on 24th may, 14...we guys went to watch x-man in 3d at 10.10 am show...but the 3d goggles were not enough in numbers to be distributed to all the customers...we asked for that many times and even told him to atleast stop the movie till everybody get goggles but got no response n we got it after near about 15 to 20 min of movie's beginning...kindly take action...n if you can reverse our money for that action then its well n good...that was really a poor service ever by any cinema.

    Dear Sir/Ma'm, This complaint is regarding reimbursement of movie tickets at ebony, Big Cinemas, TGIP, Noida. My issue regarding this is that I booked two movie tickets of the show "million dollar arm" on 10th of may 2014 for 11th may 2014 show of the movie(million dollar arm) for 11:15 p.m. show. The events that followed I am describing in detail. I told the respective shift manager, named Amit ( on 10th may) that I have to cancel my tickets that I have purchased. He then told me that these will be reimbursed after you take those tickets from the counter and submit those there. If someone comes for that show they will sell those tickets to him/her and then reimburse me. But when I enquired for the same on 12th of may, he said that the show was cancelled and I will not be reimbursed for the same. Now, I talked to a shift manager named Harinder Gosai( name can be misspelt) he told me that as I had purchased the tickets online and only four were sold and nobody came to watch the movie, they played it for sometime and then cancelled the show as no one was present to watch. My concern here is that if the movie was cancelled I should be reimbursed for the same and if the show was being cancelled they should have informed me of the same so that they should have confirmed me of the same. the other issue is the double standards adopted by them and not the same person addressing the issue and they are not letting me to present my case to the seniors.       i have booked 3 tickets of platinum at nucleus mall big cinema belgaum of 14 jan 2014 show dhoom-3 film that is 3*50=150+online service charge=180 in which i have reedemed a coupon of rs 100 so i deduct rs 80 from my account through my debit card but due to technicle problem of big cinemas link the transation is completed but i dident get conf. messsage of ticket booking on my mob.no as well as on my email. so please refund my payment as fast as possible i m thankful to u….

      long inyerval break

      There was 25-30 mins of break in between. we pay 260 rs not for seeing adveadvertisemet. We pay money for movie not for ad.

        I went to theatre this early morning to enquire about the booking process status for advance booking for VEERAM and JILLA.. I hope that man wasn't the manager but was sitting in the counters and not communicating with proper words. When an unknown person behind me said - when we are asking for a detail in soft manner, why u people can't provide information in a proper manner. And the person used some vulgar words to the stranger. I cannot support for the person who is talking on behalf of me but I can register my complaint here to take action on them.. One person's name is Kandaswamy or karupaswamy and the person who uttered vulgar words as fat short and wearing a glass an old aged. Take measure to reduce such happenings in theatre, if customers became violent its not good for those people. As customers are at modern ages, you people really are forgiven-doen't mean we have guts, we need just a peaceful cinema for 3 hours.

        I'm sure this complant registration will not work 100%.. Lets see..

          - no drinking water ... no water dispenser
          - 10:00 pm show begins at 10:30
          - as the parking was full, i was made to park my car on the street ... and was still charged with parking charges !!!
          - when i spoke to manager about all this he rudely replied "you can go and complaint to whom ever and where ever you want"

          ARE YOU GUYS SO HUNGRY FOR 20 BUCKS ????

            Big Cinemas is making fool now a days. They are charging equal money for tickets & providing absolutely non sense services. Yesterday I went for RamLeela in Big Cinemas Chinchwad Pune & I paid 260 Rps for one ticket. Movie was being projected on a very small screen with very less sitting capacity. Being such a big company they are taking advantage of name. No screen name is mentioned while booking the ticket online & there is no difference in movie ticket price then there is no point to project the movie in such a stupid manner. There should be some standards for screens as there are standards for money.

              I have booked a online movie ticket through a Big Cinema site but unfortunately I want to cancel my ticket but theres no any option to cancel the ticket or to give complaint to customer care and in that website they metioned only theater contact no only but that number not working i felt very bad about the worst service of big cinema.

