In Ulhasnagar (Thane Dist) Maharashtra 3D glasses given by authorities was very poor normally as per rules cinema owner must provide glasses to audience with good quality but these big cinema provide cheap and not useable glasses which effect eyes of customer.

    yesterday (30/09/2015) i went along with my wife mother father and brother went to watch a movie in ebony lounge tgip noida...
    the staff misbehaved in such a manner that i am going to launch a sexual harresment case on the staff ...they pushed my mom and had a fight with my mother..this kimd of behaviour is not acceptable with ladies i suppose
    please take care that the recordings are in cctv footage so make sure the culprates are punished from your end as well
    its a shame for big cinemas that they are keeping such illetrate stff who dont even knw how to behave with ladies
    Big Cinemas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I booked 3 on line tickets of movie EVEREST at Galaxy Cinema 9:45 am show and paid Rs 424.30 in addition to car parking Rs 30. I want to state that
      1. Booking window opened at 9:40 am and I faced crowd rush pressure to pick ticket
      2. Everest hindi 3D movie was unable to view with 3D glasses. Movie was appearing fade and distorted. Many customers came out and complained to staff. Staff changed the glasses but problem remained same.In parallel Cinema Hall was full with mosquitoes. Movie watching was irritating and stressful.It was painful with mosquito biting. I came again outside and contacted Manager. Manager returned Rs 390 instead of Rs 424.30. I paid Rs 500 on petrol to reach cinema. Investment of a customer for entertain is to get refund of Rs 390 against Rs 1000 approx.
      3. Behavior of manager was very poor as he was threatening to customer.
      4. My booked ticket seat no was F13, 14, 15

        (29/August/2015) Yesterday me and my friend went to Big Cinemas, 166 A, Bai Ka Bagh, Near Jeevan Jyoti Hospital, Allahabad . Now as security check process underwent.They pointed out me that you can't allow any eatable item in the cinema from outside. Now I am currently suffering from Peptic Ulcer and gastritis in this condition i have to eat something at regular intervals and have to follow very restricted diet.I explained him all the condition about my problem but he and his staff show inhuman behavior. I have only Parle - G biscuit but they didn't allow us to take it to the cinemas and they clearly said that it is their in rules and policies.When i asked him whether they have Parle-G biscuit in their shop then they straight forward No !!! ie. and one thing i need to mention here it was last show of the cinema ie late night show so obviously i was hungry and what were in their canteen i could not eat that because of my problem. Now my straight forward question is what are these types of rules made for rules are made for proper functioning of the organization and provide best service to the consumers but here they are behaving as stone for some consumers and main thing is their attitude towards consumer. I am attesting ticket receipt and photo of the security in-charge who very eagerly said "Jo ho sakta hae kar lena" whatever you can do I will handle .These were the lines of security in-charge their.

          Hi, I would like to get da refund for the amt 1375. As was booking da tickets for brother's for big cinemas Chinchwad 1045 pm for 5 on the big cinemas official website on Saturday around 1230 pm. However payment got deducted bt tickets not been booked. Kindly look into the same.

            I had gone for Mission Impossible 2 today 2.00 pm show accompanied with my younger brother. We had taken two tickets for gold and moved towards the security check point. There they checked us and asked us to put the helmet outside the theater. Cloak room was there. Now helmet is also a kind of thing which we can submit at the cloak room. we are the regular customer of Big Cinemas, usually watch movies in it. Ten days back we went for Bajrangi Bhaijaan, the security guys allowed us to take our helmet with us inside the theater. Everywhere in the country the malls, the theaters, showrooms etc. have cloak rooms available there and they submit the helmets of the customers. Now we had felt very bad about this thing that these dumb security agencies just make policies without using there brains. Ticket counter guy's behavior was very good. We take back our money and refunded the tickets. That guy also requested us to watch the movie and also said sorry to us for this. Now i just want the Big Cinemas attention towards this thing that if higher authorities do really exist in BIG CINEMAS then just take a strict call towards this matter because i am not only one who has suffered this rude behavior. I am not gonna watch movie in Agra Big Cinemas ever and i will also pass this rude behavior thing to my friends and closed ones. Now next chance is your higher authorities.               I had booked tickets for the movie Bahubali from bookmyshow and the show schedule was on 22 July 2015 at 7.40p.m. I went with my mom who is a senior citizen and our seats booked were C7, C8. However to our surprise someone was already occupying the C7 seat and was not ready to move. Since there was no staff available in the cinema hall, I had to rush out and request the person serving popcorns to check the issue. He couldnt find a solution so I went outside again and informed this to security that I needed to speak to their manager who is in charge of this. Finally after sometime they checked the tickets and allocated C8, C9 to us. We didnt argue further as we had already missed the show of around 30-40 min and we did not want to disturb other audience. I expect a refund or another show for this mis management!

                Considering the standards of multiplex, the Anjali Big Cinema of Aurangabad doesn't seem to meet the criteria.it starts from poor parking arrangement. Poor sitting arrangements. No seat numbers on the seats. Poor quality of seats. Arrogance of staffs. We have to Stand in row to take new tickets in spite of having Internet booking(ridiculous). I think Big cinemas should take away it's patency from aurangabad.

