy manager, who firstly saw my transaction in my phone and after some arguments he rudely said apke pas kya proof hai ki apne payment ki h. Which was very very pathetic.
4- the man who had taken my order. He pressed the button for payment transaction but after that not even single time he said that the customer had made the payment but it was a fault of their machine.
They all are belong to sales as well as service industry. If this type of behaviour their staff member will do with any customer, their company will definitely go in loss.
As my case is already been resolved from their accountant, for him i want to appreciate but for them i had shared the feedback. Please share this feedback to a concern team so that they all won't repeat it again.
If there is some problem so there is definitely a resolution, which they are not giving to me at all.

The service not provided by big cinema which we buy, also reply in the rough language, we purpose two ticket of gold seat, but a a time they offer us silver seat just in front of screen. What we complaint with manager they not attend us, what we said to supervisor then they use abuse language and said that "jo karna hai karo". We call to customer care they also not attend us.

9.51pm 4 people asked tickets for the malayalam movie called "punyalan private limited) that was the show name.. Staff said no show (It was actually at 10.00pm show). 5th person me asked ticket at 10.05pm. They said 10 o clock it get cancelled if nobody buy tickets before 10.00pm. I met these 4 people down at parking at 10.00pm actually and they said big cinemas staff told them there is no show today it got changed. I had plenty of work at home with office paper works but still i managed to find some time to watch movie and relax myself. I frequently check bookmyshow. & accordingly i fixed up my mind to go watch movie today. But this time and for the first time in india, big cinemas really put us down. Shame of them. Big cinemas & bookmyshow is a crap really. They have proved it today.

My name is aman shukla today i was gone to srs to book ticket for thor movie and i bought 2 tickets of show timing 2:50pm but the bloody staff gave me the 12:15pm ticket for morning... I took this and gone out of mall after few minutes i thought to check the show timing... And what i saw. The ticket is of 12:15pm.. Then i go to the counter to change this but the staff told me that it's your fault. I cannot do anything and talk to us in bad language and misbehaved with me...
Really i got angry and i decided that i will never go to srs and friend too...
Bc dimaag kharch kr diya jhopdiwalon ne... I don't believe ki srs k staff aise bhi hote bhikhari saale..

Issue same as subject and i am very disappointed as my movie experience was spoilt by their projectionists. This seemed that money just went in waste as i had my family watching too and i took 5 seats. My ticket is attached to this mail. Audi number was 5. Please take actions as i spent money and want a refund from them or more for such big mistake

Hi.. We hv booked ticket at ebony lounge gip noida with no. A1, a2 for today evening. But due to riots or critical condition of baba ram rahem case we dont feel safe and want to cancel our tickets. But your team is not allowing us to do so. Kindly do the needful and refund the money back. I had a word with bookmyshow as well yesterday evening but they said you will get refund mesage today but no inmoration till now.

Hi my name is rohan and i am residence of zirakpur. Three weeks before annabelle the creation was going to release in big cinemas paras downtown mall, zirakpur, t here was a big carton display showing annabelle the creation but on the actual day of release no movie timing was there in actual. Please it's a request either don't display if you don't get the rights to show otherwise show it on time. Dont make people fool. Next time if this takes place you will be answerable to consumer court.

I booked 2 ticket of annabelle:creation (Hindi) (Show timings-19 aug 11:30am) in carnival cinemas, pacific mall, sahibabad, ghaziabad, up, on 18 aug. My seat number was gold a20 and 21. I want to cancel my tickets as i would not be able to go to watch the movie due to some personal issues. Kindly refund ticket amount asap.

The cinemas ticket counter force to take combo with ticket, as well as they are not giving ticket without combo and when i tries to book ticket online it say can't reach because they shutdown the system so that no one should book the tickets. When the 3d movies are released they gives very low quality of 3d glases, which has many scratches on the lens so i request to solve my problem thak you.

I have called at booking big cinema and book 3 tickets on the name of vishal. Your booking person miss parvinder kaur received the call and during booking my call cut two times due to network problem then she told that this is not the way to book the ticket that i cut call two times... Now you tell how's the way to book the ticket. She finds difficulty by receiving phone for booking.

I purchased a water bottle in 'Carnival Cinemas alis Big cinemas, Ameerpet" on May8th 2017. To my shock I was 43.67 Rs + 6.33 rs Tax rounding about Rs 50 for a water bottle pricing about rs 20. When I asked them how can they charge more than MRP they said they are helpless and it is decided by the management. As per my knowledge none can sell anything beyond MRP.

I request your immediate attention in this as this has been a regular practice in many outlets in the city.

On[protected] i have gone in big cinemas mathura in which Audi-3 AC is not working but at the time of ticket no buddy told us about that. and when we complained about this to manager he said movie dekhiye ya na dekhiye rs wapas nai honge...
i have 14 tickets and my full family with kids also but ur big cinemas AC was not working.
plz can u refund my amount otherwise i will go to sue...

Recently government has passed order that cinema cannot charged overprice on water bottle. But it doesn't look that these greedy cinemas will easily follow. I watched a movie in odeon, big cinemas, connaught palace delhi. They supply me water bottle bonaaqua coca cola which they charged for 50 rs and said that its mrp is rs 50.
This show how these people find loophole in any of the government decision.

I was not allowed to take my water bottle into big cinemas ameerpet and was charged rs 50 for a water bottle. I even told the seller that what he is doing is illegal and there was a notification/court order about this on 4th april 2017 but he ignored saying that the "government order" didn't reach his theatre. I have attached a copy of the bill (Water bottle rs 50) and the copy of court order for your reference. Please take action on these theatres in such a stringent way that they should fear to ignore the court order.

Recently when i went for movie at carnival cinemas at palanpur, gujarat. They were selling water bottle at 50 rs and it was also mentioned on bottle as well. I was surprised 😳.. It's very bad. How can sell item above mrp and its also with huge rate. I will request to consumer department please investigate this matter and help people for looting from this.

The cooling during movie was not proper.
The temp was very high

Despite of many complaints to the manager Sandeep the problem was not resolved till the end end of show.
If the complainrt not attended i will have give publicity and will go to consumer court.

Sir i m complaint against ur manager raju khushba at big cinema himaya mall located at driving road ahmedabd. His behaviour toward us is very rude and weird and he speck loudly and using abusing words so as a coustmer i humbly request you to take certain steps as early as possible.. He misbehave with us and doing partiality with customer and his relative.. And although the ticket is avilable he saying no to us.. Please take some strick action against him..

I went to watch 'Logan', a marvel movie at big cinemas, bharath mall, mangalore. And like all the marvel movies, people were anxiously waiting for the after credits of the movie. We waited till the end of the credits, only to find the projector's screen abruptly switched to the 'thank you for watching at big cinemas'. Everyone was annoyed as we had waited just to watch the after credits or teaser. This was unexpected from big cinemas and we were deeply disappointed. I don't think i'll ever watch another marvel movie here again, after this incident. I doubt the others in the hall would want to either.