                On 22.09.2013 i had booked 4 tcikets for Malyalam movie (1.05pm) the rates were RS.720/- & for Hindi Movie 4 tickets at 6.30 Pm ( Phata poster Nikla Hero) . The rate were 1280/- . Hence the total to be charged was Rs. 2000/- But when i ma checking the bank statement the amount of RS. 2,000/- was debited twice to my HDFC Debit card.

                The transaction are as under:

                1. POS [protected] JIVAN SERVICENTR POS DEBIT
                2.POS [protected] RELIANCE MEDIA POS DEBIT

                You are requested to please refund the amount at thye earliest. It is also shociking to see that the same is not brought to my notice. I am taking this matter to the consumer forum also today.
                BIG Cinemas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                  I went to watch a movie, Madras cafe on 25th August 2013. There was a long queue and i was standing in the queue but the booking clerk was giving tickets to the intruders who were not in the queue. When I asked him not to do so, he asked me to do something myself. It was not fair. In the theater my seat no. J 19. It was broken. I could not watch the movie comfortably.

It was informed us that amt will be refunded within 3 days but almost 20days gonna over but still it is not refunded. Below are the ticket details:- Booking ID: KCWB[protected] (SREEN-2 PLATINUM L9,L10) 2.15PM SHOW - Refund Received. Booking ID: KCWB[protected] (SCREEN-2 PLATINUM K9,K10) 6.15PM SHOW - Refund Received. Booking ID: KCWB[protected] (SCREEN-3 Gold T24, T25, T26) 10.00 AM SHOW - Refund NOT Received. Booking ID: KCWB[protected] (SCREEN-3 Gold T27) 10.00 AM SHOW -Refund Received. Note: All the above shows were booked for[protected]Sunday). After giving several reminders still the refund is not done for "Booking ID: KCWB[protected] (SCREEN-3 Gold T24, T25, T26) 10.00 AM SHOW" Rs.210. Customer care are least bother to reply or give a call. The worst service and purely dealing with fraudulent activities.

                      On12 Augast I went to see chennai express with my family on 6:40 pm show at Big cinema theatre located in pacific mall sahibabad ghaziabad.The manager of Big cinema is very illiterate person. Missbehave of manager from my wife and use very ubusive language (just like behan----- bahar nikaalo inko) staff is very lazy Theatre manager should be punished. My experience is very bad from last two visit.credit card machine always not working properly so please take some action for theatre manager.If you dont take action against manager so I will send the complain directly big cinema ceo.

                      sir, In big cinema greater noida ansal plaza, staff are forcing to take combos with tickets but its not compulsory by booking online tickets in bookmyshow.com .so, sir please take an action towards them .

                        We regularly visit Big Cinemas Himalaya Mall and have been extremely happy with the overall theatre quality so far.

                        Today, however, was my first interaction with the service team there - and this will change my opinion about Big Cinemas Ahmedabad forever. I have experienced better hospitality at government offices than this.

                        I had pre booked 2 ticktes - Screen 3 - Platinum- C13,14 via bookmyshow.com for Man of Stell 10:30 PM show for today (June 19, Wednesday).

                        We reached the box office at around 10:05 PM to find out that the ticket window exectuive was facing problems with his computer. There were already 2 other persons waiting in queue before me. After waiting for 5 mins, I suggested the executive - name unknown - to switch to the other computer next to him which was vacant. However, he COMANDED me to wait. Yes, comanded is the proper word to define his tone of voice.

                        So I waited - another 5 minutes - and the queue grew to about 6 persons - a few of which were there for the 10:15 PM show and naturally missing the start of the movie. So the other gentlemen waiting with me requested the executive if he could call his supervisor. To which, he ORDERED them to shut up and wait.

                        Finally, I suggested that it might be a good idea to give manual tickets to at least those people who have pre booked their tickets and who have the email/sms confirmation as a proof. This request was also rudely rejected without any explanation.

