I am always prefer to see movie at Mehul Cinemax-Jamnagar becuase of very good facility, but this time it was very very bad experince for me.
On 25th may-2014, I have purchased 3-tickets for my family of 'HEROPANTI' in Show-3 (Time 6:30 pm). This movie was shwon in screen 1 and seat allotted to me was B-6, 7, AND 8 i.e. second last from back in Gold class. The entire show was house-full and the terrible thing was no AC. In this much crowd it was very suffocative and for my little Daughter it was even worse!!! Initially I thought it may some problem and AC might start after some time but it wasn't. In the interval time I met Manger, he apologized and informed that due to some mechanical problem AC were tripped. He also assured that this problem will be short-out within few minutes. Again after 10-15 minutes I met manager and informed in such a high temperature without AC how one can enjoyed? But nothing happen.
Even after the show once again I went to manager office but no one ready listen my complain!!! Sir, I felt very bad, because in every business customer satisfaction must be on top most priority, I think you are deviated from this and now it seems it is yours least priority
My demand is to refund the amount, I hope you will take necessary action

I booked two tickets through Bookmyshow yesterday and opted for cold drink and popcorn along with it yesterday. Upon asking for the same, it was not given to us today. Booking confirmation for the same was ADGJ[protected] SEAT GLAX CLB - E13, E14. Please provide an explanation for the same and refund of the amount charged.