                  Dear all person please check ue ticket MRP before paid money because ticket price MRP 230rs he aur ticket counter per ladke 230 ke ticket ke print ko kat karke hallf print kar rahe he jisse customer ko price nahi dikh raha aur wo har ticket per 100 extra le rahe he means 230 ki ticket ke 330 aur koi combi nahi batate pese mangne per combo offer kar dete he mere sath kiya but me zara jor se bola to unhone pese wapas de diye 100/ticket aur canteen wale bill print nahi karte jo extra pese le rahe he please unse bill le apni har purchase ka bcz wo ap logo ki jaldi ka fayda utha rahe he aur pese loot rahe sabse ye big cinema me ho raha he pacific mall ke aur shayad sabhi malls me bhi ho sakta he MRP dekh kar paid kare aur har purchase ka bill le mene aaj 1520Rs save kiye aur kaafi pese logo ke save karwaye waha so plzz har jagah bill le apni purchase ka aur sab alert he in cheaters se spl in sab per action lena chahiye owner ko plz to shair all person nd social media nd social site my name shokat ali from new delhi

                    I have had a pathetic movie experience for last 2-3 times that I have been to Big Cinema (Sangam) @ Andheri East. When I went the watch Terminator in 3D, the glasses for which you charge Rs.30 extra were uncleaned and faulty. Even after getting it replaced, i still got a faulty one. After getting it replaces twice, I finally got a dirty pair of glasses which worked. There were no tissue wipes given to even wipe the glasses clean. This problem has occurred with me, not only once but twice in two different movies at the same theater. Not only this but there are so many seats thats are broken in the theater and in-spite on knowing they are broken, the seats are still being sold. While I went for Bahubali, my seat had to be changed twice before i could find a seat which was not broken. It is really sad and unprofessional for a reputed Cinema group like Big Cinema to have charge such high prices and yet provide such bad services. I hope this complaint of mine doesnt fall on deaf ears and some action is taken.

                        The behaviour of employees is not good they are fighting with me.I am watching I Love Ny and Air condition is not available so I just ask to employees about that but they are behaving in a rude manner.the facilities which are providing by them are not good and the service is also not good

                          I went to big cinemas rave moti kanpur for the morning show 12th may 2015 For which 3D glasses were provided with a deposit of Rs 100 My reviews 1) Because of the earthquake we vacated in panic glasses were taken but no refund even when we went a week later. 2) The glasses flicker because of poor quality but we are forced to see 3D as 2 shows are not there. 3) Even for jurassic park no 3 D shows today 4) They do not run proper AC for morning shows 4) Ebony customers are charged extra for the same food and we are not permitted to order from regular big cinema canteen.                             myself Vikas was watching movie tanu weds manu returns in big cinemas bathinda at 4.00 pm to 6.30 pm today. I kept my sunglasses in bottle holder of seat. I forgot to take it back at end of show. after 5 mins I came back to take it. but security guard told me they gave sunglasses to some other person without any identity proof. this is Armani aviator model costing rs 8900. how can security gave my sunglasses to another without any identity proof. please help.

                                I would like to now how can any Cinema company like mentioned above can vary Movie ticket Prices from Weekday to weekend on Tax free movies.Mary com prices on Monday is around 76.00 & on weekend the Price of the same ticket & show is 120.00?? How come.

                                  I am abhishek patil.on today 14 july 2014 i was booking 3 tickets on site bigcinema.com for lai bhaari(marathi) movie at big cinema latur, maharashra(rama) but I dont get booking Id and amount 202.29 Rs get deduted from my SBI account no. [protected]

                                  Employees behavior

                                  Your employees behaviour for couples are not good...they are joking and disturbing. ..they do not give seats which a couple want...(not booked seats)...Please give them instructions to how to behave with customers. ...i[censored] not solve this I would take help from consumer court...

                                      In tirupati DR MAHAL BIG CINEMAS, BHUMA COMPLEX, KRISHNA TEJA GROUP THEATRES all the theatres are selling black tickets for new films upto first 10 days.If film is hit then it continues upto 20 days.They will sell only upto 20-30 tickets in counters. Remaining all tickets are going to sell in black by theatre management candidates itself.Please go through.All the theatres have a very very bad toilets.You just go through and do needful.

                                        I am always prefer to see movie at Mehul Cinemax-Jamnagar becuase of very good facility, but this time it was very very bad experince for me. On 25th may-2014, I have purchased 3-tickets for my family of 'HEROPANTI' in Show-3 (Time 6:30 pm). This movie was shwon in screen 1 and seat allotted to me was B-6, 7, AND 8 i.e. second last from back in Gold class. The entire show was house-full and the terrible thing was no AC. In this much crowd it was very suffocative and for my little Daughter it was even worse!!! Initially I thought it may some problem and AC might start after some time but it wasn't. In the interval time I met Manger, he apologized and informed that due to some mechanical problem AC were tripped. He also assured that this problem will be short-out within few minutes. Again after 10-15 minutes I met manager and informed in such a high temperature without AC how one can enjoyed? But nothing happen. Even after the show once again I went to manager office but no one ready listen my complain!!! Sir, I felt very bad, because in every business customer satisfaction must be on top most priority, I think you are deviated from this and now it seems it is yours least priority My demand is to refund the amount, I hope you will take necessary action From Dr. Ajaysinh K Jadeja Jamnaagr