                        At 10:25 PM, finally when the queue grew to more that 10 people and everyone started venting off and shouting, the executive simply left his counter and came back after another few minutes with his supervisor. The supervisor came and immediately started the other computer - which for unforeseen reasons, was not done earlier even after requesting.

                        When all the people present there asked the supervisor to hurry up, his responses made the executive's "ORDERS" sound like love notes. He was so blunt, rude and arrogant that it made me feel like I was talking to the railway TC who caught me without a ticket in the toilet. His insulting tone never changed even when I politely asked him to apologise.

                        Frustrated with the whole episode, I asked if the supervisor can give me his and the executive's names so that I can give some feedback to the manager / other authorities. They BLUNTLY denied to give out their names to me. I spent another 5 minutes there requesting for their names only - but they protected their identity as sincerely as a woman would protect herself in a wardrobe malfunction situation.

                        I was even honored with great phrases like "me bahar aake milta hu" - "tum apni picture dekhona" - "chalo time waste mat karo". So I quit the argument saving time for the other 10 people behind me in the queue and enetered the theatre. There, I saw another senior (courtesy to uniform adhearence) and asked him if he could help me with the names of the 2 un-named heroes battelling at the ticket window against the world. He also appeared hessitant and repeatedly kept on asking about "Baat kya hai".

                        Meanwhile, the supervisor from the ticket window actually came inside the theatre lobby and asked me the same quizzical question - "Baat kya hai". He was a true warior and never let his identity slip away. However, me being a sherlock holmes fan found out through confirmed sources - that he was Mr. Prasad.

                        Mr. Prasad told me that if I had any problems, I should come tomorrow and meet his manager - which sounded more like a dare than a reassurance. I am terrified at the idea of meeting the manager tomorrow - and I am thinking of hiring security and take cops with me when I actually show up over there tomorrow.

                        Bravo Big Cinemas - only you can hire bouncers with the pay check ticket window attendants.

                          I had been to Big Cinemas, R City mall, Ghatkopar along with my two daughters to watch The Croods, a U/A rated 3 D animation movie. Most of the audience were children of varying ages. To my utter horror and disgust an ad of Manforce condoms of " chocolate" and other flavours were shown to these children featuring a young woman in a trance extolling the pleasures of the product. I do not understand what impression the flavoured condoms will leave in the little minds. I strongly object to the cinema pushing the ad down the throat of children and the embarrassed parents . In public interest, the authorities should refrain the theatre from showing the ad at least during films which children are permitted to watch.

                            We are working at big cinemas (Reliance media works) As a contract staff.Our contract has been changed at Jan 2012 & we are working there last 3+ years. So We filled the PF form for widraval our pf. But after few months we understood that our pf not deposit by my organisation. We tried to complaint nearest police office,Labour court,pf office but we could not response from them.

                                I had tried booking the tickets on 20th July and there were technical errors in their side. I didn’t get the tickets for the first place and secondly, money was deducted. After sending two mails, I got a mail from them stating that refund will be done in few days. I have sent 3 more mails after that. Still no updates
                                BIG CINEMAS Customer service is useless bcoz even i booked 3 tickets 1 month in ago Hyderabad but my booking didn't go through and still waiting for my refund, left mails and gave a call many times but did not get proper response from them please be careful with online booking...

                                  Dear All,

                                  Recently i had gone to book tickets at big cinemas Andheri East Sangam,

                                  I had 2 coupons of big cinemas 100 rs each which i needed to redeemed however only one coupon was acceted and redeemed and the other coupon.

                                  The bar code fir the coupon was[protected] and it is valid till 23.08.2012 ([protected] coupon no)

                                  The reply for non-acceptance from Manager was that the coupon is already redeemed which is not possible but i was left with no option but to buy the ticket.

                                  This kind of service and non accepatance of gift voucher is not acceptable , please clarify and sort the problem faced by me
